We ordered multiple pizzas for a work event at a downtown hospital, but the driver couldn't seem to find the entrance (there are only TWO to choose from), so I have no idea where they left our pizzas. To make things worse, the restaurant refused to answer my calls, so I had no way of contacting the driver to give them help to find me and deliver them accurately. We had NO food for the lunch party, and we wasted our money. DON'T place an order here and expect it to be delivered right.
Gabriella Aitcheson: Getting the wrong order is livable (when you're not super hungry) because in the past they've been good at fixing the order in as best a timely fashion as they can. Sadly now the phone line is stuck on a busy signal, so no room for redemption through corrective customer service. Quality of food hasn't been bad so just order from here if you don't mind that parts of your order are incorrect, you aren't too hungry, and you aren't pressed for time.And to save the owner time with the stock reply:"Thanks for reaching out to us. We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon."
Wasim Almakki: The worst place ever. I was in downtown Indianapolis yesterday and I was hungry. I went to this place to have pizza and I wish I didn’t go. When I came in no one was at the register. Two female employees were chatting inside and didn’t care about the customer who came in. I said hello three times until one of them came to the register. All what I ordered was vegetables pizza and Coca Cola to discover that they are totally out of Coca Cola, and all what they have are two bottles of Dew Mountain and two bottles of Dr Pepper. The employee was zero knowledgeable about working on the register as if she is working for the first day. She started looking at the register, pressing the buttons and asking her friend what to do. This try of placing order on the register took her more than ten minutes without any success!! I had to cancel the order and leave. It is a big shame that Pizza Hut has such a branch and such employees. I am so shocked

When I called to report the 2 women were very rude without solving my problem. They said my pizza and wings were going to be sent out again. After almost 2 hours pass I call you check the status the tell me they don't know what happened. Offered a 72 hour refund that I never received. Oh my goodness worst location ever invented.

thugpen1: Hadn't had pizza hut for years up until recently. I ordered a personal pan meatlover's and a couple of their melts and I'm telling u it was good! So I ordered again last nite and decided to go with the 2 medium 3 topping or 'specialty pizzas last nite and I was again impressed by pizza hut's food. So so good! Had to fight myself to not eat it all in one setting. Pizza Hut is slept on here lately, but they woke this guy up!! Thx to the pizza chef who made my day!

Morgan Lawson: This location has been awful for years. I've worked downtown and ordered from there on multiple locations and have never had a good experience. They always have the rudest staff who will hang up on you for no reason, lie to you, or try to gaslight you into thinking you did something wrong if you have an issue with your order. I wouldn't go here unless it's your last possibility. I've had drivers drop off my food to someone else then lie and say they gave it to me when they didn't. I've had managers lie about giving me a refund. Every time I try to call, they're so rude and hostile. Don't waste your time ordering from this location. I have the utmost respect for restaurant workers and what they go through, but this level of pettiness and lack of common human decency is too much.
Shanee Offutt: This is the second time I’m missing $5 worth of my order. I’m being told to come pick up the $5 for the last one. I was first told they were refunding to my card for the new order. This location wouldn’t answer the phone the first time the issue occurred. As a customer I have to eat the loss. I’m coming to get the $5 and no longer spending money here.

Tana King: We’ve ordered from here once before and had a great experience so for me to order from here again I did not expect what I was getting myself into. Long story short, we placed our order it took an hour longer than what the app said. We called the store was hung up on more than three times. Pizza finally came & it was nothing that we ordered, delivery guy dropped pizza off on the porch and ran to the car. Very horrible experience and I will be trying to get my money back tomorrow since they close at 9 o’clock and still have yet to get someone on the phone.

Steve Lunsford: I want to like Pizza Hut, I always have. But this location lets me down every single time I want to give them a second chance. Whether it’s leaving items out and not answering the phone, or just being extremely stingy with toppings, I will never do business with this embarrassingly poorly run Pizza Hut, ever again.
Chelsea Decker: I only order the meaty marina pasta from here and have been for past year because thats all i like from their, i just delivered to my house and my bill with tip was almost 30$ for the meaty marina pasta pan with breadsticks and extra cheese cup and 2liter ! The pasta is completely different or wrong. The noodles, sauce, and toppings in it are not the same and half of the noodles were hard!! I can't get ahold of anyone at this location only the pizza hut hotline to either remake it or refund me for the pasta because I did eat and drink the breadsticks and soda. Honestly will never order from here again its insane i just paid almost 30$ for my dinner to be breadsticks and cheese , im not happy at all!

I called a 7th time but this time instead of choosing the option to call the store, I chose the option to place an order. Someone answered they said they would transfer me to the manager. Crypto Guy: After waiting 90 minutes for my order and continuously looking out my window waiting for someone to pull up I happen to open the front door and my order was partially there on my porch. I unchecked contactless delivery so the driver would hand deliver it to me. But instead I received no knock, no text or notification it was delivered. My 4 pk of drinks were not there and my pizza, breadsticks, & cinnamon rolls were cold and inedible. This is by far the worst location in Pizza Hut. When I finally found my order sitting there I called the store 3 times and let it ring and ring and no one answered yet it hung up after about 20 rings each time. The 4th attempt someone finally answered so I explained my drinks were not there and my order was cold because whomever delivered it did not knock or text me. The employee blamed it on doordash and said there was nothing he could do, but then finally said he could remake the order so I said that would be okay and to please make sure they bring my drinks. I never received that remake so I just gave up on this location because they obviously do not care about customer service. Completely frustrated because this is the 3rd issue I’ve had at this location. I will never order from here again. If you say you’re going to remake it then follow thru don’t lie to the customer.

You could hear a child crying in the back where they were preparing food. Everyone was dirty looking. The whole place was dirty looking. I didn't leave until 530 pm. A lady in the back dropped a sack on the floor. Picked it up and placed food in it. Even when I got the pizza home I had to put it in the oven because it was still raw looking. Won't be using this location until it gets cleaned up. Been to this location several times before. Never had a problem. Very disappointed.

Pizza never came and I drive there and they closed! Manager was not sympathetic and just said oh we left before your order came in. Tim Toepp: This is carryout only, not like the traditional sit down locations that really dont exists post Corona virus. But they get the pizza right 90% of the time and we order a lot since we have a picky eater which is currently on a PH kick. It is a much better staff than they had a couple years ago, much more personable IMHO.

Carley Bills: This place needs shut down. We tried to order for the last time last night. Ordered online and pizza tracker said 25-35 minutes. An hour later my husband calls the store, Tyler answers, my husband explains the situation to inquire about our food, and Tyler wanted to pretend he couldn't hear him and hung up on him. We called back several times from different numbers even, and no one ever answered again. We never recieved our food, a call, or even an email. The customer support line was a freaking joke too. This is all after the last two times trying to order and once being told they couldn't do cash deliveries because they had no driver and had to rely on doordash, and another time being told they didn't have stuffed crust. We understand things happen, but you can't have people just waiting for food to arrive and never even have the decency to call. We have kids...they finally ate cereal at 8:30. The customer care line agent acted like because they didn't charge our card, that we're just not supposed to care that our dinner never came without any kind of explanation- What a joke!

Lakeview Kids: I could not pickup my order because THE STORE WAS CLOSED (5PM on Wednesday). Mind you, I could pay for it, pre-order on the website, etc. But the store was shut down, lights off, empty parking lot, and no employees in side. Very, very disappointed. I worked for Pizza Hut 2 decades ago and love to splurge on it for my team, but when the service isn't there, the brand name becomes worthless.

Amanda Parson: Extremely rude staff! Didn't even get my order! Sat there a half hour and asked about my order again and got a staffs attitude and mumbling and it wasn't just to me either! And why is the management in this location allowing employees to vape right at the front desk while taking orders? And sitting up on the desk where you place the food boxes? Steve Rydell: Worst customer service! I ordered a pizza to be delivered and received a text the order was being delivered by door dash. Sometime later I received another text that the order had been delivered however I did not receive my order. I waited 10 minutes and followed up with the manager Michelle letting her know about the text. She informed me that the order was not there and out for delivery. I again let her know I had not received. She instructed me to call door dash. I did not place the order through door dash I placed the order through pizza huts website. Michelle told me they use door dash for delivery. Again, why do I need to call doordash to figure it out. She told me she did not have direct contact with door dash and I needed to google the number. Bad management!! Bad customer service!!*****UPDATE***** two weeks have gone by still no pizza nor have I been given a refund. Guess Pizza Hut is ok with shady practices and and not taking ownership of their restaurants. I see why Pizza Hut is not doing well anymore

Kevin Murphy: For starters, they didn't get my order correct. One of my pies was supposed to be Italian sausage AND pepperoni, but I only received the latter. Plus, one of my two orders of breadsticks had ZERO parmesan seasoning or butter on them. Totally bland and flavorless. Our cheese pizza was overcooked; cheese burned to the point where our kids wouldn't eat it. All of our food was lukewarm at BEST. Finally, I placed the order in the middle of the afternoon for a 515 pm delivery, and it didn't show up until after 530 pm (this after receiving a text at 444 pm that it was "out for delivery"). Based on all these issues, I don't believe it was the delivery man's fault that it came late. Will not order from this location again. Will always do carryout from a location that's further away.
Paul Phillips: Ordered classic recipe crust, got hand tossed. They said 50 minutes for pickup, when we picked it up at 50 minutes the pizza was cold like it had been sitting for that long… breadsticks were not cut had to tear them apart. Cheese cups were barely 1/4 full.

When you call the number for the store you get India and when they supposedly forward you to the store no one answers. Other pizza companies have online trackers you can check to see the progress of your order. Probably won't order from Pizza Hut again if the food has to be delivered. Others do it better.

Joy: Came here after a really bad day, but the lack of hospitality doesn’t fly with me. I walked in and wanted to sit and eat in the restaurant but apparently only employees sit there? Walked in to three employees chilling in the dining room and no employee at the register. I tell the lady who gets up that I want to sit in the dining room and she just walks away. Doesn’t say a word or anything. She disappears around a corner and gone for well over a minute, not a word to me. She appears and I ask am I just supposed to seat myself and she’s like no you have to order up front. Did she say that while I stood near the podium to be seated? Did she say that before she walked away? Did she say that walking up to me and then past me when she left the dining room?I will not lie. I snapped. I did say a cuss word or two at her a little but at what point did she show me any hospitality? It would have been different if I didn’t see all of the employees around doing either nothing or cutting a pizza with one and with your phone in the other. I’m not coming back. Also, if lack of cleanliness is a big issue for you, don’t come here. They’re dining room is still apparently closed due to lack of “working” employees. I’ll stick with my regular place in Fishers from now on. It’s clean and employees will treat you like an actual customer.Also, I don’t condone cussing at people but I’m sick and tired of the lack of hospitality. The employees had no problem saying bye when I didn’t even get a hello.Edit: Also what made me angry was that I had to call twice to get my question of whether or not the dining room was even open. Then I walk in and see all employees doing nothing. Not one person could answer their phone system?
Darrin Walters: We have had constant issues with this Pizza Hut. I placed an order at 5:30pm with an estimated wait time of 30-40 minutes. An hour later I called the store 3 times and did not get an answer once. The order was finally delivered at 7:15pm and was missing multiple items. When I called the store again, someone picked up and before I even got to explain the situation they said that if I had a problem with the order I needed to call the manager, but they did not have their number. I was then told I will need to call the next morning and was hung up on. This is the 3rd and final strike for this store. I will not be back.

Well this is when the impressiveness happen, “One Employee on the Job” Who later I ask for her name, Mrs. “STEPHANIE MARTINEZ” . Ms. Martinez was on the Job, very Diligent and Master of “All”, Ms Stephanie was in Charge!! A very Humble person, what we called in the Military “The Duty Expert” She had me ready to go on the time she promise, them even help me to carry the 9 Boxes of Pizza to my vehicle, Excellent!!
