Community Nursing and Rehabilitation: what do users think?
Antonio Miller: Nursing home is poor terrible communication and lazy staff. Now I live with devastation losing my grandmother. She was only supposed to stay for rehab but was actually tryna make her into a resident was kept sitting and laying for days. 0/10 highly wouldn’t recommend after 3 months later it’s still a thought. Meals are terrible and inconsiderate money hungry selfish employees.
Nikia Canady: This is the worst place on earth! I wouldn't send a animal to this facility. My family member has been at this location for several months! The staff is ghetto, unwilling to help. My family member has not receive any PT or OT. The food is horrible, they take your laundry and don't bring it back!. They laugh and made rude comments. I have filed a claim with the state regarding this facility.
Taylor: Two words: fifthly and lack of care
S Walker: DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!! MY GRANDMOTHER DIDN'T MAKE IT OUT OF HERE. BEWARE
felicia wasik: This facility has a loving, caring, family atmosphere. Everyone is kind and friendly. The staff is amazing! I love this facility.
Laura Jones: The management is working very hard on turning this place around and it shows tremendously. The staff is wonderful and the moral is amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Shawntel Hubbard: I can say that I have been with this company for 3 years. And it has really improved and we are like one big happy family. We have a great team here. I absolutely love working here.
Alan Simpson: I was never so disappointed and infuriated in my life in a place that was SUPPOSED to be for rehabilitation. My mother was brought here for rehabilitation and had to be taken to the hospital due to their neglect she received. She left with no strength in her legs so she couldn't take a step under her own power. Not only that, we were lied to on her recovery, or lack thereof. For a facility that we're supposed to have confidence in the care of our elderly family members, this place falls way short of quality care. I would not suggest this place. If I could give zero stars I would.
Redbone Brooks: Let me start off by saying I had good hopes for this facility. My mom went in & came out worse because of the neglect. She ended up in the hospital because they weren't on their job. I definitely would not recommend this facilty if you care about your loved one. Now a whole family has to patch up all the wrong that you guys have done.
Kris Malone: This is the worst nursing home in Indy. They had my grandmother for 4 weeks and lied about how she was doing the entire time. Never informed my family she had a large open wound on her bottom the size of 2 grapefruits. The staff is lazy and will leave your loved ones laying in feces all day with an open wound. My grandmother left their care and immediately got rushed to emergency room with a life threatening infection. I called trying to get answers and no one answers the phone.Stay far away from this place.
Sandra Miller: There is a lot of devastating things that went on in there. My mom was there for rehab for fracture in back and had a wound on her bottom that was a size of a quarter she was suppose to have physical therapy they did none of that. They left my mom in bed and that wound is now rotten infected. I wish I could put a picture on here. I would they told us nothing instead they were trying yo make her a resident. They were killing her. They keep everything a secret and they don't tell you anything but lies. This was and is the house of house of horrors.
Preston Meng: What a change! New leadership here is really making great strides, the staff is friendly, caring, and their passion for their “family” is so evident! Thank you all!!!!
Matthew Shafer: The staff and residents are like family ! A great place for Medicaid Private Rooms which is extremely hard to come by. Excellent place !
A L: I want to thank the personnel of Community Nursing and Rehab for taking such good care of my mother these past few weeks. I felt 100% confident in the care she recieved from everyone at this facility. Even when my mom was upset or being difficult, your team was patient and caring. Thank you for helping my mom (and me) get through this difficult situation. Everyone was professional and I could see how well the other residents were taken care of too.
Boubacar Diakite: I called today in order to get in contact with HR and the lady that answered the phone picked up with an attitude letting me know HR wasn’t in today and abruptly hung up the phone before I could thank her for letting me know
Micah Denning: I really love the employee's at this nursing home they always have a open ear and they are so open to change its a growing nursing home great things to come im. So impressed with they work environment
Ronchale Watson: Great place to work! CNR makes you feel like family.
Amy Buddenbaum: CNR is an amazing place. Staff is caring and loving with the residents. Their activity program is one of a kind!
Donna Sipes: The facility is going through some really good changes. The ED is doing amazing things, and making some amazing changes all for the GOOD. Staff is caring, and the resident's are happy. When you walk in the building, it does not smell like one would expect it to when thinking of a long term facility. The staff takes pride in knowing this is the resident's home and making sure it is fully treated that way.
Amanda Gaskins: My family member was at this facility for rehab from a discharge from the hospital. She maybe received therapy once a week. Her roommate's family was homeless and was sleeping in the room on chairs, eating free meals from the dining room, and when my family member went down for meals the homeless brother slept in my family's bed. (found out he had lice).During her stay there the showered her twice leaving her in the shower room by herself both times. The facility smelled horrible like urine. The staff WASN'T friendly and didn't treat my family member with respect. BEWARE of the 5 star ratings they are receiving. Very misleading and not true.Don't allow your loved one to go here.
Brett Mckenney: This facility has had its ups and downs like any other but digging through the trenches we have can out on top . We have made lots of changes and everyone likes the changes and all the positive things to come .

Hooverwood Living: what do users think?
Maddy Jensen: I would recommend to anyone looking for rehab, memory care, or long term care. Excellent facility with caring staff.
Ash G: One of the Nursing Home staff came to my place of business today and tried to recruit my employees. Please have some shame, hire employees in a professional manner.SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!
Mikhail Kovalenko: Great personal, great service, thank you
Charles Perkins: 💯🙏
Betty Shields: I work and here, environmental services on memory care unit and ABSOLUTELY love my job and love ALL the residents even more ❤️
idigit7 Jac: Like a joke the way the qma think they not cna they think they nurses
Sheila Cheatham: My dad was sent to Hooverwood from St Vincent Hospital and I thank God for them....Hooverwood staff was awesome from day one......they were warm and caring....the atmosphere at Hooverwood is so warm.....need a place for rehab or long term care Hooverwood is the place....my dad passed a year ago and I so appreciated this facility!
Jeffrey Swisher: I am now getting disillusioned with Hooverwood. My Mother is 83 and had triple bypass heart surgery. After being released from the hospital on a Thursday and arrived at Hooverwood by 1pm; she was never seen by the doctor. I was not able to transport her. I could not make it to the hospital at time of her release, so I didn't get to see the papers no know if she is on a cardiac care diet. There is not a choice on the "menu" for low sodium or fats. And no one serving the food knew of any nutritional information to watch for the sodium ourselves. An other lady at my Mother's dinning table is supposed to be on a low sodium diet because of pulmonary hypertension. She couldn't eat any of the food on the menu. This lady asked me to find out how much sodium was in the tomato soup. I asked the gentleman serving. He handed me a single serving can to Campbell's tomato soup. It said sodium for one serving was 780 milligrams. This was almost half of her daily intake of sodium. Then two visitors at another table told me not to get involved for this lady. When she asked for help, I will help. Many patients would get food and have no cutlery, and then have to wait. Many would never get their drinks until after their dinner was over.It looks as if the food comes from a main kitchen, then plated in little kitchens in the ward. So there is special diet needs being filled. This doesn't help with rehabilitation of the patient.
cheri longerbone: Our father came to Hooverwood after several other (bad) places. We have seen it all. We highly recommend them! Wish we would have found Hooverwood sooner. They took great care of my Father. The love and excellent communication we received was so special. Dr.'s offices only give you lists of places and will not comment on specifics. Sad. So word of mouth and google ratings better way to find the truth.
James Sears: My mom has bern here for almost 4 years and loves it. The staff is attentive and interacts with patients and family. They have activities and events that keep the residents active. My mom calls it her house. The remodeled rooms are great.
Kierra Symone: My grandmother was here for least 5 hours from being discharged from hospital due to surgery on HIP . She wanted me to come get her right away, nobody came to do physical therapy with her , took the bandage off her hip where she had her surgery and left it off . That is how she can get an infection smh . She called out to people to help her nobody would and just left her in room . She also asked for a menu so that she can eat they wrote the menu on a piece a paper and gave it to her. This place is disgusting nothing but ghetto people working there and they treat people wrong and i definitely don’t like how she was getting treating so she called me to come get here and i had to take off work to do so. Packed her stuff and left, funny thing about this place they never once stop us just looked at us while i was taking her and her stuff to my car. That pissed me off as much as her not receiving any help . Please avoid this place my grandmother was check in here today Feb 20,2018 and left 5 hours later becuase no one cared that she was in need of helping, walking past her door and leaving her in the room . DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY TO THIS PLACE !!!!! It’s a nightmare, if i could give it no stars i would believe that
Bryant Macy: My father has spent almost a year in the care of this wonderful team of incredibly empathic individuals. The facilities are in the midst of modernization and are clean, functional and warm. I highly recommend it for anyone who has a parent or significant other who has become too old to care for themselves. You will love the warmth and competency of this caregiver team at Hooverwood.
Rene' Casey: Awesome place!

Arlington Place Health Campus: what do users think?
Nikki Jackson: Great place to care for your loved ones! Great staff, great food, clean, never an odor (or masked odor), great therapy department, ...just a great place over all!
Kelley Fisher: I recommend them for the cleanliness of the facility for the niceness of most of the employees and associates, but they need more help help that wants to help the elderly not just come in because it’s a job and not to blow off the patience while they’re sitting around talking instead of doing what they need to do I’ve been with them for over three years now with my mom and I had to bring her home because there was no other choice if I wanted her to get taken care of again love them but they need a lot more good employees or pay the employees you have there to do better
David Chariker: Looks New and Clean and Spacious
Kam: I have been in Arlington Place many times to visit my auntie. Overall facilities looks good. Therapy department doing good job. I also attended few Sundays brunch. That was amazing. Food was super delicious and the buffet was well organized. My auntie said the food is always delicious. Good job dietary department. Keep it up guys.
Jennifer Martin: My friend's room was not being cleaned in the Rehab unit and she was not taken to activities even after expressly asking staff not to forget her. One aid took her to bathroom and then left her in a soaking brief. Nobody seemed to look in on her at all through the day. The amount of physical rehab is completely inadequate. She is left to sit all day in the same position in her wheelchair. Abysmal situation, but lots of nice Christmas decorations. Window dressing.
Tori Rena (Tori): There are staff members whom keeps being rude to my mama (mom) and everything I go visit my energy is drain not to mention they are understaffed and don't properly have enough aid to help besides dealing with the ones who have sneakily demeanor besides attitude and being rude. Not all staff is like that but they should not allow other residents friends and family members purchase cigarettes for her and we requested for that to not happen besides being overly charged for her to be there. Enough is enough and All valid information will be reveal and expose. I read the previous reviews to not fair others to go through it in silence no more.
Amy Watt: I can't speak for the facility since I know no one there... but as a delivery person I can say the young lady at the desk at noon today 03/03/22 was just as cheery, pleasant, and friendly as every welcome desk should hope to have!! A very nice change from some deliveries I have made to other businesses!!
Nancy Scott: I have been here four times….there is a reason for that.. you don’t go someplace four times that treats you bad. The staff is over the top accommodating.. you are going to find a few bad ones, no matter where you go…but I care about the staff here..they are kind, helpful, polite, caring….again not all.. but most..enough to overlook the not so good….Thearpy is great…everyone goes out of their way to be kind and helpful….the food could use some help…but you can’t please everyone all the time….if I had to go into care, it would be here….I have told the higher up people, on many occasions… do whatever you can to keep your staff…. They are the best. And yes I have been to one other place..was so bad they would get no stars…
Manjit Trehan: My mom was at this place after she broke a hip. A nurse's aide shoved 8 pills down her mouth and told her "I don't have time for water" and left. Mom had to wait long times for someone to come help take her to the bathroom. Many times, no one stopped by; forcing me to drive over to help her. Investigation is underway by the state.
Cheri Hood: They don’t have a efficient phone system all calls go to one area or whichever area decides to answer the phone. I have been on hold for over an hour. Every area should have a direct number for family to reach the health care facility. If you truly have an alternative choice of facilities please don’t choose this one. My family member was neglected and verbally abused we were on edge during her entire stay. We were held hostage and so was our family member. The administrators are always unaware of what’s happening inside the facility so they are unaccountable. We eventually was able to have her accepted at another facility which was a 100% better in all areas. Find another choice don’t let the smiling faces fool you they are deceiving.
Bstoves (Bstoves): i guess nobody knows how to answer the phones here tried 5 different times calling no one answers.
Jackie Scott: Have called and left several messages to be called back and nothing! I understand were in a pandemic but we should know everything that goes on with our loved ones and that's not the case. People are really rude and give no cares for the patients. Sad world we live in. If I have to go further I will. No excuses not trying to hear it. Looking for a new place to see if I can get my grandma somewhere better and friendlier and that CARES!
Quintin Williams: omg I dont know were to start my mother has been here for a while now the facility it self is amazing But oh them aids them nurses can be very rude and disrespectful they give you the run around and just act like they dont care to get you the information that you need about your loved one you call one time oh there busy oh nobody's at desk call me Call back and hear the same bull shxt like come on now
Heather Jones: Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Kim McDonald is a kind and trustworthy person to work with in the industry.
Stephanie Jennings: I just visited my grandma for the first time here. She has been here for a week. This is the worst place I have ever seen in my entire life. I am extremely disgusted with the conditions. The staff are incredibly rude and nasty. The front area is clean but my grandmas room and bathroom was extremely nasty.
Teri Kelley: My mother in law got her lunch and it was cold very under cooked grilled cheese. It won't let me post a picture of it. Texas toast with one piece of cheese the butter melted on it but not browned like it should be
Michael Shanklin: Absolutely BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH BEAUTIFUL STAFF
Janet Haden: My mom somewhat complained about the care, but I thought it was average
Pastor Vicky: Staff was very friendly. Place was clean
Laurie Kloss: It's a really nice place clean and friendly
Debra Rainey: Clean nice facility just don't have enough staff

ManorCare Health Services-Indy South: what do users think?
Jason Rich: My dear cousin has been a resident for just over a year, and I’ve been heartened and so pleased, with not just the care provided, but also the love and integrity that SHOULD come along with this type of care.In an environment like this, the intangibles matter. Many residents, living, existing, and hopefully thriving together is the ultimate goal, and it’s obviously a very lofty one. But the administration, nurses, nurses assistants, along with the facilities management folks, food service staff and all others involved in what it takes to make a facility like this run, and run smoothly, have given me and my family a sense of relief, that the small details, and the big deals are being handled with professionalism, care and kindness.
Teresa Belle: This nursing home is a joke. My cousin has been in there for three or four months and not once have they bathed him or shaved him. They lie on him and they lie on us. If you have anyone in their care, I would be finding a new place because this place is a joke and you can’t get anyone to answer your questions, or find out where his belongings are that got stolen while he was at another place. Save yourself a headache never go to this place.
Sophie White: Amazing rehab program that helped my mom get the rehabilitation she needed to be able to return home better than ever!! Friendly environment and staff was always very helpful!!
Peggy Watkins: Kudos Everyone ~We had a really great team on the B wing! Thanks to the staff for treating our family with careand compassion. We shared very special moments with the nursing staff and their willingness to help us endure the healing. The therapists, the cleaning staff, cafeteria staff, social service and resident's were all so kind in his recovery and rehabilitation.James, Peggy and Maggie Watkins
Marcia Ryan: My 36yr old, quadriplegic son has been a resident for a year and I’ve been very pleased with his care! Big difference from the previous 2 facilities. It feels like home, with the staff and residents treating each other like family. The new director is doing an excellent job in a tough environment. Well done, Majestic Care 💕
Christy Crowder: I just started a month ago and already quit I'm surprised I stayed that long. That place is horrible I've been a c.n.a for 19 years this is one of the worst facilities. I wouldn't suggest anyone putting their lived one their. So much neglect and abuse. We worked short all the time. I feel bad for the residents their.
Janice Woods: My niece was in this facility for about 3 months. In that time she fell 3 times, missed dialysis treatments because the staff didn't know how to do it. Her bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned for days.. my heart broke when I came to pick her up.
Kisha Towns: Have a family member here & every time I go in lights going off constantly no one to help I have watched nurses walk right pass call lights without offering any help. Found a new location for my family I can not wait to get them out of there DO NOT RECOMMEND
Megan White: I wish I can rate this place ZERO stars! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !!!
Edna D: 4 stars because there is always room to grow! Three months ago, I was given the opportunity to become the Executive Director of this community and I can truly say that I enjoy being at Majestic Southport. As we work to build our managerial care team, develop our frontline care team members, and increase our clinical capabilities we do so with our residents in mind. Our commitment to quality care and outstanding clinical results is our number one priority!!! Come over and see us at Majestic Care of Southport to learn more about the Majestic Difference!!!
Ashley Nakasone: Id give negative if I could.Ive done everything and spoke to everyone..... They are literally doing not much. Moral must be so low even with me yelling, crying and trying to use their family as examples... Week after week... State health...nothing obudsmans literally told me their are like 3. And no way they could even follow up on any conplaints that still lived after state comes in. So just so everyone knows ... There is no one to help us no one who cares about our neglected love ones. And bieve me if i could afford nursing staff at home... This wouldnt be an issue. But he worked his whole life to be treated this way my insurance and healthcare. Disgusting. And idk what to do either.
Zylann Street: Terrible company I will never send family there!
Ashley Wahlfeldt: The team and quality care is amazing!! The leadership that this team has and the ability to take care of patients is one like none other!
Gay Waterman: I have been employed since April. We are building a great management team. This position has challenged me but has made me a more seasoned professional. I love working at Majestic Care of Southport.
Megan Kosteniuk: I have been working here for approximately 3 months. When I started I wasn't too sure about how things would go; however, we have amazing current staff and this place is changing for the better literally daily! Change doesn't happen overnight, but we are taking huge leaps in improving this facility and are continuing to get better and better! It's very exciting to be a part of this, and I believe in another month I will be able to increase this review to the full 5 stars. If things weren't up to your standards in the past, you NEED to come and check it out now! You'll be happy you did!
Bobbie Guzman Solis: I have recently started my new career at Majestic Care , and the staff have been wonderful. The support offered is above and beyond.
Rachel Mckinney: I have been an employee with Majestic care at southport for going on 9 months and I feel that I've finally found my home and I look forward to working here for a long time! I know the care team members that work here take excellent cars of our residents Nd thats what matters the mist to meof our
Erin Harris: I have worked here for just under a year. The building is always clean, the staff is very knowledgeable.
Megan Davis: Too bad there isn’t an option for zero stars. I guess I should be okay with 1 star for the handful of people I dealt with.
Tammy McKee: My Brother is a resident and is well taken care of. He loves his caregivers. We’re very happy with the care he receives and very appreciative.
Erin Colts: This is not a good company DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE

Clearvista Lake Health Campus: what do users think?
Dale Funk: It's a great place to work. The staff and residents are the best. I would have my family here. Just overall a great place to be and feel very welcoming.
Fenway Park: Clearvista is an amazing health campus who has outstanding staff who care for their residents.
Angie Wilmer: I have been employed with Clearvista Lake for 18 months now and I think this is a beautiful facility. The staff have a lot of care and compassion to offer the residents they serve.
Amy Webb: I am a Trilogy employee and have the pleasure of working with Clearvista Lake Health Campus on a daily basis. This campus has great leaders where it counts. From their Executive Director down this staff is compassionate about the care their residents receive. They take pride in the jobs they do and it shows when you interact with their residents. If I could give this team 10 stars I would in an instant. Thank you for all you do team #clearvistalake !
Heather Jones: Fenway is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable.
Amaya Beeler: THIS JOB IS HORRIBLE DONT WORK HERE BRING FAMILIES HERE NOTHING THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL! The ED DOSENT CONTROLL HER STAFF SHE JUS FIRES PEOPLE DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE THE ROOMS ARE NASTY AND THEY LEAVE RESIDENTS IN THE BED ALL DAY
Teresa McGowRussell: My mother is currently here. Nurses decided she needed pureed food because here hands are almost paralyzed. They cant be bothered to help her eat. Now getting bedsores because they are too busy to change her positions or give her her meds.
Pam Sandlin: While. My mother. Was a resident I had many issues with her care a big problem was bringing her water the aids wood put it on her dresser. She was bed ridden so all she could do was look at it. She passed away extremely dehydrated. She broke her hip they have never been able to tell me what happend.Mom was sick with vomiting for 2 weeks her wheel chair was covered in hard dried vomit .They. Were to lazy to clean it so she had to sit in it.The staff lied to us about her care .We had a stay there for rehab after a stroke this was when they first opend her room heater caught fire. I had to lay my mother tol rest the day before her 90th birthday
Bryan Wilson: No option for "Zero Stars". I have a dying parent there - poor communication from staff just auto send covid notices , failure to expedite documents they instructed me to send ( and I followed their instructions to the letter ) No easy way to reach people- just a mess of in box directors you leave messages to . Issues just passed off between them and Community Hospital North .Note : I'm not interested in your Spam bot generic reply system & email link. Show you really care by having a REAL PERSON actually take note and do their jobs...
Janis Ashburn: I selected Clearvista Lake Health Campus for my mother to come for rehab after experiencing a traumatic fall this year. From my first meeting with the staff members giving me a tour, and now moving my mother to the assisted living section, I have experienced nothing but professionalism beyond measure. You are greeted with smiles and friendly hello's from staff members as soon as you enter the facility. My mother's care has been absolutely wonderful throughout her stay here for the last several months. The staff have worked to help her regain much of her independence, offered support and compassion when she felt frustrated, and supported my family throughout this ordeal. If you are searching for a state of art facility that also offers professionalism, compassion, complete medical care, and friendly faces this is simply the best choice. Clearvista has met and exceeded my expectations of wonderful care for my mother. Take a moment and visit this facility, and see how they can help you or a family member. You will not be disappointed!
Jamie Keys: Worked here in the last three months the staff are fradulent. Majority of these five stars came from the employees not real people. I left voluntarily and I wouldn't leave anyone I know at this place. Don't be fooled.
Don C: I am very pleased with the care clearvista has given my 93 year old mother. My wife and I feel very comfortable leaving on vacation knowing mom will get 24 hour nursing care. My mother has also used clearvista for rehab, everyone was so professional and caring. Thank you don
Jean LaMore: My Dad recently moved here. Last night I saw 2 administrative staff helping get the dinner served hot and timely. Thank you Sharon and Mark. Everyone; from kitchen, housekeeping, nursing, recreation and therapy, even maintenance, treat the residents and one another with respect and manners. It is refreshing.
Glen Johnston: Clean, modern facility....made my mother comfortable in her final days!
Alex Craig: I am a caregiver for a patient there. The staff is wonderful! The place is very clean and the building always smells nice. It’s not like any other rehabilitation/nursing home I’ve ever been to. It is bright and happy there. The staff goes above and beyond to help accommodate myself and my patient. I am very pleased with the management. They are always friendly and welcoming. I would and have recommend(ed) this place to my family and friends.
Kelli Milburn: We were incredibly pleased with the care that our loved one received while at Clearvista Lakes. The staff was compassionate and very attentive to her needs. Management was proactive in assisting with the best next steps in her care plan and the executive director, Justin’s main focus was that she received the best quality of care. After my loved ones tenure there, my daughter even returned to volunteer.
Musicartwords TV: The very worst staff and nurses in the world!! My dad has suffered a rapid decline in his health!! My dad is being over medicated!! My dad has been physically and emotionally abused by staff and nurses at Clearvista!! My dad has suffered a broken hip, broken scull and has been found with unexplained bruises, staff makes fun of him. Tammy Tinsley was finally fired as executive director of Clearvista after my fourth complaint to adult protective services about the horrible care my dad is receiving at Clearvista!!Clearvista operates under the business model of a private prison, as the parent company trilogy makes huge profits patients are neglected at Clearvista receiving the minimum of care.
Wesley Potter: Awesome place too work at I've been here for almost two years 😀😀
Patricia Hobbs: I love my job & the ppl I work with are great.
Margie Danenfelser: I love working at Clearvista Lake! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Everyone seems to care about the residents and their needs. We do our best to keep the facility clean for the residents. After all this is their home and we work for them.
Stephanie Foster: Trilogy has been great so far while working here. The residents are amazing and there are some awesome people to work with and it makes team work fun.

Wickshire Fort Harrison: what do users think?
Rick Malott: Not doing what they say in writing they will do poor workman ship not good health facility.
Jadis Blackwood: Overall this is a nice looking building. Most of the staff are nice people that actually care about the residents others are just here for a check. 2 years ago when this building was Elmcroft it was a lot better management staff was a lot better now I can’t say the same. A lot of the time cnas are working alone with just a Qma on the cart. There are no Nurses in this building how that is safe or legal I’ll never know. This place has definitely had a downfall since the pandemic hit. The administrator here has no knowledge of healthcare terms or experience. She is way too under qualified to work there. These poor cnas are underpaid and under-appreciated they should be making just as much as an agency cna if not more. None of these workers at this building received hazard pay during the pandemic. They lie to resident families telling them they have enough help to care for your loved ones but they don’t. Kitchen staff are at their wits end with all the resident complaints. Overall it’s not as bad as most building. This building could be a lot better with some here and there tweaks but week by week it gets worse and worse.
Erica Morris: I'm not sure how this place has any stars when it is basically being ran by 2 CNA and no nurses!. This place has gone down drastically since 2020 they have absolutely no administrative staff no kitchen staff the nurse aides have to work in the kitchen so those poor residents can eat. This is a service that residents pay for the have no laundry no maintenance it's horrible!!! and they have the nerve to raise the rent what a rip off!!! Do not put your family members here THEY HAVE NO ONE TO CARE FOR THEM! And the state has done nothing to resolve the issues
Fishers Scott: Most staff is friendly, however some could be very rude. Food isn't great but breakfast is good. Property is well maintained and the building is very nice.
Michele Urban: Omg, this place is awesome. Moved my mom in and the whole team there worked with me to help with a lot of challenges. Referred me to programs for affordability, extra services and even referred me to the movers ...who rocked it! Nick Halstead and Jennifer Lally-Sheagren were so good, science should consider cloning them. Met their team including Dan, Erica, Gloria, Ashley and Dikimbe who go above and beyond. Not sure why anyone would rate anything less than 5 stars. Would give 6 if I could.Thank you for a great transition to a new and caring place.
Melanie Purifoy: My mom is a resident of Wickshire Ft. Harrison and it has been nothing short of a miracle for our family. My mom has been settling in beautifully with the help of all the staff, from the director to the dining room staff! The building and grounds are clean and beautiful, the residents are friendly, and the staff is quickly becoming like family.I never thought I would resort to moving my mom into assisted living, but I’m so glad I did. She needed the socialization and the routine they could provide when I couldn’t. Her geriatrician was so pleased with her office visit. My mom scored higher than she had in 5 years for her mood being so good. I attribute that to her feeling safe and cared for in her new surroundings. Wickshire has exceeded our expectations!
Miltina Gavia: We are very pleased with Wickshire. New management is doing a great job! Mom is very happy and the staff treats her like a “star”. They have been very responsive to our concerns and offer solutions. While no place is perfect Wickshire has been great for us. Mom loves it here and so do we.
Elaine Hand: I have a friend that.moved into Wickshire in Dec. There has been a lot to do. Her apartment is still not in order. Nick & Jennifer have done so much to help her out. I have met other staff but just a brief time. I am glad that we found Wickshire. Everyone tries to make her stay like being at home.
suzanne smith: Our mother was at Wickshire for a very short time (hours actually) but the staff was so compassionate with her care. While she was there, she wasn’t left alone and was very well attended to. With all of the COVID restrictions there are to date, we were able to spend a few precious moments with her when she first got to the facility thanks to Jennifer. Little did we know this would be the last few moments we would ever get to spend with her. It’s the little things that count and they obviously care about their residents and families.
Dyanne colvard: This is a very caring and compassionate place.
Unique Beecher: Rude front desk hung up in my face on the phone HORRIBLE!
Tom Barnes: My 96 yr old mother fell, pushed button for help, but it took a long time for help to arrive. They are understaffed. There have been several issues in getting very slow responses. Staff is friendly, Food is very poor. Menu items are not always served.
Jenifer Coverstone: We are solving the problems.
Catlady Meeker: Awesome community, variety of things that the residents partake in & wonderful staff
Katie Mellott: Green Tree at Fort Harrison is a wonderful place with a warm and friendly atmosphere! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and has a true care for their residents. There is always something fun going on for the residents to do, and there are wonderful spots to go and relax such as by the birds in the entrance! This place is great!

Traditions at North Willow: what do users think?
Graham Peelle: Initial information, tour, and move-in experience has been great. The team shows they care and is quite responsive and easy to work with.Thank you Traditions for all your help and support.
Liz Lawson: My mom’s transition to Traditions has been seamless. The staff has been so kind to her and she is enjoying socializing with the residents. She tells me daily she is so happy with her decision to move there.
Terry Feezle: Without a doubt, Traditions has been an answer to our needs! Our mother has been so comfortable with her new home, a large part because of the kind and caring staff! New friends and new experiences in a new and safe environment have been a blessing. Thank you to Maggie, Allison, Mary, James, Julia, Ty, and others for making this an easy transition.
Anthony Arnold: A wonderful Experience, moving out of house I used to live in, then moving into Traditions of North Willow
Lisa: The staff at Traditions at North Willow helped make our father’s move to assisted living so smooth and comfortable. They were respectful, attentive and sensitive to his concerns.
Dan C.: Amid the many stories, controversies, and concerns that accompany the challenges associated with operating a retirement community, I have found the operations at Traditions to be both responsive and welcoming. This is a new community situated conveniently on the NW side and close to a large number of ammenities. The staff are friendly, very responsive, and trustworthy. We are grateful to have my parents in this community close to us, safe, and secure. Keep up the good work!
Don Battenfleld: Traditions at North Willow has been a trusted source of care for my mother who has been in memory care for a year. No place is perfect and transition has challenges, but all challenges have been met with caring helpful and thoughtful response. I am grateful to all staff from administration to maintenance, but especially to the staff of the memory care unit and third party caregivers who take on the extra difficulty of dealing with dementia patients. Thank you!
Niah Fulford: In 2021, I began searching for a senior living community that would fit the needs of my parents. A church member living at Traditions in the Independent section recommended their Assisted Living. After going for a tour, it was quickly decided that that was the best place for my parents & the dog. It started rocky because of the transition (mom was on the Memory Care floor and dad on the Assisted Living floor) but we got to know the staff and there were some staff members that went above & beyond to help with transition and help keep the open communication with me as their primary caregiver & POA. Even though my mom went home to the Lord after 8 months, I am thankful for the caring staff that were there for her until her last day and even more thankful for the staff that have been watching over and still caring for my father and the dog as they still live there. I would highly recommend Traditions at North Willow for anyone looking for a senior living community for their loved ones. Please reach out to the Community Director, Allison, because she made the 1st impression for us & it was all great from there.
Mallory Vernon: Traditions is a wonderful facility. The energy is always cheerful. The staff are lovely and the residents are amazing! I look forward to coming in every day. Traditions is full of friendly faces that are always willing to help!
John Castillo: My parents moved in last year and we wish they had moved in years ago.Everything about Traditions at North Willow is first rate. The management and staff go out of their way to ensure the care and comfort of the residents. They have been responsive, caring and considerate and are a pleasure to work with.We are very impressed with the facilities team, who promptly addressed a minor issue with their refrigerator. And, during recent heavy snow, they proactively put down salt before the storm and cleared snow immediately so mom and dad could get out for shopping. It's wonderful to see mom and dad so happy here and known they are safe and in good hands.
Doug Tischbein: The move-in and orientation process has been remarkable especially during these challenging times. Both the leadership and the staff have been very professional, personable and focused on our mothers well being and transition. Thanks to everyone at Traditions North who has made this transition a better place for mom.
mark dittmer: My mother has been a resident there for 3 years and has always received the highest quality care. Both she and my family are most satisfied with all aspects of the facility and recommend it to anyone who asked.
Carol Vogt: Traditions is the BEST facility I could have chosen for my husband! He loves the staff, food and surroundings. I was afraid it would take him a long time to adjust because he was SO dependent on me. It took less than two months. The staff has been very kind to me and have worked with me when our children, from all over the country, come to visit. I would recommend Traditions to anyone who needs a save, nurturing home for their love ones.
P. STORMY BARRETT: Our family is extremely happy with care our Mother has been receiving at Traditions at North Willow. The members of the staff have always gone the extra mile in caring for the residents. They have a tough job, especially in the past several months and have kept the bar of their care at a high level. The very fact there has been no cases of the Corvid virus in the building speaks loudly for their diligence in keeping everyone safe and well cared for.
Nancy Allen: It’s been a tough 7-8 months but I am grateful you have maintained a Covid 19 free facility. I am anxious to get some of the restrictions lifted so I can get in her room to get a few things done for her. Some days are better for mom than others but for the most part the quarantined experience has gone well.
Debra Williams: I am so happy with the care my mother is receiving. There are so many loving people taking care of her needs and they are reliable and efficient. I have wonderful communication with everyone involved in her care. The very professional staff and leadership works tirelessly to care for residents. It is a happy place with happy people.
Lauren Hall: My grandmother was on of the first residents at North Willow when it first opened and is living there still today. Libby, Donna, the kitchen staff, CNAs, Nurses and doctors have all been kind, considerate and thoughtful in their care. During COVID the staff has gone above and beyond to care for my grandma and other residents as lack of family support in house is not possible. For example, my grandma's hearing aids haven't been working well and the Director, Libby, took time out of her day to visit Costco to have them cleaned for her so that she could follow conversations with family on the telephone. I feel grateful that this is where my grandma is being cared for and wouldn't want her anywhere else.
PAMELIA STORMS-BARRETT: Very pleased with the care our Mother is receiving at Traditions at North Willow. The staff is excellence
Janet Karsas: Memory Care Director, Beatrice, has been very helpful with weekday phone calls with our Dad. She takes the time to initiate the calls for us.
Laurie Freeman: Mary Evans has gone above and beyond to keep us connected to our dad after my mom passed in February right before COVID. She has helped coordiate Skypes, Facetimes, visits,- helped facilitate completion of paperwork and even called on her day off to brainstorm about my dad when he was down. She has been a gift to our family
Michelle Allen: My mother has been a resident here for less than 30 days. She is receiving 30 days of respite care for $6000. The care from the beginning has been substandard. I have talked with several administrators with empty promises to "get it right" (Janet, Julie, Jennifer and Libby) . If you have a loved one that depends on pendants (call button) for assistance to the restroom etc., you may want to look elsewhere. The facility is beautiful with bells and whistles, however, when it comes to assisted care at a higher level, they don't seem to be able to hit the mark and produce. Additionally, if your loved one takes medication, know that medications may be compromised. I walked in one day and found medication cart unattended and unlocked with medications sitting out. Unacceptable. I pray my mother makes it to the end of her 30 day respite stay. Due to lack luster service, I will be moving her to another facility.

Assisted Living Locators: what do users think?
Ken Hayes: So grateful for Dave's help locating the best place for my mother. What a great guy, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. His help was invaluable! I've told may friends about Dave and his service because we all need help navigating these big life decisions and Dave is the best!
Teresa Bickel: Assisted Living Locators/Dave Holder did a phenomenal job assisting us as we researched options for our parent's living needs. This is an emotional journey and Dave helped us make an informed decision that best met our parents needs. He was patient as decisions "flip-flopped" and took time for our parents to fully process and accept what was happening. I've already given Dave's contact information to others.Thank you Dave for how you assisted us through a stressful/confusing period with much care and understanding.
Rachel Gross: Dave Holder was incredibly helpful. My parents had certain needs that had to be met, and he was able to provide me with a list of facilities that met those needs. He walked through the facilities with me and asked questions that I never would have thought of. His follow up showed how personable he was and how he treated me as an individual. I highly recommend this service he provides.
Jane Shevlot: Very knowledgeable about the care level available at each potential placement of our loved one! Patient and kind to work with. I highly recommend!
Dana Huston-Holt: Dave was crucial in helping us find the perfect place for my Dad. He listened to what our wants and desires were for Dad, and helped facilitate 3 great meetings/tours which ultimately resulted in Dad finding his next perfect home. Dave is kind, trustworthy, professional, and an all-around great guy! We are so glad we found Dave and Assisted Living Locators!!
David Benshoof: Dave is an expert in migrating through the complexity of finding us a living community for mom. He listened intently to our desires and made three recommendations for us to consider! Dave is kind, genuinely interested in helping and is very knowledgeable to make the process go smoothly. I highly recommend Dave to you! He completely exceeded our expectations and mom is in a community she loves!
Tina Nitsos: Dave was extremely helpful and responsive. We enjoyed working with him!
Elizabeth Santander: If you are feeling overwhelmed with everything involved in finding assisted living for your loved one, I strongly urge you to reach out to Dave Holder at Assisted Living Locators. I’m only sorry I didn’t do so sooner. I thought there had to be a catch, but there is not.Dave will kindly help you sift your way through all the complicated information and pick out the best fit for your loved one. You do not pay him. He receives a commission from the Assisted Living Facility that he helps you find if your loved one becomes a resident. He knows the ins and outs of many of the local facilities and will also take you on guided tours and answer all your questions. He is genuine in his efforts to help and a true pleasure to deal with. Even when his job with helping us find the right home for my Mom was done he still kindly checked in to see how things were going and offer further assistance if needed.Save yourself a lot of headache and reach out to Dave Holder for help in this very important decision and step for your loved one.
Robert Libby: Dave was instrumental in assisting our family during a most difficult time. He went above and beyond and consistently demonstrated both professionalism and compassion. We can't recommend him highly enough!
Angelia Brown: Services provided by our family's locater (Dave Holder) were an absolute BLESSING during a very difficult time, with our mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis. Dave was able to move as quickly as we needed and, he was very knowledgeable about the offerings in all of the facilities in our preferred area. Tours...and eventual move-in ran SUPER smooth, because of Dave's direction. ...A much needed service, if you're considering a Senior Living facility, for a loved one.
Sharon Lents: Dave was wonderful to work with! He listened to our needs, asked great questions, helped us know all the right questions to ask, and was so knowledgeable and kind as he guided us through the many options and elements to consider. His priority was helping us find the situation that best met our mom's needs, now and for the foreseeable future. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for assistance if / when another family member has need for assisted living arrangements.
Pete Merten: Dave is awesome! He help me find the perfect place for my father. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and does a great job listening to what you’re looking for.If your looking for help in finding the right place for your loved one, Dave is your guy!
Dan Connors: Dave was absolutely a game changer in finding the perfect place for our mom. His contacts, knowledge and experience were over the top. He not only helped us find the perfect place but assisted after in recommending us the places to go find the necessary mobility device needed…..
Donna Roller: A friend referred Dave Holder to me when my family faced moving our dad to a senior community. We didn't know where to begin. Dad was declining and we felt uninformed and overwhelmed. Talking to Dave immediately helped us feel better. His calm, compassionate and reassuring demeanor helped guide us, as did his expertise and knowledge. Dave would provide us information on communities, schedule tours and accompany us ( even if the tours were virtual. ) He provided good questions for us to ask during these tours. He helped every step of the way. He lessened our burden. He was and still is someone we could turn to with any question. This process of helping your loved one transition from home to independent living, assisted living or memory care is difficult and emotional. Dave is the calm in the storm.I simply cannot say enough good things about Dave Holder!!
Joan Krebs: I can't say enough great things about Dave. I was faced with moving my mother from Kentucky to a memory care unit in Indianapolis. I was so overwhelmed because I didn't even know where to start. Dave guided me through the entire process. He set up the tours, helped me with questions to ask, and then wrote up a summary of information about each facility that we visited. I found the perfect place for my mother and I couldn't be happier. This was all possible because of Dave. He takes an extremely stressful situation and makes it a smooth journey.
Kevin Conners: Dave is absolutely wonderful! We recently had to, unexpectedly, find an assisted living facility for my mom, and didn't know where to begin. Dave came highly recommended to us from a long time friend, and he couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process. He gave us a number of options, and set everything up. His communication skills are top notch. He answers phone calls, and responds to texts and emails in a very timely manor. I'm grateful that Dave made my mom's transition to assisted living so easy!
India Mickey: Dave Holder's character and heart for service are unmatched by anyone I know. It is always a pleasure working with him to place a family because he truly has their best interest in mind and will assist in the education process alongside the community to encourage them to make the best choice now, rather than waiting for a crisis. The senior living industry needs more Daves!
Richard Wheeler: If you are searching for a senior living community for yourself or relatives Dave is a very valuable resource. In our case we want to move to the Indianapolis area from out of state to be closer to family. We would like to accomplish this move within the next twelve months or so. While we are familiar with the area, we are not familiar with the senior living communities available. Dave took the time to carefully listen to our needs and the questions we had about this type of living. He suggested several communities we might be interested in as part of our initial discussion. After doing some research we narrowed those suggestions to three. Dave was instrumental in obtaining more information for us and set up visitations for all three. After this second round of discussion we found our future home. Dave’s assistance was instrumental in our successful search for a new home.
John Robbins: Dave is incredibly easy to work with and very good at what he does. We reached out to him while looking for Assisted Living facilities for my dad. He was very responsive and listened to our needs. He was able to provide a short list of potential facilities and was able to give honest and candid feedback about some of the facilities we had researched as well. Since Dave has existing relationships in place, he was able to move fast once we started to narrow our search. We never felt like he was trying to steer us in any direction other than the right place for my dad. Whether you are just starting the process, or think you have it all figured out, I highly recommend reaching out to Dave. It's the best decision you could possibly make.
David Mann: Dave is such a humble and kind person. I would gladly recommend him to my own family.
Jim Sloan: A friend who lives out of state thought her mother was not receiving proper services for her mother. Dave passed along some suggestions and I forwarded them to her. The suggestions must have helped because my friend ended up being happy about the results.
