Fountain Square Clay Center: what do users think?
Waddell Hamer: I love this place! Hasn't changed much, and that's why I love it! It's not the place, it's the community within the place that makes it special.
madison: Love taking my classes here. The instructors are great and you can learn a lot
cassandra jenkins: Fun classes with great instructors. Love the open studio time too... Great atmosphere.
Rachel Hill Fletcher: Took a Thirsty Thursday hand building pottery class with Kenny and had a blast. I love how my stein turned out!
deanna musgrove: My friends and I took a beginner class this September and absolutely loved it. Our instructor, Rodney Black, was very informative and a lot of fun to learn from. I look forward to taking more classes in the future 😊
Adam Caldwell: Just amazing everything was amazing such skill love everyone there
Jeremy Tuterow: Wonderful space. Great classes as well.
Daniel Taskey: First time and we had a great time. Thanks Darrin for teaching us how us the wheels and make anything we could think of.
John R. Peters Jr.: Absolutely love this place.
Neha Patel: Went there for a One night class, 4 years ago. Now I go weekly.
Jeremy spiers: Took a 2 hour class teacher was good class was fun made cups on rotary table
Renee Harness: Great community of artists, including beginners and professionals. Classes are taught by a large number of knowledgable instructors. I tried a different instructor recently and I've learned so much from a different perspective and practice!
Malcolm Smith: Amazing hip and happening get down here and have a blast with art, food and great people.
Amber Striegel: The facility, instructors, and community here are amazing. I have taken three classes so far, and plan to go back for more. Clay, glaze and kiln time are included if you’re enrolled in a class, so it’s a great value. Plus, the open hours are great to hone in on the skills you’ve learned in class, and meet potters from other classes. There is always someone or some piece of art to provide inspiration. If you’re on the fence, give it a try. You won’t regret it!
Shamus Driver: Private lesson with Chris was amazing. He really took his time with explanation and technique. He offered to help or correct, but mainly let us loose on the clay. It was fun to make mistakes and have fun. We will be back.
Ashley F: My boyfriend took me for my birthday and it was a lot of fun. The instructor was helpful and upbeat. Would definitely go again.
Hannah Banana: Took a beginners night class for my friends birthday party and it was so much fun! They provide you will several balls of clay, they one on one instruct you on some basic techniques and it's very easy going and fun. The clay splatters more that I realized lol so pro tip would be to wear older shoes but mine wiped off just fine. Definitely recommend this place, we had a blast and everyone in the class, including the instructor, had on masks so that's always a win.
Jessie Browne-Michaels: Friendly, talented artists and a cozy space.
Pat H.: Great play to purchase local clay goods. Also hosts classes and special events, deff worth a visit.
Kelly Glass: Our son bought eight of us in the family a two hour class. It was a blast and learned quickly from Chris our instructor about clay and how to make three items. He was very patient with the whole group and helped when needed and gave complements. Thanks for being great. Will return.
Marvin Coombs: Crazy amount of fun here! Highly recommend this!

Pottery By You: what do users think?
E Nancy Dunlap: Had a good time with the Veteran group.
Madelyn Brubaker: The vibe is awesome. The workers, however, are my favorite part. They are kind to customers and each other, and they made me feel supported while I was painting pottery. I'm putting in a pic of the bathroom because it was so rad.
Elena granger: The workers were much fun and they had drinks avaliable. Had a blast.
James Dean: We decided to surprise our son during Spring Break and took a trip to Indy just to give Pottery By You a try. He loved the experience! The staff was super friendly, and even though they had quite a few guests due to Spring Break, they made sure every guest was taken care of and having a good time. They offer so many options, from painting, to sign making, to glass mosaic, and even candle making! Prices were very reasonable and the experience definitely left a lasting impression on our young artist.
Marla Rosenwinkel: The best pottery experience! Even when super busy, never felt neglected by staff
Denise Laverty: Great store with pleasant employees! Prices were a bit higher than expected though.
S. K. Bigler: This was a great time & a great place to scratch that artsy itch. They've got a great novice friendly setup & process. Prices are up front & clearly posted. Just pick your pottery & your colors & go for it. Did this to celebrate my daughter's birthday & it was a great time for all.
Manjit Trehan: A great place to visit in Indy. Whether you go as a family, group of friends or just with your shadow (hopefully sunny enough for that!). Making gifts? Christmas Ornaments? Glass, Bisque, Wood, etc...? Expert advice is always available, yet, you can work independently to explore your creative side. I found the ability to just walk-in, without an appointment, to be a big plus. Sometimes, you don't know how creative you are feeling until the last minute. First time, I went after lunch, but food/drinks are very reasonably priced. The whole experience and friendly environment is well-worth the half-hour drive for me...Five-and-a-half-stars!!
Crazy_Sloth: Fun experience. Come over and do something
Nina Thompson: I don’t normally write reviews, but this place deserves one. I went in wednesday night for the time and I loved it! This place is so fun, and the staff was a blast. Rob, Liz and Mariana were all super helpful and friendly. Such a great environment. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to have a good time. Fun for all ages!!!
K. Moore-Simpson: Will come back
Heidi Sexson: We love Pottery By You! We hosted a birthday party for our 9 year old and everyone had so much fun. The staff member leading our party, Lucille, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was GREAT with the kids. 10/10 would recommend PBY for any day, but especially for special events.
Rhonda Levin: Favorite hiding place to be creative. Quite a variety of things to try and do. Helpful staff.
Emily Rubash: Sooo helpful and accommodating when trying to plan my sisters bachelorette party!
Julie Daniels: Had a girl's night with an organization of mine in a private room and we had a blast! Who knew that they have wooden signs you can paint in addition to the pottery? There were tons of options and the resident artists made the process fun and easy. They also made the results perfect (apparently the wood is very forgiving). I will definitely go back!
Monica Glenn: I enjoy this place. They were crazy busy on Saturday but we're still willing to accommodate us with a table in their party section. The business made it hard to move around the shop but the employees friendliness and the over all environment makes us want to stay. A couple employees did mention during the week days they are far less busy which is when my husband and I first visited the shop. I would highly suggest going during the week if you're able. This place will continue to receive our business
Nick Follett: Staff is professional and friendly. Studio is very clean and organized. Prices are great! Owner is extremely knowledgeable, hands on, and helpful.
Ally Bright: We had so much fun at Pottery by you today! The workers Rob, Liz, and Lucille were all so kind and helpful! We laughed a lot, the music was awesome, and we all created beautiful pottery works that we are excited to use in our homes. It was fun painting and Liz gave us so many helpful tips and worked with us to make sure our pieces were perfect! We can’t wait to take them home!
Tammy Lundy: Took my 12 year old nieces for part of our girls day and we had a lot of fun. We will be back. They have a great selection of pottery, wood, candles, and glass.
Amber M: Had an amazing time! So many cool activities at one location! Can't wait to go back!
Priyanka Akella: Such an amazing concept…i went with my friends who are out of town…and we spent hours painting our cutest pottery mushroom huts…. It’s literally a stress reliever to be in here additionally they have so much more to do than just painting the pottery, they have candle making, wooden sign making and glass section… if your looking for some fun art projects and some stress relief this is the go to place

Brickyard, Ceramic & Crafts: what do users think?
cassandra jenkins: I was very impressed with the large variety of tools, glazed and supplies. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Sharon White: Always a great place to shop! Thank you for all your help. They always meet our expitations. We like to purchase our china painting powders here. Seeing and talking to people face to face is so nice. We don't have to order off the internet and guess on the colors.
Linda Motley: Picked up 25# box of airclay today, haven't tried it yet. Good price!!! I don't use it for ceramics, I use it in molds, then air dry it, chalk paint it, they said to let it dry before painting, that's a difference in what I was using before, its white, doesn't stick to hands, where this clay is very moist. I hope after drying there won't be alot of cracking! Will see how it does...
Krista Carlile: There was only one associate working and it was pretty busy and I needed some help but ultimately found what I was looking for because they have just about everything.
Madison Young: Kind and knowledgeable staff
Lily Siu: Helpful, friendly staff. Lots of good advice. stock still low. plan/order ahead.
Waddell Hamer: I love this place!
Jace Hilbert (Pretty Boi): They're super friendly and knowledgeable
Deborah Tackett: First experience here was in 1965, when it was located in Speedway - my first school field trip. I drive 660 miles and stock up on product. High quality, fair prices and staff incredibly knowledgeable. They have helped me troubleshoot problems. Highly recommend!!!
Russ Farlow: Easy place to shop for supplies without the shipping charges. Generally has everything that's in the Amaco catalogue.
Bridget C Ford: I make at home and love to finish them at the Brickyard ,if you want me to make you one massage me.,Thank you.
Lady K: Super informative, excellent selection, reasonable prices for any of your pottery needs. Some things are out of stock but they can order anything you need.
Rob Laux: Staff are both very friendly knowledgeable.
Addie Robinson: Pottery priced at very nice price
Jennifer Beckman: Very responsive with online quotes for an order for my ceramic classroom. Order was ready when promised, on a pallet, and loaded in my SUV by very friendly employee.
Kathaleen Snoeberger: The young man who waited on me was very helpful and knowlegable. He's helped me in the past when I've had questions. Great staff, love the products.
Lyndsey Wolfe: Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'm just getting back into pottery after having taken it as a class in high school several years ago and I had many questions, but Bryce was very patient and answered all my questions. I live a couple hours away but I'm definitely going to keep coming back for supplies and to learn. I'm so glad this shop is a nearby resource, I feel less wary about getting into pottery on my own now.
Phil Cam: Nice staff lots of inventory
L. Merkel: Fun store with friendly staff! I wish things were more clearly priced.
Me: Great source for clays, slips, glazes, classes, and much more!

Heidi Pozsgai: Great fun, many options and very kid friendly.
Anne Strange: I have done pottery and glass fusion at Kiln Creations. I love this place! They are so patient and helpful! They are very thorough in explaining the process, but leave you to your own to create whatever! However, if you need help, there they are! I can't wait to go back!
Andrea Groves: Easy, fun, kind staff. Lots of options in paint, items to paint, and designs. Perfect adventure or our 8 year old.
Kinsey Collins: Given the option, this is always my oldest daughter’s first place to go for a special mommy-daughter date. The options for paint-your-own pottery are always changing and diverse. It never feels crowded and we never feel rushed, despite how long my daughter takes to paint her newest masterpiece. We look forward to going back soon!
Sarah DePoy: We love it!! Everyone is always so helpful and my kids have a blast!! Thank you!!
Holly Reyome: So fun!
Adam: I had a great time at Kiln Creations in Broad Ripple. There's a large selection of pieces to paint. And there's glass making too!

Zoe Sego: Very calm environment. I could sit there for hours. Employee was very helpful & polite
Elisa: My daughter loves going to half baked. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Tolga Ercan: Nice little house for pottery painting with cozy rooms to paint around 4 person tables. They also have glass fusing thought did not try that out. The pottery selection is smaller than some other places I have been and the prices are a bit high. A lot of the items are $15 or higher most things at or above $20. Not many sub-15 items to choose from so if you want a cheap activity with kids, you might be disappointed. Color selection is good, including some sparkly glazes.
Rebecca Johnston: Special order Christmas tree. Place was great. Easy to do and fun evening out with my husband . Now we have a great memory to enjoy for many years to come.
