Just Jen: Wonderful people, not judgemental at ALL. I strongly suggest getting your test done here as they are super professional and give you so much information. They told me how to apply for pregnancy Medicaid and that Medicaid is completely free if you're pregnant. If I had not known this. I would likely have gone to a free clinic during my pregnancy where they don't test your hormone levels to make sure you and baby are okay. Without these people, I would likely have lost my beautiful baby girl in miscarriage due to a hormonal disorder I have. Thank you so much!

Monique Johnson: Avoid this place at ALL cost. I came here for a pregnancy test and was heavily judged for my race, age, AND Religion. I was harassed for being unwed and told multiple times to accept Jesus in my heart. Not professional in the slightest. She even ended our visit with a prayer. Don't go they will make you feel like crap just go to planned parenthood where they don't pry into your personal life.

brittany williams: I took my best friend here today . She was extremely nervous and not sure if she wanted to go through w the pregnancy or not . They would not let me go back w her until her results came back . Once she got her results they let me come in . My best friend was a complete crying mess ! I came in to comfort her and the woman immediately started in on the facts that she is 5 wks and 3 days pregnant and they baby has a heart beat and a brain . She went further on to say “I’m going to read 2 more weeks into your pregnancy” the whole time my best friend is cry her eyes out . I gave the woman a chance to stop and ask if she was okay or even offer her a tissue . Once I seen there was no compassion is stopped her and asked her if it would be okay if she could just take all the paperwork home and read over it herself and make a clear decision, bc she was CLEARLY overwhelmed . She told me “this is the reason we don’t let people come back w the patients” she did eventually agree to allow her to read over the paperwork alone . Before we left she asked if she could pray w us and we said yes . Her whole prayer she was praying the God would comfort her and her understand that he supplies all of our needs even babies that are unplanned ! This woman was completely rude and had ABSOLUTELY NO compassion . She tried to push the pregnancy on my friend and that is no okay . You just never know what people are going through

They will not provide accurate medical info regarding all pregnancy choices, they will try to push you to continue a pregnancy even if that isn't the choice that might be best for you. If you are looking for the abortion clinic, this is NOT it - stay awayEdit: from their own reply, they say they do not even refer for abortion services. They will only help you if you want to continue a pregnancy. That tells you everything you need to know. If you are considering abortion at all, do not come here. Their own policy is that they won't even give you a simple phone number if you want to learn more or look into abortion - do you really think they are handing out accurate information on it? Abortion is simple, safe (safer than childbirth), and normal. Don't let these people lie to you

Christy Green: They are very compassionate and care very much about women. They offer free services and help with getting stuff like maternity clothes, infant clothes and items, diapers, wipes, and some toddler clothes. They also give information on where to go for community services.

Amber P: I went here to have a pregnancy test done. They ask a lot of questions but the woman that gave me the test was very nice. The thing is when you go here, they make you do the test yourself. Which I found a bit odd. But other than that, it was great to be greeted by caring staff and volunteers! Thank you!

dave baise: I don’t know where to begin w this place, 5 stars absolutely fantastic place. A true gem for the community! The fact they offer free ultrasounds and pregnancy tests is already a HUGE deal but on top of that they have parenting classes and every class attended(in person and virtual)you get 1 coupon (2 if both parents attend) coupons that can be spent in their baby store and they have LOTS of stuff that doesn’t cost unrealistic coupons. (I seen Packages of diapers for 1 coupon) they can help on SO MANY different aspects so definitely give them a look over and keep them in mind.

Mackenzie Brown: The only place that I was able to come into when I first found out I was pregnant! I didn’t have insurance, no money, and they took great care of me. Set me up with EVERY resource you can think of. Put me in contact with all the right people. And the sweet lady who helped me during my visit even went out of her way one evening to message my personal number just to make sure I was doing okay! This is one of those places that you’ll always remember. Truly a blessing & they deserve ALL the recognition! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10

My favorite thing is the educational classes that they offer. The classes are very informative and you are able to gain coupons from them and use in the baby shop. Every person I came into contact with was genuinely so nice and showed they cared! Just the difference in this care center compared to some doctor offices is mind blowing! They are super helpful and give you opportunities for free items like high chairs, diapers, plenty of clothes, cribs, car seats and anything else you could think of! On top of the free services they provide! If you can get there, you won’t regret it! I live an hour away and would rather go here than any building/OB closer to home! I knew based off the phone call to schedule my appointment that this place would be amazing and they did not let me down!

Chelsea Thomas: People seem to forget that Planned Parenthood is one of the ONLY options for affordable women's healthcare. They are also trying to operate in a state that actively does not want to let them treat women, and makes it incredibly difficult for them to do so. So it may take a minute to be seen, I personally experienced very few delays, but they're doing the best they can with the volume of patients they see.I cannot say enough things about the kindness and respect I was given on a very tough day while I was there; the care was top notch from genuinely concerned doctors and nurses. I was able to receive treatment for multiple issues, and appreciated the follow up a few days later to check in on my mental and physical health.Show a little grace to these people and these offices that are working so hard for us. I would encourage anyone in need of healthcare to go to Planned Parenthood.

Kaylynn Reever: The front desk staff are extremely rude and do not care about the patients. The nurses have no idea what’s going on. They scheduled me for a follow up appointment and the nurse I was with asked her boss right in front of me if that date and time was fine, and she said YES. Today they call me saying I need to come more than a week earlier and that date and time doesn’t work anymore. Keep in mind, I have to travel over a hour and a half. I have to find rides and pay gas money along with paying for the appointment so I need time ahead to know how much I’m going to be spending. Also, my last appointment was scheduled at 3:20 and did not get to see or talk to anyone until 5pm, just sitting in the waiting room. The clinic says it closes at 4pm??? Don’t recommend coming here at all. I tried to reschedule my appointment before and no one ever answers the phone, probably because the front desk staff are too busy giggling and making fun of patients back there. There’s no visible bathroom to the people in the waiting room so if you guys are going to make us wait over 2 hours, don’t you think there should be a bathroom available?

hannah goheen: On 6/9/2021 I went to Planned Parenthood and was told that I could have blood tests run to see if I had PCOS. Not only have I not received any phone calls after 7-10 business days, but after being reassured two times on the phone that a clinician will reach out (and having paid in full on 6/9/2021), I received an additional bill that a new lab test was run without consultation in my mailbox 7/5/2021, the statement dated for 6/30/2021. Through the patient portal I requested my first medical health record on 7/6/2021, after 24 hours, nothing. I called for a third time on 7/7/2021 appx. 1 pm. During this call I was told I might not receive a clinician call if no health abnormalities were found. I notified the rep about my additional statement and had reason to believe that something must have been found because I was not consulted about additional testing, and after being put on hold, was told that she did not have the training to be able to disclose my chart and that I will be expecting a call. That's fine, but should I expect the call in another month? I have now requested my record for a second time this week today, 7/8/2021.I paid in full for a call back or at the very least obtaining my health records- especially if I'm now being billed for additional testing that I wasn't aware of (update 9/2, they forgot to include it when I was at the office). At this point, it seems that my medical health record is being withheld from me, or possibly even malpractice if I was told I could be tested for PCOS, when I actually could not.I'm not sure if this is a typical situation for patients who go to this location, but the practice appears to be approaching on ethical and legal issues. I look forward to either a response back, or receiving my medical record online.________________________________________Update 9/2: I'm never going back. I did finally get my first round of blood test results via PDF through the patient portal on 7/9/2021- however they notified my step mom through email. I rectified this via email through the patient portal and stated that there was NO reason why ANY of her information should be on my file. I don't even know how it would be attached to my file in the first place, I didn't include it in my paperwork or portal. I received confirmation that her information was removed from my file.I completed the referral for an ultrasound on 7/15/2021. After a month of attempting to call Planned Parenthood and the Imaging center, I finally received answer that the imaging center was having an issue sending the file to PP's cloud. I brought a disk to PP on 8/10/2021 and was told in person "it may or may not be able to be downloaded"- great. I also made sure for a SECOND TIME (in person) that my step mom's information was not in the system as I did not want any further issues. Confirmed.I received the disk back in the mail on 8/18 with no updated phone call.Then I get a VM today, 11:38 am 9/2/2021, "We've been trying to call you about your ultrasound results". I have my phone record history since June so that I wouldn't miss a single phone call on this expensive journey, and here is the first phone call AND voice mail I have received during this ENTIRE process. I'll be honest, I left a nasty VM because this has been nearly a 90 day transaction and $700.I receive a call back at 1:54 pm, and stated that they only have my "mom's phone number in the system and had to get my number from her". Interesting. Every time I checked my portal my # was in there just fine. When I drove an hour up to PP and spoke to an office rep in person my # was just fine. This was by far the worst medical experience I've ever had in my life. This made me feel like a joke. Great news though, my ultrasound blood clots came back fine. I'll to go to a standard OB in the future.
