Carron R: My Rocky boy spent his first weekend away from home, and loved it way too much😢, I think my separation anxiety was way worse than his lol. The staff here is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! They loved Rocky just as much as he loved them! We will definitely book here again!
Kyle Matthes: I don’t have the words to explain how amazing these people are Joslyn and her crew have been very understanding of the importance of my dogs and their condition. If you’re looking for a place to help take care of your pets, this is the place. I’m currently looking for a foster for my puppies because their co owner was kicked out of their apartment. I’m still looking for a responsible foster (temporarily) for my pups. If anyone is interested please contact Joslyn. These people are real life savers and I wish them success in the future. Kaitlyn Etzkorn: Found this place for doggie daycare through groupon and decided to give it a shot. Here is the summary, there are no dogs at this location to make it a daycare. They left my dog alone for 2 hours in a huge play pen and didn't have a human come play with her (and it would of been longer if i didnt go pick her up). If i wanted her to be alone I would of left her at home. Also was not clean and workers don't seem trained. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Corey Wray: Horrible. We took our dog there after not being able to find another location during Spring Break. We watched on the camera as our dog cried and barked non stop. We could see pee everywhere on the floor. At night it was pitch black and our dog barked all night long. His bed that we took for him was crammed up in the corner. We immediately went back in the next day to get him. He had urine all over his under body. They claimed they took him out but we watched on the video and saw otherwise. There are numerous horrible reviews so I don’t recommend taking your animal there. We did NOT pay for the one night and luckily we watched the video and didn’t fly to Florida and leave our dog at this place.
Uhlesa: I wish I would have taken pictures, but this place was a nightmare! We took my dog in Oct 7th for a two night stay due to a date mix up at my normal place.Only one person was working and she was explaining that a girl had quit that morning and no one was there to let people in etc. That was red flag number one.My dog has separation anxiety and we had already medicated him before going in like we do at our normal place (he does fine there!) so he was pretty calm until we walked back to the room. He was NOT happy, but I brushed it off. That was red flag two.Some of the other empty kennels were dirty but I assumed it was due to the person quitting. The girl working also said they had 30 animals scheduled for that weekend. Another red flag I should have paid attention to!After fumbling with the pet cam credentials we were on our way and I was feeling anxious after how my dog had responded.We got about 2 minutes down the road and I got a phone call asking us to come back because my dog had cut him self and was bleeding everywhere.We returned and he was covered all down his chest. We decided to take him home and get a sitter. The worker let me was my hands of blood in the restroom and it was filthy as well. We hightailed it out of there and never looked back!Then I heard the news and was so thankful I didn’t leave my dog there!! If he didn’t get his anxiety medicine (like other dogs didn’t), he probably would have severely injured himself.

Chris Pedigo: I had a very upsetting experience in July. First, when I arrived Monday morning to pick up my rabbit, there was no one there 25 minutes after opening time. I waited until an hour and five minutes after opening time and no one ever showed up. I called and left a voice mail message asking for a return call when someone arrived. I received a call an hour and 15 minutes later indicating I could now pick up my pet. The only person scheduled to work that morning had a personal emergency, which is forgivable. When I picked up my pet, it was apparent that he was not given water for quite some time as his water bowl was empty. It was not spilled as his rug was dry. He was exhausted and dehydrated when I got him home. His litter box was not changed for the whole three days he was there. It is so important for rabbits to have time to get out and run a bit, and I assume that did not happen on this visit. I felt really guilty for taking him to your facility and putting him through that experience. Your customers put our trust in you to make our pets feel comfortable, and it was obvious that did not occur. On the way out, I asked the receptionist how many employees were there at the time. She indicated only herself. I asked how many animals were there at the time and she indicated 16.

Dylan Scott: Absolutely horrible stay for my pooch. He wasn’t given the proper amount of breaks promised, he was locked in a cage 24/7 and when I picked him up his hair was matted and smelled of urine and feces. Unfortunately, he pottied in his crate because employees don’t show up for work and management doesn’t claim responsibility. I will never be back here. To top it off, I even had trouble picking him up and had to call proper authorities because no one was at the building during business hours- and I had even told them what day and time I’d be there!! So sad, really a tragic situation. Kushin hasn’t acted the same since.

Vanessa Miller: When we picked our pup up after a 2 night stay, he smelled like he laid in his urine the entire weekend. Our dog is almost 2 and he is completely house broken. The smell was so bad on the drive home I thought he urinated in our vehicle on the ride home. Also we noticed each time we arrived to the facility there was only one person working, making us to believe there were not enough ppl to attend to the animals in the facility.
Jessica Spiess: I made a reservation more than a month in advance. I showed up on Saturday morning to drop off my dog for the night. Although they were supposed to be open, there was no one at the place. I called the reservation line and they confirmed no one was there. Further they couldn’t provide an answer other than canceling my appointment so as not to charge me. They couldn’t explain why no one was there and there was no where else to take my dog. They had no solutions. It also took nearly 10 minutes just to cancel the reservation that they couldn’t meet. It was very unprofessional.

David Galante: Great staff! My two goldens share a "deluxe suite"when we are on vacation. No issues during boarding and they always return home healthly.
Victoria Ratliff: I have brought my cat for boarding here multiple times and love it! They are by far the most reasonably priced for boarding, and have pretty large cat suites. All the employees are super helpful and will call to keep you updated on your animal. My cat isn’t the biggest fan of leaving home, but they always keep me updated on her eating and bathroom habits and have great 1 on 1 and play time options to have your animal a little more comfortable

Ellé: Good and friendly staff. The hand off of my pet was not warm at pickup.Update- they will have your pet there all day. It's not necessary for a wash to keep my pup there the entire day. The staff were nice, but they pick and choose when they want to abide by their policies. For example if I drop my pet off for a wash at 8am, I don't get a call until almost 3pm. It should never take that long. They should have windows of time unless you plan to board your pet or place them in Daycare. I will not use them again.

I also would always ask to make it as short as possible and it never was so I finally made the decision to find a new groomer and I am SOO happy with the results! The employees there are very nice and my dog’s groomer Emily did a fantastic job! I will definitely be requesting her from now on! Great place!!

Kara Bailer: We recently boarded our furbaby here for the first time. I am disappointed with the lack of honesty from the staff.1. When we picked her up, the staff only said she must have been nervous and had loose stool. Nothing else was a concern for them. Immediately after leaving we realized she had a harsh cough and could barely walk without struggling. We ended up having to take her to the vet who diagnosed her with kennel cough. We know dogs can pick this up anywhere but the staff should have been upfront with us on her health. There is no way they could have overlooked this cough she has.2. When we called to check in on her, the staff said she was playing with other dogs. We knew this was false because we asked for no other dog interaction.Overall, we left with over a $300 bill to board her, sickness and additional vet bill. We might board here again if this is the only location open.
JOY DIARRA: I started taking my baby Free for day care. I was afraid because he is so attached to me. He came home exhausted and went right to bed. He was stimulated for the day. I then tried an overnight, when I went to pick him up I saw him in his cage. His tail was wagging and he was happy to see his care taker. He also made a friend. I love the report cards and the staff who are super attentive. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my baby at Pet Palace!

We have never had any issues and they have always given the best service!Just a couple months ago, we ended up having to deal with having a c-section 2 weeks earlier than expected and it was around the 4th of July. We needed to find boarding for our doggy boy and called them and they were able to take him in that whole week of 4th of July on such short notice!We are forever grateful and will always recommend them to anyone for boarding, daycare, and grooming needs!

Anne Sayre: PetSuites went above and beyond for Rocky, our dog. Not only did the Tech people bathe him the day before, but they also clipped his nails when my husband came early! A dog Trainer talked with my husband for about 20 minutes on tips about how our 3 year old (very muscular) "puppy" can be better trained. Good job, PetSuites!
Ravneet Kaur Sandhu: This place is Ridiculous. I boarded my pet with them for 3 nights and next day he came with bloody nose, cuts and bruises all over his face. He did not eat or play for 2 days.Their grooming services are very overpriced. Charged extra to clean my dog’s paw pads. The worst part is I dropped my dog at 9 am and they called me at 5 pm that he’s ready to pick up. They crated my dog for the whole day, he’s so anxious and scared. Please do not choose this place.

Jen Foust: I actually can't believe I left this review up as a 5 star but here it is. I did love Petsuites until I didn't. The GM at this store is the issue and ended up being the reason we are no longer there. They must not pay their staff very well so they end up with young people who do not understand how to handle dogs. There are about 4 really outstanding staff members at this location who have been there a really long time but the GM and the rest, not so much. My dogs were left where they were able to get to their leashes and chew them up, which that was $100 down the drain but could have also killed them. My dog, Kasey, flipped his spleen while there in group play which, I don't think they knew but he died and it was incredibly tragic. Doggy daycare in general is not a great place for dogs, especially large dogs. This location is much better than their Fishers location, don't bother with that location. Both locations, as most doggy daycare locations has had very sick dogs and dogs die. Ask.We love PetSuites. My 2 year old lab Kasey has been going there since he was 5 months old. Kash is a Great Dane who is 5 months old and also loves attending. The staff members are personable and they take great care of both of my babies. It is the first place I have felt comfortable leaving my animals ever. Their facility is always clean and smells nice. My dogs are always happy and excited to go. I appreciate that they have little to no staff turnover.
Natalie Newman: Not a good place for bringing your dog on the weekend. They are short staffed and apparently can only do daycare for a couple of hours. So your dog will stay in a crate for most of the day instead of playing with other pups.
Jeffrey Vonkienast: Just picked up my German shepherd after a 3 day board. Not only was it over $200, but he smells so bad like he slept in pee. I’d highly recommend going to alpha k9 u. They are much more reasonable and take better care of the dogs.

Connie Barton: I cannot begin to describe how much I love this location and the amazing staff members! My puppy attended the Puppy Preschool for three months. The staff is extremely caring and attentive to all the pups. I'm rather particular about my shepherd's care; I appreciate how the staff listen to me and respect my worry about my girl. The staff love her as much as I do and helped her grow into a happy, well socialized young dog! I highly recommend you take advantage of the additional training that is offered, the trainer is the BEST! He reads dogs very well and truly loves to see dogs learn and grow in confidence.I cried when I no longer needed daily daycare, but my beautiful Piper has a forever vacation home away from home!
Alex: My dog hates leaving me and being dropped off, but Bella leaves PetSuites a happy, tired girl. I can tell the employees I interacted with do genuinely care about the dogs and communicate effectively. I would recommend this location, especially as my dog and I have separation anxiety at times!

G9: Check-in went smoothly. My dog was there for grooming, and she turned out great! I was very pleased all the way around. Also used boarding service. My dog was a happy puppy when she was there. You receive a "report card" on interactions with other pups. I was very pleased with her care. 😀 This location is run smoothly and everyone is helpful and friendly.
Chelsea Medvescek: When I picked my dog up on 9-5-22 she had hives all over her back. When I asked if anyone noticed these bumps on her back I was told no. I understand with a holiday weekend they can’t spend a ton of one on one time with each dog, but for her to be in their care for 4 days and no one notice or say anything is very alarming. What could have happened had I not picked her up when I did? It’s infuriating because I told the people working the front desk she is a very sensitive dog and has had reactions in the past. The reaction her vet thinks it’s from the shampoo used. I give two start because at least they did call back and let me know what products were used. They also confirmed the notes on my dogs profile saying she was a very reactive dog. It’s also nice they offer to cover vet bills up to $500. Just with all this happening I do not think I would recommend anyone taking a dog to this facility.
Holly Mark: We've boarded our pup at the Zionsville location a few times. The Fishers one we used to live by was really great. It has gone well, but when I picked him up this last time and asked "how did it go? How was he and how did he do?" The response I got was "good" and nothing else. Taking notes periodically would be nice. Not necessarily every day, but my pup is naturally nervous about everything so we'd like more info. We like pics too and then a little more info when we pick him up.Everything else is good otherwise. We kept our pup there 8 days with the silver package so he could have play time and it was $379 without tip so prices are good. Fairly happy in general
