Sarah Salahuddin: I rarely write negative reviews, but I’ve never had a worse experience with a postal service. From taking my packages to wrong routes to NOT delivering my packages but marking them as delivered (I didn’t get any note of where they were) —this post office is utterly incompetent. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or not paid enough, but do better. I’m sick of having to go on a witch hunt for my packages. I don’t have any access restrictions to my apartment either, so it makes no logical sense why they do this. It should not be hard to just deliver a package to the right address or at least communicate where it is.
Daniella Charles: This office was very helpful and quick, I just moved from Florida, and this was the wrong office I needed to check my address change. Everyone was very helpful, The Manger especially he went above and beyond to help me. the old lady and the other Latin looking girl tried to help, but they sent me to the manger. He looks overwhelm working with lazy staff. He had a helpful and welcoming demeanor. This office had better energy then the one in Speedway.

Any package containing valuable items (gift cards, electronics etc.) has been completely lost or only given to me when I refused to leave the location without my package. Customer service is a laughable. The mail carriers seem to have little no interaction with the post office and vice versa. This location should be investigated by the postmaster’s office to determine if employees are engaged in criminal negligence, fraud, mail theft or any combination thereof.

Matt Krack: These both came in today. Note the dates. My family got this card from my brother’s family last month without exception. I also haven’t received my absentee ballot from this location yet either. Had to ask for a replacement one. I know the USPS has systemic issues but it’s clear to me this location has extra issues. There are some good people I have interacted with at the counter but clearly some of the management is not keeping things very organized at Gateway Drive. Another issue I’ve had is when they miss outgoing scans and it upsets my e-commerce customers. One package got to NJ before tracking even started. The customer was thankfully understanding but just not a good situation to manufacture for paying shippers.

Tony Gibbs: Don’t expect much from this location.If you’re coming to buy stamps or do something straight forward you should be fine. The clerks will be rude but you’ll leave with a receipt.On the flip side....If you have an issue with the SLIGHTEST amount of complexity they won’t help. I can’t figure out if it’s from a lack of knowledge or a lack of trying.

Fall Lara: Very bad service. They need to training the employees like costumer service in Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards and Meijer.
Frances Meschino: There is a large, very unhappy man that stands up front and barks orders at people entering. He doesn't know how to interact with people at all. He shouldn't be customer facing. He makes the atmosphere tense and uninviting. Go to a different one if you can! It's worse than the BMV here! I went to a different one and was pleasantly surprised. The one on Bash Rd has amazing, kind people that work there.
Mallory Wise: The older gentleman who rudely greets people as they walk in should not be in costumer service. I showed up to my appointment to get my passport photo taken 20 minutes early knowing there was paperwork to be filled out. He was livid and shocked that I didn’t have my application done prior to when I arrived and huffed and puffed that he had to point his finger to tell me where to grab an application. Once done, I walked over to the waiting area near the backdrop for the photo taking and there was also a desk with a woman sitting at it. I stood in front of the desk, and without even looking up from her phone (which was LOUDLY playing a YouTube video with a lot of cussing) she asked “do you need something?” So I told her and she told me to take a seat. While sitting there she continued to watch the video on her phone, and burped out loud quite a few times. The man at the front continued to be rude to everyone walking in the entire time I was there. It was truly unbelievable to think I was inside of what should be a professional business.I will say, Ms. Young who took our photos, helped us go through our applications and get everything paid for, was very nice and helped make the experience a bit better!All in all, I will definitely never return to this location and suggest you do the same!

Kelly Hartgraves: This is our local post office. We are resellers and come here often. The employees have recently changed and so has the customer service, as in, there is none. Employees are completely unhelpful, even more so they are rude and complain openly when customer have more than a few packages to scan. I was in line today 11.7.22 around 6:40pm and witnessed an female employee call a customer "ugly." I was so embarrassed for this young man. Very unprofessional.

I called last week to report this and they said they'd fix it. Now I'm receiving no mail at all and they are declining my calls. Not just not picking up, they are declining my calls.At this point, I have no respect for mail workers. I'm glad the USPS is going under and I hope none of their employees get their pensions when they do.
Stephen Johnson: I ordered a wedding gift that was supposed to be delivered June 22, it was not. The company said "oh well" but they couldn't help. I contacted UPS and getting a real person was truly a feat and they couldn't help (they subcontracted the last leg of the delivery to USPS and it would not be delivered until after the wedding). So I called the Nora branch (Indpls.IN) of the post office and they answered the phone on my first call, with a "real" person. The agent looked up the UPS tracking number and the USPS transfer number, they took my information so they could keep a lookout for my package while they were sorting incoming parcels and guess what, they called an hour after I had talked to them and had found the package.The agent said I could drop by and pick it up so I would have it for the wedding July 23. The "Above and Beyond" person was Lateeshe, she was helpful and kind.

Muslimah Oumarou: I went to this post office for passport and PHOTO SERVICES for my child. Although, it is more logical to expect the company offering photo services to provide the necessities to complete the job, I was somehow expected to bring a white drop cloth for my child’s passport photo. When Mrs. Young, the individual taking my child’s photo, found out I did not bring a white drop cloth, she spoke to me as if I was incompetent and used an unprofessional, rude, and argumentative tone. Even though I remained polite, and told her I was not informed to bring a white drop cloth, she continued to be intolerant.Against Mrs. Young’s likeness, another worker suggested I hold my daughter against the white background, they did provide, while staying undetected. It worked! Mrs. Young then tried to repair the blow to her ego, for not being willing to provide an alternative, tried to discredit the legitimacy of the photo, even though two of her coworkers said the photo looked fine.Fortunately, I forgot my ID at home, so Mrs. Young was not able to complete my passport application, because at this point I’m feeling uneasy about Mrs. Young’s motives. Tammy, the supervisor was very understanding, and the other postal workers were helpful, which is why I’m giving a two star rating. Moving forward, I’ve decided to complete my child’s passport application at a different post office.
Song Kang: I had a mix up where I accidentally sent a flat rate box incorrectly- once I figured it out, I gave this branch a call- not only did they locate it, but held it for me to resolve my mistake. Ms. KATIE- THANK YOU SO MUCH! They were severely busy and handled everything with the best customer service I've experienced from any company! My business will be coming to this location for life!! M M: Mailed two letters from this location one certified that was due to be delivered on 11/22. As I am writing this on 12/2 still not delivered. The other piece was just local mailed from the Nora location on 11/17 still has not been delivered. Will never trust this location again!
Stephanie Hanagan: I've used this post office for some time and have always had decent service. Nothing extraordinary, but today I wandered in to the lobby not really thinking about the time. Turns out it was exactly 3pm on a Saturday, and I got an immediate "We're closed" in a gruff unfriendly voice. My package was prepaid, and I was just going to drop it in the box in the lobby, but I couldn't even take a step inside until I was addressed in a less than pleasant fashion.It's a good thing I actually came in right at 3. A second later and I wouldn't have even been able to mail my package as the drop box in the lobby was overfilled per the usual and then closed on Sunday. Despite my uncomfortable entrance,I'm glad I made it.

When I reported the issue, the manager called me and forced me to believe that the carrier never made the mistake of not delivering the mail and never lost any mails. Instead, the manger said there is a thief who is stealing stuff from people's mailboxes.

The piece of mail from Social Security (with extremely sensitive and important information) was scanned and set to be delivered on a Friday. Not only was it not delivered but the envelope was clearly opened in the pic. Still no delivery by the following Wednesday but another picture was sent to us after filing a complaint online. That was two weeks ago and we have yet to receive this envelope.I filed another complaint a few days ago and received a call from a gentleman today. He started by saying that people are stealing mail out of mailboxes and it’s common during the holidays. I said that’s impossible because it was never delivered. He then said they actually never had possession of it and the pictures came from downtown.Very interesting that this is a common theme at this location

Rod Isaac: Update 2: Ordered several items from an online vendor and never received them. Tracking said they had been delivered and left in mailbox. That's how I know they weren't left at my door and stolen. Vendor had to resend items by FedEx. Got them in 2 days. Update: Took exactly a month to receive very important papers sent by my attorney I needed to sign and return in order to get my settlement. Postmarked Dec 29, received Jan 29. Terrible service. Don't get mail until 7pm or later some days. Carrier is lazy and doesn't deliver bigger packages so I have to pick them up at the post office. One time got someone else's W2 in my mailbox and another time got someone else's stimulus check. Also, never received my license plate sticker and had to go to the license branch and pay an additional $9 for a duplicate sticker. I'm going to stop ordering online because I never know if I'm going to get my stuff.

Gary Valois: Terrible! I get packages delivered to my workplace very often and over the past 2 years I've had 3 packages lost. They state "Delivered, Front DoorPorch" and they never make it to the mailroom guys hands. How can you deliver to a so called "Front Door" when it's a corporate HQ location with a 3 football field length distribution center?? I was told by the post office employees a few times that they hire outside delivery help when they get behind. I'm not sure if this "outside help" are results of my missing packages, but this nonsense needs to stop. Also, when I call Stephanie is not very helpful. Joann Taylor: This was a very pleasant experience for me. I went today about 3pm and was surprised how busy they were, but then I realized it was tax deadline day. I had a return package and since I have had a recent stroke, I needed help. The clerk was so helpful to me and I saw she was to everyone else. I'm embarrassed I didn't get her name, but her #80 is on my receipt. Everyone working was very efficient and not frazzled in spite of the business of the day 🙂
Jeanette Grninet: This is one of the rudest locations in the city! Every person behind the counter today had an attitude and spoke tocustomers like they were stupid. Not one customer was rude to them or acted in such a way that was deserving of their unprofessionalism. It wasn't worth dealing with them, I walked out.

Lindsey Taylor: The employees are always helpful and pleasant. Sometimes it's super busy, but that is expected. I don't mind my trips to the post office.
Ryan Vaden: The woman work there don’t even know you can ship long guns through postal mail. Didn’t even know the law and look stupid infront of her supervisor. I’m a dealer I know what I’m doing but the post office and this location don’t. Her supervisor laughed at her smh

Peter Evans: The staff is always really friendly, even on busy days. I never hate going to this branch.
Victoria Turner: Honestly worst customer service ive ever recieved. This man answered the phone with the worst attitude and had the nerve to hang up when i got upset. Use UPS.
Lady Arachne: Short wait and both ladies were very friendly and chatty.
