Jay’s Recipes: I was so excited to get both of my baby girls pictures taken, up until In entered the studio. The person I had gotten rushed through the whole session. My pictures where horrible. She mainly only taken face shots and she was rude. She got there late and by closing time she was rushing us to hurry and take the pictures. She did not even want us to look at them. She huffed and puffed the whole session as if she did not want to even be there. I am so disappointed that a even had to pay for the pictures that I did not want. She did not want to take our pictures she was SO SO SO ready just to go home because she came late and out time ran over to closing. Please hire more professional and caring people , cause she was NOT IT! GREENWOOD LOCATION

Amara Kranz: photo area was clean and the photographers working were nice. unfortunately our son was having a little tantrum into the shoot which happens with kids.they wanted us to come back which with our schedule isn’t really an option. so we tried to make the most of the situation! i was ok until the pricing came up since i couldn’t find anything online. we were rushed a little through the photo viewing process and i ended up selecting an option for a canvas and the digital photos for $264. i assumed ALL photos came with the option. not 4 . After multiple calls between JCP customer service Shutterfly and life touch customer service finally it was resolved that they had made two albums and I was only given the four free digital photos. i had to spend an additional $106 to get the rest. super frustrating .the guest next to us were complaining about our son having a tantrum which made us feel a tad uncomfortable. very unfortunate time which is going to cause us to not have family photos done for a while until he’s a bit older.i will say the few photos we did end up keeping are adorable but not almost $400 adorable .

erica lemon: Trying to get our 2 year old daughter's pictures taken was a nightmare. I scheduled Three appointments, each time she freaked out and was in a bad mood. One of the employees called me to reschedule and I told them that my daughter is very unpredictable and you never know when she will be in a decent or great mood. The employee said "No problem just bring her in when she is in a good mood and we can get her in a take a few shots really quickly, because we DO TAKE walk-ins." So I did that and they turned us away even though there was nobody there waiting for pictures!

J Wingate: Was not happy with newborn photo shoot. Photographer didn't shoot the pose I wanted after me requesting it several times. Baby in bad poses looks all humped up. Couldn't have bought the bigger packages if we wanted to because only a couple good pictures. Very disappointed.

Erin Adams: Went in for newborn pictures and was very disappointed and left with nothing. Very unprofessional and we were very rushed. I was informed by the staff that they only are slotted a 15 min time frame for each appointment, Which is crazy !!! They had no clue on poses or props to use . Room was cold and to bright not a good setting for a trying to keep a newborn warm and asleep. Would not recommend !!!

Aimee Harris: I took my daughters here to do some “classic” family photos for their dad for Christmas. We had SO much fun!The appointment making process was a breeze; website was very user friendly, and they sent a few reminder emails - but did not clog up my inbox.We got checked in, waited a few minutes and then the photographer called us back. We told her the goofier the pose - the better. She delivered fabulously!! So friendly, so fun! She gave wonderful direction and made the whole session so that we never stopped laughing. There was not a single forced smile in any of the 20 photos she took.The prices are incredibly reasonable. And the whole process lasted about an hour.

I usually do not like being in pictures, but she made these ones great! She engaged the kids so they were pulling all the 'cute faces' they usually do not show the camera. Will be back! I will adjust MY schedule to have Savanna again. Fantastic job!

Shannon Davis: Probably the worst pictures I have ever seen. especially from a portrait studio. People are not placed correctly. Framing is off. People are not well placed or balanced in the pics. There are black spots on the lens for close-ups! And Yes we had a lot of people in our session, But they were aware that there was going to be 10 of us when I made the appointment. And we were definitely rushed! Then at the end when we were supposed to be looking at the pictures and adjusting and picking them out, and she had to help other people coming in and out of the studio! So that took away from our time as well. And we weren’t able to even look at the pictures on the screen while she was helping someone else. They all just look like a first year amateur photographer did it. And we paid way too much for these.We also bought the rights for the digital photos, and now we are unable to download or edit them. Shutterfly makes you download as a Huge archive file. And you should be able to order them through anywhere that you want, (Walgreens,Walmart,target etc.) not just Shutterfly if you bought the digital rights. But they make it very hard to do that. And even though I am going to order a few, Even though there’s not much editing I can do to fix them, they are still low quality.Just overall a horrible, awful experience.Do yourself a favor and hire an actual photographer. That’s why all these portrait studios are going out of business. Because you can find an actual professional photographer cheaper, better quality, with more time allowed. And they well show more personality, and that they care about your family and your photos much more.
