Curt Knabel: Craft section of the store has so many useful things, and all are only $1.25. Plenty of free parking , but curb is high at the door, making access slightly difficult for walkers or wheelchairs. The ramp is located down the sidewalk.
Brookyn Shipp: Recently went around 8:30 and was told the store was closing in 2 minutes, when online it says 9. The worker continued to let people in but made us rush. Then the cashier was extremely rude and used unprofessional behavior such as foul language to 15 year olds and rung up one item multiple times on purpose because she was mad. Terrible experience do not recommend! -7/10

Michael Kivett: I visited the Dollar Tree store at County Line Rd & S.R. 135. They always have tons of stock of all the things I need. It appears as if the so-called shipping crisis has NOT effected them. I have so much trouble at Walmart that I've quit shopping there entirely. Dollar Tree is one of the stores I've replaced some purchases with. The employees are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful & make sure to get the customers in and out in almost no time. If I were you, I'd definitely add this Dollar Tree to your list of places to shop in the area. The deals, employees & overall usefulness of the store makes it a must stop! Unless you wanna be disrespected & wait all dang day in line. Then take yourself to wally world. I love Dollar Tree! They have about anything you can think of at amazing prices!

Lincoln Lane: LOTS of great stuff, incredibly priced in this place. You will leave with more than you meant to buy. The greeting card area in particular is great (way better than paying $4-$6 per card anywhere else). Some of these reviews left by others are ludicrous. I don't know what people expect at an extremely discounted store chain like this -- it's not "Beverly Hills Boulevard" in there -- it's "everything's a dollar", and it's a tiny little corner "mart", in an aging strip mall. They're doing the best they can. Keep it in context when you shop there, and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Debbie Adair: After reading recent reviews for the past year it is clear that my experience here today was typical. The store manager has no people skills and hates her job. I walked out without making my purchase. She was yelling rude comments as I did this.

Stephanie Cook: Best dollar tree ever. Everything is put where it's supposed to go. I don't think the other stores are doing a good job after seeing this 1. A total of SIX different people around me commented on the heat in the store. Today is May 8th. It should not be insufferable inside a store.On other occasions when I shopped there I noticed a few messy shelves. That might be because customers can be inconsiderate or just from a lack of employees available to work. But the store is orderly for the most part & the employees are ALWAYS helpful & kind. The manager is friendly & hard-working. They have great items for only $1.25 or less!!!

Garry Chatman: Well, it's better then it has been. Most everything was up on the shelves, instead of all over the floor. The coolers looked very organized. There were 2 cashiers on...could have used 1 more...with the holiday tomorrow, their were people lined up...and getting a little "rude". But the cashiers were doing the best they could.

But getting into this Dollar Tree wasn’t even worth it as there isn’t much on the shelves, things are all over the floor, and it was a wasted trip for me since they didn’t have anything I needed. This isn’t just because of what is happening in the world economy. This is all the time. I’m not going back. I’ll bypass and go to others that take care of their store.

TJ C: This michaels is decent. They have nice staff and they have a hobby lobby right next door. Win win for customers looking to buy something specific. You don't need to drive all over God's creation to buy what you're looking for. The only issue I have here is they keep the same products on the shelf for a long time. Sometimes it's time to just mark em down and move on to something that would sell better. Out with the old and in with the new. Keep things fresh.
DK Carter: I used to love going to Michaels however within the past year the shelves are looking like how the Grinch stole Christmas. Many of the items in the card making area were empty. Dies, ink pads, heavy cardstock, embossing powder, etc. I initally thought that this was a regional problem however I'm in visiting from another state and the problem remains
David Gulley: I visited the framing department and was assisted by store associate Tree. Very courteous and helpful service. Lots of frame choices and they have photo technology that shows you how your painting will look fully framed. So cool!
Kim Lewis: Not a bad selection. I took a star because there were lots of empty shelves for things I was looking for (needle crafts and journal/planner stickers). I couldn't find latch hook at all. However, everything else was pretty easy to find and picked up something I didn't go in for because it was too good a deal to pass on.

Scott Kennada: My wife ordered online and they never picked our order and said they were busy. I sat out in the reserved spot for 30 min watching and waiting and they were not busy at all. The girl that brought the stuff out did apologize several times and tried to make it right so id give her 5 stars if i could. Instead of lieing just tell the truth next time.

Allison Cardona: This Michaels may not get the new items the soonest but they make up for this in lower crowds, friendly and helpful staff, and the overall chill atmosphere even on Black Friday. If you have to go to a Michaels and don't need a brand new item I recommend this one!They seem to have a harder time running out of stock compared to the Castleton Michaels
Midwest FB, LLC: Isles were a unorganized. Customer service was ok, not great.
Sergio Cianci: My experience has been horrible here!! Spent $1,200 in custom framing in September 2022 and until now, December 2022 the store has not been responsive about my order. THEY NEVER ANSWER their phone, and are evidently incompetent. I will never do business with Michael's again and I'd warn anyone trying to get any framing done to take your business elsewhere. I'm still waiting to get my paintings back despite of their absolute lack of customer service. Didn't know this was going to be such a headache!!!
