Ciandria Francis: It’s GameStop so there’s not much left to expect of these guys, but I did find a switch game I wanted out of here so that was a plus. The store was clean the staff was nice. Nothing negative to say. Next time I’m in town I would come back and browse again.

DO NOT SELL OR BUY GAMES FROM GAMESTOP!! They will give you nothing for new games and low ball anything you bring. Good buy and good ridens!!! Game stop won't be sad to see it GO!!!

Andrew Franklin: Was upset to learn they sold me a used code for a expansion pass and they said to contact Nintendo to get the extra content I paid for. Nintendo did nothing to help and when I went back to see what they would do to fix it they just said to buy it again. I’ll never buy anything from GameStop again!!

Cameron Keen: Staff doesn’t really know how to communicate with customers! Employee told me the game i had purchased was being released that night at 9 with my schedule I wasn’t able to pick it up then. Went when I had free time, different employee wouldn’t let me get my game even though the guy literally said it released that night. There’s clearly a communication issue within the store this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location honestly thinking about finding a different game stop to use.

Zach Wilson: Horrible customer service, save yourself the trouble and just go next door to Disc Replay. Better prices nicer staff. If you wanna be talked down to by an overweight 30yo man because your looking for PS3 game this is the place for you! Didn't even bother to check other locations (which is the easiest possible thing to do), drove 15 mins south to another GameStop they were professional and well spoken they were able to search for the nearest store needless to say I had my game 30 mins later, you could pick any other GameStop and probably have a good experience but obviously the staff at this location are discouraged with their career choice and feel the need to take it out on their customers, embarrassing.
Michael McCarter: They never answer the phone when calling them. Never have ps4 controllers and they are extremely rude.

Store wise - the size of this store is larger than all the others I've been to in the area so it's nice to browse without feeling cramped like in the locations in/near the mall.

Amanda Melvin: This is a review for this specific location because of the staff. I usually visit a location closer to me, but came to this location twice recently. The two staff I interacted with at this location were far and beyond some of the nicest and most helpful GameStop staff I've interacted with. Thank you for your patience and help when my son and I when we visited today and a few days ago. You both (a man the first time, a woman the second visit) exemplified great customer service!!

M: I called this location on Friday around 7pm to see if my brother could exchange his headset which had insurance on it for something of equal value(specifically v buck gift cards). I explained to him that due to their stores being shut down from covid we had already purchased another headset and didn’t really have a use for one. I was given the approval from him because he stated the hardware warranty allows you to exchange for a different item all together unlike a normal warranty exchange where you exchange for the same product. Fast forward to sunday, my little brother walks in and the manager is rude with him and refuses to do the exchange. I talk to her over the phone to deescalate the situation and she continues to be rude with me. I asked her why she wouldn’t do the exchange when I called here before, and every GameStop I called in Indiana said the same thing in regards to vice and my insurance. The manager continued to ignore that and just refused to do the exchange. I simply asked for her name after and she told me that she wasn’t going to give me her name because I would file a complaint. I asked for more information that is required while making a complaint and that the GameStop employee had to share and she refused it. The other location across from the mall helped me with this situation in 5 minutes. Go to them because this store is obviously not here for helping customers.

Worst part was having to beg for the staff member to just let me check out. Will not be returning.Three staff members, one was actively face timing, wasn't greeted, no one could be bothered.

Austin Mills: A smaller GameStop, but with tons of merchandise on display. If your looking for collectables this GameStop is definitely near the top of contenders. They had multiple racks of clearance t-shirts and other apparel as well if you're looking for reasonably priced nerdy gear!
Ally Bright: We had a great and quick experience at this GameStop! Timothy was a huge help with getting my fiancé two new controllers! He helped us get set up with a warranty for the ps5 controller. He gave good advice and we got good deals on everything. The store is well managed and well stocked here! We will definitely be back!

Trevor Dustin: What annoys me about GameStop’s in general is that they sell games they open themselves as “new”. Why are they allowed to devalue their own games without taking a penalty for it? They make sure you can’t return their games by selling you already opened ones as “new”. But they still sell them at full price, but if I came back a day later with the same game I’d end up losing out on most of my money. They are beyond sketchy with their practices.

Alex: Small store, but the patience of the fellow working the cash register was on par with that of a monk. There was a man walking around the store soliciting customers for money while he was trying to overcome a language barrier of another customer. The guy working did an exemplary job defending the other customers from the soliciting individual. He also went above and beyond trying to communicate with the other customer.Then, he kept it together as the first guy came back asking him for money and then the other customers. The employee informed the man again that he is welcome to shop without soliciting other customers or he needed to leave. By that time, I had finished my transaction while hiding my money from the snake oil salesman who wanted to know exactly how much I spent. I told him I have nothing for him and left. I hope the employee faired well from this interaction with the dicey individual. Ill make more trips to this store if people this keep patient work ingthere.

Preme 07: IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS STORE A ZERO DUE TO THEIR POLICY AND THEM STATING THEY NEEDED A RECEIPT TO RETURN MY SONS WARRANTIED PURCHASE …Bogus store and management… I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone they don’t care about the KIDS FEELINGS AND MAKING /Keeping them happy.I ended up calling the N keystone location and they ended up doing it for me for my son without receipt due to him looking up my sons account and verifying the purchase in December 2021 and the warranty was still good .
Leonardo Diaz: Went in to make a trade in and was promptly shut down. A little research and a call and I found out they do take my console as a trade in. This location is unfortunately not being honest. They just didn't want to do anything tonight. Sorry to disturb your chill night working at the GameStop on a Saturday evening. I do not recommend this location.

Sky Landis: Preordered my game. Asked the person to apply my monthly credit. It didn't get applied, so I lost out on that. At the time of pre-ordering, I stressed to them that I wanted the game on disc. They promised it had a disc. I pick up my game today (collector's edition) and get told it's the digital only version. No apologies, just told. I will be trying a different location, next time.

H two0: Main guy that works here is knowledgeable and respectful as a manager should be but the other employee (bigger and probably younger) tried to rip me off for 150$. Went in to buy a PS5 after searching for awhile as most of us do and was happy to find it so close. Sticker price I believe was 559$ which was the disc version and did include the new god of war, BUT when I was at the register I was told that the total for the console came to 680$ before I added the extra items in store I WAS planning on purchasing. I asked how that was possible and was told that they AUTOMATICALLY charge you for an extra controller which I didn't need and that you HAVE to have a GameStop membership to even purchase the PS5 in the first place. All this could of been completely avoided with simply adding in the membership fee to the price of the console and reflecting that in the posted price, but to strong arm someone into another controller is ridiculous especially knowing that a lot of people are hard on money and this isn't a cheap thing to begin with let alone that they are more than likely buying it as a gift for their children. Needless to say I didn't buy from them and they easily lost out on a 1000$+ sale because of GREED. Save your time and money and find one at Target 🤣. Bought mine 2 days after this for 535$ AFTER tax and didn't need a membership, got the disc version I was hoping for and also wasn't bold face lied to about HAVING to buy a second controller. Absolutely absurd in my head how they managed to let me walk out knowing I was profit leaving the store empty handed. The only thing worth while at GameStop is their clearance items. Other than that I would NOT recommend shopping here anytime soon!

Plus he was to call me when the Spiderman arm cosplay came in since it was on sale for pro members for $59.99. Its now $99.00. I ask what happened to my call? He just gave me a strange look. That's not what I expected? He could of said I was so busy? I was still checking to see when they come in. I will see if we can still get that price since u showed me its? I get NOTHING??? NOT COOL!!! When we go IN there we spend money. Not a little bit a lot each time. My son with his special needs was already upset when Brandon left then Justin. Its so far just this person. The sales person ETHAN the day before he was amazing and knew everything my son was asking and had a great conversation, but this person it's like taking to someone that is just punching the clock.. I hope people know that expression - until its time for him too leave!! I have to said after he gets his pre orders from this store. I will go to Mooresville. That guy knows his stuff.
