Michelle Hawk: Warm, friendly and knowledgable doctor and medical staff. Dr Best performed minor procedure same day to address pain after listening about concerns.
Jason Schultz: Drove from South Bend to Indianapolis just to see Dr. Best. She diagnosed my nasal polyps by just the sound of my voice. Highly recommended.
Candice Mckinnie: Dr. Best performed a tonsillectomy on my 3 year old son. I never received the pre-operative documentation that I was told would be mailed to me. Following the surgery we waited all day to be released. When nursing contacted Dr. Best to question why we had not been released. She stated that she forgot because it was her son’s birthday. I never received a call from the staff to check on how my son was doing after surgery. The surgery was performed in June and I am yet to receive a call regarding a follow up. I do not recommend Dr. Best as I feel she and her staff are not caring and My son did not receive the treatment deserved.

Ann W. King: Absolutely the worst doctor I have seen in 79 years . He did surgery on the left side of my nose after telling me he was only going to open the ethmoid area on the right side. When I confronted him with the report that was in my file...he became irate. Don't trust this doctor.
Micaela Smallwood: I would give 0 stars if I could. The whole office is a wreck. I’m glad we changed audiologists when we could.Yekinni is cold. He didn’t even look over our daughters chart before an appointment. My husband had to take a day off work to take her to an appt. and Yekinni had no idea anything about her, immediately said “I’m referring you to someone else.”His office staff, Gloria especially, is disorganized, BEYOND rude every single time I communicate with her, not helpful, and speaks to me in a derogatory way as if I know absolutely nothing and am 5 years old and have gotten in trouble. They sent our bill from an appt in 09/2020 to collections when we hadn’t even received it until 6/25/2021. Almost a year after the fact. No attempts were made to communicate with me to let me know. No initial bill was sent.The only good thing I have to say is Carrie Herbert is a great audiologist. We left because the office staff and the ENT made it hell.Hopefully others have more luck with this office.

Kristen McIntosh: Worst bedside manner ever. He told me he could not and would not help me and I left the office in tears.
Michael Kroft: Was able to breathe 50% better but not the 100% I was told nor did my sinuses "self correct over time" despite his confidence in saying so. Very expensive for little improvement even with insurance but slight improvement nonetheless. After seven years of difficulty with exercise, I went to Dr. Biggerstaff to get the job done right. Yekinni is not a 1-star doctor, but by no means a 5-star either.
Oscar Garcia: After months of profoundly bleeding through her nose my mother went from doctor to doctor, hospital to hospital in Lafayette,IN. She even went to her own Personal Doctor that recommended her to I.U. Arnett 's Ear, Nose and Throat's (E.N.T.) best specialist. All they did for her was put a packing in her nose which is extremely painful, patched her up and sent her on home. This happened 5 or 6 times in a less than 2 month period. After seeing that these so called Doctors in Lafayette were not going to be able to help her, my sister found *Dr Yekinni* on Google Reviews. She decided to call and give him a try because honestly what's the worst can happen right? After the visit my mother remembers his calm, soothing and understanding words of her pain saying that he is not going to stop until he finds the cause of her extreme nose bleeds and agony. He decided to give her a CAT scan which no other doctors recommended before and there is where he found a swollen blood vessel behind her nose. After a couple more visits and researching he finally diagnosed it as a Blood Vessel Tumor. He moved quickly to get her in surgery and was successful in removing it in a very short time, best of all he investigated the tumor and the diagnosis was that the tumor was nonmalignant! All this took place around late Feburary 2019 - early May 2019 with the surgery. Since then no pain, and no nose bleeds! Our family is very thankful for him and his amazing work, Thanks!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR REAL RESULTS!

Kasidy Furr: This doctor told my Dad that there was a 90% chance his hearing would be cured after surgery. Turns out his hearing was worst after surgery. Then Dr. Yekinni suggested surgery AGAIN which also didn't help. Consider a second opinion!

I found this doc because the insurance I had "Preferred" I see doctors that had their own private office. I continued to see him because he's one of the best doctors I've ever encountered.

Susan Wright: Dr. Yekinni just performed complex sinus surgery on my son. We are both SO happy that we chose Dr. Yekinni. We had been to other docs for his tenacious sinus infections, but none had exhibited the knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Yekinni. Don't be waylaid by the humble location/surroundings of his office. We found his office staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Primarily, Dr. Yekinni didn't dumb-down his explanations of what was going on with my son, and what he would be doing to fix things. My how our vocabulary has grown! Don't hesitate to choose Dr. Yekinni as your ENT. He is hands-down top notch.

Kristie Collins: I absolutely love Dr Blevins and his staff. I have seen him for over 20 years. He cares about his patients and their health. Lord knows I have given him alot to figure out. He always makes sure I understand everything. He doesn't just jump into surgery.

Kiran Chowhan (Kirin): Doctor was great. Billing mislabelled a procedure as surgery which was costly.
Carol Spilker: My husband and I have been to him and he is absolutely the best! We will miss him. I am glad the staff will be at the new doctor office. They are very sweet.
Deziray Curry: I just called to schedule a consultation. When the woman answered the phone she asked for my insurance. I told her I have Medicaid and she litterally laughed and recommend another place. I suggest they work on their people skills.
Susan Jones: Dr Isenburg did surgery on 2 of my children(tonsils for one, adenoids for another). He also treated both my husband and myself for some chronic sinus issues. He is the third ENT I had seen for these issues and the only one who was able to unravel my issues. He is the BEST.
Kalzzz: He is by far the best otolaryngologist I have been to. He was very friendly and explained the situation to me and was very swift and professional at his work. Minus point to this, it is very difficult to get an appointment. If you don’t have a good insurance plan then you might end up spending a bit more out of pocket.

Andrea Snell: Dr. Hamaker is amazing, very personable and relatable to parents. She is warm and comforting to my children. The office staff could use some customer service training! They are not always friendly, it’s hard to get through on the phone or to get questions answered, and I always feel as if I am being bothersome which is unfortunate because Dr. Hamaker deserves the best staff to help her do her job to the best of her ability!
Dre Curt: Disrespectful. Bedside manner is brash with no regard to patience care. She called my son out of his name and inflicted pain upon him unapologetically. She dont deserve the title of being ENT Director. She needs to be humbled and take a course refreshing herself on St Vincent values and mission with EVERY patient and person who steps foot in St Vincent facilities. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Nicole Gover: We trust Dr. Haymaker completely with our kids. She’s got fantastic bedside manner and answers questions with data driven facts to help this anxious mama out. She runs a busy practice but never makes us feel like she isn’t 100% with us during the visit. I would recommend her to anyone.

Fam 5: She saved my child’s life. She made an appointment for her with less than 24 hours notice. She stayed late to perform emergency surgery on her along with her partner. Her partner was on call to do it but she insisted on both of them doing it & it probably saved my daughters life. She could have easily waited until the next day but she didn’t. She explained everything to my daughter on her level. She’s just the best.

What is the point of having a front desk staff!?
Jenny Coffey: Ronda Hamaker is a wonderful ENT. My kids love her! She explains everything to the kids so they feel like they are a part of the decisions made for their care. She also makes them feel so comfortable so they aren’t scared.
Laurie Burnell: Dr. Hamaker has been amazing with my special needs children through the years, she has diagnosed some very rare conditions with my children that other doctors totally missed. We love her and highly recommend her.
Tia Vankirk: Truly cares and exceptionally knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to meet us at the hospital when we had a problem with our son and sacrificed her time and went out of her way to help us. We couldn't be more pleased with her knowledge, coming up with things other doctors hadn't thought of. She is a God send!

Peter Settle: Both of my kids have had tonsils and adenoids removed and he is also my doc. Excellent care. He was able to help me and referred me to a neurologist that finally was able to appropriately diagnose my condition I’ve lived with for 30 years with the info from him and some testing. Definitely recommend.
David Carr: Called medical assistant, Lori, twice to try and get an appointment for my husband. She never returned either phone call! Very unprofessional and makes Dr. Gutt look bad!!

Carol Boyd: Called a couple of weeks ago when I was having a long-standing, recurring issue. Dr. Gutt was very well-reviewed, staff was very nice and I felt good about seeing him, despite having to wait 2+ weeks for a new patient appt. Today, Thursday, I got a robo-call stating that my appt. for next Tuesday "has been cancelled." No reason given, no live person to speak with. I asked around and apparently this doctor is well-known for arbitrarily cancelling whole days of appointments. Had I known this, I could have made an appt with another physician. I did not re-schedule. Don't want a provider who treats patients with such utter disrespect, I don't care how good a clinician he is. My time is valuable, too.
Kristy Fry: My mom had surgery and Dr. Gutt was her doctor and surgeon. He has an excellent bedside manner and is a great communicator. He is also my doctor and I feel he really listens when you have an appointment and explains so you can understand.
April Miller: Dr. Gutt is amazing and my son has had his tubes in for 2 years now and he did an amazing job for him but whenever I call to make an appointment the staff that answers to schedule the appointments are very unfriendly, they have a harsh tone and make you feel bad if you do not have the day open for their first available. Since my child could not make it on the first available he now has to wait 30 more days after that date to come in to remove the tube that is just sitting in the canal.

Tony Mayhew: One of the finest surgeons in the USA. He performed a very extensive, 10.5 hour surgery on me a year ago. He did such a masterful job that I was up on my feet the next day, literally after removing my jaw and replacing it with the fibula bone from my lower leg. I even went home days before expected.People are unable to tell this occured until I tell them where to look. I count my blessings every day I wake up. Thank you Dr. Mantravadi for saving my life.

dan moore: Dr Isenberg treated my allergies for years and performed sinus surgery on me twice. He is the very best- well known and respected within his specialty. Sorry that he retired 4/2020 but it was well- deserved. He will be missed.
