Amanda Flora: We used Tip Top Tents & Party Rentals for my daughter's wedding in April 2022. Rob was fantastic to work with! His communication about delivery and pick-up was excellent.I had ordered round and rectangular tables, as well as two different types of chairs. Due to extra people attending the wedding, I reached out to Rob to request additional items and they were able to accommodate my request.On the day of delivery, it had rained all morning. When Rob arrived with the delivery, my husband went out to help him bring everything in to the garage. Rob told him that he appreciated the offer, but would bring everything in. Not only did he do so in a timely manner but he wiped the rain water off of everything!I would not hesitate to rent from this company again. Customer Service with some companies seems like a thing of the past. Not with Rob! Thanks again for everything!

Rachel worked with me to coordinate the items needed, as well as convenient delivery & pickup times. In addition, she was quick to respond to my questions & changes needed for the order. With so many stressors involved in hosting any event, Rachel's customer service & attention to detail took the worry out of the rental process.

Aileen Driscoll: I rented through A Classic for my wedding. I found their customer service team easy to work with and patient. The crew that delivered the tent and chairs, etc. were friendly and reliable as well. I deducted a star primarily because of cost associated with delivery and set-up. It's $2/table and $1.25/chair for set-up and then again for tear down, on top of delivery fee and tent set-up labor. The other option is to set-up all items and then stack everything back up when you're finished, including washing any dishes etc. you may have used. It'd be nice if these items were included in the rental fees or delivery fees which aren't especially reasonable as is. Overall, if you don't have budget or manpower concerns, I'd recommend renting with them.

Chris knew all the sizes of linens we would need for our tables which helped a ton as I had no idea what to order. I definitely recommend this company for rentals!! Dawn Tooker: We only returned a rented dance floor and 2 backdrops/draperies. It was easy pick- up and return; their employees load and unload. The panels of the dance floor were awkward/heavy and difficult to move to the desired location. The actual assembling was somewhat easy and required no tools. I can't speak of costs paid since we only assisted with assembly, tear down, and return. However, we learned it is very costly if their employees need to transport/assemble on the weekend (outside std work hrs). That's why we DIY. We had a good experience.

Brionna Slaughter: Everything was a breeze for our wedding rental! We were able to come into their showroom to pick out exactly what we wanted for our table linens & charger plates. This was super nice because we ended up liking the tablecloths that I would not have otherwise considered without seeing them in person. It was a little pricey, but it was nice to be able to pick them up and drop them off with an extended period of time instead of having to do it all on the actual wedding day. Everything was exactly as ordered and worked out great!

Mr. Quacker: I rented a bounce house June 18-20 2021, I knew there was rain in the forecast and I specifically asked the delivery/set up guys if we should cover it with a tarp, but they told me it wasn’t necessary. It was ok when they left it on Thursday, but it rained over night and there were so many holes in the unit that is was not able to inflate fully after that. It was basically unusable for our party. I tried calling, email, I even sent a typed letter. I got one call back while I was in the car driving so I asked if he could call back in hour, to which he agreed and I never heard back. They offered no apology, no compensation, and their “insurance” fees are ridiculously high. Also my husband, who is an electrical engineer, noted that extension cords that were used to plug it in got very hot and are not sufficient to carry the voltage, they should be using a much thicker cord.
Corey Cole: UPDATE!! I had originally planned on giving this a 5 star rating because the office staff were really great to work with, Courtney was very easy to deal with. However, when the crew came back to break down the tent, they decided to throw rooster tails in my field and think I wouldn’t notice. This is a secondary field that’s not even connected to the field our event was in, which means they purposely had to drive in there to act like idiots. Was contacted and staff went back out to fix the ruts and re-seed the area. Otherwise, office staff was great.

I was in Indianapolis from out of town and needed a last minute table cover rental for an event the next day. I did some quick googling, called Party Time Rental and they said come on in and we’ll get you what you need. I made it there and they quickly got me a table cover and I was on my way back to my event in less than 5 minutes! When I brought the table cover back to return, I was running late and they were still there to receive it. As for the table cover itself, it came folded nicely on a hanger and in a protective bag. It was perfectly steamed and spotless. If I ever need another party rental in Indianapolis, I’m coming back to Party Time Rental!
Shannon Lewis: I had a rental request for a large order. I contacted the sales team via phone. The person seemed annoyed that I was contacting her so close to the end of her work day (3:45 p.m.). I followed their instructions to submit an email with my order. I contacted them via email or phone 8 days in a row and never once got a call or email response back. And I have still never received any response from them after I gave up contacting them. I have worked with many rental companies in the area and have not received this poor of service before. I am disappointed that they could not at least respond with an email saying that they have received my request.

When I called the lady seemed very bothered so I asked her what time they closed she told me 4:30. I knew I wasn’t going to make it because I’m on the south side and they were north. I ask the lady if she stay just for little she told me no because she had personal things to do. I begged her because they are closed on Saturdays and I needed the items for Saturday. I explained to her I really needed the items so told me what do I want her to do, just try to make it here.it wasn’t no way I would have made it on time I’m on the south side there north it’s construction going on and it’s raining on top of it all. I’m just very disappointed that she didn’t try to work with me I lost my deposit and I didn’t get the items I ordered. I will never rent from them again because of the customer service I received it was very inconsiderate. I just want Reassurance that someone will be there if I was to drive all the way over there but it wasn’t.

Bridgette Smith: The gentlemen that loaded and unloaded the tables and chairs were the only good thing about coming to this place. “Megan” (found her name out from a nice lady in the warehouse) was NOT welcoming at all when I came inside two different times to let them know I was here. It was my first time renting from this place so I wasn’t sure how the pick up and drop off worked. So I had to go inside and her desk is closest to the door so I had to ask her to call the people in the warehouse to let them know I was there. You just never know what people are going through so I let the first time of her being rude slide but the second time I came in to let them know I was here to drop off she was even more rude than before. As a company that’s in the business of having fun and partying, you probably shouldn’t have a snarky lady be the first person your customers talk to when you walk in the door!

When we called at 11:30am to see where they were they were extremely rude and said they’d be there at noon. And again didn’t show up until 2-2:30Pm. I would not recommend using this company if you want your event to happen smoothly and on time. Very unprofessional and rude to their clients.

We were so impressed with the way the crew assembled our 40x140 tent and when all was said and done, we couldn’t find a speck of dirt!The guys that came to set up were kind, cureous, and professional! Heather Davis: Overall, we had a good experience with All Occasion Rentals! Julie and her team in the office were fantastic leading up to our event, answering every question and making every tweak and adjustment up until the last minute without complaint! They even worked with us when we had a well under the number of guests we were expecting for our wedding. The only problems we had were with setup and teardown, as the team lead was incredibly rude and condescending to us from minute one, critiquing the way we had cars parked in the driveway and our setup, despite having had someone come out ahead of time to ensure that our space was conducive to tent delivery. Multiple employees smoked during the setup, and when we addressed this during teardown (as the we had previously discovered the cigarette butts strewn across the driveway), the same team lead condescendingly informed us that there was a strict no smoking policy, despite having obviously seen his employees smoking. He huffed and puffed when we asked him to wipe down the inside of the tent that was dirty from having been torn down wet earlier in the week, but did eventually wipe down the tent areas and chairs that were dirty. All Occasion was easily one of the more affordable companies in the area and with the exception of our bad experiences during setup and teardown, I would consider using them again!

Joji Francis: I have contracted Matt for a 16X8 ft stage in Delaware township Community center and also used their PA speakers and subwoofers. We also rented their DJ lights. Matt gave us the best price and the best service we could ever imagine. As we were under time pressure to set the stage and sound within an hour, Matt & his team mate came 15 minutes before the contracted time such that they can start set up exactly on time. After setting up, they even stayed back to ensure that our performers are happy with the sound. He also taped the cables so well that they were not even noticeable. They also came at late night and allowed to continue with some more songs even after our contract time is over and dismantled everything so fast so that we can exit the venue on time.The entire engagement from the very beginning was so smooth, efficient and professional. We will not look for another vendor for stage, sound and light needs. 5 starts for Realevents!

Tonya Thompson-Howard: Rented a canopy, table and chairs from Real Event Enterprises for my daughter's backyard wedding. The setup and tear down crew were respectful and quick. They did all of the set up and tear down and we did not have to lift a finger. The weather on the day of delivery called for rain and they assured my that the canopy could withstand rough weather and they were right. We had a terrible storm with golf ball sized hail and the canopy did not move and kept everything dry. By Saturday the sun was shining for the wedding but the canopy kept all 50 of our guest comfortable. Would highly recommend this company.

From the very beginning of asking questions, to Jordan coming out to measure and discussing options to scheduling an appointment in their showroom to finalize everything - they have been absolutely amazing to work with! They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the process, made recommendations and suggestions on products they offer and I know come September we will be in the best hands. Apple IPhone User: A friend referred Hoosier Tent for my daughter’s graduation party and it was the best experience. I’ve never rented a tent but the office staff answered all of my questions and made recommendations. I scheduled an appointment to meet with their event specialists and I left knowing I went with the best company who truly cares about my daughter’s graduation party. chris burton: So these jacklegs sent someone to inspect the site we were going to have a tent placed. They sent someone to my home without notice and without someone being home. We asked why they didn't contact us so we could be present to discuss arrangements. Lol the lady on the phone said and I quote, "if it's that big of a deal ,maybe you should take your business elsewhere! " I will be sure to advertise this to everyone I meet ! Update. I called the owner on behalf of my son. He informed me that my son was raising his voice to the young lady on the phone. I was at the next desk with customers of my own in the showroom. I informed him that this wasn't the case. He informed me I was wrong. I'm interested to see if I get the same canned response that all the rest of the negative complaints have gotten. I will go on to say this type of behavior isn't of any big shock these days. Customer service is an art form and in very short supply.
Karissa McBride: We paid a deposit for tables and chairs for my daughters party & then it rained and we had to cancel. They ended up charging us for the full rental even though we didn't authorize them to do so. As a customer, you cannot control the weather. Obviously, we realize we were out the deposit but to still have to pay for tables and chairs that we did not even pick up is absolutely ridiculous. Also, they have such ridiculous pick up times so that they can try and get you to pay them more for their delivery. Will never use them again.

Usually when you go with the least expensive company, service suffers, but not with Hoosier Tent. Service was great including accommodating those little changes that come closer to the event date. In the office, Bree went above and beyond to communicate and answer questions and the set-up crew was on time, efficient and professional. The next time I rent, I will only have to make one call--to Hoosier Tent!

They did not call until they arrived and wanted to start putting up the tent. When I arrived, they had started putting the tent up in the wrong place. They were not very happy when asked to move it. But, they moved it and then apologized that things had not gone well that day with other deliveries. They were great about picking up the equipment in a timely fashion. I would give them another chance.
