Michelle Price: As an MS patient, I've had more than a few neurologists until I found one that fit and that's Dr. Mattson. He's one of the best in the state and is always willing to listen and help. If I have a relapse, Dr. Mattson and his staff deal with it quickly to give me relief. His staff is also phenomenal. The years of bad neurologists has finally paid off in finding a gem like Dr. Mattson and the great people who work for him. HIGHLY recommend.

Amanda Wensel: If I could given negative starts I would. I was referred to Dr. Herrman but my PCP. My appointment was scheduled for 8:15AM and the ONLY information I was given was it was the JWM Neurology Clearvista location. I was requested that I arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment in the text message I received. I headed to my appointment and was unable to find the location as I was NOT given an actual address. I then stopped and googled the JWM Neurology to find its location. While driving around trying to find the correct location I had been calling over and over BEFORE arriving at the wrong location and the doctors automated phone service says the office did not open until 8AM. I arrived at what I thought was the correct location at 7:40 AM. I was informed it was the wrong location and was then given the address and directions. I asked the receptionist to give the correct location a call to let them know I was on my way. They stated they would. I arrived at my appointment at the correct location at 8:12AM. My appointment was at 8:15 AM. Therefore, I did not MISS my appointment. I explained what had happened and then was told because I hadn’t arrived at the location 30 minutes prior to my appointment I would not be seen. This is incredibly frustrating! If I needed to be at my appointment 30 minutes ahead of time or I would not be seen that should have been relayed to me. An actual address to the location would have avoided this ENTIRE issue as well. If the office opens at 8AM and my appointment is at 8:15AM I would NOT have been able to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment anyhow. This is a problem and makes absolutely no sense! They denied me my appointment for not arriving early however they were not even open! As a new patient I was belittled by the ladies at the front counter, there was zero understanding for the confusion, I attempted to contact the office several times before my arrival to avoid being late however the office was CLOSED! I was refused service even though I did everything within my power to get to the office on time and mind you I was there BEFORE my appointment despite the issues I had. The LACK of customer support or caring from the staff was the worst I have ever seen. If you want you patients to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time give them an address, be available to help with directions and questions, make the appointment allotting the 30 minutes arrival time, let the patient know they won’t be seen if they are not there 30 minutes BEFORE their appointment. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I will be referred to a different doctor all together. I am obviously having medical issues, or I wouldn’t have been coming to see this team of inconsiderate, rude, and belittling group of people in the first place! I would not refer anyone I know to go to this office. If they are going to be so rude when their first-time patient arrives BEFORE their appointment the little to NO information provided how would they treat me going forward? I literally was in tears when leaving and not 1 person showed ANY type of regard for my wellbeing! I do not ask much from other people however a little respect and consideration goes ALONG way. I am just disgusted in the way this office treated me!

Saw referring surgeon last week and them,, themselves blame like everyone else the staff.. Covid has brought out the laziness in everyone. . Drs spend their days on the golf course while their staff does the bare minimum. 🙄 shocker!! Healthcare especially in Indiana has gone down the tubers. They act as if their Gods with your life in their hands. Stay away from facilities that claim to have 5 star reviews when they infant have truthful reviews removed. Any one in Pain Management should be thoroughly reviewed every 90 days as they have the means to help those once capable of anything return to a somewhat normal life but priorities are not in the right place. It's money money money...shame on Dr who allows thos to happen in his practice. But if I was a Herion addict I'd get all the help in the world. Unbelievable.

Patty Dice Smith: Great experience with Dr. Kundi and Indiana Neurology and Pain Center. When I first arrived here, I thought I was soon going to have to use a walker and I was in so much pain. After treatment here and along with physical therapy, working with a personal trainer and other modifications, I am now able to do most things.I particularly liked the fact that Dr. Kundi was very clear on my first meeting with him that my lower back pain could not be cured. It is due to arthritis and I will always have some pain and need to make some modifications (for example, no more heeled shoes, daily exercises, anti-fatigue mats in kitchen, bath, etc.). This clarity allowed me to understand exactly what I was dealing with and make adjustments.Dr. Kundi performed several procedures that block pain from my back to the part of my brain that senses pain. He skillfully pin-pointed the exact nerves for blocking. I definitely did not want to take opioids and these procedures were an excellent alternative. Dr. Kundi moves fast so you want to have your questions organized and ready but he will stay and answer all of your questions, always. My experience here has been excellent!

Frank E Thompson: I had the pleasure to meet with Doctor Ivaturi. Now I was very impressed. I have been around a lot of physicians in my lifetime literally thousands of them. I work professionally and industry for 30 years and had the opportunity to be in contact with many many physicians. I have been seeing another physician in the JWM Neurology Group but that physician wasn't available so left me with a first time visit to a practice partner Dr. Ivaturi. I have had a lot of headaches, neck pain and other assorted neurological problems. I have seen a lot of specialists. Probably in the neighborhood of about 10 neurologist as well as many neurosurgeons. I tell you all this because I want you understand when I recommend a physician I feel as though I know what I'm talking about. Doctor is very well trained from Indiana University he was the chief medical resident at the VA (10 years ago) in his final year as a resident. All those credentials are impressive. The proof is in the pudding when you see the physician. He is the real deal in neurology. He is very thorough & explains things very well. Even though I have a high level of understanding he still was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend him if you are need to see a neurologist. He is excellent, thorough, very pleasant, great commuicator and extremely personable. He is a top physician in neurology as far as I am concerned. EXCELLENT!

Freedom Pioneer: Dr. Patel saved my life! Best doc award by far! Him and his crew are beyond caring and professional, he set the gold standard for how all docs with his expertise should be. He puts other doctors in this state to shame! Was A1 for years and he will truly be missed, seriously heartbroken thinking about getting treated by a different agency. I never waited longer than 20 mins to see him. Doctors like this build a better community. He understood the severity of someone's illness and that's virtually impossible to come by in this sh#tty state. He was never looking for any dumb reason to just cut someone loose and worked hard to create a lasting personable relationship with his clients. All around A+ experience ill never forget.

Dr. Patel’s staff was amazing and very attentive, our first visit the nurse alone spent an hour with us, getting to know us and asking many detailed questions. Dr. Patel also spent 30 minutes with us asking questions and explaining his methodology. I was afraid that he would only treat my wife with pain killers, but his goal it to find the root cause of the headaches and try to eliminate them all together. My wife was prescribed Emgality, and it was worked very well, her headaches are down almost %95, and we are very fortunate. We’ve had repeated checkups with Dr. Patel and staff, and every time are treated first class. If you or your loved one is having headache issues, I strongly recommend a visit to Dr. Patel.

Amanda “Mandy” Cano: At first he was ok his staff isn't very professional. He was seeing my father only 3 months knowing my father was going to be a long term patient. Well his last appointment the other day Dr. Patel informs my very sick father he won't see him anymore cause he's not getting better! Hello I told him that what my father has is not curable and he basically sends my father home to die! He said he needs to find another Dr. That will take his Insurance around where we live! Hello Dumb as we tried that that's why we ended up at his office! When we were there it took over 5 hours his 1st appointment! His nurse is dingy and seems slow! I wouldn't send my dog to this so called doctor!

They did not call the insurance company or myself.When med tech came to give me Emgality. She told me it hadn’t been studied, which is a complete lie. Medications on the market go through vigorous studies to be approved. I’ve had a huge bruise on my arm for over two weeks, so obviously injection site reactions is a side effect.**This review is based solely on office staff. I have only met with Dr Patel once**

Michelle Herald: I have been going to this facility for almost 3 years now. However, This morning I had an appointment for an emg. The nurse comes and gets me and walks me to the room & it is not clean. She said I'm sorry excuse me and leaves me in the hallway while she continues to "clean" the room. I said okay and walked back to the lobby and she takes me back to the same room. It hadn't been wiped at all. The table was dirty, the bed had blood on it, and I said something to her and she just said "mhhmmhhhmmm" and I was like that was rude & she responded with I wasn't talking to you I was talking to the computer. (Conveniently)Then Dr. Kundi comes in and says Michelle since you're having OCD let's change you to a follow up. I felt awful. It was as though I was the one being punished and I hadn't done anything except for advocate for myself. So I go to take my drug screen and went to put the cup in the compartment in the wall & I realise there's a name on another cup but not mine? I found this odd and mentioned it to the staff. One of which swore it would just be okay. I did file a complaint with the other office because this office won't do so. Today's appointment was super stressful on my body. Which in turn caused me to be in more pain. Dr. Kundi is usually super sweet but today was stern and standoffish. I get told they're swamped but that is not my fault. I am still a patient and human as they are. I stayed as calm as I possibly could under the circumstances. But the unprofessionalism I experienced today was completely uncalled for.

The only thing I would at all agree with is the answering of phones, but I've only ever the best interactions with the front office staff. Melissa Anthony has been handling my care and I'm extremely happy with it. I feel like she is the first doctor to actually listen to my concerns. Dr. Kandi has been very kind as well.I have suffered with multiple chronic pain diseases for a number of years and I finally feel like I've found a place to help.

Phoenix: Dr. kundi is amazing but his staff is awful. They are unprofessional and ratchet the staff. They are very rude and they dont like to answer their phones. Ever since Doc Hill has left this place everything has went to the waste side. He got 2 new PA that are awful and female was working for a corrupted office before he brought her on. And the guy has shakes like he self medicates and is going through withdrawals. Dont go here.
