Everyone I spoke with, over the telephone and in person, was polite and more than accommodating. They all did their best to provide the prescription I needed at a reasonable price. Walgreens tends to always look at you as a liar or someone trying to get high, which wasn't my case AT ALL. ok 2x I filled a NON-NARCOTIC script early and I was a god awful person in their eyes. So I decided to come to Indy Scripts and have never been more satisfied. They treated me like a human being! And actually remembered me from my pop in visit! I recently switched insurance and noticed that my medication was going to be significantly less at Rx for Less than at CVS or Kroger, so I called to transfer my prescription to them. Despite my provider totally dropping the ball on providing the requested prior authorization, AJ and Ann were persistent in checking in with my provider and with me and made sure I got my medication as quickly as possible. Great individualized care and attention and super friendly people. It's a level of customer service that reminds me of the family-owned pharmacy that my parents went to in my tiny hometown 20 years ago - the kind where you just know they actually care.

I make a simple phone call, and they handle the rest. I don't ever have to follow up with them, they do what they say they will do. Angela Epp: When I had COVID, I was able to get on a protocol of medications that really helped me to get through it quickly. One medication had to be custom-made for my weight and was not available just anywhere. The staff was kind and helpful.

Jenny Kalis: I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. We started getting compounded prescriptions there nearly 15 years ago for our family. The pharmacists are extremely personable, kind and caring, but most importantly, knowledgeable. They are always patient in answering my questions. I recently made a visit to get a supplement to help lower my husband's cholesterol and the pharmacist guided me on the best supplements and explained thoroughly why and how the supplements would work. He also encouraged us to follow-up with testing through our doctor to monitor how the supplements are working. Also, one time, I got a prescription and didn't like the capsule it came in. The pharmacist remade the batch for me at no cost without any frustration. It is such a good feeling to be confident in those who provide our healthcare and I am grateful to this pharmacy for the services they provide.

Donna?) belittled her due to her accent and asked her if she knew how to spell. Not only this, but she also raised her voice at my mother and left her feeling extremely uncomfortable and dejected. What kind of customer service is this? Certainly the type that makes us choose a different pharmacy from now on.

Josie Fields: Staff was nice enough. Spent time there trying to get things transferred over. They told me my insurance was invalid. I called my insurance which said everything was fine and they didn't know how to enter things correctly. Insurance told me the pharmacy needed to complete some training and I would hear from them the next day. I never did. My insurance advised me it would be a lot easier to use a larger big name pharmacy that deals with volume. Unfortunately, was a wasted 4-5 hours of my life. :( I was hoping to avoid a big name pharmacy as Alivio is listed in network.

Margot Larew: Pharmacy confirmed with my insurance company that they could get a specific medication that I have found difficult to find. The said they could order it and it would be here in 1-3 days. So I drove 5+ miles out of my neighborhood to drop off the prescription and then 5+ miles home. And the NEXT day they called me and lied about having spoken to my INS. Then I had to drive back again to pick up the prescription. I spoke to the pharmacist who could have cared less and chose not to apologize.

Daniel Newby: Paul was very helpful in getting my prescriptions transferred from CVS across the street who couldn't fill a prescription of antibiotics for another 5 days because of low stock. Blue RIver had it, was able to transfer the prescription over quickly, filled it and gave us a call to let us know it was ready for pick up! I accidentally didn't give them my insurance info and got charged the full price but went back in and got a refund and the insurance information updated so we could get the lower copay with almost no hassle. When I've called them the last two times they picked up almost immediately and I didn't have to wait on hold for 10 or more minutes like CVS or Walgreens! Great customer service so far!

Not good if you need a lot of open hours evenings or weekends, but if you’re retired, employed part-time or not at all, or out sick and can come during “banking hours” I would never suggest anywhere else. So friendly, helpful, informative — AND QUiCK! The only problem I’ve ever had is getting around all the backed up cars in the CVS drive-through to pull up. By the time I walk out with my meds usually only one (or zero) cars have moved from the “competetor’s” drive-through. 😉

Jessi Griffin: My daughter has been on seizure medicine since she was 3 months old. “Big chain pharmacies” in her 12 years of existence have given her the wrong medications, only the suspension( liquid) without the drug, or they couldn’t get it.Blue river pharmacy goes above and beyond. You need a med liquified? They’ll do it. You need a PA? They help. Your last prescription has no refills they call the doctor on your behalf to help. I have never had a pleasant experience at a pharmacy until Blue River. No waiting. Meds are ready. Amazing owners. Very thankful to have them in Brownsburg.

Ask a question and you will be put on hold only to have the phone passed to another csr and have to repeat everything again and again. I would not trust this place with my pets. Took a week of back and forth jibbering for them to say they are out of a much needed compound medicine for my pup. Also filed a appetite stimulant and they filled a box of Xanax. Stay away

Brownsburg is losing its local charm, let's help bring it back folks.
Cass Goodnight: Switched to this pharmacy a little over a year ago after getting tired of waiting in hour long drive thru lines at the chains. My scripts are usually ready before I even get out of the parking lot of my doctors office and their always super easy to get a hold of for refills! Highly recommend this locally owned pharmacy!

Nancy Broyles: The pharmacy at this store in unbelievably bad. I am switching all prescriptions to another pharmacy. I am reporting it to the Indiana Pharmacy Board and the police. Various people claim they already gave you prescription for controlled substances, but the pharmacy did not. I believe an employee stole the medication, but Meijer treats me like a junkie who is lying to get more meds.
Elita Flowers: Today was my first time using Meijer's pick up service and I was highly disappointed. First of all, it took the Meijer associate 20 mins to bring my items to the cart. After the long wait, I am greeted with news that more than half of my items, the main items, were unavailable despite showing available hours before online. So I was stuck with printer paper but no printer ink.Before the company offers a pick up service you should have ensured that you would have the manpower and technology to keep up with the demand. This whole experience was a pain in the neck and I would not recommend this to anyone. So disappointed.
