Mark McDaniel: Dr. Fredriksz is a wonderful pediatrician! She is attentive, patient and generally seems like she loves her job and the children she takes care of at Southside Pediatrics. My wife and I looked for a great pediatrician for 2 months. We heard horror stories about some of the local pediatricians and were terrified that we would never find one. Until one day we heard of a pediatrician through a friend of ours. Hands down she is the best pediatrician in the Greenwood, South Indianapolis area. She's respectful and willing to take the time and listen to our concerns. She loves her job and the children and now days that is hard to find. Best, best, best pediatrician around!

Tyeesha Bradley: Dr Szczepaniak is a wonder doctor. She came recommended by a friend but was booked when my son was born. On his 3 month appt she walked right in, was very informative, and talked to us straight ( no b.s.) I fell in love with her right away. She asked US if she could be his private physician and only then we realized she was the doctor that my friend told us about! Haven't had a bad visit yet.
summer walters: Dr. Szczepaniak has been my child’s pediatrician for over 12 years. To say we love her is an understatement. My teen is still just as responsive when engaging with her as she was when she was 6.Dr. Szczepaniak is loving, kind and firm and my daughter ADORES her. Also, Dr. is incredibly knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know something she’ll do research or refer us to a doc better suited for that particular issue. She is smart and direct yet humble and kind. I’ve never known a doctor who was this personable. She is great with kids and parents.
Nina Coleman: She is a wonderful, intelligent, stern doctor, something my kids need in a doctors. I love her! She’s been my children’s doctor since they were baby’s and toddlers. My oldest two are special needs and she was wonderful with them. They’re now 20 and 19. When I bring my youngest in she always ask about the older two. I highly recommend her.
Thomas Harris: A more competent pediatrician you will never find. It was a sad day when we found out she was leaving our little regional medical center in Bedford, IN.However, having utilized Riley for both my boys, my wife and I knew she was going to be able to help so many more kids.I have ABSOLUTELY NO negative feelings or thoughts about Dr. Szczepaniak. All I would tell any parent or child is trust her. She really is the best.
Keianna Davis: Dr. S is amazing and my son loves her. She listens to my concerns as a parent and she handles him so well. She even came in the room and started dancing with him to music playing from my phone. The whole office staff has been truly amazing every time we have visited ❤️
Stormie King: Dr. Szczepaniak is an amazing Doctor. She has been seeing my son since he was released from the NICU at a month old. She listens to all your concerns about your child(ren) and is always sure that you understand what she is talking about and the plan or steps to fix what is going on. She never leaves questions unanswered no matter how silly or outrageous they may be. She is also very loving and caring every time my son has seen her. I would never switch my sons Doctor to anyone else. Also her staff is always caring and helpful anytime I have called with concerns or questions. Overall the whole office is an amazing staff and I hope none of them plan on going anywhere.
Andrew Flittner: Dr S. is the BEST. My son loves seeing her. She is supportive and understanding. I would recommend her to ANYONE!!! Well worth the drive and parking at Riley Outpatient Center. One of my favorite memories from an appointment is having her walk down the hall holding my son's hand. She is excellent on all levels.

My daughter is comfortable when getting her teeth cleaned and connects with each person she comes in contact with. Upon entry, the receptionists are friendly and welcoming, the hygienists display patience with every child, and Dr. Phillips is warm and thorough with her care. Overall, the entire office is truly amazing and we are appreciative of the care they provide.

We have never, for over six years, had a bad experience of any kind.During this last visit, on the way home, my 10 year old asked me if I thought I might like to be friends with her dental assistant. 😂One of my favorite visits ended up being one I had been dreading; our child needed two teeth pulled for orthodontic reasons. When they brought her out afterwards, I asked how she was feeling/doing and she said, “I feel great, but they forgot to take out my teeth!” I looked at her dentist with alarm and her dentist said to my daughter, “what’s in your necklace?” and she looked down at the tooth-shaped necklace around her neck and said, in disbelief, “MY TEETH?!” 😂😂 The procedure had gone so smoothly that she didn’t even realize her teeth had been taken out!

My 2 year old was able to be comforted by me like she would be at home without feeling any pressure to get the appointment over with. They were very kind and respectful toward her. We had a bad experience at another practice and switched here based on the reviews. I'm so glad we did. It's scary for a toddler to have to have masked strangers putting things in her mouth, but I can't imagine a better scenario than the one we had today.

Angela Levine: We had concerns for our daughter. Dr . Schwartz listened to me and assessed her carefully. We decided to get an EKG. It only took a minute to get to the Outpatient center,& and really only a minute to checked in. Then the registration lady gave us clear, concise instructions to get to the Blue floor. We only waited 5 minutes , maybe and was ushered into the exam room. The tech engaged my daughter and explained everything to her. It was done in a minute. Everyone was friendly and kind, even the valet guy who showed my daughter pictures of his kittens to pass the minute until we got our car back. Great experience!

Jena Guntle: Our family recently switched over to this office after our second child was born this summer. We saw Dr. Champley while we were in the hospital and then later when we officially switched over to the practice. He has been a phenomenal and empathetic provider. We have also had great experiences with Dr. Norris and Dr. Moore. The office staff is very friendly as well. Nurse Lauren went above and beyond on a recent visit and her kindness was very much appreciated. We are grateful we found this great peds practice.
mary Houghton: Northpointe pediatrics is a excellent health care place for children! It’s not just the health care team but the front desk is very attentive as well!
Adrian Theising: We love the flexibility of scheduling for walk ins, however we have missed routine visits because they will only schedule a month or two out. So we missed a vaccine. Also, getting records is difficult. I was told I could find the record I needed "online". You must submit a request that then will be processed and that can take days. You can't just download what you need. Why have an app if you can't access your own records?
Mindy Whetsel: Our family loves Northpoint! And there are too many reasons to list why, but Dr. Booms and Kat are usually who we see and they are always willing to listen, they're understanding, and have great bedside manner. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help. Calls are always answered and bills are easy to pay. We are so glad we chose to bring our daughter here.

Some services they only do out of Noblesville so it is inevitable. I have seen our “assigned” doctor 1 time in 2.5 years. Always getting the NP or other doctors. When asked to see our doc, or a pediatrician instead of NP, or can I do a different day or time in order to get an appt in Castleton, I get a big sigh and eye roll from the office ladies. This is not a one-off experience, it’s happened 4 times now. Same attitude calling the nurse hotline - it takes 5 mins to get to the part to leave a message bc the recording repeats multiple times to look up your question in the app (instead of calling them). The care here is fine, but this office is swamped w people who deliver their babies at Community North. You are just a number at Northpoint.
Ashley Karr: Dr. Curnow is fabulous. So great with kids. I love this office. His nurse is always very helpful and responsive if we have any questions. Highly recommend.
Jenny Willenberg: I've been taking my children to Northpoint Pediatrics for over 30 years (My oldest and youngest are 16 years apart. I'm not dragging adults there. Lol) They really care about the kids and get to know your family. They have walk-in hours for illnesses and can often get you in quickly if those don't work. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and know how to deal with tiny humans. I'll be sad when we move the "baby" to a doctor for grown-ups.
S D: Hard to get into see the ped that we came to the practice for. On top of that, the ped was not educated on tongue and lip ties and ‘believed’ that they don’t cause issues. After talking to lactation consultants and being referred to Dr. Newman, surprise surprise, that was what was causing issues. She refused to even look into any research.Front desk was rude on multiple occasions.Eventually we switched, and are much happier.
Audrey Dinnen-Walters: I have been using this group of pediatricians for over 11 years, with 4 children. In December, at our daughters 9 month well child, her dr found she had an ear infection. Over the weekend, she refused her medications. The nurse line was so patient with me, suggesting ideas to try. When she started vomiting on Christmas eve morning, the nurse line recommended I take her to the walk in sick clinic. My husband rushed baby there, only to reach the location 5 minutes after they closed. However, my daughter was able to be seen. My husband and I both remarked at the kindness of the staff, their willingness to take a late patient, and our whole experience. She recovered and when we went for a recheck the following week, she saw Dr Champley. I could not have been more pleased! He really took his time and made me feel like my daughter was his only patient of the day.Overall, the doctors and nurses at Northpoint go above and beyond. From thier walk in sick clinic, to thier demeanor with sick kiddos, to reassuring the parents, they do an excellent job. In the past year, we have been pleased to have worked with Dr Curnow, Dr Gurchiek, Dr Champley, Dr Wagner, and Danielle Culbreath.
Danielle Wheeler: We were recently told that we needed to find a new doctor for our 3 kids because they would no longer be seeing them. We were making payments on the ridiculous bill from when my son was a newborn and seen in the hospital (just 7 months ago). A "service" that we didn't have the option of declining nor did our insurance deem necessary because they covered none of it. And then we are sent this letter, plus they decided to add over $70 in fees. There were a few instances when they called us the day before well-child appointments (made months in advance) to reschedule because the doctor was unavailable and then put my kids with an NP. But if you miss an appointment, they charge $50 bucks.
Allison Gomez: We are so grateful for Northpoint Pediatrics and their professional and caring doctors, NPs, nurses, and staff. Dr. Booms is our twin boys’ primary pediatrician, and she is amazing! She gives our boys the utmost care and attention. They have seen multiple doctors and NPs, too. They are wonderful! We have utilized the walk-in clinic, and we have been able to get same-day sick appointments. They are accommodating, helpful, and kind. Thank you for taking care of our boys. Our family appreciates all of you!

I always feel reassured after I call or take my son for an appointment. My son also has a rare condition that doesn't affect his day to day life, but the doctors at Northpoint actually know about it, which I have found in my years dealing with it for myself that many doctors aren't familiar, so it makes me feel good that they're aware! Even when my son sees other doctors at last minute sick appointments, we can always get in and whoever he sees has always clearly read his chart and is familiar with what has been going on recently. I could go on and on, but to wrap this up, I very much appreciate the care and kindness we always receive!!! Thank you all!

Keondra Dukes: Recently gave birth to my daughter and we were referred here through Community North. Yes my daughter currently has a Medicaid, but the doctors repeatedly stated it would be fine the first 30days of life. In addition, just so other reviewers know, her other insurance was set to begin as soon as we received her social security number and the office was aware of this. Even so, we had visits 3 days in a row, then suddenly my daughter was no longer allowed to be seen?! No explanation on why and the receiptionist [Heather] was quite rude and kept insisting that I hadn’t been to their office because I had Medicaid! Long story short they refused to see my daughter any further and even though my real insurance starts soon this office would be the last place I’d bring my daughter to. They are money hunger and in my option their overall attitude towards minorities/low income families stinks. 🤷🏾♀️ YOU SHOULDN’T ASSUME BECAUSE WE ARE BLACK WE ARE POOR, WE HAVE INSURANCE!
Natalie Adams: Dr. Wagner is seriously amazing. She is patient and understanding with my boys. She is kind and answers all my questions. I am so grateful we have her as our primary pediatrician. We also have had wonderful experiences with all the other pediatricians and nurse practitioners, the walk in clinic is open 7 days a week! Would recommend this doctor office to all parents!

Kayla Apple: My husband and I searched for months while I was pregnant, looking for the right pediatrician for our daughter. We came across Dr. Hayford and reviewed his website. We really liked what we read on it. The fact that he is independant really was perfect for us. Now our daughter is 17 months old, it's safe to say we have been to this practice many times at this point. All the nurses are splendid, they are so kind and so gentle and fun with our daughter. Very attentive as well. Dr. Hayford is GREAT. On a phone call with my husband today he even said, "I'm so glad we found him." He is understanding and patient. He explains everything in detail and answers all your questions extremely well. He is amazing with our daughter, he definately is experienced with children.He doesn't just spend a few minutes with you and runs off, he really takes his time with the patient and the parents. If you are looking for a great pediatrician, he is the right one for you. He really is awesome. Not to mention, he has a fire truck bed! It's the coolest thing I've ever seen and my daughter really enjoys it.
Liza Bowlin: My son went to see Dr. Hayford from birth until about 10 years of age. We moved to the other side of town and we were unable to make a few appointments and eventually found a doctor closer to our new home. Well that doctor moved to Georgia and now my son is having issues and wants to go back to Dr. Hayford since he is familiar with him and knows about some pains he had in his chest when he was younger and is now experiencing again. I call to make an appointment and they told me he had missed an appointment and they can't see him (very rudely as well!) I said even after all these years? That was 6-7 years ago!! And they said "even after all these years"!! Smh. So now I have to explain to my son that they don't care enough to see him and we need to find someone that actually cares! I am VERY disappointed in Dr. Hayford and his staff. My son really wanted to go back there and it wasn't even his fault we were banned! Shame on you all!

Michelle H: Dr. Hayford is incompetent. As the Medical Director for Ambetter Insurance he recently reviewed my medical claim and denied it. I was born with Transposition of the the Great Vessels, but Dr. Hayford likely isn't knowledgable in that area. I went to MedCheck with a heart rate of 245bmp; which along with my congenital heart defect they wisely called an ambulance. IU Health North's adult cardiologist felt it was best to send me to IU Health Methodist to be seen by the Adult Pediatric Cardiologist. I was sent via ambulance.Dr. Daniel Hayford is a pediatrician, who I am sure is wonderful in his studied profession, but he is not a Pediatric Adult Cardiologist. As such, he is not medically knowledgable to deny my coverage as "not medically necessary" and "no evidence of heart failure". If Dr. Daniel Hayford had properly reviewed my papers he would be aware of my heart defect. My pediatrician always deferred to my cardiologist in such matters. I hope none of Dr. Hayford's patients have a congenital heart defect.In the future please rethink your decisions for Cardiology patients.

Cadeidra Smith: Run run run!!!! This place is terrible!!! Unorganized, billing has no idea what they are doing. I have never received a medical bill for my children. EVER! WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE ON MEDICAD. self explanitary right?! But for some reason they refused to see my newborn again after seeing her from birth for her checkups. Apparently her insurance was pending approval so they couldn't give her her 2 month immunizations. So I went to the health department for that. Then their billing personel calls and says I have a balance of 400.00 I told them once her medicaid was approved I'll have them back bill. Which medicaid will do because they did it for her hospital bill from birth. Her insurance gets approved and they still say they can't back pay for that. I called her insurance and they said of course we will back pay that. Then my child gets RSV I call to schedule a follow up appointment and they tell me because my other son who hasn't been seen since 5 years ago there missed his appointments then they won't accept my daughter. Im like well u have been seeing her soo why tell me this now. Oh because your mad about the insurance situation. So now I will take my 4 month old with RSV whos health you completely disregarded because you all are a money scamming business somewhere else to doctor's that care. They need to close this place down for good!
Kristen Brown: My daughter has been a patient here for 13 1/2 years, literally since birth. Dr. Hobbs/Dr. Smith partners at the time came to the hospital when I delivered to do the check up on my daughter. Never in 13 1/2 years have we had any billing or appointment issues. I had a billing issue earlier this year, questioned the bill, ended up paying it anyway. I called today to be told they sent it to collections and dropped my daughter as a patient. My daughter has life threatening medical issues in which she sees specialists and Dr. Zwick for and was told "should have paid your bills!" Excuse me???? I paid my bill to you!!!! Not a collection company and never in 13 1/2 years have we ever had an issue and our bills are always paid. Then we are told a couple of phone calls later that we were mailed several notices and a notice stating she was dropped as a patient. I promise you on everything, that never happened and nothing was ever mailed to us or I would have called right then questioning why after 13 1/2 years later my daughter is being dropped as a patient!!!!I received ONE bill in which I called and questioned then paid. Then be told they sent to collections. So I provided proof of date and time from my bank account of it being paid (keep in mind this is a $30 bill!!) and still be told "oh well, should have paid your bills, we are a business." You have my money, I did my part. But you want to be rude and condescending to me. After reading other reviews, looks like billing is an issue with them as well!!!
