Veronica Needler: I had been dealing with adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) for many months when I went to see Dr. Starsiak. With a combination of laser therapy, osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) and PRP injections (platelet-rich plasma), I am about 95% recovered. I have almost full range of motion and almost no pain. I’m very grateful for the relief from chronic pain, the improvement in the quality of my life, and my ability to use my arms and shoulders.

Michele Ragan-Schreck: I came to see Dr. Starsiak due to lower back pain, that was slowly taking over my life. No amount of prescriptions was able to take my pain away and after hearing from many friends regarding steroid shots, chiropractic appts., surgery, all with little to no relief, I was convinced I didn’t want to go the same route as my friends. My first appt was for PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma). I’ve also had 2 manual manipulations and can say that I’m moving around and walking with very little to no more lower back pain. I can even pick up my 5 year old grandson again! Dr. Starsiak is a very brilliant minded person, who always explains the process in detail. I’m definitely impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm of Osteopathy. His office is very relaxing and everyone is always professional. Vickie Pitchford: My experience with Dr. Starsiak has been great. I’ve been to two osteopathic sessions and have noticed a considerable decrease in pain. I’ve had chronic issues with neck, hip and back pain for about 6 or more years. I’ve tried chiropractor adjustments, dry needling and physical therapy over the years without much improvement. After the first treatment I had improved range of motion in my neck and my hip was about 30-40 percent improved! This is amazing results considering how long I’ve been dealing with these issues. I’m hopeful to have continued improvement with follow up sessions. I would recommend Dr. Starsiak if you have tried lots of options and aren’t getting results.

I went 10 years with back pain after an injury, went to multiple providers, physical therapy, etc. Manipulative osteopathy and his recommendations have been the most helpful. Amber Thomason: You will not find another Dr. like Dr. Starsiak. Seriously the most tuned in physician I’ve ever been around and he’s incredibly smart. The office is so relaxing, truly cultivating a place of healing. Care is personalized and and does not have the typical “healthcare industry” feel. He is also well versed in herbs, a huge plus when you want to avoid meds. So happy I found his clinic, he exemplifies the change we need in the healthcare industry. Hannah Walton: Dr. Starsiak has helped me so much with my hip pain. I have felt off kilter my entire pregnancy until seeing him. After just 1-2 sessions my pain was resolved and my balance was restored. I can't recommend him enough!
Hiho Silver: There was difficulty getting them to return phone calls; communication was poor. Scope of practice is different than what is advertised on the website. Just not great practice to have services rendered until the above can be rectified.

David W. Ullmar: OMM is a little known medical art and severely underused; but a highly effective evidenced-based medical procedure offered by a small but highly trained number of physicians. Dr. Starsiak is one of these elite few and he is a masterful practitioner. I was dealing with lower back pain for the last three years. I tried to deal with it myself but I couldn’t take it any longer. It was tough to find him but I am glad I did because after one of his OMM appointments, my pain is gone. He explained clearly that it will come back but after a few treatments OMM will restore my normal function without medicine nor surgery. If you are working with a chiropractor or your own family physician, and the pain is still there, call Dr. Starsiak.
