See's Candies: what do users think?
Doesnotplay wellwithothers: See's is my favorite chocolate maker because they are not shockingly sweet. Sweets these days are cheap and oily and you can't even taste the flavors. See's is, and always will be, the best.
Lori Compton: Love their candy! They have such a great variety and it makes a perfect gift!
Celia Diehl: Fresh,quality,need more variety,pricey
Rich Borzea: Most diverse selection of chocolates that I have seen. Chocolate covered banana and apricot clusters are very good
Joe Degenfelder: Candy is always great, and the staff is always friendly.
Sharon Grant: If you are a true candy lover....SEE's Candies is the place to be. Fine chocolates combined to perfection.
MoPrideLady70: Wish i could go anywhere, without foe. Who is my best friend. Rose has been trying to run , but we'll 🙈
Lexi Jones: Absolutely delicious! The store is clean and crisp looking. Staff is super friendly. Candy is devine. I will definitely be back even though I totally should stay away.
Prasad Nair: We love the chocolates from here. They have a lot of variety and they are all delicious. The service is great as well and you always get a bonus candy for tasting.
Julie Lingren: Being a CA native, I LOVE having a See's shop here in Indianapolis. I visit every Christmas to put together custom boxes for family with their favorite pieces and to get seasonal treats for stockings. Easter, Valentine's, Christmas, Mother's Day... really ANY day. My favorite chocolates and great service.
JV Austen: Good service and great candy! Easy access from the food court area of the Keystone Mall.
Laketa Mensah: First went to them in Cincinnati and ate every piece, found out it was one where I live had to return.....Delicious 😋😋
Seth Dugger: Good candy but over the top expensive
Christine Merzario: Excellent serviceClean facility
catherine robertson: Staff very careful with social distancing. Candy always the highest quality; perfect sized boxes for gift giving.
LindaLuxable: Every year, they run out og Bordeaux.
Golden Rule: See's Candy is the very BEST. See's should develop a mandatory class that new hires must attend, because there appears to be some employees here who bring See's ratings down. I personally didn't have any problem, but really nobody should. In the See's Candies stores I've visited throughout the U.S., employees have been super-gracious and helpful and create an atmosphere of fun. (When is eating excellent chocolate not fun?) I know the company would want to know about employees who don't meet their high standards of customer service.
Gary Pensinger: Great place
Robbin Reed: I love the variety and the unique taste of each chocolate
Mary Beth Gianoli: Yummy!!
JOHNNY ANDREWS: Always great

Schakolad Chocolate Factory: what do users think?
Jonathan Sanich: Went there because we were touring some of the northside offerings for chocolate. This is the first place we went. Of all of the places we went today, the service here was probably the best. The woman who helped us was not shy about recommendations. Given the vast array of choices, this was a comfort. As for the flavor, this place had the richest chocolate. The flavor lingers and has multiple layers that peel back as you savor each bite. Also the designs are gorgeous. Way to dress your product for success!
Megan Rector: Delicious! Just discovered this place after an online search. On a trip to Orlando, we visited the Chocolate Kingdom and my husband fell in love the the Meechu Snacks (which is just a half of a puff marshmallow dipped in chocolate. This choclaterie is part of the same brand of chocolate as the Orlando location.I called ahead of time and spoke with a cheerful and knowledgeable man named Todd. After describing what I was after, he said they have something similar except that they make their own marshmallows - Ok, even better! So I drove there from Fishers and when I got there, Todd was so nice. I tried a sea salt caramel ... incredible, and a yummy vanilla biluttercream. Both were delicious. He packaged up these chocolate covered marshmallows for me and I got three more items because it all looked so good. I HIGHLY recommend the campfire bar ... so good! I can't wait to try the hot chocolate bomb! If you are looking for high quality chocolate, this is for you!UPDATE: Went back for more high quality chocolate for my husband. The lovely lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful! She took her time telling me about everything I asked about, and even gave me some free samples. Turns out she is one of the owners. She clearly puts her heart and hard work into her business. Love this place, delicious chocolate treats, and absolute best customer service ever!
Rhonda Wamsley: This place is amazing the owners and staff are great everyone should check them out
Adam Bernard: Great Gelato. Friendly people
Summer Steenburg: Todd and Mindy are great. They aim to please. All of their products are good and they do excellent work packaging their products for travel gifts too.
Codi Wilson: Here’s the thing. We love the chocolate and we love the managers. We’ve had subpar experiences with the workers - they were dishonest and grumpy. Today we went to get some gelato (which is only okay) and we were definitely over charged. I specifically asked if a single scoop could be split into two flavors. A very common question. I was told that it could but was charged for 2 half scoops which cost $1.50 more. When I asked about the price the same worker said “well technically they were half scoops” So why didn’t they tell me that to begin with when I asked? Very dishonest. This was not our first negative experience with the workers. We will only go to get their chocolate from now on.
Shannon Sloane: Schakolad Chocolate Factory is the only place where I but chocolates for my friends, family and clients because they have a selection and are unique with their creations. You must try their delicious gelato too!
Ethan Goodman: Try the dark chocolate blueberry bark!
B D: Schakolad is the best. Couldn't recommend this place more. Really glad to have such a great shop in Zionsville.
J.L. Anderson: Best chocolate and service around!
Sheryl Sackett: Best. Chocolate. Ever! Hands down! If you intend to pick up chocolate for a gift or for family, make sure you get some for yourself for the trip home. This chocolate is addictive and so, so good! My absolute favorite is the Raspberry Truffles, but everything they make is amazing! They now have Gelato, so stop by for a nice cool treat! Or take a group of friends to learn how to make the chocolate! You won't regret it!Todd and Mindy Polizotto are generous, kind, funny and creative, so come in with your unique ideas and they will make it happen! Love these guys!
Ronigene Riddle: OH MY GOODNESS💖 MY favorite chocolate!!! And I know chocolate....(I eat it everyday.) So, first had this in Virginia(DC) and HAPPILY 🤗discovered this MAGICAL chocolate store again in Indiana. I am currently rationing 2lbs of choclates. DON'T BE SHY! SOOOOMANYCHOICES. SCHOLAD has set the bar for yummy chocolates. FAV: RED VELVET TRUFFLE
Morgan Pollard: One of my absolute favourite places in the whole of the Indianapolis area.
Travis Wottring: This is the only place to buy chocolate from! The entire staff is knowledgeable and professional and very passionate about what they do. Whether it is a holiday, gift, or just personal… highly recommended!
Bianca R: Fresh made candy. Pricing the similar to candy stores. Can pick up a few pieces under $10 to try. My favorites were the pecan turtles and raspberry ganache. Good gift ideas in there as well. Quick service.
Mike Henshaw: First time customer here and I'll definitely be going back.
Marlaina Pertile: Yummy chocolate and wonderful, friendly service.
Curtis C: Custom made chocolates with an artisinal touch. Not your average candy store.
Breanna Fitts: We took our Girl Scout troop here for a tour, and they voted it best outing of the year! They learned so much... and our tour guide was so kind, patient, and understanding while dealing with 9 sugared up girls. They all plan to come back again. It was just as good as I remember when I was a girl scout back in.... ya know the good ol days :)
Sherea Lambert: Loved it!
Marcy Novak: I wasn’t at the store location but my son brought me some chocolate - probably from the airport lol. II is absolutely delicious! Smooth and rich. My favorite is the dark chocolate but the milk and white chocolate is just as good!

Dan S: Always very pleasant friendly and fast. Very clean place.
Sayeh Hamzehzadeh: Delicious!!!! Great people as well. Totally recommended chocolate covered ice cream cone!
tina ferguson: They have the best chocolate. Good customer service. A lot of choices.
Paul Bader: The chocolate truffles are so decadent! The hot chocolate is rich, velvety, and satisfying my craving for a week! I’m so happy we have found DeBrand. Weekly trips here not only for my own self care, but to buy gifts for others too! Sharing the love of delicious chocolate- always a perfect gift!
Phil M: Worth every bite! I mean penny 🤦‍♂️
Phil Eitzen: This is my "go-to" place for chocolate! I always score a "10" when that box of DeBrand's Chocolate arrives. Great chocolate, great service!
C Hiatt: After bringing my friend here for her birthday she quoted “This chocolate makes me feel like my mouth has a heartbeat!” Thank you De Brand Chocolate for helping me make her day special!
Deborah Roach: Best chocolates! Staff was friendly and helpful!
Patrick Cassidy (pcassidy POC): My wife loves their chocolates. It's all she asks for at special occasions.
Claudia Varga: Perfect place to relax and enjoy amazing chocolate in Indianapolis! I love coming here and meeting with friends here!
Dan Fowler: Amazing spot for great coffee and gelato. Check out their cozy seating area in the back. Get your drink in the proper mug or glass. Treat yourself! 😁
Shavonda Waddles: My experience with DeBrand has been an amazing experience with this thing my 1st time at this location or any Debrand's location. The Cafe Caramel is AMAZING.The Sundae is DEFINITELY must have!!!!The pictures will help you understand the experience.
Amber H: We love this DeBrand’s location. The staff is friendly and the service is great. They have a cozy area to sit & enjoy your chocolates or treats. The hot chocolate is amazing. The chocolates are high quality. They also have fun local treats like chocolate race cars.
Jeff Mikels: Unbelievable chocolate! But you pay for what you get. My wife said their hot chocolate was the best she ever had, and she makes our version from scratch with high quality cocoa and milk! My son had the dark hot chocolate and described it as being bitter in a good way.My daughter had vanilla ice cream with a chocolate topping, and the topping hardened like the magic shell stuff does, but it wasn't that waxy stuff. It was just perfectly tempered high quality chocolate. She loved it.I just had a piece of chocolate, and an Americano, but both were excellent.
Amanda Holmes: By far the best chocolate I have ever had. Their hot chocolate is to die for also!
Douglas Rennie: What can I say about DeBrand Chocolates. The Staff is so Incredible and make you feel right at home. One of the owners Lori Sonner is so very personable. Their Chocolates, Ice Cream, Hot Chocolate is Sooooo DELICIOUS. Every time that we are in Indianapolis, we always stopped by their place for delicious Chocolates. I am in the restaurant business as a Chef & Owner with my wife and these are the FINEST Chocolates around! Our Dear Friends told us all about this place and now we are addicted!
Hick Hickerson: Excellent service!!
Kristin Cherry: We went to Keystone location for a sorority alumnae event. Lori our host was fantastic and made it such a fun evening! Everything was delicious and so much fun. Would highly recommend for any event!!!
Manpreet: Boujee, tasty and decently priced! 😋 🤤 🍫
Mel H: Best chocolate on earth! Wonderful truffles. Such a beautiful shop and wonderful atmosphere. The people are lovely. A little slice of heaven.

The Best Chocolate in Town (College Ave): what do users think?
Leah Lenardic: What a delightful chocolate shop! There's a great selection of prepared chocolate treats, the staff are super friendly, and they serve fantastic local ice cream as well. (Recommendation: chocolate caramel + Turkish coffee.)
M. Martin: Stoked to have this shop back on Mass ave. Just met the sweetest lady working there and she brightened our day. I love that there is a nice selection of sale items for those times when I’m buying for myself.
Carlton Beever: I stopped by hoping to buy some of their chocolates. Sign said open at 11am (Wed). I waited 20 minutes. Couple other customers came and went. Bad for business when you're not open when you say.
Sean Carroll: For $3+ for a specialized truffle, these chocolates are pretty boring and bland. There are very few notes that make the flavors stick out in every bite. With the name "best chocolate in town," these were pretty disappointing. You're better off buying a box of Godiva than these overpriced Hershey chocolate bites
John palace: Better chocolate at a gas station for 1/10th the price. It’s hard to have bad chocolate but this is about as close to bad as it gets.
Just Sherri: Fast and friendly service! Now serving Sundae's Homemade ice cream as well! Definite plus!!!
Elizabeth Banta: We have always loved this brand since the location downtown on mass ave. Today was our first time visiting this location. Was disappointed. We stood right in front of the chocolate waiting for the employee to help us. It looked like she was writing something so we were waiting for her to finish then thought she would help us. She finished and didn’t acknowledge us. She walked over to register to place her note over there and a couple who just walked in was immediately asked if they needed help. Was totally surprised bc we weren’t even acknowledged until I told her. It must be bc they were better looking then we were so that’s why she acknowledged them.
Quintin Coppola: The Best Chocolate in Town was, in my opinion, okay. I appreciate that everything wasn't loaded with sugar but for the price I expected a little more - the five chocolates pictured cost enough for a lunch. The coconut in dark chocolate was probably the best thing I had - after that the mocha truffle. The dark chocolate raspberry was a little weak on the raspberry flavor - I was worried by the light pink drizzle that it would look the same on the inside with a sweet faux flavor, thankfully that wasn't the case. The dark chocolate truffle wasn't bad but it wasn't mind blowing either. The cinnamon basil was a real disappointment and I didn't finish it - to be candid, it didn't taste like much of anything and had a Play-Doh like texture,
Kieren Hawksworth: Great little independent chocolate shop where the staff selling the chocolate actually make the chocolate. A few good dairy free options too :)
Jim Sudler: They FedEx, order all the time online. When I am in Indy, I must go here. The truffles... OMG!
Lonnie Perry: The name literally tells the story. Everything that I have tried has been delicious. The staff is friendly and patient as you make your selection. The staff also makes great suggestions.
mayumi grant: Best Chocolate for sure!
Reshma Ghanta: The store name totally justifies their product. They have amazing carmel toffees and chocolates. I gifted them to my friends and everyone fell in love with them. ❤️❤️
Brad Meiser: Truffles are great but the Frittle is where it’s at! The owner is a sweet lady that is genuinely excited about the business she runs. Go pay them a visit!
Holly Garrett: Great quality products made locally. Super friendly and responsive staff.
Katie Bollinger: Very friendly staff and amazing chocolates! We purchased a small variety box of truffles for Valentine’s Day and each one was phenomenal! We will be back!
Emmett Baumgarten: Used to hold up to the name, at one point it was indeed the best chocolate in town. Now that they've been acquired by Newfangled Confections it seems they've discovered some newfangled corporate evils. The fact that they don't allow customers to select flavors for their truffle assortments anymore means they won't be getting my business again. The quality of their products has depreciated as well!
Quincy Perry: Great selection of truffles and various chocolates!
Meredith Jones: I adore this place. They have an incredible selection of truffles. The staff is always friendly and patient (deciding what to get is seriously difficult). Not only do they have vegan truffles, they have a selection of vegan truffles. This makes me so happy because so many places that have a vegan option only have one option - thank you for having more than one so that we get variety also! I most frequently get the vegan birthday cake truffle. My partner's favorite is the (non-vegan) dark and stormy. If you aren't a truffle fan, they also have a variety of other chocolaty treats and ice cream. The teenager in our family doesn't like dark chocolate and there are always plenty of milk chocolate options for her as well.
Knox: Rich hot chocolate and not so hot that you can't drink right into it. Delicious chocolates as well
John Porter: Hot chocolate is outstanding! Chocolates are superb.

Litterally Divine Chocolates: what do users think?
Gabriel Leonard: The ghost pepper caramels were awesome if you can handle spice! The truffles were good, too, though we weren't huge fans of the lavender & lemon flavor. Overall worth a visit.
Sonja D: We got regular coffee, a mocha latte, and a couple of the chocolates. They have a full espresso bar. I was excited they had milk alternatives including oatmilk. My husband got asomething that had brownie in it and I got the vegan chocolate coffee toffee.
Man 1000: Our first visit was Saturday 07/16. Surprisingly we didn't try any of the chocolates but we got two scoops of ice cream. We chose the white chocolate espresso and peanut butter and chocolate chunk and they were phenomenal! I asked if she sold pints and she said maybe in a couple of weeks. We'll definitely be back. This place is definitely worth a visit.
Ashley Haegele: This was such a cute, locally owned shop! We tried several truffles and carmels and they were all delicious and very reasonably priced. My personal favorite was the buttered caramels, they were the perfect flavor and consistency.
Timothy Bowling: Friendly place to take a break. I am addicted to the Cubano.
George Dante: Local chocolatier who makes the best mocha you will find anywhere in Indy. Perfectly balanced between chocolate, espresso, with just a little sugar unlike other places. The truffles here are amazing. Just had a tangerine balsamic and a spicy truffle today, and they did not disappoint.Give this business your money.
Leeanne Nunez: I came in for the first time and tried an Indy truffle and a sample of the peanut butter chocolate chunk ice cream. It was so good. Hope to go back soon.
Ron Morelock: Excellent chocolate
Sarah Weck: The word "chocolate" lured me in when walking through Fountain Square and Litterally Divine did not disappoint! The truffles were absolutely delicious and there was a nice variety of different things to try.
Heather 78: Sweet young lady that helped us. Was a variety of chocolate. Definitely a little hidden gem. Will be returning for more chocolate and to check out the rest of what they have. Was nice to come in and see a friendly smile. Yes masks are on but the smiles can be seen. Thank you for being so polite, friendly, & helpful. The chocolate is mouth watering!
Kyle Gilliam: Extremely friendly and helpful! Everything we tried was delicious
sarah fuller: Variety of treats and great coffee!
Lydia Armstrong: Thank you, Suzanne, for making delicious chocolates. Great vegan options! Thank you.
Toby Briggs: The name says it all!
ezra3p: The only place I know that makes a cubano!!!! Must try.
Karin Smith: The best local chocolate and toffees!
jayne hoadley: Love the Chocolate ice cream!
Ashley Cherry: Came here today with a friend I hadn't seen in forever. The staff was pleasant, coffee and chocolates were amazing, and they didn't kick out my friend for being an idiot. 12/10
M. Kaseweter: Vegan chocolate sorbet was genuinely delicious—not at all watery or dull or soupy. Nice spread of teas and coffees. The flavors of their truffles are creative and tasteful (e.g., bourbon mocha, peanut butter cayenne, honey chevre, fig balsamic). Precious ambience. Pleasant employee. 5/5.
Lindsey Kingrey: Super friendly and chocolate is great!
Ольга Демидова: I didn’t like the sweet much (it was white chocolate with many tastes but I tasted nothing except white chocolate), but hot chocolate was very good. My husband enjoyed his coffee too. The interior seems to need some refreshing. Pictures in the restroom are funny.

South Bend Chocolate Co: what do users think?
Jason Pike: Took my son here for ice cream. A little offended they charge $1 for him to try 2 teeny small samples, especially as 1 scoop already cost $6.54. Never in my life have I seen a place charge for samples. Ice cream was ok.
Lennon: My family and I haven't been here in awhile but have always enjoyed it. We decided that stop by with our kids last week during spring break. The kids had ice cream and hot chocolate. We had cake, coffee, and chocolate. The lemon creme cake was absolutely amazing. The latte I got was great, and so we're the kids hot chocolates. They loved their ice creams! When we got to the chocolate part we were very indecisive from all the wonderful options. We asked the staff for recommendations and they were so helpful. They recommended the peanut butter melt aways, sea salt caramels, and old fashioned toffee. All were amazing! Over all just a pleasant experience, and can't wait to go back soon!
Rachel Day: Some of the best ice cream in Indy. Cookies and cream on a waffle is what I usually get its👌choice. but I'm always happy to see the staff. They're always so polite and patient even when they're super busy.
Juan Moreno: Place used to be amazing, with a great assortment of cakes and ice creams, friendly staff, a comfortable and clean Dining area and shop. We used to come here often for years. Now it’s all gone down hill, the amount of time we have came by there are little to no cake selections, frostburned ice cream with a strange taste almost spoiled like, the inside is dirty and almost run down with lights not working, everything being sticky , the tv not working,( repairs are definitely needed) and most recently a freezer stopped working giving us little to no selection of ice cream. Not to mention that staff are rude and almost annoyed by having customers even though the store is empty. This place is also pretty pricey for what it is now. It is sad to see what it has turned into now
Mr G: Glad this spot has made it after the yrs past. Stop in the cake section sooo good!!
Holly MacDougall: Loved the mocha, beyond good! The cashier was not friendly, at all, however. Also, the facility needs cleaned up. Its right on the circle, this place should be shiny and inviting for customers. Hire the right people and update the place.
King Stennis (iamlamonte): Cool ambience and great ice cream to choose from. Got a fairly good amount of ice cream for the price. The one scoop is definitely shareable
Kyleigh Hindsley: I have been a lifelong customer of SBCC and wanted to order chocolate covered strawberries as a gift for Valentines Day. I placed my order in person at 10 AM on February 13th and the employee said they would be ready by 5 PM that night. Upon arriving shortly after 5 PM, the employee said she forgot my order. The employee then, without gloves, washing or prepping the strawberries, dipped them into the chocolate and put them into the box without drip trays. She then handed them to me stating “I hope they dry”.For $20 I was very upset, especially because it was a gift. I emailed the company on February 15th asking for a refund or assistance, it has been 3 weeks with no reply. I am disappointed to post this because I loved their chocolate, but I will not be returning and want others to be aware of their forgetfulness and to not place orders in advance.
Cynthia Varela: I had "great lakes" coffee and it was delicious, it had a disposable spoon covered with white chocolate and I loved it.The chocolates are glorious. No restrooms!!! There are tables and seats available inside.
Liberato Garced (Tito): I have been here twice. The first time I had a carrot cake, it is not bad. I decided fo come back for a slice of it. I get my slice and sat down. After a few minutes the person attending the place asked me when I was leaving because she needed to pick up food and she needed to close the store. I was there for not more than 5 minutes. I am not sure how management expects to get customers this way. But taking a look around they don't seem to care much. The place is dirty, multiple lights not working and expensive.
Matthew: Dirty. Trash left on tables and on the floor. Pretty rude if you ask to use the restroom.(must pay first) The chocolate wasn’t that great. About on par with Russell Stovers/Whitman.
Jade Xiao: The Caramel Turtle Cheesecake was delicious and my boyfriend liked the Blue Moon. The server was kind of unfriendly though. Also they’re quite stingy about giving samples. She said she was not supposed to give us this many samples after we had only 3 samples.
J San: The ice cream was delicious but the facilities were very dirty and uninviting. Lots of things left in the table by earlier customers. Napkins on the floor. It looked like the staff were did not worry about keeping up their place.
Becky Mclain: Expensive for what it is. I’ve had better from Target. Had a few of the chocolate creams - maple and raspberry, covered cherry. They had a very artificial taste. Picked up some chocolate peanut butter fudge. It tasted ok, but had a strange smell. Weird, I know. Love a good chocolate shop but this isn’t it.
Thelma Wells: The Cherry hot chocolate is out of this world!!! It was very busy at Christmas but the line moved fast! I have gone here for many years and will continue. The coffee drinks are great and the chocolates are yummy!!
Ann M: Went here for a hot chocolate with a 5yr old that didn’t make it through Yuletide. Was not busy at all. Staff was rude from the start. Ordered the hot chocolate and had to clean off a table to sit down to enjoy the hot chocolate. Then the 5 year old had to suddenly potty. Asked about a bathroom and they said “yah, we don’t have one”. Asked about any bathroom close, and was told maybe Qodoba, but we’d have to buy something. WTH? How can an establishment with tables to sit at not have bathrooms for a paying customer??? This should be illegal.
Gal Dekel: Good chocolates, warm, nice place. If you get here while their holiday flavours are in, do not leave without getting a Snowball Mocha.100/10 recommend
Anonymous: I absolutely love their hot chocolate! I got a small White Hot Chocolate. Oh it sssooo deelliicciiousss!!!They have dessert, candy and cake. The line is short and crowds. Only 18 chairs.
Brittney Harris: The service was good. I got the lakeside chocolate latte and my husband got the chai tea with espresso. The lakeside came with a chocolate covered spoon. Nice touch.
Sierra G: This place used to be awesome but things have sadly changed. I bought chocolate that, upon being opened, looked like it was mildewed. Truffles aren't supposed to be hard as a rock. Staff was pretty rude honestly. So sad to see Indy decay...
Mary: Coffee was good, but I didn't like any of the candies, even after trying 7 different kinds.
