Piano Warehouse of Indianapolis: what do users think?
J Pochervina: This was a Platinum experience starting from my initial visit. Very professional all the way through delivery of my new piano. As well, the delivery team was very careful with the piano, my home and the floors. Very impressive experience with Piano Warehouse. I highly recommend them. The owner really asked me very relevant questions and listened to my answers prior to me purchasing.
Catherine Bloemker: Nathan MB review is fake. He is not a customer. He has never been in the store or contacted the store. Please check out his many other negative reviews. Does not use his real name or make any comments. It’s sad that someone likes to falsely review businesses for the fun of it.
Paul Kim: I purchased pre owned YAMAHA consol piano for my kids 1.5 years ago.Still sound is excellent . Thank you
Cornelia Ehrbar: Fully satisfied with my instrument, also 1 1/2 years after the purchase.
Mike Cook: I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a used piano to stop by the piano warehouse of Indianapolis and browse their selection of used pianos. I have personally known the owner for many years and known him to be individual of high integrity and great service.
Katharine Harmon: Piano Warehouse of Indianapolis offers high quality used pianos in fine condition, at reasonable prices. We found Piano Warehouse of Indianapolis at a homeshow earlier this year, and were impressed with the quality of the instruments they brought. We just purchased one of the instruments which we first saw at the homeshow, and are delighted with it. Piano Warehouse was pleasant to work with, did not pressure us as we explored the pianos in their warehouse (they had a surprising number, from small consoles to grands), and provided efficient and responsible movers to transport the piano (Meridian Piano Movers) to our home, and deliver our old piano to a new location. We highly recommend this business for persons seeking (gently) used instruments at affordable costs.
Ed Bloemker: PIano Warehouse of Indianapolis has a great selection of used grand pianos and used vertical pianos.

Piano Solutions: what do users think?
david bird: I called first and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was wanting to try out digital pianos, first for the key action. Brian and Alan brought me up to speed and then allowed me to try out all that I thought I'd like. Granted this is a first visit - and - I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness, and the selection to try out.
AJ Corrales: This place is ALWAYS a delight to visit or shop! I have been here a few times and have always been welcomed and very well attended by the store manager Rod Garling or others in his staff such as AJ. Rod's knowledge about everything regarding pianos and more is very impressive! This is my go-to place for any grand piano-related purchase or issue!
Galen Litwiller: Super knowledgeable and friendly salesperson, Rod, helped us find a great piano at a great price!
James Dorsey: Great experience! Alan James was very helpful and knowledgeable! Awesome selection of instruments. Thank you for your time.
Anna Curry: I love coming here to purchase lesson materials and piano books for myself and my studio. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
Linda Midura: Wonderful place for all things keyboard! Great to work with.
Aubrey Little: The staff at Piano solutions were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with when moving and then storing my old baby grand piano. They were very fairly priced and provided exceptional service. Would highly recommend!
Ronald Love: Very helpful staff
Otee Oats: Staff indiscriminately ejected Ben Dunhill on a TikTok video for playing on the display piano. Unacceptable behaviour from this store, would not recommend.
Flora Shepherd: We had the most awesome piano buying experience. Thanks for your time!
Gaila Ferguson: Such attentive and helpful sales help. My grandson, Brody, absolutely loves this place. He has picked out his piano and is saving to buy it now. I was grateful that they let him play so many different pianos to find the right one for him!
Michael DeRose: I am in the market for a piano because of the ongoing Coronavirus. I figured I might as well do something with the extra time at home and always wanted to play the piano. I came across Piano Solutions after doing my research. I'm frankly surprised it isn't at the top of the list. They have everything you could ever want or dream of here. On top of the pianos, they offer a few other instruments and tons of educational books. The owners are super nice and it's always a good idea to buy local. One of the largest pluses is the fact that they have a three year trade up program. For example, you buy a piano for $1000. You can trade it in for that same amount to be applied to another instrument. That's a great deal for both adult and children. I could easily see how you might want to upgrade to something as your talent progresses. Lastly, they have a wonderful showroom and are taking every precaution. There is ample sanitizer and masks.UPDATE 06.03.2022Happened to just browse the website and found an amazing deal on a Yamaha CLP 625. Went ahead and bought it. The staff was friendly and even stayed open to let me pick it up after hours. You can't go wrong with this store!
Karin Ho: We had a great experience in the store. We want to give thanks to the workers there, especially Alan. We definitely will go there again!
Stephen Ogden: Always great customer service! Rod is an awesome guy. They have good deals, and a great trade-up program!
fried rice: The place is amazing to walk around to look at and play pianos. Greg talked to us for a good while and gave us the information needed to make an informed decision. Thank you! Also thanks Allen!
Christen A: The customer service was top notch and there are selections for every price range.
carolallred: Piano Solutions is a little piece of heaven. The staff, specifically Rod Garling, who helped us, are extremely knowledgeable and kind, but there was no pressure on us to buy. You can spend as much time as you need getting the feel of any piano you're interested in. So much inventory and good prices and professional treatment of used pianos. I had some trepidation about buying one used, but felt reassured by their professionalism and policies. Highly recommend this place!
Chris M: We have had great experiences with Piano Solutions. They have a great selection of new and used pianos. We purchased an older used pianos a few years ago and recently utilized their trade up program to buy a brand new upright piano. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.
Ben Blachly: Piano Solutions is an amazing store with phenomenal instruments and even better service. They have a huge selection of quality pianos and keyboards, including some great deals on used products. The salespeople are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend!
Zach Wood: The folks that work at piano solutions actually truly care about what they do, and more importantly the people in the community they serve! They are excellent in every way.
Dennie Westrick: The salesman was very experienced and friendly. He showed us around the entire store.

Sam Ash Music Stores: what do users think?
Mike Stephens: Drove from Richmond because I couldn’t find anywhere else that carried Martins and I really wanted to try one out. The gent that helped me was very knowledgeable and gladly helped me compare my personal instrument to both Taylor and Martin guitars. He in know way hurried me but rather , after spending much time with me, left me alone to play and ponder what it was I wonted. All the way through to the sale he was skilled, patient and very knowledgeable. He mentioned that you were, I think, going to start to carry more Martins. You only had two American made Martins in house at that time. And one of those was used. After I made the purchase, I saw another Martin that I actually liked some better for only a couple of hundred more. I thought about asking you to take mine back and order the other bit didn’t really think that was a possibility. Great experience though. Sure will suggest you to others.
Don Gary: Always a pleasure! Zack Cozart has been a great help for me getting started again after 50yrs off. Good guy! Much appreciated. Thanks Zack.
M M R: Big store. Just need better costumers service
Jason Carter: It was the contrast for me. I had just left guitar center where I was sold something that had a missing part. bad service and a lack of options there led me to this store where I was greeted almost immediately upon entry with an offer of help. They did not immediately have the part I was looking for but I did find something to work. And when I did find it, the employee was quick to show me a plug in the floor where I could test that my equipment bought at another store would work with the part I had found at theirs. Generally kind employees and while my interaction with them was small I could see the joy the employees had working with each other. Just an overall fun atmosphere it seemed and I enjoyed my experience there. Next time I will skip the competitor all together and come straight to Sam ash.
Heng You: John was very helpful. He took care of my trumpet repair right away. The only problem is the policy of minimum repair cost was too expensive ($50). It just the replacement of the spit valve.
Xavier Adcock: They are very knowledgeable about pedals and amp modeling
Dennis Grabow: Grandon, the luthier , repaired a vintage Rickenbacker bass for me, his craftsmanship was impeccable as was his work ethics. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rom 79 (The Mangler): Good experience… good deals and nice selection. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed to pick out something and the store is clean and spacious.
Jacob LaGuire: I bought a Boss amplifier here, and it is very nice. I really like this store because there is a very large variety of music equipment. If you need something for your studio, this store has it!
Jose Hernandez: Excellent attention with the costumer
Tim Borek: My last two Sam Ash shopping experiences--an LTD electric guitar and Samson studio monitors--were enhanced by knowledgeable sales associates who were able to put themselves in my place and understand my needs and budget. They answered my questions thoroughly and let me spend a fair amount of time with the gear in the showroom before making a purchase decision. Zach "Z" was especially helpful in demoing monitors so I could clearly hear the difference between the entry level and more professional grade monitors. Another thing I like about Sam Ash stores is that they always have a good selection of quality used gear. Their Price Drop specials (My LTD EC-256FM guitar, for example) are often hidden gems!!!
Mike Gerrish: Great variety of musical equipment and supplies.Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
donkarlander: I visited your store after going to another music store. The experiences were night and day different. Your site was brighter, better stocked and better staffed. I am a new guitar player and have no idea, or confidence, in getting what I want, or need. Your staff was present and informative. I worked with Isaiah while I was in. I had an idea of what I wanted to try. He showed me options for that and other options that I did not know existed. I was not entirely sure that I wanted to get another guitar, but I left work one and with more confidence that I would be able to accomplish my meager musical goals!. Thank you.
Kelvin Archer: I have a service plan on my Taylor guitar. Once about every 3 months I take it in for the setup. It just keeps it adjusted and in top playing condition. Humidity, humidity, humidity. It's wintertime in Indiana , monitor your instrument humidity levels, and have it gone through by a professional!!
Paris Brown: Great store, ore sales people to help out
curtis roush: Great selection of instruments and other gear. The staff are super helpful and friendly. And the repair techs do a fantastic job.
Jamo Animations: Every time I come here, it is a magical experience. They have it all, and you can try out most instruments on a whim.
Jim Stephanidis: I showed up about 15 minutes before closing time. The staff was very curious and I were instructed to take my time. I found a guitar almost immediately and took it up to purchase. They asked me if I wanted to play it first, handed me a cord, pick and tuner. I played it on one of the amps sitting out on display. I finally decided to make the purchase. The salesperson was informative and didn't show any sing of rushing me out the door, although I'm sure they were ready to lock up by the time I left. I felt they did a very good job and made me fell at ease. Now on the downside, the guitar was a bit beat up. This is one of the problems of buying off the rack at any store. I'm sure that at the price point of the guitar I bought, they turn them around quickly. I would recommend coming up with a better way to control customer's abuse to the equipment. All said and done, I'm very pleased with Sam Ash.
Bella Baker: Zach was amazing; spent just a little time, got my daughters guitar working correctly again then answered several questions and no charge! Sam Ash has always given us great service and deals and this was just as always, they believe in customer service which is sorely lacking these days.
Tracey Crockett: Great experience! Dustin was very helpful! Feel great about all the items we bought!
Sam Sites: Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Guitarworks: what do users think?
Don Evans: I dropped off one of my Fender Stratocasters here for new strings and professional set up. It came back sounding and feeling better than it ever has since I bought it in 2006! All at a very affordable price. I’ll be bringing all of my guitars here for the same service!
Tyler F: Though they have a great variety, be wary of outrageous, arbitrary price markups. I made the unfortunate mistake of taking the employee for his word on the price of an untagged Teton “TT003” Ukulele. $250 he says, without looking it up. I get home and find that the exact same model retails for $119 at every shop online, and I assume at other local retailers. I don’t mind paying a bit extra to support local business but I could’ve purchased 2 of them brand new in box for the price I paid for one that was out on the sales floor for who knows how long. It’s ultimately my own fault for not double checking and I (literally) paid the price for it. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, just be sure you know what you’re really paying for.
Caleb Snider: Best music store in indy. Service is second to none, came here in a pinch after I broke something on my guitar and they stopped what they were doing to help. Great people!
Jaxson Hiatt: Just bought an electric guitar there and I could not be more satisfied. I felt very welcome in the store and the employee was extremely helpful in my search for a guitar. Absolutely wonderful staff who genuinely care for their customers as well as music.
Bad M4N: Great place, very helpful folks! Awesome inventory
Courtney Mathis: The place to go for your music needs. Very friendly people that make you feel very welcomed. The lessons and the teachers are great as well. No place like Guitarworks.
Abe Rey (Chorizo): Only thing that bothers me to this day is i ended up trying this peavy viper1 amp and really liked it. Thought i was getting one in a box but that wasnt the case, it was my stupidity for not saying anything at the time i was just happy to get home and play it but they basically gave me the floor model that everyone was using, no box, no plug in chord, no manuals or accessories that come in the box i payed full retail price for it. . Other than that good store.Great store, friendly staff. Been there a few times to buy strings and things like that. Good instrument selection
vuhsace: Very friendly staff. Great group of guys who just let you have some fun and shop around. Got to meet them on my way to get a pedal. They have some really nice gear and will sure to be back to shop around. Glad I was able to do business with them and support the more smaller shops like this!
Timothy Rutar: Short Review: Small family business that wants to make you feel at home and not pressured into buying anything. They listen to what you want/looking for and will show you the most bang for your buck inside your budget and normally give you a full demonstration. The lessons are extremely affordable and Sonny is a great instructor for me and my kids.Long Review: I've wanted to learn Guitar since about 2007. I attempted to take the leap back in 2012 at Guitar Center and was very overwhelmed when walking in. Talking to a salesman he was trying to sell me a $2000 Gibson Les Paul with a beginner amp to give me all the tools to 'Get Started'. I promptly left and stopped worrying about this. Fast forward to 2022 and I decided to give it another go and try a much smaller local business. I met Kevin when walking in and was met with much enthusiasm and interest in what I liked. When learning I wanted to play guitar it wasn't how much money do you have, it was what kind of music do you want to play? After about 5 minutes talking about my music interests and my current commitment level I was in a beginners room and was being shown the different body styles of guitars and I told Kevin which one I liked. He hooked it up to the amp and started playing basic rock chords for me and explaining the different pickups and how to select them. I walked out with a whole beginner package for around $500 with 3 weeks of lessons. 1 year later and I just purchased my first 'Nice' LTD 7-String Guitar and now my kids are playing guitar and drums. Will continue going here for many years to come.
Brent Miedema: I was unhappy with my recording interface. I was fairly certain I knew what I wanted and how much it would cost me. Kevin sold me a much better quality interface for much less money. Kevin, Troy, Terry, you all have taken such good care of me over the years. I always know where to go to take my pick!
Lisa Massey: This shop is an absolute gem! Staff is knowledgeable & helpful whether you're a child, parent of child, beginner, or seasoned pro. They take time to listen & address any needs or concerns you're dealing with unlike the commercialized chain music/guitar stores that have replaced most smaller independently owned businesses. From classes to instruments to equipment & supplies you'll find it here!
V J: This store may have good guitars, but their violins are not good. I bought a starter violin for my middle schooler. But the violin was making squeaky, scratchy and unclear sounds. Tried all options with different bow sticks, changing rosins, adjusting string tensions; but it did not fix the issues. When we asked Kevin for repair, he flatly refused and blamed Center Grove school for not teaching students effectively. Had no option to rent a violin from other store, which inevitably plays very well.
Vickie Atherton: I love my guitar instructor Mark. I'm learning so much!
Heather Cornett: Kevin is just fantastic to work with.Told him what I was looking for and he walked us right to what we needed.Even throw in all the cords and mic stand for free.Great place.
Michael Stuart: Holy Cow, go see these guys for guitar, bass, accessories, comic relief, and percussion needs. They have everything at a great price and Kevin always has amazing knowledge of everything in the store. Skip the big box music stores and give Guitar Works your business. You will not regret it. They beat Sweetwater prices with actual personal interaction. Can't beat that
Maritzai Garcia: Tiene variedad y son muy carismáticos
Angella Dotts: Zane was very knowledgeable and patient. All the associated were extremely nice!
Larry Handak: Great place have Band Builders for all levels and whatever you play. Great place for kids to learn what its like to play on a real stage in front of people
Jamie C: Been going to see Kevin and the rest of the crew for over 30 years. They always have a wide selection. Always pleasant and relaxed. And great to work with. Thanks again!
Jay Potesta: I started taking guitar lessons in January 2016 and I’m still taking lessons. I love the the atmosphere of Guitar works. Never a dull moment I say! From the owner Kevin, my guitar teacher Mark and sales staff, thank you, you have made me feel like I’ve been a coming around since I was kid. It’s only been 6 years, and I’m going to be 69 in a month! LOL!Part of the Guitarworks family, that’s the difference! If you love music become part of the family!
Mike B: First lesson with Scott. Very happy. Super guy. Super teacher. Owner and staff really helpful and friendly. No disappointments at all.

Music Go Round Castleton: what do users think?
Monotone Matt: This business is extremely shady Imo from my experience with them!Imo I would not trust them with your money. I lost a lot of money because of them and their, imo, shady practices!!!!Please do not leave an owner response. I have a severe condition that I could end up in the hospital with. Thank you!
Donald Roudebush: Excellent service
Ross Ebert: Came in looking for a windscreen for my condenser mic that none of the other big box stores seemed carry! These guys had it!! Absolutely some of the nicest guys to talk to and also very knowledgeable about the gear you need. Superb prices, so don’t waste your time with the other stores near Music Go Round. It literally is a one stop shop for all of your needs! Ross w/TrikFM.
Rusty Shackleford: This was my first time coming into the shop. The guitarist in my band turned me on to the place as they had just got a new jazzmaster I had been lusting after. I brought in a bunch of stuff for trade and they diligently went through all my gear, and even though it took all day (they were slammed the whole day) they got everything tested and priced for me. Sadly I was a little short on the jazzmaster I wanted but was able to score a killer jagarillo that I'd been wanting for years. Guys in the shop were a joy to be around and the shop looked and felt great. Definitely going to be back.
Jacob LaGuire: Nice store, bought a guitar stand and some Eddie Van Halen picks, I will be coming back soon!
Ernest Rusucarp: Paul and staff are amazing people. They're personable as folks get, they help you get exactly what your looking for. For me it's an hours drive out and totally worth it.
Samuel J. Lawson: Good, knowledgeable musicians and sound professionals who know their stuff.
Elkas Zenith: Terrible experience eveytime I’ve went in there. Apparently you can’t play the instruments that are over a certain price. Total hipster entitled customer service… remember you never know who’s walking thru your door especially your commission based
Chris Holland: They always are quick and do a great job on repairs
Donna Cherry: I brought my favorite amplifier ( genz-benz) to get checked out since it was making static type noise .Paul told me to bring it in to see if it could be fixed quickly and might be a minor problem. He was able to clean the 1/4 ports and solved the problem. These guys are the best.-don cherry
Deirdre Conlon: I dropped in today with my 2 kids to get help with a new string on my daughter’s 3 string kids guitar and Wade was super helpful. I don’t know anything about guitars and he took the time to figure out the right string for the guitar type and showed me how to change it. Our purchase was very modest compared to others at the store and I was really happy with the time taken to help us out. Will be back for any other guitar needs we have! Thanks for your help today Wade!
Briton Beaumont: Great spot for used gear! Diverse selection of gear for all styles of music at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome. They have taken care of me on several occasions!
brian c johnson: GREAT service. Took care of a repair to my bass while I waited. In and out less than 15 minutes
Steve Bubalo: Paul, Scott and the team are great! Always fair and honest. We bought a used guitar from them about 4 years ago and took it in for a full “set up”. They got it done quickly, but when we picked it up there was a miscommunication between us and them on how we wanted it tuned. They changed it in a couple minutes at no charge, even though we might not have specifically said we wanted it tuned to a specific key. Great work thanks!
Danny Bubalo: Everyone there was very kind and my guitar sounds great
Scott Kelly: I bought a fairly expensive guitar online and was very uneasy about doing so. These guys nailed it! I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. They packaged it beautifully, and it was exactly as described. would highly recommend
Kamaron Lockwood: Great selection of gear and the staff really is helpful! I needed a special screw for a piece of gear and they found me one in the back and went out of their way! Check ‘em out
Bassplyr: I owned the revamped American Standard Jazz bass before, (profile pic), and regrettably had to sell for medical bills. I picked up Fenders new Pro II jazz and they are not the same, Fenders previous American Standard version was better than both the Pro I & II series. Seen this 2014 on their website and had to order and glad I did. Bass is fantastic! They even called & left message on status and description of the bass. Very happy, thanks again!
Jaden R: Garbage customer service. Called about an amp they won’t ship and never received a call back on amp specs to have it picked up. Followed up with them and the manager is now saying he won’t sell me the amp for personal reasons. If they can discriminate based on financial reasons who knows what else they can discriminate on.
Tyrik Lewis: I called explaining the problem with my keyboard I was told to come in. When I got there I showed him my chord that I needed. Wasn’t sure if that was the problem. so he said bring it in , he troubled shooted my board , I was very upset about it, he worked ,checked every thing he thought it might be, then tried a new chord and that was it. He didn’t have to take that extra time but him and the other guy did. Now I’m very happy my board is working Thanks to Music Go Round .
Garvin Adamson: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice equipment and great prices.

Main Street Music: what do users think?
paulo lopez: Tienda con buenos precios y excelente atención, mucha variedad... muy agradecido
Play with lydia Baker: It's a really nice place
Janice Sizemore: This place was awesome. He has everything. The owner gives you all his attention on helping you. What ever your looking for he has. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for the great customer experience.
Thomas Hale: Small but knowledgeable staff. Sold some instruments on consignment, had one reconditioned and bought some items. Busy people.
Mark A. Woelfel: Nice shop. Had just what I needed!
Edwin Tomes: I've been a customer for years and have always been treated good there!
Addy: Do not take your instrument here for repair. They won't fix the issue and will charge you way more than any other repair shop. They will also "fix" things that you never asked for and charge you for it.
Kerry Steiner: Something is wrong with the Website link, it took me to their FB page. If it's not a bad link, then my feedback would be that I prefer to view products and services on a website rather than on FB because FB is too invasive on where you go and what you look at.
Debbie Daniel: Went in a day ago just to browse guitars. I was made to feel comfortable at ease and was greeted so kindly I can't express how good that felt and how confident I was to go ahead and make my purchase. Thank you so much Don't ever change!
Lonnie Perry: Very helpful and friendly service with a wide selection of instruments. I saw many Guitars, Drums, Keyboards, Banjos, Mandolins, Violins, Band Instruments, and many Accessories. They offer on-site lessons (Monday through Friday). It appeared there were new and used items. They get trade-ins and purchase equipment if you are looking to sell an instrument. All of the instruments are set-up and tested in the shop. Used equipment is inspected and repaired (if needed) before they are set out for sale.Main Street Music is a family owned and operated business with professional staff who are courteous and family oriented.
damon lyden: Came here inquiring about lessons. Staff was friendly and super help. Excited to learn a new instrument.
Joe W: The music teacher, Bobby, teaches my son guitar. I buy everything my son needs to play from the store also. Great place to take your kid to learn a skill, especially the ones that don’t play sports.
Brandon Thaler: I went in to buy some guitar picks for my daughter (first guitar for her birthday). Rang the doorbell come to find out, they were already closed, but the guy was still able to help me get some. Went above and beyond my expectations!! I won’t go anywhere else now based on this experience alone. Couldn’t be more satisfied. THANK YOU!
Meghan Bartsch: Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff!
Sxd_ Røse: I’m young and lessons here, I love going always excited to go! Bobby the music teacher is so nice and patient, I couldn’t have a better teacher! I think the prices are reasonable and sometimes you can get deal! I play guitar, ukulele and take voice lessons there, I bought my ukulele from there, I absolutely love it! Very much recommend!
Ares Shoffner: Very professional and great customer service. They have plenty of experience to share and I highly recommend them. Great quality and at great prices.
Jacob Lafever: Came in for some electronics problems on my electric semi-hollow body. They saw me right away and repaired my guitar quickly. I'll definitely be back, the price was great and they have a lot of good used and new gear. Very friendly too!
David Goins: Gotta check it out
TheRealStone: Beautiful shop with some interesting instruments to say the least
Dusty Wyman: It was okay but didnt have what I was looking for so I'm off to the next music store.
Bry: Bobby taught me how to play the guitar when I was 15 or so. I'm now 21 and this is the only store I'll go to.💕 Everyones super friendly and the peices are great too.

Paige's Music: what do users think?
Mary Murphy: What a rip off this place is you pay 500.00 for one of their instruments and they refuse to buy it back!!!!! When trying to resolve this I spoke with Luanne Hogg who was very rude and unprofessional.
Mark Monroe: Great service. They have everything!
Jessica Keller: The staff here has always went above and beyond to help us with questions, upgrading instruments and repairs. Fast turn around on repairs, well stocked on supplies and knowledgeable staff to help when our daughter decided to move from flute to drumline! Highly recommend!
Jeff Colvin: A big shout out to Jacob and the repair staff at Paige’s for the OUTSTANDING work they did on cleaning and adjusting my horn. They were able to schedule me for a same-day service and gave me a director discount even though I’m retired. Consider me a fan for life!!!
Isaac Elmore: Fantastic service and friendly staff. Fixed up my saxophone in just a couple days
James Peoples: Awesome staff, very helpful!
Qiana Robinson: RJ was AMAZING! I called to request an item I had previously ordered (or so thought I ordered) but received something different. RJ’s diligence identified the issue and soon the item needed will be delivered just in time for my little ones holiday school concert. Thanks RJ for your patience and pleasant demeanor in a little bit of a frustrating situation for me. You ROCK!!!
Amy Kendall: Always a pleasure to work with Paige's for both student rental and adult instruments!
Kimberly: I just want to say that I am so Grateful for Paige's Music. They have been very helpful & compassionate. Thanks Paige's Music!
Ambrosia R: This is a good company. While my son was in ICU I wasn't able to make my payment on time. They contacted me and let me know. I got ahold of them, let them know my situation, and they worked with me through all of it. Not many businesses this caring. Thank you.
Robert smith: Don't rent music equipment from them. No matter what the school tells you..they will rake you thru the coals
Jessica Cockrum: Fantastic music store. Get lessons, rent instruments, etc.
Alexandra Rosario: Excelente servicio. Y una linda oportunidad para que nuestros niños tengan sus instrumentos para pagar en plazo.
Sara Ballard: The best for all my Flute needs. Bought my professional model Haynes Flute from them and got a contract to keep it running smoothly. It's like Tiffany's for flutes! They also carry brass, woodwinds, violins, and percussion instruments as well. Must see!
Megan Duncan: Always love coming here for instruments + repairs!
Paul Weber: I brought my alto sax to get checked out that is almost 100 yrs old and has been played by my family for generations. My daughter is starting band and will be playing it. The sax had been serviced recently and played by my nephew.Paige said the sax needed significant repairs that would exceed the value of the instrument. Surprisingly they would not give me any specifics on the repairs needed. They declined to work on it said it needed to be shipped to a vintage repair shop in Iowa. The entire time it seemed they were just interested in renting or selling me a new sax. Either that or they didn’t know what they were doing.I took the sax to another shop and they said the sax was in great shape and just need a basic tune up.I’d be cautious bringing your instrument here for repairs.
Daniel Smith: Great repair shop! Took a big wrinkle.
Seth Donlan: Literally spectacular string selection
Kate ,Jennings, Wilks: Appreciate the rental program and that they work so closely with our school! The employee helped us prep the bow and shoulder rest and showed my son positioning when we asked.Didn't mention the metronome was out of stock, but going to send it to the school
Amy Quinn: Awesome music shop! The instruments are great an their lease program is very affordable! Always ready to help if we have a problem!
Tom May: Best daggum music house in the good ol 50 states of America. You want to toot a horn? Go to Paiges. You want to finger some strings?? GO. TO. PAIGES!!. Ain't no place better!! Broke your music maker? TAKE IT TO PAIGES!! You'll be cranking out the tunes again before you know it!! Say howdy to the string guys while you are there!
