I needed them done by a certain date and they made sure to get it to me well in advance. They explained everything that they were going to do and were very knowledgeable.

Andrew Hall: Absolutely amazing frame shop. Took seven vintage posters that were not in great shape to be mounted and framed. Their mounting was spot on and perfect. We discussed framing options and they recommended the lesser expensive of two types, even though I was perfectly happy to pay a little more for a great frame. Finished product is, in a word, AMAZING. They took some beat up old posters and made them look fantastic. Can't recommend them highly enough. Gathering more work to be framed right away. Thanks so much, guys. Excellent job.

Mark Rhodes: I have been coming to this store since 1984. I have bought 47 frames/pictures totally some 4.000.00. I brought the very first item I ever purchased from this store, a framed King Tut poster from the 1977 U.S. tour. The print was mounted to a hard backing and did not come with any glass/plexiglass. After 37 years I decided to add plexiglass. First the cost, 87.00 seemed a bit high but my loyalty to this store made it ok. I was then told that for them to put the plexiglass in and place put eight support clips would be an additional 70.00. This is how this store has decided to treat their loyal customers. What was once a great store, providing a great do-it-yourself framing experience, has now just become a money making business. What made this worse is that the store manager, someone who I have dealt with for most of my 35 years coming to this just establishment, did nothing!!! Shame on you. Once again, we do not need to make American Great Again, we just NEED TO MAKE AMERICANS WHAT THEY USED TO BE!!!

Steven Serpe: Had a great experience with Mara! I had gotten an autographed jersey from my favorite player while attending a game and wanted it to look great. Mara and Tony were willing to talk about how it was going to work. Since the player signed the jersey in the front they had to get creative on putting the name somewhere and did not disappoint.Only negative was how long it took but more than worth it. She did follow up and explained what she was having trouble with and it turned out great! Very happy and love the outcome. Highly recommend bringing whatever you need here!
