Troy Sweet: Great setup for private offices. My company is renting 3 offices for a very reasonable rate, and the building has a full range of amenities. The Regus staff is also very responsive when handling customer requests or issues with building maintenance.
Josh Corwin: Nice option for short-term officing needs. The Regus corporate higher-ranks aren’t allowing this location to replace or repair amenities quickly nor to the original standard once they break which is really frustrating. Desiree manages this location currently and she is fantastic. Too bad Regus corporate won’t treat its tenants as well as she does.

Rachel on the Spot, as we refer to her. Need anything, she delivers. I don't usually take time to write reviews but these folks, Rachel in particular, earned it! I would recommend this spot to anyone in the city, heck, anyone in the country for that matter. Go Rachel and Regus.

Tom Spalding: The staff of Expansive work diligently from their 7th floor space (and the lobby, of course!) to ensure a welcoming atmosphere to building clients. Every situation and experience is different but they do aim for a customized/personalized approach and keep things fresh and scale without being too stuffy. Also use an app, which is nice, and offer human advice on other concierge-type matters where that is extra appreciated.
Wenzhao Bi: not super well experience here, no people sitting at the front desk on the first floor, super hard to go to their 7th floor (key is needed). Hopefully it could be improved
Brandon Kennedy: Outside of the board room we rented being extremely warm, it was a very nice and clean venue rental.
Josh Wilson: The best co-working company around! Annie and Brad are top notch when it comes to taking care of the community and us clients. It makes the work day much easier!
Blair Rothrock: The area sales manager and the building manager here are absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond for our company and always make sure we are taken care of. It is a great atmosphere for our business location!

Tessa Russell: Looking to move your office? DON'T use Novel Co-working! We've had them them as a landlord for a few years now. Things that never get done; broken windows fixed, heat turned on in the winter, lights changed, bathrooms cleaned OR stocked... Just to name a few. And no matter how many times we ask for heat, ask for clean bathrooms, ask for anything, it always takes days to get a response. (Window in photo has been broken going on 2 years now). We can't wait to move!!

Leah Correthers: The building has a nostalgic feeling as soon as you walk in. The black and gold marble takes you back to the 1930s. If you appreciate the original architecture of old buildings, Circle Tower delivers. My experience with the staff at the downtown location has nothing short of fantastic. With every new hire, Samantha is always friendly and efficient. Santos at the front desk/entry area is so nice and always asks how your day is. I am a huge proponent of good customer service, and both individuals excel with that skill. Times have changed downtown this year that may have overshadowed the overall "feel" of working downtown Indy; however, the staff is accommodating, making coming to work a little easier. They do the best they can with the resources provided.
Matthew Kennedy: Great to work with in the beginning, but not at the end. Was much better as Level Coworking; cannot recommend based on the latter part of my experience there as one of the locations very first co-working tenants. How customers are treated & handled at the end of a partnership is more important and telling than at the beginning of a relationship. Very hospitable at the beginning; acted as though they couldn't have cared less about me at the end. (Except for the gentleman at the security desk; he's awesome.)
Emily Young: Community managers and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a problem with people coming in off the street, security they provide is not what they make it seem. Right on the Circle, perfect walking distance for anything downtown.

Scott Wong: Very nice space to work from. The office is conveniently located downtown with excellent views of The Circle. I also enjoy having the kitchen on the 7th floor that is stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks.

Marci Curtis: The space at Office Evolution, Fishers IN was perfect for me to get my Physical Therapy practice off the ground. I have been able to function independently in all the ways that matter, with the benefits of shared resources that save me money (suite cleaning, mail, front desk, clean public bathrooms/customer waiting spaces, break area/kitchen, office equipment and conference rooms). Tom and Scott have been very responsive to the specific needs of my patients by helping me hang equipment, extending elevator access times, and accommodating patient-friendly reception area furniture. It has been the perfect solution for my start-up.
Maricel Mendoza: Office Evolution has been a great home for our new company. Friendly and professional work environment. Office manager Scott is always available to assist with any accommodation needed. Amenities included with the private office have been exactly what our company needs from the printer, Wi-Fi, and conference rooms.

Dakota Slaughter: I love this place. I rented a private office for several months to study for the Bar Exam. It was just what I needed. (And I passed!) Tom and Scott are wonderful people, and other tenants are interesting to get to know. It's a nice facility with good amenities to your membership. The location is neat, given the Nickel Plate District and downtown Fishers. If you're looking for some space for whatever reason, I definitely recommend.

alexis whit: As many of the other reviews mentioned, there are too many hidden fees. If they would just tell you what it really costs up front, they would lose a lot less clients. There is a reason this place has received all 1 star reviews in the last year. If a business goes an entire year without any reviews that are more than one star - buyer beware - you have been warned.
Sylvester Foster: I just wish y'all would have put The upfront prices on there instead of saying it is $56.00 and then when I get the bill it was actually more than $80.00 and when you initially sign up they charge you 144.00 Just tell the real price up front don't have me buying stuff thinking that I'm only going to pay $56.00. okay so today is August 15th they have some type of system glitch which messed up all of their customer cards a couple weeks ago so everyone has to re -put their cards back into the system I was waiting on a card to come in because of fraud issues so I got my new card I called down I talked to the people and the lady told me to just add my card back they would not charge my card they charge my card.196.00 I've already put into terminate my contract after my 6 months is up this place is a scam I will stay far away!

My agreement expires in November 2022. After letting them I moved to California Regus Lockerbie Indianapolis would not release me from my agreement with Indiana. I am disappointed.

The building is very clean, the environment is really nice and the staff are really professional. They always make sure that clients are taken care of in the waiting area. The location is right down the street from the city county building, which makes my job as a private attorney a little easier, because it is within walking distance. I recommend this office to anyone who desires a shared office space. They offer many customized packages to fit your needs and wants! And did I mention how great the staff is? They are REALLY AWESOME! :)
