Indy Women Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Lauren Cottingham: I went to see Camille for pelvic floor therapy twice while I was pregnant and then for multiple sessions after I gave birth as well. I initially went to see her from a more preventative stand point but was so pleasantly surprised at her breadth of knowledge and how much she truly has to offer pregnant patients, even if you aren’t having pelvic discomfort or incontinence. She massaged my sore hip flexors while I was pregnant, guided me through how to improve my diastasis recti postpartum and so much more. She has an amazing bedside manner and is super affordable if you are paying out of pocket. Even if you don’t think you need pelvic floor PT, I think every pregnant woman can benefit from it in some way. It’s empowering to learn more about your body, and Camille is an excellent teacher and therapist!
Allison Perkey: After giving birth to my first child, I had some issues with ab separation. After having 4 sessions with Camille, I am on my way to fully recovering from that! She has a wonderful, calm environment and a such a caring spirit. I felt very comfortable with her from the start! As we progressed to actual workouts, we were able to workout in a “private” upstairs space where we could really focus on the issue. She is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly come up with other ideas for workouts if one wasn’t working out well. Thank you, Camille for all that you did for me! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Ruth Elliott: After experiencing pelvic floor damage and POP after a traumatic vaginal delivery, I was told that I would probably not be able to run, jump, or lift very much anymore. I felt crushed and started searching for help. I worked with Camille once a month for about 8 months, and could feel results at month three. The exercises were doable. If I had trouble with one, we would modify it for my current strength level. I always left her office feeling successful and competent to do my new exercises at home with the pictures and instructions she emailed. I didn’t have insurance, but her practice was affordable for self-payers. She helped me get a referral to Urology for extra assistance to bridge the work we did in therapy with my lifestyle goals, and now I am able to run and jump and lift moderate weights without causing my body harm.
Audrey Ptacek: Had a great experience with Camille! She helped me get back into running properly and building a strength base. I think every woman should see a pelvic floor PT postpartum!
Peggy Lawrence: My husband and I couldn't have intercourse for over 2 years because of vaginal pain, which felt like I was being torn apart. I went to 3 different doctors and all only wanted to treat me with creams, medications, and laser - all of which I tried; none of which worked. Then I found Camille at Indy Women PT. I never knew pelvic PT was even a thing! Desperate to try anything, I called. And I am thankful I did. Camille is a caring, gentle soul, who knows her stuff! And she knew I had a very short timeframe within which to see her and she worked me in. I had 4 appointments with her and am now following up on my own. After only 1 month, I am able to once again enjoy true intimacy with my husband! If you are having any pelvic issues, do yourself a favor and call Camille! She is reasonably priced and worth EVERY PENNY! Thank you, Camille, for restoring a very important part of my life!!
Lanette Nelson: Camille is just what you would hope for in a therapist helping with postpartum issues; she’s a good listener and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the humor she could inject into our sessions as well. She helped me feel comfortable from the start. She’s a great PFT!
Danica Working: Had an amazing experience with Camille. She was very sweet, gentle, and thorough. We even had some great laughs together. I was able to get my issue under control within 4-5 visits with her & AFFORDABLE TOO!! Highly recommend Camille for pelvic floor issues.
Marissa Heeter: I came to see Camille with tailbone pain due to sitting long hours for work, as well as pelvic floor pain. I have not had children, so I was hoping there’d be some relief snd that this type of therapy would still work for me. Camille treated the various trigger points, and educated me on pelvic floor health and wellness. She gave me profound resources to do at home, and was wonderful at listening to my concerns and validating my experience. After a handful of sessions and following the at-home treatment she laid out for me, I am now pain free. If I ever have a flare up again, or a baby in the future (as pelvic floor therapy should be given to all women postpartum), I’ll be definitely coming back here.
Jaime Love: Camille is amazing! I have been battling some pain for years. As an OT I knew what I was looking for in a pelvic therapist. From the intake questions to exam, Camille was personable and professional. Throughout she listened to my story and journey. At the end, my issues were not something she could help with directly at this time. However, she recommended a specific doctor she felt could really help me. Her exam helped me put words to my issues, and allowed me to better explain my symptoms to the physician. Her recommendation of what MD to follow up with was spot on! As a clinician myself I really appreciated that Camille identified her limits on helping me, but set me on the right path to the person who could help! That integrity and professionalism isn't found everywhere. If you are looking for someone who can think outside the box, and has a great network of people to recommend this is your place. Thank you, Camille!
Rachel LaRowe: Camille is so amazing! I was having pubic symphasis pain after pregnancy and she was able to tailor my exercises to my specific goals and the type of activity I was wanting to get back to. She is so knowledgeable about the pelvic floor and it's integration with everyday movement and very specific exercise/strength goals. She is also so open to questions in between sessions, I even sent her videos of me doing my exercises at homeand she was able to tell me if I was doing them correctly. I'm feeling so much better now after working with her and recommend her to everyone I know who is having post partum issues!
Ellie Miller: Camille was wonderful in helping me connect to my postpartum body through various exercises and therapy. I had 3 appointments and learned something new and felt positive changes after each one. Would recommend for any new mamas with pelvic floor issues or just hoping to connect with your new body after baby.
Calin Ostler: I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Camille! I was experiencing some pelvic pain after I delivered my daughter via c-section. I thought it would go away on its own with time. However, 5 months postpartum & I was still having pain I decided to look for a pelvic floor PT that could evaluate me & see if there was any solutions to the issues I was experiencing. Camille called me on the phone one afternoon & we talked about what was going on. She was able to get me in right away, which was wonderful! I met with her & followed her instructions and am happy to say I am now pain free! She has a very calming way about her. It was very easy to talk with her about the issues I was having, but also about everyday life! Instantly felt like I had made a friend & she made me feel very comfortable. She was able to examine me & find the source of my pain right away. She gave me instructions that were specific & tailored to me, my lifestyle, & my body that had me feeling & experiencing life pain free again in no time! I’m so thankful for camille! She improved me in more ways than she knows :)
Nicole Jasperson: I had a wonderful experience with Camille. She is kind and made me feel comfortable from the first visit. My visits were extremely valuable in my postpartum journey and improved my quality of life. She helped me to understand what was happening in my recovery and be able to empower me to become stronger. I was nervous to call and schedule with her, but so glad I did! She will (free) consult over the phone to determine if her services will be a good fit.
Allison Chambers: Camille is very knowledgeable about everything related to pelvic health, and helped me quite a bit with my post partum recovery. I think all new moms could benefit from this type of treatment. She is flexible with scheduling, a good listener, and does a great job making you feel comfortable.
Sarah Mart: Camille was very helpful during and after pregnancy. Gave good, detailed exercises I could work on at home.
Laura Burton: Camille is absolutely wonderful. She is professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She eased my concerns and helped to design a therapy plan specific to my needs. After a few weeks of personal therapy, I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. I highly recommend Camille.
Jihan Huggins: Camille is great! I was surprised, but very pleased to know that there was a physical therapist in her niche. PT for women after delivery is often overlooked and under performed, so I am so glad she is available to perform her services. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She also does a great job making her patients feel comfortable. As a physician myself, I was very pleased with my care and have recommended her to a patient of mine.
Olivia Curry: Camille is amazing! She is so encouraging and compassionate, along with knowledgeable about how to best help you! If you are looking for more personal care, Camille is definitely the way to go. I am so thankful for the ways she has helped me!
Amandakae Herin: Camille is amazing. She helped me gain the confidence to start exercising again after baby #2. We started with stretches and worked up to a personalized exercise routine that I can do at home or the gym! She helped me set goals, achieve them, and gave me workouts to continue to do post PT. I went in for diastsis recti (separation of abdominal muscles) and not only healed but learned how to take care of my body going forward. She is a wealth of knowledge and she empowers her patients to live their best.
Deb Hirt Neary: I had a few sessions with Camille for postpartum incontinence and some pelvic pain. I really saw dramatic results and improvement from our sessions and the exercises she gave me!I practice yoga and this has helped me have a greater awareness of my pelvic floor and how to strength it. She is professional, kind, builds confidence and is easy to work with - especially given such a sensitive topic/area. I'd highly recommend her and it was definitely worth the investment.
Jessica Moore: Before meeting with Camille, I was afraid of my postpartum body. I didn’t know the condition I was in, and I was uneducated about how the pelvic floor worked and how my abdominal muscles were connected. Camille helped educate, empower, strengthen, and equip me to both love and find freedom in my body after baby. Even after being discharged, I am following workouts that she put together to target the pelvic floor as well as muscle groups I want to focus on. I wish more women knew a better and more comfortable “normal” is possible postpartum, and I have experienced that with better bladder control and no doming in my abs. So thankful!

Zionsville Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Dedric Day: If I had to summarize my experience in a word….Amazing! I worked with Dr. Kane (primary) and Dr. Hathaway and I was highly impressed with their knowledge and caring for my recovery after a rotator cuff repair. Dr. Kane created a great plan and adjusted as needed to how my body was responding. I was really impressed with the online tool for the home exercises. It helped me stay accountable and was easier to use than having paper. I could just pull up the exercises on my iPad and even take notes on how my injury was feeling while performing the movements real time. The entire office is a great group of people as well. I highly recommend this team and will be using them again in the future.
Lois Peigh: I am preparing for a knee replacement in February and by doing these sessions prior to that day it will make my recovery easier and quicker. These PT sessions are preparation for what is ahead for me and will be instrumental in my recovery being easier. They are simply the best!
Lisa Fish: Excellent experience! Beginning with assessments and my first stretching to the last days of my PT, I felt supported, understood, and encouraged. All exercises & stretches have empowered me to move forward in healing and health. Highly recommended!
Kathryn Wilda: I was referred to physical therapy to work on strength and balance following my osteoporosis diagnosis. It was a pleasure to work with Caitlin and, with her recommended exercises, I have achieved great improvement in both areas. The space and equipment are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. I also appreciated Lauren’s assistance.
Sarah Chappell: The staff is very personable and friendly. I have been through PT twice for two hip surgeries and a shoulder surgery with Caitlin and Katie. They did a great job helping me strengthen my joints and return to activity. Everyone there is great and enjoyable to work with!
Ellie Jensen: The BEST customer service, scheduling, staff, and therapy. Every single person was so quick to respond for scheduling/bill questions! Elaine changed my life and I am forever grateful. She truly is so present with all of her patients and listens to them fully. So thankful for Zionsville Physical Therapy and would come back in a heartbeat:)
Amie Robert: Over the last few years, ZPT has helped me recover from all types of injuries as well as helping with rheumatoid joint and muscle stiffness. What I appreciate most is getting to work with the same PT and aids throughout my treatment plan and they focus on providing ample hands on treatment and gym time.
Andrew Parker: I had a great experience with Brendan and Katie as they helped me with a knee and hip issue I was having. Not only did my issue improve, but they are great people and enjoyable to work with.
tom bewsey: I had complete knee replacement and Caitlin did an excellent job. Brendan and Jake were a great help as well. Everyone is open and friendly, it is a wonderful atmosphere to rehab in. Thank you all and I hope I don’t need to see you for awhile. Lol
Michael H. Starks: These folks are very knowledgeable and professional. They're big on personal attention; you don't spend long periods by yourself. Their new space is well-equipped by not overwhelming with too many workout machines, though they do have a few good ones. The staff teaches you exercises you easily can do at home. They're very conscious of your fitness level and adjust the difficulty of your routine to be challenging without being discouraging. I'll be going back after my next hip replacement.
adela creasy: Very helpful throughout my neck recovery process. Super caring place and felt like I was getting encouraged throughout the 8 weeks at the right speed. As this was my first major injury, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Anytime I needed reassurance they were there for me to share my questions, concerns and hesitations. From the front desk to my amazing trainer/coach/therapist Caitlin Hathaway, I can’t thank you enough for the support. So happy I chose to come to Zionsville PT.
Katie Orlowski: Highly recommend ZPT! Caitlin took great care of me - strengthening my shoulder and getting me back to being pain free. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly faces of Brendan and Sabrina who make you feel welcome and at home. I looked forward to each visit and will definitely go back if I’m ever in need of physical therapy in the future.
Abigail C.: Would not recommend this place for back, neck, or shoulder pain. Therapist invalidated pain and possible cause saying it was normal yet couldn’t fix any of the pain. Each week I would dread going to these appointments since it made the pain excruciatingly worse where I’d be in bed for days. As a teenager that is not what anyone should be going through seeking help through a different provider has helped me.
Jean Beckmann: Haven’t been there for 2-3 years but I remember being treated as a VIP. ALSO, felt relief and would return if need arises.
Evelyn Amos: I’ve been here for pelvic floor physical therapy with Elaine through 2 of my pregnancies. It is life changing for me. As in I go from debilitating pain that keeps me from functioning to little to no pain. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Marion Adkinson: I have used ZPT for several years and they have treated my problems with the utmost care. I highly recommend them.
Jerry Bond: I had PT after having knee replacement surgery. Zionsville PT was extremely helpful in getting back on my feet very quickly.
Norma Keywan: Excellent physical therapy. Recommend
Peg Villanueva: I have been through physical therapy with ZPT twice, once for my neck and very recently for my shoulder. These people are the best. They are small enough to know you as an individual and to treat you like family. Every single person in this facility goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each patient. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!!
Noah Doyle: Can't say enough good things about them. Excellent PTs, adaptive and enthusiastic. Broken leg and rotator cuff strain, helped enormously in both cases.
Chris Finley: For personalized physical therapy in a positive, friendly atmosphere, you need to see Elaine Morrison and her caring, professional staff at Zionsville Physical Therapy in the Boone Village shopping center!

Restore Your Core Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Kimberly Osborn: I have been a patient of Amy for several years now, and there is no health professional that I trust more. She cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure care is being met. Amy is a true professional. She is constantly learning and refining her practice. Everyone in the office has the utmost confidentiality and care for each patient. If you are looking for a talented physical therapist then Restore Your Core is where you should go.
Sidney Castillo: Amy at Restore Your Core has been nothing short of a miracle-worker for my entire family.I started seeing her for idiopathic pelvic, hip, and low back pain in 2020 after being referred to her by my brother, who had long suffered with chronic pelvic pain for years and finally found relief after seeing Amy.I was hesitant to go to another provider for my pain because for nearly 20-years I was completely written off by doctor after doctor. I had been seeing a chiropractor for 3-years prior to seeing Amy and all he was able to do was offer some short-term relief through decompression of my spine, but the chronic pain persisted. When I finally went in to see Amy at RYC, we discussed all of my past issues and all of my trauma--both emotional and physical. She was so incredibly kind and understanding and explained to me the process of what would go into the diagnosis and treatment of my pain. The amount of sensitivity she provided in this regard was amazing. Every aspect of what to expect from our visits was meticulously explained and I felt completely at ease with her providing my diagnosis and treatment plan.Within just one visit with Amy I had some closure on possible causes for my pain and even quite a bit of relief from it. After a couple more sessions, she was really able to hone in on the epicenter of my problems and from there we developed an extremely effective treatment plan. Now, with regular maintenance, and by following her advice for home care (ie. stretching, proper lifting, posture, etc.), I finally feel like I have my life back! No longer am I dealing with constant, nagging pain that impedes my ability to live; rather, I understand my body and I can immediately go about sorting it out without delay or disruption to my daily life.Last year, she began seeing my husband after he pulled his groin, as well. He could barely even walk and had trouble getting into and out of his vehicle, but within two sessions with Amy he was pain-free and back to his normal self. Then this year I brought my oldest son to see her. He suffered from birth trauma that left him so mal-aligned that I had literally never seen his heels touch the ground. He could only walk on his tiptoes and he had a very strange gait. He also dealt with chronic and debilitating back and neck pain that no chiropractor was ever able to alleviate. After just one session with Amy, I saw my son's heels meet the ground for the first time in his whole 17-years of life! I was brought to tears! When I say Amy is nothing short of a miracle-worker, I mean it. What she does as a healer is hard to explain or even comprehend, and I have given countless doctors her information so they can confidently recommend their patients to her, as well.I also think she is just an amazing, kind soul.I feel immensely blessed to have her as my medical provider, and after years of treatment and growth at the hands of this truly amazing woman, I would also gladly call her my friend. If you are suffering from any kind of pelvic pain or issues, I would without a shadow of a doubt or any hesitation recommend any of the ladies at Restore Your Core. They have all been meticulously vetted by Amy, and a professional of her caliber only hires and works with the best-of-the-best.So, don't keep suffering in pain and doubt!Call or email Restore Your Core and get your life back! That's what I did, and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Thanks, Amy and Restore Your Core!
Dana Dobbs: I had cancer almost ten years ago. It took me three pelvic floor therapists until I found Amy at Restore Your Core. She is SO knowledgeable, caring and gives great instruction. I seriously don’t know where I’d be without her. When I started out I was so scared and she put my mind at ease. I could not ask for a nicer or better therapist. I have recommended her to several people. Absolutely adore her.
Mallary Kineman: Restore your Core helped me with hip and pelvic pain that I had been experiencing for over a year after my first child. I was hesitant to spend the 'extra money' to see them but my husband encouraged me after I had lingering pain when I was walking or running. After a few sessions, I was feeling so much better and I went to them for my entire second pregnancy and it was a world of a difference for how I felt during pregnancy and how I healed postpartum. I've worked with all three of the doctors and they are all so knowledgable. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain what they are doing and they also teach me how to continue to heal on my own. I couldn't recommend this group more highly! I am so grateful for their care.
Brian Friese: What an amazing experience. Not only am I better, but I have the tools I need to stay better! Super professional, very clean, and patient centered. I left each visit feeling healing in my whole self, not just pain areas! Absolutely recommend!
Becca Simoneaux: Julia and Amy are amazing, compassionate, and professional pelvic floor PTs who truly strive to restore your core in every possible way. The trainings and specializations they have make them an elite team able to help your body and soul heal, not just strengthen muscles. I started working with Julia at 6 months postpartum after months of urinary incontinence, pelvic floor tightness and pain, and learned to relax my pelvic floor in a way I never knew was possible. Within 3 months I was nearly completely pain free after much breathing, muscle release and scar massage. We added exercises to stay relaxed while moving and thanks to Julia's time and help, I am slowly but surely getting better- not back to my old body, but accepting my new body and becoming stronger than ever before.
JesAlana Stewart Thomas: I cannot express in words my deep appreciation for Julia and the Restore Your Core team. I gave birth in January 2020 (just before the pandemic). Leading up to the birth, I was given all kinds of advice from just about everyone around me, but the advice about strengthening my body to prepare for birth from Julia was truly beneficial. Then, when my birthing situation did not go according to plan and ended in a c-section, Julia SAVED MY LIFE. You see, no one tells you about the painful healing process that includes scar tissue. Julia helped relieve that burning rock-solid feeling near my stitches and eased the pain away!!! You never know how birth will go, but Julia and the Restore Your Core team will help you before and after to get you through in the least amount of pain possible 3
Joanna May: Very knowledgeable, respectful, straightforward, and EFFECTIVE. I’ve been so happy with the care I received from Julia. Highly recommend!
Susan Arvin: I am a runner. I was experiencing glute, adductor, and high hamstring pain. I had seen several PTs and was not having any success in resolving the pain. Amy and Julia were able to diagnosis the problems and get me back to doing what I love. I highly recommend Restore Your Core PT.
Stacy Wooten: I am so happy to have worked with Jules Powden. Being a physical therapist myself, I was fortunate enough to know Jules before needing therapy. I learned a lot about pelvic floor health after a presentation she put on during a runners' club meeting. It opened my eyes to the importance of my pelvic floor health after child birth and returning to running and working out. Once I found out I was pregnant I reached out to Jules to let her know that I wanted to work with her and she kept in touch with me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum until my first visit with her. She made me feel comfortable immediately. She is a very gifted, professional therapist and is an expert at what she does! She made me feel empowered with my recovery but also made sure I was staying safe and allowing myself to heal so I could return back to my prior level of function. I was also grateful that she educated me on moving smarter and listening to my body. I highly recommend her
Abbey Shoemaker: What a wonderful thing to find Julia and Amy. I walked in with considerable pain, not knowing if I could be helped.I was immediately put at ease, both by the therapist and the welcoming surroundings. After just one session, I was so much better. Two months later I was like a new person. As for negative comments, there are none. I could sit here all night and not think of any.I hope I never have pain like this again, but at least I know where to find help.
Julie Woodbridge: After seeing Dr. Amy for several months to help with issues regarding pain, I was finally able to have my first pain free annual gynecological exam. Her wholistic approach is excellent, and you are able to take exercises she teaches you and apply them at home (or at the doctor’s office). She not only looks at the pelvic floor but takes into concern your entire body and health. She taught me more about myself than I had ever known or realized. Amy is also very respectful and understanding in sensitive issues that pain can cause in your life and marriage. Highly recommend Dr. Amy and Restore Your Core PT.
Michelle Marsh: Quite honestly, words cannot really describe the respect, appreciation and gratefulness that I have for Amy as a person and physical therapist. I have been to several physical therapist throughout my life,...but none compare to Amy. Her knowledge, patient interaction, attention to detail, desire to help and/or find an answer exceeds any other therapist I've ever seen. I would without a doubt and will continue to recommend Amy to anyone that is in need of a physical therapist and/or specialized physical therapy.
Stephen Hollinden: I have had numerous joint issues over the years and the therapist, Amy, has been successful 100 % of the time in getting me back to feeling good. She is extremely knowledgable in her field and a good listener and makes one feel comfortable. She sends you home with illustrations along with directions.
Dawn Johnson: Amy is knowledgeable, dedicated and caring. Highly recommend!
Justin Whitaker: Amy is a very gifted practitioner. After spending thousands of dollars with at least 5 different medical professionals Amy is the first person who has been able to provide me with long term improvement. I feel like she truly cares about my well being, and prioritizes healing and self-reliance rather than keeping you coming back.
anu jacob: Amy is just awesome! She helped me with healing my diastis recti. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She considered my overall health and customized exercises for me. I am really thankful for her suggestions and highly recommend her.
stephanie schell: Amy is honest and caring and I admire her dedication to her work and patients. She is a rare gem and I’m so grateful to have been referred to her for the pain I have had for the last three years. After seeing twenty some providers (specialists, acupuncturist, P.T., pain management, chiropractor, etc....) she has been the only one to help and encourage me. I am grateful for her knowledge and experience. Thank you, Amy.
Ivana: Amy is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. She takes a holistic approach, where she seeks to know you as a person and understands all of your symptoms. Before I met Amy, I wasted time and money seeing someone else who was closer, and I didn’t get very far. I spent years in pain, and she’s the only one who has been able to truly help me. She’s professional, highly knowledgeable, and passionate about helping her patients heal. Don’t bother going anywhere else.
Lorraine & Gerald Beeler: Amy, at Restore Your Core Physical Therapy, is very professional & knowledgeable. She has helped my issues in pelvic therapy immensely. I would highly recommend her.
Jennifer Ward: Amy is the BEST. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for physical therapy to restore your pelvic floor. She does an amazing job at educating you and helping you feel comfortable with the therapy. I can't say enough about her respectful care. I only wish I had been educated by Amy 10 years ago.

Restore Your Core Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Hayley Shelton: I would give 50 stars if I could! 8 months postpartum I found myself aimlessly wandering doctor to doctor to get to the bottom of my postpartum aches, pains, and severe tension throughout my body. I was referred to Amy and Melissa and after only 3 sessions, I have learned so much about my postpartum body and what is believed to be the root cause of so many of my issues. Amy and Melissa have been so thorough, talk you through every step of the way, and I feel that they genuinely care about your well-being and recovery. I know I have a long way to go but feel comfort in this team and that I’m on the right path to recovery. Highly recommend this practice and recommend all postpartum moms go get checked out if you feel like something is still off - I wish I would have sooner!
Erica Kuchinski: It took me a long time to find a physical therapy practice like Restore Your Core, but if you are in need of pelvic floor PT, you will find exactly what you need here.Amy and Melissa were able to help me to work through my pelvic floor issues and I have made great progress under their care. It's been a long road, but we have had a breakthrough and I have appreciated their patience and persistence in ensuring I get the outcome I need. They don't just provide therapy, they also coach and educate their patients. I have learned a great deal over the past year.I strongly recommend them!
Melissa Wickersham: Amy and Meredith were wonderful to work with; so professional and helpful in reaching my goals. Post-baby, I wanted to get back to running and working out without any postpartum related issues. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Restore Your Core!
Rebecca Carrell: Amy, Julia, and Meredith are amazing women! I’m positive that the work they did with me was the final piece to the puzzle that I needed for a successful pregnancy. They helped me prepare for childbirth and are currently helping my body get back to where it should be postpartum. They not only helped my body function more normally they truly care for you and want to ensure you are looking after your whole self. From the first appointment I have felt at ease, comfortable, respected, and listened to. Restore Your Core lives up to its name.
Melissa Douglas Jenkins: Wonderful group of PTs, and the best for pelvic floor PT in central Indiana. Highly recommend this practice.
Scott and Christine Hickman: Amy is completely professional and is the BEST at what she does! She listens and gives great encouragement to help you reach your pain-free goals.
Mike White: I’ve seen Amy for two different issues spanning many years. The first time I had reached the end of my mental rope with physical pain and had seen every medical professional out there. From my very first appointment with Amy, her reassurance and confidence lead me to believe she could help me regain my old life. Both times her knowledge, dedication and compassion has lead me back to a normal and comfortable life. I would not hesitate to go back if necessary or recommend her to family and friends.
jackie bales: I highly recommend Restore Your Core. Amy and her team were always positive and encouraging. Their expertise, knowledge, and wisdom changed my life. I thought leaking with laughter, jumping, and physical activity were part of having children and growing older. Now I know it doesn’t have to be! I am more confident and active! Restore Your Core has been a huge blessing!
Claire Isenthal: Restore Your Core PT was transformative in eliminating and reducing pain that had plagued me for over a year post-partum. It wasn't until I visited her and her team that I finally began to recover, and this was after seeing many specialists. Amy truly has a gift, after owning and running her business for as long as she has. The way she can read your body and make adjustments is remarkable and has helped heal and eliminate my back pain after the birth of my son and also throughout my entire second pregnancy. She provides the utmost, top quality care to all of her patients and because of her and her amazing team, I was set up for success for the delivery of my second child. I would refer and recommend this practice over and over again and think this is something every single woman (and man) could benefit from in some capacity.
Katherine Heger: Wonderful, individualized care! Very patient staff, and I appreciate all the support they provided during my recovery.
Rob S: Restore Your Core is specialized in the treatment I needed. Amy provided excellent care and helped return me to normal life. As a young guy dealing with pelvic dysfunction I went from athletic to sedentary. I couldn't believe the agony of pain and widespread trouble it caused. I was fearful that anything I did would make pain worse and felt like I'd never be normal again. I went to other physical therapists before but there was more I needed in order to get better. The intensive work Amy did to realign my pelvis and free up trigger points allowed my body to heal, and just as important she gave me hope I'd get better. It's been a long journey for me and I continue the regular stretching that has improved my flexibility and reduced pain. I believe I'll continue to improve as I maintain the routine and take care of my body. It can be mysterious how something like this happens but I'm so relieved that I'm feeling better and no longer in despair. I'm jogging again and feel I can better manage my condition with what I've learned.
Emily Foubert: Can I give her 10 stars please?!? Amy saved my life. Okay, well, she helped me save my own. She knows the pelvis and all its connections to the body so well! I couldn't drive, I hadn't sat in two years. I was 32 years old. I had been an athlete. I was told I would never run again. I was told I had disc issues. Then I saw Amy and she heard my story, she listened. She took what I told her and assessed my body based on my intuition. She found that my pelvis had been twisted- something I kept trying to tell other doctors, but none would listen to me. Amy did. She is SO knowledgeable, and is humble and always learning more. She believed in my full recovery, and she addressed not only my physical, neuromuscular and fascial issues, but she retrained my emotions and thinking about my injury to help me believe in my entire recovery, too. "I really want to ski again, Amy," I remember saying one day. "Why can't you?" She replied. I cried from relief. This happened many times over the course of my treatment with her. Always she would challenge my limited fears about my body. She also found where I hold tension and what subjects trigger that tension, and has helped me release it, and become aware of it. After 6 months of working with Amy, stretching at first, strengthening next, and gaining more and more confidence, I started to play soccer again. Now I'm running, skiing, biking, practicing tai chi, hiking, ice climbing, taking long road trips, and playing soccer to my heart's content. I have myself back again. She is a miracle!
