Delivered our new printer and didn't have qualified personel to set it up. Had to wait for correct technician who still couldn't make it function.If that wasn't bad enough their Impact employeed truck driver hit our entry door with his lift gate. Bending the frame cracking the glass. It's been over 2 months after Impact said they'd take care if it and still nothing.

Green: So far this has been a horrible experience for my child who is undecided on her major I feel that ivy tech is now just floating her around for her scholarship.....this is unfair and the reason everyone child gets left behind in IN unbelievable getting and picking a major and classes should not be this hard for a 19 year old trying to make a way.

Susan Payne: I had an electrical issue and they sent our this young guy that didn't know anything and was in my home for about an hour. He stated he will have to make an appointment and come back. Well another Tech came out and fixed the issue within 1 hour. This was supposed to be covered under my HSA but instead they sent me an invoice for $204.00 billing me for 2 hours and the tech wasn't at my home for about 45 minutes to an hour.. If you value honest companies do not use them. I am going to report them to the better business bureau... The person i spoke to was Sarah a real piece of work, not willing to send an invoice to my HSA for payment NOW i;m stuck paying this padded bill.
Scott Smith: Had a standby generator installed. They were lowest of the four quotes I got, and could do the install right away versus me having to wait 2 months like one of the other quotes. Josh and Russ were great to work with. Found them through a referral from my neighbor who was also very pleased with his generator install. Fair pricing, great service and professionalism. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Onya Jones: Charged almost $500 fee TWICE in two months! On the phone now with the REAL ADT and they do not see these charges on my account. I'm gettin my money back! #urcancelled #fired
Dave Burner: This organization is terrible and impossible to communicate to. They want a hard and fast sell and escape. Our home is large and requires an extensive security system. They would not listen to my description until an agent visited. Then asked for a substantial up front payment ($4,200), spent days attempting an install and finally left with all of the equipment. Payment to be refunded to me immediately. Six weeks later, three lengthy phone calls on hold and promises to "expedite", no return of the money. Today promised to expedite (again) -- ten business days! Everything referred to an unknown "manager". Stay away from this place. It's not the ADT that I knew well years ago.
