Marie C: Normally I have an ok experience. Today.... I waited 37 minutes to be called back after my appointment time... then another 20 minutes to see the doctor. No big deal there. When I checked out is what got me upset. I go to make my appointment and they gave me a day I can't do... let me say my appointments have always been on the exact day I need every appointment. This receptionist straight told me no that's the only day and time she had. I told her I couldn't do it and she just sat there. Would not look for the day I needed. So I took the appointment just so I can call Monday to speak with someone else to change it. I've never had someone be so rude to me here. Definitely need new schedulers.

Karen Strong: My doctor is Dr R.Dhadka,he is great he listens,he ask questions on what you said. He willing to try different things to get the problem corrected or better immediately and is upfront about it. Assistant Summer is good,but he didn't get 5-starts,because of front staff, fussy talk to each other more than patience. Bad day and you know it. Doctor makes up for it.

Randy Bunton: Have to many patients scheduled durning day thus not taking time to spend with patients to diagnose what problems they are having. I have come back many times but no results, still in a lot pain. They don’t explain about nerve study results or MRI results. I have where to go at this point. Can to a foot doctor to get help but just got a lot of grief.

Coy Willis: Dr.Parry is the best. She did such a great Job! Before I had problems wearing tennis shoes. The very next day after my procedure I was wearing tennis shoes and running with no problem at all. And it was bad enough to where I needed antibiotics because my toes were infected.I’m 15 years olds. I was with my mom but, Dr.Parry made me feel very comfortable and I was so scared to have my in grown toe nails cut out on each foot. She was very upfront on each step she was taking for my procedure and very thorough. And she was also so helpful on what to do going forward and even suggested getting fitted for inserts for my shoes to help with any other discomfort I have and to help Prevent any problems that may arise in the future. The front office staff are friendly. The nurse I had was sweet. She had me laughing and I was very nervous when I went in. They made me feel comfortable. Dr. Harris even gave me samples of medicine to help better than my ibuprofen. I am allergic to everything so its hard to find something to help

Matthew Jones: went in with sore feet. they billed my insurance company $832 I had to pay part of it and the doctor told me himself that the office would call me as soon as they heard back from the insurance company if my shoe inserts where approved or not. well it was approved but the office never called me to notify me once and i didn't find out until I no longer had insurance with that company anymore. very unorganized staff. they cost me hundreds of dollars in bills and no inserts to even show for it now.

Theresa Hayes: I was very pleased with the service I received!  I noticed right away that it was different when I was taken directly to get some x-rays before my appointment.  I had been to a foot doctor previously and my experience there was not good!  Dr. Glynn was able to look at my x-rays and tell me exactly why my feet hurt and what my options are. She was really impressive--I have already given her name and number to a friend in Martinsville!

John: The most unprofessional handling of after in-house patient care I have experienced. I saw Dr. Barksdale at 1:30pm and was told they were calling my antibiotic into Meijer. Went to Meijer at 4pm and they have no record of any calls from the office. I call the office and am told they only call in prescriptions at the end of the day?!? What?!? What does the person that comes in at 8am do? Wait all the way until the end of the day to receive their prescription? So fast forward to now and it is 8:30pm, Meijer still has not received anything from the office and to top it off, the pain medicine I had to take a paper copy in with me to Meijer, the office didn’t write the DEA number on it so I can’t get that prescription either. I was told to be careful and take care of myself but how am I supposed to when they can’t call in a simple prescription or know they have to include the DEA number with pain medicine prescriptions? I tried calling the after hours emergency phone number to get something figured out and no one picks up. Just goes to voicemail but the mailbox is full so you can’t even leave a callback number!

Karsten Packwood: Dr. Daniel Miller and his staff are warm, personable, quick witted, and have a Great Sense Of Humor. I Recommend Them Highly!! I went in for a painful procedure and came out happy that I went. They made me feel so comfortable, like they've known me for years, that it eased all the tension I was feeling and everything from that point on went so smoothly, as if a weight had been removed from my shoulders. With a combination of physical therapy, shoe recommendations, and heel lift inserts, I was back on my feet in no time! I'm so grateful I found Indy Podiatry and Dr. Helms!

CW Johnson: Dr. Chhiba was AMAZING. I had been hesitant to address an issue with my foot for a while, but gave in after being uncomfortable on a recent hike while on vacation. Dr. Chhiba is smart, thorough, efficient, and very caring. During the procedure she made me feel very comfortable in her care and kept me informed on what was happening, and what I should expect. I will never again delay treatment with my feet!

Cheryl Fuller: Great doctor, however the accounting department has made several errors. If you use this business be sure to keep very accurate records and keep receipts of payment nearby and on hand. Otherwise you spend a lot of time and effort to get it cleared up. I would not go back to this practice for this reason. Too much time and work to straighten out my account on 3 separate occasions.

Did not have a good experience with her since she decide to stick me with a needle twice without warning. The insoles broke apart after six months. Lastly I spent months working my insurance since they billed me very incorrectly.I kept calling and trying to reach Angie in billing, option 2, but she refused to pick up the phone, only wanting to receive voicemails.

Wanda Ocasio: I've been coming to Indy Podiatry for a couple of years now. First, to diagnose a neuroma on my right foot. Dr Helms made an orthotic for my right foot and it worked wonderful. My most recent visit was early this past September when I finally decided to challenge myself and train for a marathon. I've done marathons in the past(running them) but never walking one. So I visited Dr. Helms because during training, my left foot was very sore and I was afraid to develop plantar fasciitis. I was very impressed with Dr Helms knowledge regarding training, because he's a runner himself. He not only prevented my plantar fasciitis on my left foot from getting worse, he also made an orthotic for my left foot and faithfully taped my foot every time I was planning on walking more than 13 miles. He was part of my success from the start of my training to crossing the finish line in the Philadelphia Marathon at my predicted time!!! He not only was my Podiatrist but also my coach and I'll be always grateful that he was part of making my dream come true.

Robert Mercuri: I came to see Dr. Helms because I am a runner and I had been fighting through having plantar fasciitis for almost 4 years. When I first developed it, Dr. Helms was recommended to me by fellow runners. A big part of the recommendation hinged on the fact the Dr. Helms himself is a runner and he could "feel my pain" as they say. I did not heed their advise and instead tried every other remedy that was out there. I even stopped by the Good Feet Store and listened to their presentation, however, I left not overly impressed. In March of 2018 I was at the end of my rope and had designs on running the Monumental Marathon as a 50th birthday present to myself. I spent the rest of the day with my feet elevated, and hobbled into the doctor a few days later. My initial examination by another doctor resulted in a diagnosis of arthritis, and so I resigned myself to dealing with the pain.Despite having previously had a very positive experience with Dr. Helms's treatment of a different type of foot pain, I thought arthritis was incurable, and something I'd have to endure. I did so by minimizing my activities more and more until I had given up most of what I enjoyed doing, and was left with few options for getting exercise. When I finally went to see him, Dr. Helms's fresh perspective provided a diagnosis that was much more hopeful.Through a series of thoughtful steps, that began with taping, and padding, it became apparent that my problem would respond to orthotics. Because I had pushed my injury to such an extreme, it took a while for the pain to completely subside, but from the first time Dr. Helms taped my foot, I started to feel relief. He varied the way he taped and supported my foot over the course of a few visits, and eventually ordered some custom orthotic inserts for my shoes. They were like magic. With my new orthotics I was again able to run and hike, though I did have one very localized area of persistent pain. It was slowly abating, but it was taking a very long time to do so. In the end, Dr. Helms suggested a cortisone injection, which left me pain free. Now several months out from that last treatment, I am able to run and hike without pain. I can even go barefoot for part of the day or wear shoes that are not customized, as long as I spend most of my time on my feet in my custom orthotics.I can't express enough gratitude, nor recommend Dr. Helms highly enough.

The doctor explained the procedure to me and we set a date and I had my toenail removed. He used some kind of nerve device and It felt like somebody pulling my hair. It was painless. Scott Herrman: After hearing the horror stories of people getting an ingrown toenail removed. I was very reluctant to have it down myself. Mine had been bothering me off and on for months. I did some research and chose Dr Leibovitz. The procedure was quick and easy and to my surprise not very painful. The worst thing was the numbing shots and those were tolerable. Kara Tappel: I do not recommend this doctor. He made an insert for my foot and it needed to be adjusted after I wore it once. I called right away and was back in the office 48 hours later. They charged my insurance again and a second co-pay for the same service that was not correct the first time. Like a dentist fitting a crown, that this sometimes happens but you do not charge twice when you do not get it correct the first time. I find this doctor to be unethical in this situation. He could make every insert fit incorrectly and charge people 2 times to come back.I saw a new doctor in a different practice 2 days later. They made a new insert that fit correctly and did not even charge me due to the trouble I had already endured. They also told me the practice of charging to correct the insert the next day was unethical. They helped me report it to Indiana Podiatric Medical Association. I hope this post helps others make an informed decision.

K O: 5 stars for 5 reasons: Knowledgeable doctor that listens to patient and explains treatment effectively;New patient paperwork taken over the phone ( I didn't need to spend an hour filling out forms and creating passwords);Staff is friendly, X-rays taken in office;The best reason I would recommend Dr. Leibovitz is that his staff/website indicated early detection of foot pain may result in less invasive procedures needed for positive out come. Heed those words.In my case, I was having trouble putting my weight on the ball of my foot but treated myself with cushy gel OTC shoe inserts. Worked okay for awhile but caught myself putting my foot up more and standing on one foot while making dinner. I knew I needed help but was afraid I needed reconstructive surgery. I read Dr. Leibovitz website that said to come to office at start of pain and I did. He shaved off a major callous and built a comfortable shoe insert that improved my balance and eliminated my pain immediately. Thank you Doctor! If you are having trouble with feet or ankles, do yourself a favor and visit his office.

Lorin Harris: A month or so ago I had visited the office and I was not in the mindset that day. Dr. Coker and her staff were very friendly and she made the decision to tackle the “core” of the issue instead, which is hammertoe. Even after basically running out of the office, their staff followed up with me and had received approval from insurance and have me on the schedule soon. I am very thankful. Staff is caring and fun. Dr. Coker is very thorough and really cared for me well.

I had a concern on my son's foot which I would have thought that would have been a sample taken sent off to make sure to see if it's a fungus infection or something else instead she said she's going to refer me to a dermatologist I have yet to hear anything from that office. Dr. Coker is by far the best referral I have gotten from another doctor in Louisville who is a podiatrist. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. They are very thorough and try to be accommodating at her office. It's just that some people can't afford parking and I wish they would get a contract with the parking garage that you could get free parking if on Medicare, Medicaid or SSI The price for those that can pay would offset the less fortunate. Just something I thought the office manager or someone might be able to help with getting implemented. Otherwise, it can take some time at their office but that is how everyone gets the proper care.

His expert care has enabled me to be an active, long distance runner even now into my mid 70s. He is personable, honors my time yet is never rushed, listens and understands my concerns, as well as involves me in my treatment protocol.

Dwayne Owensby: All they care about is getting you in and have you pay the $50 co-pay. They gave me 2 shots in my feet and the injection site still hurt. Plus they charged me $500 for some crazy feet thing(not sure of the real name of them) and didn't tell me the real price. I looked them up and online they are only $30-$70 a piece. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Each visit has been quick and to the point which has been a great fit for my busy life!! Will definitely be referring anyone I know with foot related issues to see Dr. Agricola!

In 2015, I changed my primary care physician and she felt that being diabetic, I should also see a podiatrist. I was referred to Dr Sandra Raynor and we immediately hit it off. Dr Raynor has a gentle quiet demeanor and is personable and caring. If there is a problem she doesn't hesitate to get to the bottom of it and if necessary refer you to a specialist which happened in my case. I also love her staff and would have no problem referring others to her.

Dr. Raynor got me fitted for shoe inserts, and after only three weeks, I'm almost entirely pain-free. In addition, my knee and hip pain has significantly subsided!

Peggy Esselman: The doctor had zero compassion, empathy and poor bedside manner. Then the next day when I called to get my x-rays for a second opinion I was told that I would have to wait 10 days for them because their system isn't linked and no one would be in the Indpls office until Oct 13th. This is absolutely absurd and irresponsible way to operate a medical practice in 2022.

Cynthia Kao: Dr. Chae was very friendly, professional and pleasant. I had a big toe nail that grew back funky after a sports injury made it fall off. I went to another podiatrist who took a painful chunk of my nail and then their lab lost it. So I was discouraged from fixing it and it’s been bothering me for years. Dr. Chae examined it, diagnosed it and thoroughly explained the procedure to me. I am a squeamish person and scared of pain, but he reassured me I wouldn’t really feel the removal of the toe nail and he was right! He used a can of cold air first and I barely felt the numbing needle. After the numbing I didn’t feel anything and he described how to care for it and what to expect for the healing process. I wish I had done this years ago! I felt comfortable and trusted his process. Fast, caring and painless! Highly recommend!

Terry Snyder: The service was good, friendly people, friendy and helpful doctor, but when the bill came, I was charged 400 for a 25 doller brace. This is 16 times upcharge. Tried to get them to be reasonable and the end result was gaving to report them to the better business Bureau.
