Jeff Schulze: I had a #4 oxygen tank exchanged at the tsc in Wanamaker yesterday “1/28/23 and it was empty, I returned it today 1/29/23 and they gave me another tank no problem, they were nice about it, got that tank home and it’s empty also.I don’t know what’s going on with the company thoroughbred but that’s two empty tanks in a row and 160 miles in trips for nothing.I own 3 tank through tsc an oxygen,acetylene and a 75 25 mix welding tank. I live in Whitestown Indiana. It’s about an 80 mile round-trip for me. The only reason I choose that one is because it’s close to my work. I can’t make it back out there for a few days. So it’s been kind of unfortunate, thinking about going somewhere else.

I even get him the pre probiotics by 4 health and I have noticed a big change and they are affordable! Love going the there and knowing what I need is there!

Mikey Klyap: The Vet Wellness clinic at this location is a joke. Their hours are already extremely limited to begin with, so when you’re told a half an hour before close that nobody else will be seen for the day it’s a slap in the face.I was in a line of three customers waiting for over an hour with little to no interaction from the snooty vet tech, only to be told with a half hour before close that nobody else will be seen. This was after she implied that I was going to be seen, and after she told a poor guy who had been there long before I was that he was getting checked in only to be told he wasn’t.The tech had no regard for any of our time, and didn’t seem to care about our concerns once told we weren’t going to be seen. We were given a coupon and smuggly told to try again Friday.It was the most unprofessional experience I had ever experienced. What’s the point of being open if you’re not even going to take care of your customers.Absurd.

Tim Hancock: Went to get shots and medication for my dog. Arrived at 5:30 and there was a line of about 5 pets. Girl was checking people two of the people about 5:45. After that she walked past me and my dog about 5 times and didn't check us in. 3 of the 5 pets got done by 6pm. Then the girl comes out says she is going to take the other 2 then come check us in. They take one dog taking about 15 minutes, then the other is in there about 20 minutes. Now it is 6:35 pm and the girl comes out after I'd been there over an hour and had been told almost a half hour earlier they would check us in to tell me they can't check us in now. With a half hour left with no other pets to see they told me they couldn't see us today? Don't take your pets here. They don't want to do there jobs and are using the under staffed excuse to get away with it. I don't think there is even room for more then the three people who were working. If there was a even a chance they weren't going to be able to see us we would have left immediate. Instead after almost a hour without being spoken to they told me they were going to check me in? Don't waste your time on these losers.

Darrell Minton: The staff is not really very knowledgeable it's a shame also because they have some neat stuff but the kids working there just don't have the experience it should be required to work there. I also understand getting good help is nearly impossible

Marianne Castaneda: I come here mostly for my dogs food. I wish they would keep the shelves stocked better. Since the store moved to a new location they don’t keep all the canned dog food where it is easy to get to. The last couple of times I was there the space on the shelf where the food I usually get is empty but there are full cases on the top shelf where I can not reach and I have to look for someone to help me. The canned dog food needs to be put in a totally different spot. I’m short so I can’t reach that far and I’m 67 so I’m not going to try to get it on my own. Bring it down for easier access for shorter people. I shouldn’t have to look for help to get it.

Archaeo Native66: Lots of farm supply needs especially for farm animals. Good supply of dog products at reasonable price. Seeds were marked down. Some candy. Seen several products that Rural King does not have. I'd recommend bec cheaper.

Lady Smith: I put in a online order for a small pool for our dogs, we got a text 15 minutes later saying it was ready for pick up, we got there in about an hour and the young lady acted like it wasn’t ready, but I showed her my email and text. Well she said, I’d have to go outside and get it myself! I have never put in a online order and had to go shop for it myself, that’s the whole point of an online order. It was very slow in the store and I seen 3 employees pretty much standing around. So I took my two dogs I brought with me went outside and got a pool and struggled back in with my dogs in one hand and a 50in round pool in the other. I don’t recommend online shopping here, for now on I’ll go to rural king or TSC on Brookville rd. Lazy

Garrett Henry: Came in to buy grass seed. The large bag I wanted was in the back. You would have thought I asked the manager to work a double shift by the exacerbated sigh and reluctant shuffle to the back to get them. After that I asked where the grilling pellets were. He pointed to a skid on top of the shelf and it was obvious at this point that asking him to get that down was out of the question. The guy had a limp so I don't want to be too harsh but seriously where's the work ethic?

Needed to check a tire that wasn't labeled for size and he just measured it and said it wasn't what I needed. But didn't offer to check and see if they had the right one in stock (none of the tires were in the right areas) or try to assist me in anyway. Thanks anyways, I will order from a different store.

Even though I needed supplies for the next day and I'd raced as quickly as possible (adding to the stress in my day) to get them. Definitely not the experience that shopping for farm/animal supplies should be 😞😖And I'll do my absolute best to avoid shopping at this location in the future.
