Try to get something delivered here if you ever find yourself thinking, "I wonder what fury, true fury, feels like." I have had them changed orders from delivery to pickup without notice, leave me on hold for half an hour only to drop the call, hang up on me 4-5 times in a single attempt to resolve an order, blame me for them cancelling orders, etc.I sincerely recommend to you: Go anywhere else.

Hoz Holla: 9am. Went to this Lowes to buy 20 bags of soil. Asked for help to load the bags.Told by cashier the "loading man" would not be available until 10am. Debra Wilcox: Every time I come I find every day items out of stock or no longer stocked. Example: vertical blinds & mini-blinds were out of stock on my last visit. I was told they no longer stock appliance touchup paint but have spray paint to touchup appliances. To touchup a quarter-sized chip on a fridge with spray paint that will go everywhere in the room is ridiculous. Although closest hardware store to my rentals, my first stop will be to a place I can get 80% of what I need tovavoid wasted travel time. Maybe time to sell my Lowes stock.

John Robinson: First, I was told my order wasn’t ready despite having an email saying it was. It turned out to be ready, but took three associates to find it. The item was either a lower quality version than I paid for, or it was described incorrectly on the website. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.

Katy Aiello: Despite the fact that this is my closest Target store, yesterday was the last time I will shop here. The past few times I have been here it's been a mess but yesterday was out of control. It literally looks like someone walked around through all of the aisles throwing things in the air and on the ground. The clothes are an absolute mess, you can't even walk around in that area because there are clothes all over the floor and hanging off the displays. The sale/ clearance clothing area is a disaster. It doesn't really matter what department you walk through, they all look like this. I'm not sure what is happening at the store but I hope they get it together.

Maxs Starman: Well one of the main reasons I like Target is because it's not walmart. Ever since Walmart came in they came in with their cheap prices and combined everything in one store shopping. They closed out the mom and pop stores only to drive their prices up. And then created automated lines to fire 30,000 employees. So I do not try to shop at Walmart and I was not trying to do this yesterday. But when I came to Target I was looking for Universal TV stands not TV mounts TV stands. So if they had it for way more than what Walmart was charging. So I still had to go to Walmart. The only way you're going to beat out Walmart is if you sell your stuff cheaper than what they do now so they can drive their prices down because automated machines can't buy products they don't need them you need your employees because their money buys your products. Because if all the stores decide to change up to automated technology to where they don't hire workers to work for the money to spend back in their stores then they're going to end up closing down anyway because robots can't won't buy and don't need products. So in the nature of the giving season I wanted to do my shopping at Target to which it went to no avail. You can't have a multi billion dollar place with no employees and just robots. You will continue to lose money and close down because robots don't buy or need your products. I will go to a store with employees and no automated machines first before I ever go to Walmart. I promise
Evelyn Pender: After getting a puppy, I always use drive up and bring him with me. It’s very efficient and we never have to wait long. My order is always right and the employees are always nice. Wish more stores had free curbside but I’ll just stick with target :)

The Dining Grandpa: Stopped by this afternoon, I needed a cabinet handle screw. I must say I have reached a stage in life where I can no longer see well and am short in the patience department. I’ve been here before and the staff is always helpful and today was no exception. I would have spent a lot of time trying to find that one bolt needed out of the several thousand. Thank goodness for the helpful sales clerk he knew just where to look. I would have been quite aggravated for my efforts and likely given up. If you’re looking for something you can find it here. As soon as I pulled up one of the employees was yelling at a customer and we all waited forever for what? So I made the drive over only for 2 different employees to tell me it's in the back and that they won't go get it. Customer service is not up to par. I know the store could care less if I shop there again, but definitely will not be. If it was an item they needed or wanted they'd go get it. I worked for a target before and at the time they went above and beyond for "guests" but apparently they don't have the same values.

Dan Hoffman: I used to love shopping at this store before the pandemic and only returned tonight just to browse and shop. Normally, I would comment on customer service and staff attitudes in a review. However, this is impossible with this Target because, except for people doing shelving and opening boxes, there are no staff to interface with. When I got to the check out line, I stood along with about 30 others waiting my turn to self check out. This store is giving off all the vibes of an establishment on the verge of closure, something that I would not be surprised to see happen within a year or two. As a person who used to love the Target brand and how it differentiated itself from KMart, I was very disappointed with my shopping experience and won't be returning to any Target store. There are other places to shop without being forced to stand in line with thirty others to check myself out. Looking at Washington Square, I am saddened. A once vital and vibrant shopping center has been brought low. Target is this shopping center's last gasp.

Kyle “XtraSauce” M: Awful hood-mart with staff that doesn't do their jobs. No one ever runs a cash register, there's ALWAYS a line all the way out to the produce section for the self-checkouts. Shelves are half-stocked or empty CONSTANTLY with the pallet/box just sitting in the aisle literally 3 feet from the shelf the stuff needs to go on. Don't even bother with the electronics section, no one is ever around to unlock the cases. They've got local PD in the parking lot by the front door all the time, every single day for the homeless folks who take the bus up there and steal, because of course our tax dollars gotta go to the hood-mart security force they can't just pay for themselves... What a disaster.

Aly Katastrophe: It was very disorganized since they were moving a lot of the shelves around. I get needing to change things up, but in the middle of the day when the store is super busy? Not the best idea considering half the items I was looking for were blocked off by cattywampus displays thus resulting in the loss of some sales. Oh well. I'll update this review next time I go there (which isn't often due to frequent issues with one thing or another).

Alec Hart: Ordered $500 set of tires, 7 times! Canceled, delays, customer service incompetence, tire shop incompetence, Walmart app, all fail. Best friend ordered tires recently aswell, after showing up they were told they had to reschedule because they never got the tires. Please go somewhere else. Walmart really let me down when I had to drive home from California to help my mom after brain surgeries. A very important moment in not just mine, but my mothers life too. Walmart you serious not only can, but you seriously NEED TO DO BETTER. Really let me and my family down smh. Also locked up $2100 for 10 days of my bank account because of orders they cancelled theirselves.. smh.

I had to FaceTime my 14y/o granddaughter, who is in Texas and loooooves Claire's, to show her inside the store! She was already picking stuff out for me to buy!!!🤣PLUS, PLUS....I was offered a job and this was my first time in this Walmart and I've only been in Indianapolis for 2 weeks!!!GOD IS GOOD!!!!!😌
