kyle vititoe: Dr. Matt Zaudtke changed my life. I had been misdiagnosed, in constant pain, which worsened with work and exercise. He was professional, very nice, HE LISTENED, and spot on with my left shoulder diagnosis. I had to put in the work, but eventually through keeping up with exercises and using his advice, I am pain free every day and can enjoy work, exercise, and everything else!!! I recommend him to everyone.
Jenny Peters-Reece: I visited Body One Physical Therapy for a torn oblique that had restricted my movement and activity for over a year. I can't tell you how happy I am to have met my PT Daniel Waskiewicz! He listened to my areas of concern; put together a thoughtful, well-paced plan; adjusted when I needed; and guided me to a breakthrough and into a place of healing. Genesis Parker: I tore my ACL in November of last year and I underwent surgery on that torn ACL in December of last year not knowing how I would recover. I couldn’t believe the muscle atrophy in my quad within days of the tear and didn’t think I’d be able to return to sport the same as I was before. Dan was my physical therapist and introduced me to the basics, which helped me create a strong foundation for safe movement. Dan is such a genuine and down to earth person. Dan had such a profound impact on my life both mentally and emotionally and educated me throughout the process through different exercises done in physical therapy and with exercises given to me outside of therapy. Without Dan I wouldn’t be where I am today. I am stronger and faster than I previously was before the injury and I finally found my purpose to play basketball. Thanks to Dan, I found my passion for fitness and he is the reason that I am so interested in personal training. The injury was a blessing in disguise. I fully returned to sport in August and other people cannot believe how well I have recovered from this injury. I am forever thankful for Dan and I know he will change the lives of whoever he comes in contact with.
Janie Remien: I have gone twice to Body One, the first time for my horribly arthritic neck and the results after five visits were amazing and they still are. I do the exercises and I just go it’s wonderful I couldn’t even turn my head before I went. Now I am back from my arthritic back and when I went in I could hardly walk. I still have some pain but not as severe. I’ve been four times and I have two more to go and I can go to the grocery, get gas, go to the drugstore and go to target, all in one day ! I couldn’t do any of that before and they’re wonderful the PTs I have now Lucas and Brittany are fabulous and if you ever need PT, Body One is where you should go!! Janie 😃

Samantha Wituszynski: This was my first time ever having to go to physical therapy. I had visited a doctor who immediately suggested I get surgery on my knee but being under 30, I wanted to try out all other possibilities first. I started going to Dan Waskiewicz and think he's an amazing therapist, doctor and listener! He really listened to my symptoms, went through every detail and helped me get healthy enough to resume normal life activities again. After a set of weeks of working with him and my updated home workouts, I was able run my first 5k in over 2 years. Carol Weiss: Daniel Waskiewicz was my primary therapist at Body One on Meridian St., and---because I had such great results--- I have recommended him and the office to several friends. My problem is arthritic hips. After being treated for a few weeks at Body One and regularly practicing the exercises, I now am back to walking 5-6 miles a day.
Chad Stott: This was my first time in need of physical therapy and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Dr. Dan Waskiewicz was great to work with - incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and not to mention super personable, easy going, and just a great person to have in your corner. Dan was totally in tune with my injury specific needs and enabled me to trust in the process each step of the way until my pain was practically nonexistent. It's easy to tell that Dan truly cares for his patients.
Anonymous Poster: Booked a free injury consult to get a feel for the practice. Was asked on the phone about my insurance. Nope, I'm self-pay, thank you. Arrived for my consult and was asked for my insurance. Nope, I'm self pay, thank you. Had my consult, came out to book my intake appointment. Asked about my insurance. Nope, I'm self-pay, thank you. I asked several questions directly pertaining to cash prices for self-pay clients and discussed the issue for about 5 minutes. Got a voicemail the next day saying they failed to get my insurance info and they need me to call back before my appointment with that and provide them with a referral for insurance. I canceled the appointment and went with another practice. Basic attention to my needs as a client is crucial. Don't ask me for insurance 4 times. I get that most people have it so self-pay is not the norm for you, but this is ridiculous. Please pay attention.
Bruce Pallman: I am recovering from surgery on a broken hip. I was referred to Matt Moersch. Matt took the time and patience to understand my injury. I never felt rushed. On the contrary, I felt that Matt worked with me until we found the right solution. I would go back to Matt, if I need further work
Tammy Hardy: My experience at Body One was great! Daniel Waskiewicz was absolutely terrific--knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring. He took plenty of time to make sure he understood my injury, and each visit adjusted home exercises to improve my flexibility and strength. He also followed up with me by email after several weeks, to see how I was doing. Very professional!I was also impressed with the friendly office staff and punctuality of appointments.
Sheri Fraser: My podiatrist referred me to Body One, N Meridian, and my 6 month experience from the first evaluation to discharge was excellent. My therapist Matt Zaudtke got me back to my sport! Matt is skilled, kind, patient, professional and motivating. Everything you want in a PT. During appointments he reevaluated often and changed my home exercise program as I progressed. Matt’s got a great personality, and he runs on time too. The office staff was also friendly (knew my name) and had good communication.

Austin Walker: Came here for 6 appointments with a back injury. The staff were all wonderful. I lost my insurance and had to stop coming. During my visits I was told it was a $65 dollar charge to me after insurance so I paid those fees. Here we are 2 months later and I get a bill for $455, there response is that insurance didn’t cover as much as they thought. You would think they would figure that out before me proceeding to see them 6 times. I wouldn’t have agreed to go here if I knew it was going to this expensive. Due to my injury i wasn’t working at the time so it was hard enough to pay for the way it is and then hey blindside me with another $455. Not a good practice in my opinion.

Robyn Caponi: This was my first experience with rehab, following a golf injury. I was totally impressed with the entire experience - the friendliness of the staff, the well-organized operation and communication, and most importantly, the skill and competence of my therapist, Matt Zaudtke. Satiel Rivas: I’ve been 2 other clinics for physical therapy and physical rehab and Athletico on 86th street is by far the best I’ve worked with. The team that runs it genuinely care about their patients and work with them to better their health or ailments as opposed to just showing up for a paycheck and treating the experience like a assembly line of routines and exercises with the patient. Every single team member there from the front desk to the knowledgeable physicians are there to help and they make sure to let their patients know. Big shout out to Charlie and the whole team!

Jodie Lannan: My experience with Ken at IPT was outstanding! Ken listened to my concerns, thoroughly evaluated my condition, and created a personalized therapy plan to help me meet my goals. He was personable, yet professional, and treated me with compassion and care. Ken was recommended by another PT after therapy through a large ortho practice was unsuccessful. Under his direction and care, I am back to my normal self. Ken and the IPT team were exactly what I needed!
Jason Blosser: I don't do online reviews, but my experience with Ken Johnson at Indiana Physical Therapy warrants an exception. Vertigo and related nausea and tinnitus run in the family, and this condition recently began to affect me. Ken's experience treating vertigo and his expertise with the Eply maneuver alleviated a lot of the symptoms and brought lasting relief. Ken followed up three times by phone in the weeks following our sessions. I've never experienced this dedication and ongoing care from any medical provider. Should I ever need PT services again, I will insist on Indiana Physical Therapy.

Lisa Ford: I worked with Sophie for 14 weeks for a frozen shoulder. She provided education on my condition. She was very professional yet also personable. She did an excellent job first with my range of motion progression and second with my strength improvement. Sophie encouraged me each visit and had a knack of being able to take me to the optimum shoulder stretch without triggering the zinger pain that often comes with frozen shoulder. I highly recommend her. The office was run professionally and Jill, the receptionist, always remembered me and chatted me up. She was easy to work with when it came to scheduling my appointments. I will certainly return to Indiana Physical Therapy if I have another need in the future.

With working on a tender place as the jaw, the staff wasted no time in making me comfortable and relieving my pain. They really care about the issue at hand. Conchelle Simmons: I was referred here by a urgent care for a knee injury. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be seen at. I was in the care of Sam and he is amazing! Also Zena is Fantastic all the staff are friendly and down to earth. Very knowledgeable it’s always clean and everything is organized neatly. He asked questions watched me move my arm and had me explain how it felt. He explained what was causing the pain and what we needed to do. After the first session I could already feel relief. By four to five weeks the pain was gone. I was amazed! I recommend Fyzical Therapy and balance center. Especially the therapist, Aries! Larry Kehoe: The group at Fyzical Oaklandon are top notch. I have a chronic condition so I've been going there for 3 years now. They're always willing to try and adapt to my needs.The support staff is friendly and works hard to find appointment times that suit my schedule. Eileen, Kourtney & Sam are tough enough to push me to my limit but smart and caring so as not to let me go too far. There are a lot of other physical therapy centers that are closer to my house but I drive an extra 25 minutes to go to Fyzical Oaklandon.
