Journey Road Treatment Center - East: what do users think?
Jake Bliss: Real friendly people and place and not to long of a wait
Emily Rodda: I’m in agreement with the person who posted before me, in regards to the loss of psychiatric services. Background…I’ve been clean off of opiates for about 6 years and was doing wonderfully with Tajuana Davis as my NP for over a year.It took me literally MONTHS to find a provider who could meet both my M.A.T. needs and my somewhat complicated psych needs as well after my previous doctor retired.Tajuana was the best! I was FINALLY stable on all of my meds, doing therapy, and making most of my appointments, despite my Agoraphobia, severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, ADD, etcccc (plus related and unrelated physical medical issues).I got the hugest shock when I missed ONE Suboxone appointment, and was told that my NP wasn’t seeing psych patients any more when I called to reschedule! The front office told me that they sent me a letter informing me of the change…I didn’t receive said letter until AFTER the cutoff date to make a final psych appointment!Yes, I could’ve still gone to Tajuana for Suboxone, but that was only a small part of the treatment that I was receiving. To this day, I’m still struggling immensely because of the way that this was handled. I don’t know what happened…I would never blame Tajuana, because she’s the most caring/compassionate/competent mental healthcare provider I’ve ever had; but SOMEONE dropped the ball somewhere.I’m nearing the end of all of my med refills, or am already in withdrawal. Withdrawal from one of my meds can be lethal. All of my mental illnesses have gotten significantly worse, since this happened. I’ve made appointment after appointment, trying to make it to see Tajuana for Suboxone, at least. Unfortunately, I’m too unwell psychologically to leave my home most days and haven’t even been able to drag myself out of bed to call other providers. At first, I called a few, but none were willing to help me manage my medications. Or, not accepting new patients. Or, you have to do 3 sessions of counseling before you can even TALK to a psychiatrist. Or, they don’t take my insurance. Or, it’s going to be hundreds of dollars per visit.I truly appreciate the care that I received from Tajuana, which is where the 3 stars came from…3/3 stars for her. ZERO/3 stars for the inhuman treatment that we psych patients received at the end. I’m not an addict new to recovery. Like I said, CLEAN off of all opiates for SIX YEARS.I’m not addicted to my medications…I take them as prescribed. I AM, however, DEPENDENT on them to be mentally healthy.I’ve come so far, just to end up feeling like a struggling, hopeless addict again.Obviously, I’m not the only one who was impacted by this. I can only hope that others have fared better. I also hope that those in a position of power might read what I’ve written and realize the importance of CONTINUITY OF CARE!!!!If anyone knows of a psych provider who also prescribes Suboxone, has openings in the next month or two, and doesn’t cost the same as my rent every month…I’d very much appreciate some help!!!!
David Sanders: This place has completely left me in a very bad position. I scheduled an appt for psychiatry a month ago, and they call me two days before my appointment and tell me they have to cancel my appointment because they no longer have a psychiatry program. I lost my son a week before his first birthday and was in desperate need of therapy and seeing a psychiatrist. I definitely do not recommend this place.
Whitney: I've been coming here since 2018. Dr K is the most wonderful doctor I've seen in my 28 years. I wish I could come to him for everything! Dr K and 90% of the staff are not judgemental, instead they are kind and very caring. I have recommended them to many friends, and will continue to. My ONLY complaint is terrible communication. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I've had to make the 2 hour round trip a few times just to get my prescriptions called in that were supposedly already called in. 🙁
Ja'Net & Melissa Wise: I cant say enough good things about Journey Road as a whole!! They saved my life and my family!! I have been sober now for 4 years 8 months and 11 days thanks to the support I have received at Journey Road. Dr K is the most caring doctor who takes each patients situation and creates a program to work for them! Miranda is an abaolute ROCKSTAR! No matter the issue she is ALWAYS there to help! I would recommend Journey Road to anyone serious about getting their life back. The real work starts within you and your desire to be sober but these folks ralley around you and make your success possible if your serious!! I am grateful for all the staff at Journey Road and would not be where I am today without them!!
Erica Alford: I go on Wednesday am looking forward to meeting the stuff and getting to the root of my problem.I have done other programs but here nothing but good stuff about Journey Road.Ill write back more after my appointment
Holly Powell: At other places and several pharmacies (mainly CVS and Walmart) I have had many negative experiences of being treated unfairly and like a criminal, while doing every single thing that my doctor has asked of me, and very specifically completely judged by my prescription. This is not the case at Journey Road, either office. For those that may be in need to treatment, or currently searching for a facility for someone who is, this is where you should strive to be... there was a very recent post that I felt compelled to address, being an actual patient. First of all, I do completely understand the point of view and feelings regarding an appointment being missed due to COVID-19 and still needing to be seen in order to have medication refilled. I was told this as well. HOWEVER, appointments are scheduled every 28 days (4 weeks) and until very recently, prescriptions provided a 30 day supply of medication. Let’s be completely honest, while within our addition, we ARE LIARS and become top notch pros of manipulating any situation that allows us to stay within it, but then we are appalled, shocked, and enraged at how anyone could ever doubt that we are not perfect angels and could ever see us as the long term manipulative addicts that we are (all in an effort to further manipulate to feed the addiction)! How dare they! Even more so, enraged are those that enable us, which ONLY add the tombstone to what we have already dug. Especially going off in a public forum about the doctor treating an addition, not prescribing an addict loved one with additional addictive medications, very likely benzodiazepines for anxiety or it would have already been dealt with, which real life evidence shows will more than likely KILL that loved one, if mixed with any of the medications containing Buprenorphine. The “other patients” argument is likely further manipulation (hell I’ve used it), or without the evidence showing that those that were already prescribed benzodiazepines prior to Buprenorphine are less likely to die, and must be reviewed individually to determine if it is more dangerous to stop taking it. Just for reference, All of this is readily available information online. Those that are serious about their sobriety, really truly serious, are lucky to be at such a place that is educated fully on addiction, avoids things with such side effects as death, and follows the governing laws to continue to provide this treatment. The only office that has provided prescriptions without the requirements of a completed drug test, my first attempt, all doctors went to jail (Carmel, IN. a few years back). Please forgive their desire to be able to stick around to treat the rest of us. Laying all of the cards out on the table, enabling provided details of approx 2 years in treatment, 24 months of appointments every 28 days with a 30day prescription.. subtracting let’s say 3 est since this has changed, 21 months provides 42...maximum 2x a day equals an extra 3 weeks of medication, and technically could make it without withdrawal on half of the normal dose. I recently experienced this precisely and besides the fact of being utterly pointless for sobriety otherwise, is another reason why it is so important to take as prescribed...because life happens and psychic abilities to determine liars by where they are in their treatment, thereby making policies and laws out of convenience for each individual patient, is not what they are there for. If we take a step outside of our addiction, we see that by not bending the rules, they are doing exactly what we need them to do in order for us to stay sober. Thank you Journey Road. With COVID-19 it does suck, but it is for our benefit that they stand firm on the rules, anything outside of that is a requirement for the ER determined by circumstances and not a program that only works according to it’s structure.
Michael Robinson: I've got a great nurse/Practicaner miss Davis she's put up with alot from me honestly she's got me to where I am and I'm so thankfull.
Tracey Rose: I love it here they're great
Cathy Solenberg: Service is great but the office manager talk down to you she made me feel like using and this a treatment center it a bully center
Nikki Scorza: My doctor is THE BEST Suboxone doctor probably in the state of Indiana. There are also a few other doctors in the office and I have been told BY PATIENTS that they are great also! Staff is reliable, caring, REAL people who want to help you with your addiction. I travel 72.5 miles monthly and there are treatment doctors in my city, but would rather be treated normally and not like “ just an addict “ so I don’t mind the travel. GREAT PLACE ALL AROUND! LET THEM HELP YOU TOO

Lucina Treatment Center: what do users think?
Jeremy Steward: Applegate: A Group of charlatans who care for their monthly $300 payment and only feign “recovery.” They do what suits them when it suits them and haven’t a care in the world for any genuine care of people in their program. They unfortunately took over for Lucina and it’s been a joke. Other reviews on here that are positive are for Lucina. This is no longer Lucina and no longer the case at all.
Mark Bovey: Top Notch Care! Very Professional.Highly recommend.
lc87: I have been going here for going on 8 months now and I can tell you Dr. Roberts, all the clinicians, and staff will go above and beyond to see you succeed in your recovery. They truly care about their patients.
Brenda Mendenhall: Dr. Andrew an Kevin are 2 Down to Earth Great Guys. They Listen an Show Compassion to all their Patients an Children Don't seem to bother them. They have made a Big Difference in my life. That's Just What they Do. They make all Patient's Feel Welcomed. Thank you Both for helping me have a Better Life. Sincerely, Brenda
James Rickard: These people are life saver's I've gone here for going on 2 years and i promise if you are half of a good person they will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
Courtney King: Was in a crisis prior to Lucina treatment center. The staff and Doctor's are kind and compassionate. Highly recommend.
Jeffrey Young: Been goinghere for 2 yrs. Great dr and staff Treat you like they have been there Very understanding not judgmental..KEVIN AND DR ANDREWS ARE AWESOME PEOPLE!!!
Adam Morrow: Soon as things got tough, they kicked me and my wife out when I had been paying cash and staying clean.. watch out!
Ddd Ohvghj: The dr's and staff treat all the patients like actual people what I mean is most of all the other treatment centers like this one treat people as if there just horrible people for having an addiction problem . Lucina is different they actually care about their patients and the environment they provide is very comforting. They have saved my life!
MICHAEL GLANTZ: The most helpful, caring and understanding people I have ever come across it the treatment community.
Abby Bass: Amazing Dr an staff, I've been to other drs an Lucina is the best place I will never go anywhere else! They actually care!
Dane Foust: After a long struggle with addiction and numerous different treatments I have finally found one that actually feels like its for real. Never in a million years did I think that one pill could change my outlook could change my mood and my views on my sure to be a lifelong struggle with addiction. I have spent the entire day a (snow day) playing with my children having amazing conversation with my wife and actually making plans for the future that I know can be accomplished. With my willpower the support of my loving family and now the help of the Lucina Treatment Center I feel better than I have in years, and finally it has nothing to do with how high I am only how good I feel. WHAT A RELIEF THANK YOU THANK YOU AND THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE LUCINA TREATMENT CENTER. Many good things to come I guarantee that.
Marissa Boggs: I've been a patient at lucina about 9 months. Dr and staff are all caring and proficient. Needs are met quickly and emergencies handled at all hours without having to deal with the hassle of answering services. I can't say enough about how positive be experience with them has been!!
Sara Brock: Amazing place! Great friendly easy-going staff, great groups, a doc who actually listens to you, and super clean & nice. I've been to many doctors and never found one who listens like Dr. Andrews. I usually don't enjoy groups either but I love this one! This is the place to come for treatment I really can't say enough great things about this place and it's people

Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center: what do users think?
Tina Maples: Helpful staff, great for quitting "street drugs, " understanding counseling services if you can get an appt with one. Sadly, you're put "on hold" too often
Drue Carson: Has been a life saver for me and my fiance, if you're there for the right reasons and do things the right way it's a blessing.
Mitchell Lewis: This place is unsanitary first off, second the nurses that dose you treat you like a criminal. I came here to get help. Not to be treated like am inmate. Also they have very poor communication. Every councilor is told something different as far as rules and regulations for the program. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Emily Schoen: Beware if you’re guest dosing!! They did not do their part to get their doctor to sign off on my paperwork, couldn’t find it, didn’t have me in the system..Then they told me to go to the hospital to get dosed. Yeah, I am going to pay an $800 to $1500 ER bill to get my medication…No help what-so-ever, the supervisor refused to see me, and the receptionist got mad when I ask for a direct number to the desk so we don’t get sent to a voicemail..Worst experience ever!! Then on top of that, the supposed in-take person didn’t work there? But all the information on the paperwork was for their clinic? This clinic needs some new management and staff. Never have I been to a clinic that was this disorganized, rude, unprofessional, and uncaring!!
Monica Kay: HIp 100% DOES cover EVERYTHING. I’ve been using it for over a year and never had to pay a dime nor do I have a bill. They pay for your ride as well or they will also reimburse you for gas money if you just do some simple paperwork. If you truly want help and wish to get off the streets and stop using, then this place really helps THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES! They have made a lot of improvements in the past couple years so you don’t have to spend a lot of time here waiting anymore! The nurses are very nice as long as you SHOW RESPECT. Thank you, ICTC.
Timothy Cannon: If you can imagine medical care where you are treated like a suspect in the justice system, that is what "care" looks like here. Go anywhere else, I work in this field and ICTC could not have a worse reputation. They cannot keep employees and nobody cares or can do anything to change the place for the better.
James Gregg: Place has improved greatly over the last few years
Justin D: Absolutely terrible I called at 8:30 AM to guess dose everything was good to go. She said come in around 1030 when it’s less busy I get there at 10:30 and she says we are not guest dosing anybody today. We are too busy.
Brooke rose: I had lost everything at a point, a had a choice when I was ready I went in , I upped my dose 2x and started going down 2ml at a time every 2weeks and my life had been saved. Been clean 13 or 14 yrs now. I'm a mother now. My life is a life now , not just waisted time trying to feel comfortable in my own body full of fatigue, sweats and irritability. Thank u 4 the beginning of the rest of my life...xoxo ty to Mary(nurse) back then. You might not remember me , but I sure do remember you ... u r always in my prayers...ty for believing in a person u didn't know and giving me that support no one would show me.
Crystal Chavis: See people milling around outside constantly. People refused treatment because of lack of monetary compensation. I feel compassion for anyone forced to use this service at this location.
Derek Morton: If you owe them they want their money now but this place has owed my 400 dollars for over 2 yrs and you can never get anyone who cares on the phone. I've been calling daily and have gotten 4 different people who claim to be the financial supervisor and can't get anything done. So either they are trained to lie or the turnover rate is so high they can't train them right.. it's truly a sad thing when people come here they are looking for hope and are treated less than human. They hold your mess over ur head like a carrot. All in all just poorly ran and a sad situation.
waylon combs: Needs Better StaffingThat are willing to helpBut there are some good Counselors And it's hard to get your refund back from them
Jesse Rigdon: Everything is great as of 2022 was really bad long lines now they have more than 2 nurses it's great
Stephanie Renee: I agree this place use to be a hot mess.. and I mean HOT MESS. However, since they've upgraded to the new app for check in, although a headache at first with glitches, it is a very good time saver. They've also got some type of traveling nurses system. That way we aren't ever out of medicating nurses. It's been a lifesaver for me. People complain about waiting, it isn't like that anymore. Believe me, back in the day, you would wait, a longgg time. If you're compliant and really have motivation to change your life, it's a good place.
Travis Short: Sheryl is a great counselor and has been a bright star in a not so bright time in life!
Shondell Thomas: This place is ran for money only. They do not care for the patients at all. There may be a few good counselors that do care, but they have so many patients they can hardly keep up. The lines are sometimes hours long with people cutting and arguing! If you get a false positive drug screen, you automatically lose all takehomes until it is proven otherwise which can take months. They can’t keep directors, nurses, counselors, security guards or lab techs! These positions all have high turnover rate. The methadone itself is a lifesaver but this place will give you so much anxiety, it almost makes one want to use. A lot of the people that attend here do still use, you see drug deals and all kinds of stuff while standing in line. If you choose to go here, I wish you the best and hopefully you have half of your life to waste standing in line for something that just helps us live a somewhat stable life. It’s a viscous cycle.
Shawn Kloss: I am currently attending this facility. It saved my life. But the staff here are overworked and underpaid.I'm part of a group called work pass where you dose at 5 in the morning to 6 15 am. It has long lines sometimes but usually you're out of there at a decent time if you come and wait early enough in line. Well there are so many patients that the only way to dose everyone is a line and multiple windows. They tried to implement a check in System that turns on when the doors open and you check in from your phone. It does not work with 500 people that have to be at work within the hour. We tried to tell them but they don't listen to reason. We're just dope heads with opinions that don't matter.
Brett Matthews: Anyone that has to actually take or has someone that goes here knows how much of a joke this place isCompletely unprofessional unorganizedThis place honestly needs shut down
Liz.C.8384: The nurses here refuse to medicate patients leaving them in line for HOURS EVERYDAY. The the only thing this place is good for is getting into treatment ASAP then TRANSFER!! DO NOT GUEST DOSE HERE!!! You will not be medicated (99%u won't be) It's worse than and gin n knife bar. I have had ppl threaten to gut me in front of "security " they did nothing had a knife pulled on me they did nothing. I've been hit by a car (my person) 3X's. They also make u leave I faints UNATTENDES outside your dosing door but u can bring a dog into the dosing door... But I have also seen them kick out MULTIPLE Service dogs. Personally seen the director .over a wheelchair bound man to the middle of a busy parking lot in the rain because wheelchair bound persons are unable to wait in the long lines (infront of cement parking things) You CAN'T have a nor.al 9-5 when trying to get your feet back under you because they expect u to dedicate 2-5hrs there everyday.. u have to work it's and just try to sleep when u get done... This place is like the TWILIGHT ZONE... and isn't safe to get here alone ALWAYS take someone with u to watch your back ifbu do find yourself here..
Julia Simmons: This place is a joke. All the nurses quit with a very long line waitin to dose. Nobody cares about sobriety here just there lunch hours. This shld be a no star review

Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana: what do users think?
SYN x Ghosts: I was iffy about going to another rehab after a bad nursing home experience in the beginning of covid but as time went on I got used to it everyone was nice staff and all the therapist were amazing 10/10
Patti Smith: I went there after a second spinal fusion and the water therapy etc was great! Sue was my main physical therapist. Loved her
Betty Watson: I spent 3 weeks there in February of 2022. I was in the Spinal Cord Unit. From PT,OT, DOCTORS,NURSES,And all others working the unit were AMAZING!!!! Hands down the BEST care,I've EVER received from any hospital. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!!
Melissa Simon: You better hope you don't work here when you die. My mother dedicated over 18 years of her life working here as a LPN. It has been 15 days since she died and to add insult to injury the HR Dept told me they don't know how to submit her life ins claim and since it is issued thru work they are the only ones who can submit the claim. I printed off the forms, filled out my part and took them in 4 days ago on Monday, They still have not been submitted to The Standard Life Ins co. This is unacceptable. I had to postpone her Celebration of life because now they will not even return my calls. Why hasn't RHI contacted the Standard and asked for help they asked me? Good question. You can't fix stupid!
Kathy M: Staff is very good. Everyone has been so nice and caring. Motovating you to get to the next level. Failure is not an option at this facility. If you are willing to work they will take great pride in getting you better. The food is good the rooms are clean. The staff is what makes this place remarkable. No one wants to be here as they have been through trauma, but there is nowhere else I would want to be in the event that rehabilitation is needed. Plus the grounds are super nice and the flowers in the summer would be gorgeous.
Lindsay O'Brien: Best rehab program around
Cody B: I have nothing but great things to say about rhi. When I came in after a recent horrific truck accident I was in pretty bad shape. I couldn't walk or really even function due to having a broken femur with a rod placed, tbi and a laundry list of other injuries. Thanks to primary help from Bill in physical therapy and Wendy in occupational along with the other amazing staff I was able to sit back up and start my journey to walking again amongst other things. I can't thank you all enough.
Nickolas Hinsley: Everybody was very friendly and very helpful
Greg Hemsley: I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Doctors, Therapists and Nurses and Techs and support staff. The attitudes are exceptionally positive and caring. I’ve had the opportunity to receive care there twice this year and each time have progressed. Yes, not everything is perfect but the place is very clean, bright, comfortable, they serve good healthy food and snacks and have the best therapy and Doctors care. They are on time and accurate with your medications and personal care. The Best thing about RHI is they challenge you each day in therapy to succeed and they really put their all into helping you be successful at a very challenging time in your life. These people are called to help others and do an amazing job! Thank you RHI
Natasha: My husband came here for rehab and stroke recovery on January 31,2022. I've never seen so much kindness and compassion from so many people in one place! After three and a half weeks, he's well enough to come home! His nurses were great; especially Becky and Wes! And his therapists Derek (PT), Kim (ST), and Wendy (OT)... absolutely phenomenal!! We will be continuing out patient therapy through this facility, for sure!
Norma Collins: I had the most amazing people working with me to include Therapist, nurses, aides, and Doctor Litteral.I was on Unit 1. In my opinion you couldn't go to a better place.
Dan Williams: I am so thankful for all the nurses and staff that were them to help me while I was going through it in 2018
Tabatha: My mother in law was transferred to this place from St. Vincent. We chose to go here because we was told it was a 5 star facility. When we/ she arrived they put on a good front because like all the other reviews say they don’t care about you or your loved ones they are rude they lie. They lost her contacts didn’t return half the items we took up there to her. They kick her out of they facility with no referrals and they items like cane or any kind of medical supplies they said they would supply when she left they didn’t matter of fact they took the cane when they discharged her. Over charge for everything for what you get. I strongly advise if you can send your loved one else where. I really feel sorry for the people that can’t talk and tell their people how they are treated because our lives one couldn’t.
Steven J: I haven't been able to get a hold of them on their listed phone number
greg mcdonald: My father was recently transferred from Methodist hospital after a fighting brain cancer. Today, we found out he spiked a temperature and can no longer eat. Imagine finding this out with no advance notice. If we wouldn’t have called, we would’ve never known about it. I called three times tonight and got the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. She told me to call the police. I just did and they are coming over for a wellness check since they refuse to give us any answers. All the reviews about this place are 100% accurate. They don’t care about you or your loved ones and refuse to offer empathy or communication. Do not make the same mistake my family did. Stay away from this place and go elsewhere.
Emily Songer: I have a sci and tbi 8 years ago today rhi really set me up gave me hope the therapist are amazing so is the food haha can I move in?
Margo VanVorst: I was a patient here about 6 years ago, after a motorcycle accident left me with over 30 fractures and a mild brain injury. I fully recovered because of the excellent care I received. I’ve since returned and have been an employee now for 2 years to “pay it back” and be a part of the excellent care that is given there. I’ve seen the good and the bad, but the team strives every day to make it better. Thank you for letting me be part of this! Margo VanVorst-Archer
Doug Mager: Did 3 weeks of therapy there, the place and people are GREAT there, be prepared to work hard but they will get you to the best shape/place you can be in the time frame you have with them, the hard work paid of for me
Lyz Wilkins: My cuzn received therapy here and this is an amazing facility
Brittaney Evans: This facility is not a good place to go for care. Knowing most of these patients are unable to do things on there own they neglect them. Also race is also an issue here, was spoken rude to by the black female at the front desk because I had children. If children are not allowed then why would she allow children of a different race to sit in lobby. I live 2 hours away and I am not leaving my kids out in a car in a strange city.also I think everyone adults or children need to wear a mask if its flu season. Another issue is they did not notify my mother in law of my father in law falling out of his bed, he had to call her the staff didnt, they didnt comment on the fact he wasnt getting any better or progressing they are uninformative and lack common sense. This place needs a change in staffing.
William Mullins: I was informed that was flu season and my children could not go there to see their grandfather however different people get treated differently depending on Race cuz I verified for my own self that there was multiple people they're the same day that my grand but my children are visiting their grandfather however they couldn't because they were not 18 years of age and was told that they could not verify but I wasn't honest isn't about it and told him to my children were not 18 years of age but they're the age of 15 and 13 they're pretty much know whether they got the flu or not I can know with further I got the flu or not so soaked and Nate if it's going to be that way than I think everyone need to show ID showing that they're 18 years of age if not then it don't need to be something that's in force

Community Rehabilitation Hospital: what do users think?
Bridgette Rogers: This is the best place for any kind of physical rehab. They give you 3 hours a day of therapy designed just for you. The nursing staff, the nurse aids, the housekeeping staff are all amazing, and work very hard to give you the best care.
Amy Temple: Let me begin by saying that if this rating was only for PT & OT, this would be a 5 star rating. With a few exceptions though, those departments are where the 5 stars end. Nursing staff is overall competent but the caring piece just generally isn't there. I had a bed near the nurse's station and could hear EVERYTHING being said out there. Professionalism, with a few exceptions, is sorely lacking. I had a 5 night stay, and could probably count on one hand the number of nurses or techs who actually showed caring, competence and professionalism. And if I were giving this rating for case management, I'd have to find a way to do negative stars.
Eric Stevenson: I want to share with you that I am writing this review via my home office, instead of being inpatient, due to the staff at this location.First, I will comment on the cleanliness and the facility. It was very well maintained and very responded to when any issue arose. I must compliment the maintenance staff. They tended to any issues immediately and with the utmost respect for my privacy.Second, I was asked every day if I needed anything out of standard work by housekeeping. The housekeeping staff assisted in getting water and whatever was needed to make me more comfortable.Third, I must take a moment, well several, to comment on the therapeutic staff. If I had to be somewhere I did not want to be again, I would want these people with me. They not only irritated the hell out of me, but they pushed me to where I am now. I would not be home if it was not for them. I have to nominate the following for future military drill instructors: Susan (PT) Tiffany(OT) Ashley(PT) (Who is a student) and Rachel(OT) (who is by the way a former torture master I believe). I also have to give shout outs to Trisha and Noor. Their constant annoying "you can do it" attitude is why I am writing this from home. Finally, I want to compliment my nursing staff. I was in a small era of depression due to not succeeding in therapy according to MY expectations, and the nursing staff kept me not only occupied but entertained while dealing with the emotions I was having. Nicol was the highlight of my nights and since I was not dancing or having fun at some club, I was being told what to do by my angel Nicol. She made my terrible situation better. In conclusion, I would not only recommend this facility, I would advise you be sent here if needed God forbid. I hated being there, but then again, I would not be home if it was not for this place.Thank you so much for all you have done and I honestly hope to only see you all elsewhere."A great therapist is not easy to find, but impossible to forget."
Patrick Young: Hello fine people, I'm about 100% sure no one has ever woke up and said "I want to go to Community Rehabilitation Hospital"But if you find yourself there unexpectedly, please know that you have found the place where getting back to normal is "normal"You'll find a great staff who's number 1 goal is to help you find the correct path that suits your individual needs and goals. The foods good to.PY
Jordan Matthews: I go home tomorrow but wow this place. The therapists both PT and OT are absolutely wonderful. Special shout-out to Noor and Beni who have been amazing and went above and beyond helping me recover and get stronger. Also, I’ve had some wonderful nurses like Ramona and Ashley. Would like to also shout my favorite tech, Denise. She went above and beyond every single time and treated like one of her own. Thank you guys so much for the help, I didn’t think it was possible for me to recover but your therapists work wonders. I hope these good words reach the people I mentioned.
Mallory Gillam: I had a great experience with CRHN! Everyone was amazing and so sweet! Minus one nurse. I was so scared when I first come in not knowing what to expect and knowing I was eventually going to have to walk on my leg that I had just broke less than a week prior to being here. But most everyone made me feel very comfortable and they were very supportive! Within days I was literally walking. My mind was blown and is blown by how far I've come in such a short time. Leaving was very bittersweet! I can't thank CRHN staff enough! Huge shout out to my OT Kelsey and my PT Carrie!!! But my Dr, nurses, techs, and other OTs and PTs that worked with me...once again I truly, truly, truly can not thank them enough!!Almost a yr to the date I was back due to surgery from a double knee infection. Again, my PT and OT (Katie and Brea) were AAAAMAZING, as well as the others that worked for me! And again my mind was blown! This time it seemed there was a communication problem with the care teem. Also, there is always that ONE nurse, this time it happened to he 2. Overall it was still a pretty good 2 week stay. But after almost a month including hospital stay after surgery, I was ready to go home. I left my VERY expensive pillow due to how ready I was to get out of there (my fault obviously) and later THAT DAY I called and they had already cleaned my room (understandable), but instead of putting that pillow to the side, they "chucked it" as the front desk put it. Didn't even give it a day or try to call me. So lesson learned..check, double check, and triple check that you have all of your belongings. They made a list of everything that I brought when I got there, but didn't go over that list when I went to leave. Is that not the point of making a list like that? Even then I'd still choose to go there IF I had to again. Thank you, CRH. I'm hitting my goals.
Temera Jones: The stay was very very very pleasant.. After receiving the not so good news..The staff helped me mentally and physically...I had laughed so hard with doctor Fernandes and the tech christen...I hadn't laughed like that in quite sometime.. It had been a long journey for me... Community North helped me in more ways then one... The dog Donatello was even pleasant.. I could say more.. but dinner is here...(smile)..The food was a joy as well.. I would highly recommend... My family in Chicago knows how pleasant the stay and people are in this hospital... I bragged and bragged... Still bragging.. THANKS COMMUNITY NORTH REHABILITATION
Diane Ross: I was very impressed with the Community Rehab Hospital North. The therapists were excellent, and the nurse, techs, and other staff were friendly, helpful, and caring.I was especially happy to have a private room with a wonderful view of spruce trees. My husband enjoyed watching the birds. When the weather was nice, we went to a lovely court yard. The hospital allowed dogs to visit, and I was pleasantly surprised that the CEO of the facility visited us with her therapy dog.The hospital has a cafe for visitors, and the food was inexpensive and tasty, and portions were large. The only probelm I found was that family was not allowed to go to the gyms for therapy with the patient. Being able to watch would have helped me see what I could do to help him when I got him home.In all, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend the facility.
Peg Ferrier: Community rehabilitation center is the best. The quality of care, expertise of medical personnel, the welcoming atmosphere—I could not have chosen a better place to recover after knee replacement.
Jean Tygum: This is the best rehab hospital ever! The facility is new, clean and perfectly maintained. Staff were wonderful--kind, caring, competent and attentive. I was seen by four different doctors and they were all just great. I had a great big room with a huge bathroom and my laundry was done for me. My hospital bed was comfortable (imagine that!) I had a view of a big river birch tree and the western sky, and was able to see gorgeous golden red sunsets, very comforting. OT and PT were superb. All my many meds were given as prescribed and on time. My therapists were excellent, the therapy room was cheerful and busy, but peaceful, with well trained therapists who knew how to pace older patients and not expect too much too soon. The equipment was great and the therapists were outstanding. Everything at this facility was well paced, efficient and effective. It's obvious that the staff are very well trained. I was a patient at CRH for two full weeks and I hated to leave. I'd live there, if I could (seriously). A beautiful memory: Donatello, the therapy dog. Visits from a warm cuddly dog were pure charm. Perhaps this says it all about this facility: When I pressed my call button, someone responded immediately--either a voice over the intercom, or someone at the door. No waiting! One night I had a nightmare and woke up screaming to find myself surrounded by half a dozen staff members, who had rushed in to see what was wrong.. The rooms are well insulated and quiet, but staff heard me screaming and came running. Wow! I love this hospital and cannot praise it enough--everything about it is top-notch. Even the food was good. I looked forward to meals and snacks.Well ... maybe I should mention one teensy complaint. For breakfast one morning I ordered blueberry pancakes. They were hot and tasty, but there was not one blueberry in either pancake. Not a blueberry in sight! Maybe there's a shortage of blueberries in central Indiana? No worries. If ever I'm a patient again at Community Rehab Hospital, I will bring my own blueberries ... :-) FIVE STARS FOR THIS HOSPITAL. A+ + + + + ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
Dot Ruehl: The nurses and techs were terrific. The therapistswere also fabulous. The only negative commentI would make is the food was bad. So inferior tothe hospital food.
Gail Poe: My son in law required major emergent back surgery to fix the herniation caused by Community North physician doing a unnecessary repeat lumbar puncture. He was placed in the rehab hospital for intense therapy. PT/OT were amazing. The nursing and tech staff were not skilled in the use of the lifts/equipment which resulted in several falls. The facility had to be called to answer the call light that had been on for 20 minutes to get him assistance with cleaning up the pool if vomit get was laying in. He was treated horribly, was embarrassed and depressed within the first week. I will make sure that my patients know to NEVER seek treatment there v because of the negligent staff!
Katherine Marie Oglesby: My father was transferred from inpatient, to rehabilitation after having hip surgery. His bed has no bed rails, there is no walker in his room, or gait belt to help facilitate his movement and standing/walking. Not to mention his behind the clock medicine, which causes him more pain and discomfort. There is minimal staff and a high lack of concern for coordinating my father's care. I use to work for Community Hospital for 3.5 years and I am highly disappointed with the complete lack of safety and focus on my father's rehabilitation. This facility isn't improving my father's and will never recommend this rehabilitation hospital.
Martha Carter: My stay at Community Rehabilitation Hospital was a positive experience. The therapists, nurses, techs, and other staff were friendly and caring and helped me to begin a quick recovery. I felt I was in the right place, with the right people.
SJ Anderson: I’ve posted before but I just had a friend complete their rehab at Community and I was able to visit with him once home. I was happy to hear that he had the same experience that I did. While there’s always going to be that 1 or 2 people - overall he said his experience was great. He felt like the nurses were attentive and the techs responded to call lights. While he thought some therapy sessions could have been more aggressive - they worked on what he needed to and he was home safely (and, from my perspective seemed to be getting around well!). We both talked about how nice it was that leadership was visible to the patients and families and everyone was so nice! Sounded like the only difference was the food has gotten better! Thanks for the difference you make !
Jan Macdonald: does not except suicidal patients
Sharon Burden: I would highly recommend the Community Hospital North Rehab facility. The staff are competent, professional and caring. My week long stay there was life changing.
Denise Bullard: After having a mild stroke my 90 year old father came here for rehab. His recovery was quick because of the amazing nurses techs doctors and staff. Marissa (Mandy) nurse from admittance to the rehab to exit was the best care giver for my dad. Nurse Stacey loved on my dad and made sure he was taken care of and loved. I can’t speak enough of the therapists. Katilyn from PT gave exceptional care and loved on my dad as his own. Thanks so much for making this a 5 star place. We felt it.
Christopher McCoy: I very dissatisfied, and needed your help upon returning to regular life , in my discharge. The therapist are wonderful. I'd gladly accepted what they had to teach me . Thank you girls for alot. Nurses were amazing too . Thank you girls for watching after me. Also I do wear this shirt every Friday when I go to physical therapy. Thank you . I appreciate all you guys have done for me. Just do me a favor, anyone who comes in there , send them home with 2 weeks worth of the new prescriptions yall provided for them while in there . Once again I'm very thankful for your help .
Carolyn McNeal: My experience with Community North Rehabilitation hospital was a journey that I will always remember. The PT, OT and ST teams were fantastic. They were professional, motivating and delightful.
Nancy Phillips: Community Rehabilitation Hospital in Indianapolis IN was the best place for my 11 day stay after an automobile accident. The entire staff made me feel like I was more than just a patient. The doctors, nurses, techs and other medical staff were all so caring and understanding. The therapy staff was amazing. They were so knowledgeable and professional while still making therapy a fun experience. I am so fortunate that I was able to stay at Community Rehabilitation Hospital - I received the best start on my journey to complete recovery.

Addiction Rehab Centers: what do users think?
Ronald Sanders: Thank God for ARC this place savedmy life everyone there is fantastic if you are struggling this is the place for you to find out why you’re struggling love my ARC family
miguel chavez: I love this place and all of the staff here. Susie, Ariel, David and Jon are the most welcoming and I feel as though I am part of a family here. They have helped me overcome difficulties and I thank everyone for being here for me.
Dude: I highly recommend the environment people & methods of this facility. I could not have asked for better help.
Rhonda Spurgeon: I have been in and out of alcohol treatment centers most of my adult life. This is by far the best! The therapists really care about the clients and techs are there to lend an ear. The facility is homey and small enough for them to focus on each client individually and in group. I highly recommend them, they saved my life!!
Cory Kennedy: Walking into Addiction Rehab Center I was broken. I hit a point in my life that I couldn’t handle anymore pain. I expressed my issues and explained my situation to their support team and within 1 hour I’m waking into their doors with staff members helping me through every step. I expected high volume client facility with a hotel feel. I was wrong. I was met with few clients and a full staff. Through out my stay I was set with a personalized plan for my future life while working with a therapist multiple times a week. Along with daily interactive classes. I was met with a nursing staff through my stay which gave me positive information about other resources to maintain a positive life. From owner to client support techs they take each clients needs personal and run the facility like a 5 Diamond facility. I can’t express how blessed my life has been since walking out of their doors.
Tony Cardwell: This place is a joke. Most of the 5 star reviews are previous or current staff. They charged me over $5000 a week for drug screenings none of which was covered by my insurance after being told otherwise. Being covered versus billed to your insurance is 2 completely different things. Be sure to check your coverage even in a desperate state. This is why the current owners where chased out of southern Florida. Please do your research!!!!
Luke Wommack: I’ll remember arc forever, I’d live there if I could ! Thank you ARC for everything.
Eric Mulkey: Every other rehab facility should take after this one. You will easily and quickly find your place here. Extremely knowledgeable and caring staff. This place is not your ordinary rehab center. They focus on core issues, do not judge, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and meaningful as possible. Its a home away from home. the 24 hour tech support are all great individuals and look after your needs. I spent a month here and would have stayed 2 more if I was able to. The therapists and case worker are as genuine, and compassionate as they come, and will help assist to get you back on your feet again. Its impossible not to establish a profound love and appreciation for these people. Very clean and comfortable to say the least. A true blessing that I found this place!! 5 stars all the way.
Lucas Hassett: loving and caring people. I suggest you get treatment here.
Ellen Hall: This Place Saved My Life. All The Staff Was Wonderful. David,Craig,Michellle & The Rest You Are The Best!!!
Lindsay Plunkett: I've known the team at ARC and watched them grow for years. I'm both in recovery and involved in the behavioral health industry and ARC meets all standards in both perspectives. The staff is genuinely devoted to the meeting the struggling addict where they are and leading them by the hand to a better way of living. They have a wonderful positive impact on the community and walk the walk as well as talk the talk.
dax Malone: No Loyalty. Getting rich off of sick people! It's such a sham. Oh, we'll make you better. We'll charge your insurance $2600 a day for basically no treatment. Places like this are why private insurance premiums are outrageous!
Daniel Frye: ARC has changed my life. Before I was there I felt hopeless over my additions. I never believed that I can overcome my inner demons that have been haunting me my whole life. The work that they do with their clients is truly unique and it absolutely works. I can't tell you enough how great the staff treated their clients. Most of the staff has battled with their own additions and can relate to the issues the clients are going through. They make the house feel like a family environment and I still to this day have maintained relationships with all the great people I have met at ARC. I walked out their doors feeling like I can take on the world and to this day, I haven't touched a drink or a drug. I owe ARC my life.
Melissa Yarian: ARC was much more than I could have imagined. Extremely welcoming environment and very easy to call home. Everyone here is treated like family. The group and individual therapy is wonderful. I love the way that the entire program is so neatly organized and it shows with amazing results. I could not recommend a better place to conquer addiction. I’m extremely happy that I had the opportunity to spend 90 days here. I am amazed!
Caitlyn Koth: As a recovering addict, making the decision to go to treatment was not easy. ARC really goes above and beyond to make their clients feel as comfortable as possible. It really is home away from home. Deciding to go to treatment was the best choice I have ever made and has forever changed my life! The therapy I had received was truly life changing and I still carry with me all I have learned today. The fun, welcoming, and laid back environment at ARC made it easy to start my journey into this new beautiful life I live today. I am now working in the field of substance abuse/mental health with a year and half clean and sober! I can’t even begin to explain the blessings I have received.
Rimo Tense: Helped me get my life back together, I owe ARC big time!
James Tyler: friendly people and a great environment
Krey Tone: Great clients and staff, this is the place to go for recovery!
Bootz Slesser: I went to this treatment center and they focused on my true underlying issues that fueled my addiction and I can proudly say I've completely turned my life around and that I'm a year and a half sober and starting my own family. I owe these loving people my life.
Addiction Rehab Centers: Provider of private, confidential and comprehensive treatment for issues related to addiction. They offer both outpatient and residential treatment. The residential treatment is a family-oriented and "homey" setting on three acres. I recommend their approach to helping people regain their lives.

Spring Mill Surgery Center: what do users think?
carol johnson: $9000 for just the facility fee - for a 20 minute procedure - upper endoscope. I was called the day before procedure to tell me time and place. In hindsight I should have compared prices at surgery centers and canceled but not a lot of time to do that when told less than 24 hours before procedure.
Sharon Felder: I had two surgeries on my right eye which were both successful. Same day surgeries professional staff competent doctors.
Nellie Sigsbee: Staff was amazing!
Dawn: Please make sure your driver contact phone number (as well as a backup number) are on file and correct before you walk in for surgery. Also have them available when you walk in the door. This became a stressful issue on our last visit, especially for the patient.
Karen H: Very kind, competent professionals. Good at fitting people in for appointments and handling pre-registration.
Jennifer Kousma: Great Doctor's especially Dr. Burrgett made me feel very comfortable!
Helene Donoghue: Friendly staff. Clean. Complimentary coffee, tea, water & WiFi for patients and driver. Vending available.

Recovery Centers of America at Indianapolis: what do users think?
Kristin S: I would recommend Recovery Centers of America for anyone who has family members, friends or themselves who are struggling. Out of many facilities, RCA has given my husband the tools and support he needed to get back on track.
Nicholas Fischer: RCA has given me not only the tools that are needed but have given me some amazing support and sober contacts through their alumni program. Sam has helped me personally find a sponsor and I have seen him help people find sober living. Definitely would recommend if you are, not only, looking for help getting sober but also a great community of people who actually care about their residents as if they were family.
Ryan King: RCA Indy literally saved my life. For so long I had no hope and I felt like a failure. Their detox and 30-day treatment program was exactly what I needed to conquer the addiction demon and get my life back. Now I’m 4 months sober, and haven’t been this happy and healthy in a long time. RCA has an awesome alumni group that meets weekly, and there is a great ongoing support system that will be there as long as I need and want it. Addiction is real and recovery is possible. Thanks RCA!!
joey young: RCA really changed my life. If you are ready for a change and are tired of thinking you can control the outcome of the addiction, they can help you. I will never forget my experience there . The people were amazing and they really made me feel comfortable. They made sure that they were productive in your recovery and always available to listen. The nurses were always there, and always had an ear to hear whatever it is I needed. I will always say that my recovery started at RCA!
Kristen Bauer: Speaking from a family member of an inpatient, the level of education and opportunities that were provided for us to learn about addiction, relapse, MAT, and so much more was priceless. We took advantage of all the opportunities (informational zoom meetings, family meetings, continuing education on what to do after our loved one came home, ect.) so we were educated and prepared to help support our family member and each other. It was all so helpful and made us feel connected and a part of her recovery. We even had personalized weekly family sessions with the Clinical Coordinator - Family Engagement specialist, LaTonya. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to guide us, educate us, answer our questions, and support us; addiction is a family disease. The continued support after her 30 days inpatient has also been wonderful. The alumni group continues to be a significant contributor to her maintained sobriety and they are welcoming to all. We feel so blessed that we were recommended to RCA Indy for our loved one and the support that RCA provided not only to her with tools, but also spent time pouring into the family members so we could support our loved one and each other through the process and steps of her recovery.
Anthony Washington: My experience at RCA Indianapolis was exceptional. From RSSs to Nursing to Therapy everything was outstanding. Transportation, meals and case management went beyond expectations. I am participating in aftercare (IOP) and the foundation established at RCA Indy has provided a solid transition for continuing long term sobriety. I am excited about the future and RCA is a primary factor in this regard. THANKS!
Daniel Brewer: I did a 30 day program there from Feb 2023 into March 2023. This was a very life changing experience for me in a positive way. I am continuing with outpatient treatment currently. The RSS team (these are the people that help manage the floor you will be staying on) was all great. They all understood the feelings and issues that addicts are experiencing and were nothing but extremely helpful and understand. Shout-outs to Big Sam, Little Sam, Both Mikes, Sara, Kerensa, Debbie, Rachel, Brandi, Shelby, Justin, Erica and any others I may have forgotten to list! The nursing team was great. They also were very helpful and helped manage not only medications needed for withdrawls and mental health issues (like Anxiety and Depression), but also other physical ailments. Shout outs to Steven, RobAnne, Gladys, and Noel. Special shout out to Chad for doing my intake and helping me feel comfortable and reassuring me that I was "in the right place".The Therapy/Class Instruction team was also top notch. Big Sam, Chris, my therapist Erica, and all of the others were passionate, caring, and very involved with patients as they were needed. I have nothing but respect for these people.I had special dietary needs due to having had weight loss surgery last year and these needs were met with no undue difficulty. The cafeteria staff were also great with communicating the content of upcoming meals to me so I could plan if I needed to order something alternative. The combination of all of these groups of people and their caring went a long way to shaping the cohort of patients and their caring and support of one another. The staff enabling the group of guys I was with to become comfortable and to work together was critical in my early sobriety.RCA provided an environment where I was comfortable and able to work hard at my recovery. If you put the effort in the work you are assigned, you will begin to get results.Thank you RCA. Keep up the good work!
Morgan Skiles: RCA Indy was such a life changing experience for me. The staff, the structure and the alumni program really helped me get my life back on track. After 30 days of inpatient, I honestly didn't want to leave! All the staff-led groups and programs were so beneficial to my recovery. It was a safe environment where I learned that sobriety is possible, and can even be fun! I now get to be a part of one of the best alumni programs I've ever seen at a recovery center. The alumni connect with each other, plan fun activities, and celebrate each others' recovery together. Through RCA, I not only found support, but fellowship and discipline as well- at the time I needed it most. Sam S. and Ben D, the alumni coordinators, have built such a strong foundation for the alumni program that even when you leave, you are able to maintain the irreplaceable connections you made as an inpatient, and it reminds us that this new life that we create at RCA is one that is worth living.
Tim Hickman: RCA holds a special place in my heart that is eternal. They took care of me at my worst. I've been an alcoholic for many years. They will not shame you or make you feel guilty. They will love you and help you with recovery. Many of the staff members there are in recovery and they completely understood how I was feeling mentally and physically. I will work there in the near future, I discovered my purpose in life while there. To help other alcoholics/addicts!
Michael Morrison: I can’t even begin to describe how much this place helped me, but I’ll leave it at this:—the staff really cares. They want you to succeed. As an addict, that’s all I could have asked for.
Mike Stiles: Professionally run facility. Well informed, caring staff. Interactive alumni.
Ashlie Brewer: My husband was discharged from RCA about a week ago and I already see some huge changes in him, now that he is sober. He really seemed to have a great experience there and speaks very highly of the staff. I'm hoping that this is a fresh start for him and our family.
Leif Epperson: RCA Indianapolis literally has saved my life. My addiction was out of control and I could not do it (although I tried many times) myself. I could not ever imagine the love and care I received from not only the staff but the nurses and therapists. The facility is amazing and modern. The days are long but you get out of it what you put into it and I wouldn't have it any other way. I highly recommend RCA if anybody is struggling with addiction and feels like there is no hope. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Connor Met: I’ve been to many different treatment centers in a couple different states and I never found the true recovery and care that I received from the staff at RCA. They gave me an amazing beginning to long term sobriety and loved me and boosted me up when I was broken and beat. I am forever grateful for all of the Staff, Nurses, Therapists Etc…They will always be family to me. Thank you!
Michael Calvin: Nothing but exceptional commitment to the healing of others is represented throughout the staff.
Kenneth SIms: This Facility has great motivational teachers and if you show up with the right mind set you can change your life it feels good to once In my life I'm the designated driver
wasabi wabi: Great alumni program. Events helpful to stay sober.
Anne Simpkins: Facility is beautiful. Lot's of supportive people. Alumni program is wonderful, they keep you connected with events and support when you leave.
njd 0102: This place saved my life. Ben, one of the workers, even talked and walked my Mom through the steps to make her feel better as well. She cared about me and had multiple conversations with him to ease her mind with the decision to get treatment and where to go. He’s amazing. All of the staff seemed to actually care unlike other places I’ve been. Also, so many of the people who work there understand the difficulty because they’ve been in the same position as the patients. So they get it, and empathize a lot more. It helps learning from them because they’ve done it and it’s not some textbook being taught to us. It’s real life people who’ve gone through recover and helping us along the way. Teaching us and showing us that it’s possible. That was what I loved about RCA the most. If you give effort, it will help you get better. That’s a fact. Good luck to anyone looking to get treatment and don’t sell yourself short! You can do this just like I did!
T Kitz: I was admitted to RCA in December 2022 not knowing what to expect. It was my fist time there for the 30 day treatment program. I was amazed at the wonderful experience I had. The staff were very professional and caring. I could open up and felt comfortable sharing with all the staff my struggles and concerns regarding my mental health and addiction. From housekeeping, food service, RSA’s to the Dr’s I felt like everyone was on the same page and a part of my recovery. I would definitely recommend RCA to anyone seeking help. Thanks to each and everyone of you who has been a part of my recovery.Teresa K
Joseph Cavanaugh: Proverbs 19:3 and 19:20. Normal people don't read reviews for rehabilitation facilities. If you are reading this, you probably just need to go. Else, tell the person you are researching for to go.

OrthoIndy Preoperative Clinic: what do users think?
Devin Morgan: Great doctors here. Everyone is always really nice and happy to help!
Mary Gardner: The RUDEST front desk people, could not even ask a question. Told to fill out paperwork and sit down. Only to find out I was in wrong place. I like the Drs. at ortho indy but at this clinic the front desk people should have to take training on common Courtesy. Pandemic or not they give new meaning to the word Rude!!!
