Indianapolis Marriott Downtown: what do users think?
Russell Scott: Crystal at the front desk provided phenomenal and professional customer service assisting me during my stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, High-tech …More
Amanda Normine: Nice place to stay when downtown. I highly recommend getting a club room. The lounge is a nice bonus with drinks and snacks 24/7Nearby activities: Super close for conventions!
Jen Richard: We booked this hotel based off of the photos of the pool online for our 3 kids. When we arrived they said there was no pool. The rooms are okay but definitely not worth the price. Pretty disappointing.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Amber Hudson: Staff is the best!! ALL of them!👍Service: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Marcus Turner: Nice place to attend a conference. Typical Marriott.Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Nolan Schendel: Great hotel to stay at if you’re attending an event in the area. There’s a sky bridge to the convention center and walkable to all the main attractions in the area. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They have a very impressive lobby and bar. If you’re a platinum Marriot member the food in the M lounge is great. However, the restaurant did not have many options.
chris anthony: Mistreated by the nigh staff members who kicked me out of the hotel because I was supposedly getting inside their bar. Kicked out in the middle of the night as if I was a delinquent. All this with me being a bonvoy supposed member.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Mike Sandore: This is a top tier Marriott. Great restaurant & bar on site, M Club Lounge is the nicest I’ve seen, upgraded Gym with Peloton & TRX.
Stephanie MacDonald: I’m usually one to be pretty content with most hotels. But this was not a very satisfactory stay. The lobby was gorgeous and there was many dining options including Starbucks. Those were the only perks we enjoyed. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. However, our room was handicap accessible which was fine even though we didn’t need it. But the shower tile wasn’t sloped enough for the water to just exit into the drain. So the whole bathroom floor was soaked and hazardous. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim and not a lot of counter space at all. We were surprised there was no microwave or fridge as most hotels provide these. I feel like there could also have been better signage. We could not find any stairs nor a sign indicating where there would be any. This is important to us as we experienced a hotel fire once. And the parking fee was outrageous, $57 per night?! Will not be staying here again.Safety: No signs to indicate where stairs were. Handicap accessible shower does not have proper drain and water got all over the bathroom floor.
Seth Paddack: Downtown Indianapolis is very dangerous and the beds in the rooms are horrible and very uncomfortable and the pillows are just as badRooms: The beds are so uncomfortable and the pillows are just as badNearby activities: You have to walk a long ways or drive thereSafety: It’s very dangerous downtown IntWalkability: It’s dangerous downtown you really don’t want to walk around anywhere
Allen Ward: Tayleya was very helpful checking out. From checking in, the room, dining at Conner’s and checking out my weekend experience was awesome. I would recommend this hotel.Rooms: The room was spacious and very clean.Nearby activities: Skywalk easily accessibleSafety: Felt safeFood & drinks: Highly recommend Conner’s to eat at
Brandy Kelly: Helpful staff. Clean and comfy rooms and bathroom. A little disappointed that there was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room. Other than that, great stay! Restaurant, bar, Starbucks, corner store all in the hotel. Very nice!Rooms: No refrigerator or microwave in room. Dim lighting in room and bathroom.
Tony Smith: No complementary breakfast, everything cost extra...Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Jill Filipiak: Rooms were exceptionally clean and very comforting in a relaxing environment.Rooms: Comforting in a relaxed environmentNearby activities: Concerts, restaurantsSafety: SafeWalkability: Right in the middle of Indy and very convenient to walk to restaurants.Food & drinks: 2 great restaurants to choose from and many conveniently located nearby.

Darryl Gates: Service was good/very large facility/no shuttle to airport(taxi cost was more than $20 one-way)/long wait in the restaurant/no microwave in the room

Kirk Levi: Great hotel, entire staff was outstanding. Food was excellent.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet …More
Akira88: Great hotel for business. Professional staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Underground parking. Valet service.Cons: A/C in the room is very noisy. Breakfast at the restaurant was bad. Oats had a weird taste and the pancakes were undercooked. There are many breakfast options walking distance though.
Calvin Beisner: Small, cramped room, fancy shower with too little pressure to rinse hair well, cheap thin single-ply toilet paper I'd expect in a lousy gas station restroom, no microwave. Nowhere near as nice as a typical Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, or similar, but about twice the price.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Gabrielle Ferguson: Very clean on the insides, it was great being attached to her convention center! Was able to walk thru the center all the way to Lucas oil stadium without being outside!Rooms: Very CleanNearby activities: Right downtown and easy walking to Lucas Oil Stadium and many restaurants and bars.
Deep Jariwala: Prime location in downtown Indianapolis.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jason Lye Ph.D: Very very noisy. I hardly slept the first two nights because of guest room doors slamming shut so hard that they made a very loud boom in my room. The walls in my room seemed to shake each time someone on the corridor used their door. In addition, the shower dribbled intermittently, and I was woken up one night by the plumbing gurgling inexplicably. Downstairs there was also some construction (which I'm sure couldn't be helped,) so all in all, a sub-optimal stay.
Marcin: I really enjoyed the new modern style. Not sure when it was remodeled, but the hotel looks great. Just surprised the bathroom had no ventilation at all. Was it just ours? Location is perfect too.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value …More
Joe: Loved it
Melissa Illies: The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful and area is phenomenal. However for the price you pay per night, you would think they could upgrade the hotel doors to close softly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. We barely slept all night because of listening to all the doors closing. I won’t ever stay here again because of this.
Joe L: So if you want sleep don't book here. Doors slamming all night are flat out outrageous. The absolute worst hotel I've ever been at that seriously needs door assist asap. Will NEVER stay here again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Patricia Raynor: Very comfortable and quiet hotel. 4 stars because our room wasn’t the cleanest. Great customer service and great location. The food was decent. We enjoyed our stay overall.
Bernd Green: A bit crouded at breakfast.....restaurant a bit too small for that size hotel. Otherwise a good place to stay.Rooms: Rooms are perfectNearby activities: Most activities and food places in walking distance.

Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown Across from Circle Centre: what do users think?
Mark T: Downtown Indianapolis was a bit hard to find parking so it's best to valet for the extra money, but the local area has tons of places to eat and enjoy. The room was excellent, as sad the service. I will stay here again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value …More
Calvin Hwang: Good location and good staff. Old old building and it shows. AC noise will keep you up at night and is not a fixable problem unless they redo the whole system. Breakfast fruit was kept out way past ripeness. Pinching a few pennies on fruit seemed silly when it was inedible.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Hesiquio Cervantes: Very clean.
Heather Helton: I called the hotel directly prior to our trip to specifically ask about the valet parking, the safety of it, and confirmed cost. I was told by hotel staff that it was in a different location than the hotel, was not the parking garage nearby, and that it was very secured and had security cameras around the location. I was lied to! The parking lot is within walking distance to the hotel and in an open lot so anyone can walk in and mess with your vehicle. The vehicle was left unlocked by the valet. Money was taken, credit cards were stolen and used. It was a complete run around last night and again this morning trying to gain access to the security cameras to identify the thieves. Other locations where the stolen stolen card was used verified it was two black men using the card for purchases. The valet is not a part of the hotel but a contracted entity. The supervisor of the valet service refused to come out last night when the police report was filed to pull up cameras. The hotel refused to show us the cameras and stated they needed the police to be present to request that. Officer Allison was present last evening at 10PM, why didn't you allow him to see the cameras then??? The hotel was still expecting us to pay for the valet charge after check out and I demanded that to be removed. The hotel, under their poor choices of contracting with an outside company that does not take care of customer service and ensure safety for not only their customer but employees as well, and lack of high quality camera systems are reasons I'll never return nor reccomend this hotel to anyone! You ruined our weekend trip!! You ruined our time at the NRA convention!! We should have been given a free night stay but their was no offer of anything other than bottled water for our troubles. Indianapolis Police Department has a police report okn this situation and will be gaining access to your cameras.Secure your parking lot better! Do better!!!Room was clean, but loud noises from cars racing and homeless screaming all night long. Didn't eat breakfast. Was too sick from car being ramshackledSafety: PoorNoteworthy details: Do not stay here
Hugh Montgomery: Nice front desk hostess, nice hotel and location. No complaints !Safety: Need key to access elevator and most entries to hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Alissa Pershing: The staff was so kind and hospitable.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Douglas Webster: I'd give the room a 9, there is a stain on the carpet in the middle of the floor. The bathroom however was less impressive.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Aaron Camper: Fine for a night or two. Bed is very firm and hard to sleep in for me. Horrible water pressure and overpriced parking. Breakfast was fine, nothing special.Rooms: Needs general upkeep as it's falling apart in places.Nearby activities: Plenty of things to do within walking distance.Safety: Seems fine. Cannot access any floor other than 1 without a room key.Walkability: Plenty of things to do within walking distance.Food & drinks: Breakfast here is basic, nothing special. Plenty of food to choose from within walking distance.
Taste Tee 1: Great location clean hotel top notch products and amenities the breakfast was great The rooms were very clean and had more than enough towels and they have Neutrogena products the breakfast offered flavored cream for the coffee which is something that I just love and the food was goodRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Amanda March: I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and am always impressed each time. From the price, cleanliness, location, and quiet of the hotel from your room. This is the place to stay in Indy.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Terry Myers: My husband and I came to Indy to relax and enjoy the city for this weekend. We definitely chose the right hotel as all the staff were very friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean, valet was prompt with our car and the ladies at the Front Desk were friendly and engaging. Our experience with the hotel begins and ends with the Front Desk staff and they exemplify customer service. We will share this experience with family and friends and will return to this hotel in the future. Thank you for all you do!!!Rooms: The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable as well as roomy. The amenities in the room were also very clean and well kept. Friendly housekeeping staff as well.Nearby activities: There are numerous things going on in the city each day so many choices to spend your daySafety: Safety measures at Meridian St. entrance and at elevators was noticed and appreciatedWalkability: Everything we chose to do was within walking distanceFood & drinks: Breakfast was very good and large variety of itemsNoteworthy details: Exceptional customer service
Russ: Not satisfied!!!! Paid for a room with 2 double beds for 3 guests . Upon check-in, I was NOT informed that the room I had booked (and had prepaid for) was no longer available. Rather, I discovered upon entering the hotel room that the room only had 1 double bed and a small sofa (more like a loveseat). We phoned the front desk to kindly express our concerns and were told they had a “maintenance issue” causing us to be given a different room than the type we booked. The front desk offered to “comp” a small rollaway bed. They thought that was completely acceptable, as no offset in our room cost was offered. This Hampton Inn experience was not positive and was not like other Hampton Inns I have stayed in previously.
Rick Rapirio: Rooms are fine. This is a very noisy downtown area, so bring ear plugs. The hotel knows how noisy it is, and they supply these BS white noise machines. Ear plugs significantly better. Better yet, if Indy police cut down on these damn motorcycles (at least their noise) then it would be fine.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jennifer Deener: Will never stay with this hotel again. I booked 4 months prior. We get there and we're told the hotel was overbooked. Waited for a room to be cleaned. We were never notified when a room opened..just sat in the waiting area twiddling our thumbs. After watching people get rooms my husband approached the desk. The never texted, (couldn't because phone lines were down.) They had given our room to someone else. So we took whatever they had. Our valet guy made us drive around the block and we lost our spot. In the morning. The valet offered us someone else's car. I won't even bother with the lady that stole from the snack area.
Michael: I stayed here for 5 nights while attending a conference at the convention center. It was a nice short walk to the conference so the location was good. The room was as expected: mostly clean and included a mini fridge, a microwave (the blue light on the microwave was annoying at night so I put a post it note on it), and a white noise machine (a lovely touch given city noise). The location was nice to explore downtown as well. The staff were lovely and responsive! Would recommend!
Ivy Slay: We LOVED this hotel!! Price was reasonable for the location. Parking was affordable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Above all the staff was phenomenal! They made us feel at home. Super friendly, professional, and attentive. I would book this hotel again for sure.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Shavonne Elam: Rooms: Very spaciousNearby activities: Bars, the Circle Centre mall and arenaSafety: I felt safe and no issues.Walkability: Everything we went to was in walkingFood & drinks: Refreshing and fresh
Laurie C1: Came down for the New Edition Legacy Tour and the location was perfect! Literally just walked around the corner to the Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. Everything was basically perfect. The only issue was the towels weren't really soft. Not a major issue with everything else being really great.Food & drinks: Several bars and restaurants near by.

Malinda Mayo: We will never stay here ever again! Customer service was unpleasant. Just giving us the hardest time to check-in. Wea titanium member and couldn't get a late check. Melissa A: I am a huge fan of Sheraton/Marriott hotels. I stayed for a conference, recently and my stay was wonderful. The staff, the room, the restaurants, and the drinks. I would definitely be back. Worth the stay.
India Barnes: Nearby activities: Close to sporting eventsWalkability: Was able to walk to the stadium easily and nearby restaurants and shopping.
Ron Coffelt: We have stayed at the Sheraton City Centre twice in the past month. This hotel is conveniently located to many amenities. The front lobby is clean and welcoming. The lounge area is a nice place to pre-game.I can't say enough about Whitney at the front desk! She was extremely professional, assisted us with efficient check in and remembered us by name on our second visit. We will continue to stay at the Sheraton Circle Centre on our future adventures to Indy.
Jacob Huesman: Very nice, clean hotel. Has a great restaurant and breakfast
Alexandra Godare: Arrived on 03/11 and immediately noticed that the parking garage (which is the bottom 8 floors of the hotel) is literally crumbling and falling apart. It was dark, dirty, and the elevators were super sketchy. We proceeded to check in at the front desk and were told it would cost $45 to park in the garage for one night. We went up to our 12th floor room and dropped our stuff off really quick and left for an event. A few hours later and after deciding that we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying at the Sheraton, we returned and immediately checked out. The staff was very rude and condescending when we told them why we were checking out. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I have never had such a bad experience. I’ve since learned that people have complained about the parking garage and many other issues such as bed bugs, blood stained mattresses, and unsanitary rooms. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE! I promise u won’t regret it.
don maxwell: A little dated, but well run. Beds / pillows could use a refresh.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Dustin Hodel: The hotel itself is fairly nice and located in a great place downtown. You can easily walk the downtown area from your hotel. The only downsides were parking is not included with your room and the bathrooms aren't the greatest. You're going to pay an extra $44 a night to park which is ridiculous. In the bathrooms there are no vents so you get a steam shower and the tubs do not drain. I was standing in 2" of water when I was done with my shower.
Sarah Eastin: Great location, terrible service, heat/ac is messed up, and management was horrible and dismissive of these issues.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Derick Dobson: Room was clean and nice, good location downtown within walking distance of a lotRooms: Clean and look nice, hotel is a bit dated but not overly soSafety: Felt very safe in the hotel, parking garages were a tad concerningWalkability: Very walkable area

Indianapolis Marriott East: what do users think?
David Oslager: Very clean hotel and everything seems functional. People were very nice checking in. But extremely dated hotel in a very bad need for an upgrade. This hotel should be forced to upgrade or lose its Marriott affiliation. I booked solely on name and location and I regretted it immediately upon pulling into the parking lot. I would not stay again. Note, they seem to have upgraded the lobby and front canopy and that looks great in the pics. That's what I went by. I didn't look at all the pics of the rooms and see how dated the design is. Not worth the price. Oh, and parking is $9!!?? What for? That's just a money grab similar to resort fees. No offer of free parking for Titanium either. They did give $10 F&B credit so it's a wash if you go to the bar/restaurant. But there is no need to charge for parking at this location.Rooms: Very dated and tired.
Jarrod Gerschoffer: This place needs a total overhaul.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 1/5 …More
E Nancy Dunlap: Didn't have a room, attended a meetingLocation: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Dave Spicer: I was here for a convention. I wish the staff understood the assignment. That's all.Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Shanice Cornner: Very rude people to work for. And heads up on workin here, you dont get paid for all of your hours. I worked 30 hours 1 week and more the next and was only paid for 23 hours and now I'm having a hassle with ms. Brianna Abner about my money in which if i dont get my money on payroll tomorrow, i will be seeking legal action not only against Ms. Abner but the whole Marriot in total for the way I was treated my whole employment there. Oh and definitely do not rent a room there, the linen they have had stains and the stains give bed bug vibes with the color and sizes of the stains, then the rooms give Motel 6 not Marriot, dont expect anything luxury here.
Barbara Scott: One of my top picks to go to!!Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Doug Tingle: Attended a convention at this hotel, but stayed at a different one.Location: 4/5 …More
Fred Smith: To sum up this review, this hotel is geared for large events period, we were looking for a nice stay with a pool hot tub, ya no had to be between 50 to a hundred people in the pool area went earlier the next morning thinking beat the rush still like 20 people the hot tub was luke warm and both the pool and the tub were very very cloudy could smell the water and it wasn't chlorine. The hotel also assumes their guests will not be mobile and charged accordingly. Close to nine bucks for a pint of beer only breakfast is a buffet which costs 22, glad the 4 seasons diner is a short walk. If you're traveling and not in a school band or some kind of group booking I would definitely not stay here.I do want to give the staff a mention, there was a mix up on my reservation the lady who booked me in did a great job very professional especially with a line of people waiting she did end up charging me a higher rate but I really think she did the best she could. The manager with the deep voice I'll try and get his name he was just great, friendly, professional got things done made me feel at ease can't say enough about him he fixed everything. Maybe they were short one person but I would definitely suggest having two people at the front desk, maybe one doing paperwork who can step in when needed during check in time. Want to mention the room did not have a microwave beds were very comfortable it was not decorated was adequate. Coffee was good and I like the ease of use for the TV and remote.PS I just went down and got my wife a soda 5 bucks had Pepsi and Dr Pepper lol.
Dino Kitty ,LLC: I just moved back from Miami. Needed a place to relax for a couple days. I usually don’t have great experience at hotels because I travel nonstop for work, they’re too expensive for what you get, etc.I came in with 4 bags, easily 30 lbs more than I weigh. I was greeted with a smile & when I asked about help with my bags, the manager, Jeff said he would help me himself. He made me feel so special, upgraded my room, checked my room to make sure everything was in proper order. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does.I went straight to dinner at the bar where Christina was working. She is so witty & wonderful at her job. Stacey was fantastic also. The food was fantastic. Highly recommend the wings & the salmon was cooked to perfection. The entire front desk staff was so amazing!! From grabbing me toothpaste because I forgot mine, being so cooperative with extending my stay, personable, & ever so polite.I would stay here every time. For every visit.
Ted Burye: I stayed at this Marriott from 25-28 March. The rooms were ok and the area was fine, but the service was very inconsistent and some of the people seemed like they were being difficult on purpose.I was told (by the front desk) I had complimentary breakfast every day with my room. Out of the three mornings I could have breakfast twice I was told by a person at the breakfast (after I told them my room number) that I did not have complimentary breakfast. That person also just seemed really determined not to look into helping me further and had other things to do.One thing about the rooms I wish would be changed is they only gave one bar of soap. There should be at least 2. They also did not have hot water for a shower the last night of my stay, so I had a cold shower.I have stayed at other Marriott locations before and none of these issues happened anywhere else, so I am really disappointed.
Leighsah Lee: My family and I arrived on March 24th around 3:50pm after driving 1,475 miles from Arizona. Right off it was unwelcoming as the desk assistant wasn't pleasant, there was no happy greeting or welcome. He basically just looked at us and checked us in and put us under the impression that breakfast was complimentary. He didn't give us directions to where certain areas were in the Hotel, I had to ask, when I asked when was breakfast served his answer was "yes, breakfast is served 6am to 10am right around the corner" not once did he say that it was not complimentary. Room 504 had no hot water for the first night. Room 537 had black ants (picture and video attached)Next morning - we, 2 of us go down to get breakfast and we're suprised with a receipt. Then I asked at the front if the breakfast was complimentary, until after the fact, I was informed that it wasn't. So I was charged $52.93 for 2 buffets. The individual at the front made a smart remark "it's a restaurant" Yeah, I know it's a restaurant but what I'm asking is if the breakfast was complimentary or not.Saturday night, my children were going to the pool and I stood by the door as I watched them walk to their sisters room in 504. Two security officers walked around the corner stopped them and brought them back saying they were running around when in fact they weren't. There were 2 other kids from another room and family who were falsely accused as well. The security guy, I didn't get his name but he's African American, heavy set and he threatened me and my family saying "If we get another complaint, we're gonna evict you from the hotel". Since then we were walking on egg shells, we did not feel so uncomfortable at any hotel until this one. We all went to the pool and around 9:55 an individual came in and he stared at my children until they got out of the pool all while the anglo teenagers sat in the hot tub until 10pm. Then as we left the pool he followed us to the elevator. He put a fear in my children that they didn't want to do anything else there. Also the elevator was out causing us to use the stairs.I have never experienced this kind of treatment towards us at any other hotel. I felt the racial profiling since we arrived. We do a lot of traveling and stay at many hotels, well just Embassy Suites, Hilton and Hamptons and this would be and the last time we stay at a Marriott. This stay was not worth $1536.16. especially when threats of getting evicted were made on my family.
Dup Scuva: My wife and I experienced a nice and clean hotel. Our check-in process was quick and the front desk person was friendly.Comfortable bed and the shower gell, shampoo, and conditioner were fabulous. One small gripe was the sound of the heat kicking on. It was quite loud; at some point our sleepy bodies tuned it out. Would definitely recommend stay.
Waylon Gross: Great place to host big benefitsNice little bar/restaurantUpdate our stay this time wasn't pleasant and the staff was very rude.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Keith Berry: Always a great place to attend a conference or event.
terrie doty: Service was great, facilities are very dated and in need of upgrades. Everything seemed like it was left over from the 90s. Employees were awesome, even when there was a screw up it was taken care of to our satisfaction. But even the elevator was an issue. Ended up with everyone having to use Service elevator. Marriott needs to invest here.
Daniel Winkels: The hotel service was top notch. Very efficient and friendly check-in process. Room service dining is quick and high quality.Jeff Bobbitt was an exceptional representative for Marriott who made the check-in and stay experience awesome. He took his time to find the best complimentary room upgrade available, followed up with a call to ensure the room was satisfactory, and gave me terrific recommendations for the hotel bar and restaurant (which turned out to be excellent).I’ll be staying there again, without a doubt, next time my travels bring me to Indianapolis.
Jay Lievestro: The front desk staff are very friendly! Jeff at the desk is the best! The gym and pool are nice amenities and always a clean and comfortable room. I've stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More

It started off with Ms Kuhn at the front desk! She is so sweet and took some extra goodies to our room and wrote us a personal card. Thanking us for choosing to stay at the JW Marriott. I wanted to hug her! I was so happy and very thankful for her outstanding customer service and her attention to detail!! High Velocity restaurant, executive lounge, room service, everything!!!! JW took really good care of us! We felt like VIPs! We will definitely be back!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, JW MARRIOTT! You all ROCK!!!!!!!!
Hardeep Singh: Love this place. The restaurant has good food too.
Carlos Guerrero: Was there on a four day business trip. We had quite the schedule and everything in the background rans so smooth, you'd forget all the hard work the staff is involved with. Breakfast, lunch, breaks and dinner went off without a problem. The food was great, warm and everyone had plenty to pick from. Small friendly conversations with the staff shows they care about their work. The hotel is within walking distance from everything; bars, restaurants and Lucas Oil football field which is pretty cool and the Indianapolis Pacers basketball stadium. We got pizza and we're able to eat in the lobby while enjoying drinks from the bar. Went to the Slippery Noodle and walked back to the hotel with no problem and enjoyed some local sites also. Enjoy your stay.
Jennifer Schleicher: Clean & good service. Good restaurants in hotel. Stayed on the top floor for a great night time view. Good restaurant on site.Food & drinks: Restaurant bar on site.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown: what do users think?
Eydin Hansen: Great place! Clean, but small rooms.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Monica Del Castillo: Writing in real time. Asked for a double room with 2 queen beds for 4 people. We got 2 full sized beds passing for queens. We checked in around 10PM and tried to sleep. The beds were too small. None of us could sleep. My spouse has back pain and was not able to get comfortable. After 8 plus hours of driving this was just the worst.Went down to the front desk a few minutes ago (it's 1:45AM) and let them know of our dilemma. When we told him these were not queen beds and not big enough for 2 normal sized adults he had no response. Literally nothing. Not, "I'm so sorry, lets see what we can do" or "these are teacup queens they're all the rage now!"But the staff is nice enough, this is not their fault. We just had to pay for another room with a king bed and left our (older) kids in the original room so each of them could have their own bed as they were uncomfortable too..From reading some of these reviews they are well aware that their beds are smaller than they claim. We stay here a lot but have not brought our girls until today. So usually we get a king bed. We travel quite a bit and this is one of our favorite stops along the way to our destination.I just don't know if we will be returning to this location even if it's just the 2 of us. Customer service was horrendous. Just paid for 2 rooms when we should have only needed one.I don't want a generic reply to this, saying they will "look into it and rectify the situation". Unless the hotel gets actual queen sized beds, which they are not going to do because the double rooms are too small, nothing is going to be rectified.I would like some money returned to me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I came here to rest not to be wide awake at 2am upset.Morning update: Because we did not sleep well until we got our new room we slept in, missed breakfast and are getting on the road much later than we were supposed to, eating into our driving time and itinerary. This is how one frustrating thing can ripple into many others. But I will stop now as I refuse to let this ruin my and my family's day 💛 onward and upward!Noteworthy details: Beds are smaller than they claim. Do not get double beds unless only one person is sleeping in it.
Gafar Olanrewaju: My Experience staying here was so horrible, great location but bad service, building looks so old, lack renovation, very poor services, valet drivers we looking like they would rob you, they speak to you shabbily and unprofessional... Getting to the room, everything looks ancient , bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I was disappointed with this place or I would say my expectations were total high but this place don't deserve to be in the Downtown area.. Next day, checking out, I got to find out my car was never parked but was left out side the hotel the whole night after I paid $40 for valet parking, then I was told they couldn't find my car keys, they called the manager, when the manager came they spoke to their drivers and after they did, they walked right pass us without saying nothing or addressing the issue with us.... Then the receptionist said the keys have been sitting right in front of her after wasting an hour of our time... This place is totally trash and they do not deserve the location they are at because they are bad in business.
Adam Simon: The staff were amazing! Everything else, blah. They kept the rooms and common areas clean, but there were a lot of things about the place that didn't work right. Like the showers. And a little piece of toilet paper would clog the commode. The two stars is for the management, but 5 stars is for the staff. They were so professional.Rooms: Really old, and uncomfortable beds.Walkability: You're right downtown, so there's plenty to do.Noteworthy details: The buttons on some elevators didn't work.
Mark Ames: Basic and clean hotel. This hotel is connected to the Marriott, Courtyard Hotel and the convention center via the parking lot. We were able to stay on budget at the Fairfield, socialize in the lobby of the Marriott and visit the convention center, all via the skywalks and parking garage so you really didn't have to go outside in the winter weather. One thing; many rooms have either no view or terrible views of mechanical equipment or walls. Gotta stay at the Marriott if you want to look out the window at beautiful downtown Indianapolis
Alejandra Garza: Belen was amazing at the front desk, she was very professional, helpful, and gave great recommendations for touring Indianapolis. The room was clean, breakfast was great. Staff kept cafeteria cleaned and fully stocked with breakfast options.Rooms: Very cleanSafety: No concerns regarding our safety.Walkability: Walking distance to Eiteljorg museum, Lucas stadium much more!
Jean Sink: My friend and I stayed in June 2022 for the TGC Women's Conference at the Indy Convention Center. This hotel was extremely convenient: easy to park (and cheaper rate since we stayed), connected to the convention center by elevators and walkways, breakfast in the mornings (continental, standard variety). The room was clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and happy to answer questions. We will plan to stay again for future conferences!
Charlotte Cervantes: We have stayed here many times, and we are always greeted with smiles. All the hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay perfect.Walkability: Connected to the convention center
Bernadette Williams: Overall, i did not stay long enough to make a general review, but it was ok. Except i did not like the idea of going to another hotel for dinner. Yes, i understand it's under the same hotel brand. I am a Marriott Bum. But sleeping in one hotel and eating in another takes time away from what i want to do. All in all, my stay was good, and i will be back in a week or so.
Chennal Powell: The roomsare no updatedas all and are VERY narrow. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel was closedpermanently- it would have been move to know this priorbut overall i wouldnotrecommend staying at this property.Motworth the money!
Alisa Neff: Nearby activities: Museums across the street. Zoo not far. Some restaurants very close.Food & drinks: Good breakfast foods.

Michael H: AC unit was extremely loud. It sounded like an unbalanced washing machine. Not a very good night sleep.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Oleg Chernov: One of the bad ones. I took some photos of the bathroom which tell the story. 20 dollar parking and no free breakfast.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Zachary Britcher: I'm just going to say that Im not hard to please in a hotel room so long as everything is clean. My review is for the front desk staff whom were very professional, friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Definitely will return next time I visit Indy.
Gordon Mock: Really nice room. Great location and exceptional staff. Xavier (Prof X) at the front desk was super upbeat and courteous making a great check-in and helped me with parking and directions. Great experience with this hotel.
Maureen Murray: Shower curtain was 6 inches too short making it drafty. Hot tub was drained. Parking lot only suitable for compact vehicles. Canceled second night and went home early.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
Grant “gpkool1” Harsch: Has really nice and clean rooms, easy to access Internet, staff is all nice, they do serve breakfast
james jenkins: Very nice room within walking distance of Lucas oil Stadium! Nice breakfast as well!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
William Hartman: The staff is really nice at this location! Really nice. Xavier and Sarah provide really great customer service, and when I requested a room change, it was done without hesitation. At first glance, it appears like this is a nice room. However, it starts to become obvious that the level of cleaning in the rooms is bare minimum. The floors are dirty, likely just quickly run over with a vacuum, but I doubt after each guest. I do not believe the shower is cleaned on a regular basis, and some of the towels contained nice long hairs. Clearly, nobody sweeps or vacuums the bathroom floor since there was a giant 2 foot plus long hair lying under the sink. The carpet had lint in multiple places. The overall feeling was a little gross. Coffee grinds all over where the Keurig machine is. There was a candy wrapper near the elevator for 3 or 4 days at one point. If you have to stay here, ask for a room opposite the front entrance along the main street, as it's evident that folks are practicing for the Indianapolis 500 all hours of the night.Nearby activities: Walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana Convention Center
Daison Lee: Would highly recommend especially if you have someone with you that has a disability. The rooms were spacious and nice. The staff were beyond amazing and went above and beyond. The pool even has a lift for those in wheelchairs so they can also enjoy the pool. They were amazing with making accomodations for timing. The restaurant is decent priced and amazing food. I would do the 5 for the parking because otherwise it is 20 for parking. We will definitely be booking here again.
S. M. Dougherty: Not a fan that the lobby always reeks of bleach and no continental breakfast included with room. Otherwise okay.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Annmarie Dever: Right next to Lucas Oil Stadium and down the block from the park sits this cost efficient hotel. There are plenty of paid parking spots and very friendly staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Erin Farias: This 5 star review is for the ONE WOMAN WONDER running this establishment tonight. She was sweating bullets but never lost her cool as “management” allowed her to be run ragged from the bar to the restaurant to the door to the everything everywhere! I told her I’m an author and a business owner and want to reach out to her “boss” to let him or her know that their treatment of her is super “not cool.” She replied, “My boss is my sister.” I said, “Well where the hell is she?” Apparently home with her kids. Well let me tell you something. When I opened up my first daycare center my 9 week old twins were right there with me because I had a deadline and a responsibility and no intention of pawning it off on someone else like a total lame brain. There are things called babysitters and things called hotel rooms where your kids can play? I was SHOCKED when the one woman wonder answered that she gets along with you. I replied, “Is it TOXIC?!” I didn’t need her reply because the answer is a big ole fat YES!The one woman wonder gracefully breathed through long lines, team parents having a cooler beer party in the lobby, declined credit cards, bar tending, more long lines, and a couple of random homeless people sprawled out across a few chairs. The one woman wonder also let me know she was hoping to have tomorrow off but her sister said “NOPE!” So “sister”- she has earned tomorrow off more than you ever will. 🤷‍♀️And “sister” while you’re contemplating the appropriateness of working the one woman wonder to the bone- please go ahead and fix the hot tub. Perhaps by the time it finally warms up you will have a come to Jesus moment.Sincerely,The one woman wonder’s advocate and soul sister
Diane G Hendrick: Very unpleasant stay.
