Kindred Hospital Indianapolis: what do users think?
Barb Foley: I was really pleased with the care I received. Would definitely recommend.
Lori Beach: The experience I had with the nursing team was amazing, they were friendly, we shared laughs and they explained the process and also answered questions as much as they could. My daughters physical condition was pretty serious when she was admitted but she improved tremendously in the few weeks she was here, I compliment the physical therapy, the staff, those who kept her engaged and encouraged and those who opened the do and welcomed her into this facility. Thank you I’m so grateful!
Gary Printy: On behalf of my Wife: Marianne Printy and myself: Gary Printy, I want to sincerely express my thanks for the care that your organization provided for Marianne. This journey Marianne was on started November 18, 2022 and has not concluded at the time of this letter; however, I am confident that she will join her family back home soon. I am a very rich man with her and I feared that I would lose her and needless to say, I was living on the edge.Kindred delivering quality patient care1. Show respect.2. Involve patients' family members and friends.3. Coordinate patient care with other providers.4. Provide emotional support.5. Engage patients in their care plan.6. Address your patients' physical needs.I am thanking some wonderful people:Involve patients' family members and friends – Jennifer and Shantel: Several times during Marianne’s care they would stop their busy day to make time for conversations. It could be answering questions, calming and reducing fear, a friend and advocate.Caring – Dajia, Tonica, Tangie, Brandon, and Margerett: They certainly do not have an easy job and seem to always be there when Marianne needed them. They truly demonstrated patients first as no task was too hard or complicated when it came to Marianne’s care. It is a humbling experience being a patient, bed bound, not able to care for oneself yet these four truly maintained Marianne’s dignity and self-wealth.Deliver compassionate care – Cory, Amy C., Stephanie, Michelle, Rochelle, Rachel, Chris, and Gabby: This is where the rubber hit the road. Putting Marianne first, their commitment to excellence and group collaboration amongst them meant that Marianne was always in caring hands. In the beginning of Marianne’s hospital stay her health was riddled with complications, from high sugars, headaches from dialysis and blood pressure. Working as a team, amongst themselves, Marianne was always attended to with the highest care and physical needs.Coordinate patient care, emotional support, challenge and respect – Anna, Tracy, Sonal and Ally: Physical and Occupational Therapy was able to move the world in Marianne’s health. She was scared that she would never walk again or have the physical strength to get out of bed. A real fear. They challenged Marianne with task and celebrated each accomplishment; big or small. They understood the importance of providing emotional support to reduce the fears of the what ifs.Caring, Communicating, and Competence – David, Cara, and Linda: Leadership on the floor. Always with respect and gratitude they enable access to care by involving patients’ family members and coordinating patient care with others. They simply win.One other person I would like to give a shout out to: Ms. Bernaditte She seemed to make a harbor that I could de-stress.I am sure that I have missed people and for that I want to apologize; but I wanted to mention as many by names that came to myself or my wife’s mind. Thank you… Thank you all.
GARY COPRA: So you're admitting your not a Hospital??? Your only a short term rehabilitation center which is short for nursing home. Is that correct????? You need to lose your license with the State of Indiana and I'm gonna take my last breathe doing just that. Because your facility killed my sister. And I'm gonna prove just that due to your negligence and poor staff care. The only time she was given hygiene care is when my sister would come to visit then your staff would say step outside so you could bath her no matter what time it was. Let's get to the Truth not just what you say your staff didn't do what was the reason to administer narcan???
Reginal Williams: This was a awesome stay at Kindred, wasTreated with a lot of respect & love. Big thanks to Shannon,Kristy,Carmen,Tangie, Brandon, Shantel,Gerri, Michelle & all the staff. For going above & beyond for me at Kindred. Thanks A Million,Reginal Williams
Angela Pizano: I love my recent stay at kindred. I would recommend any friends or family to this place. Thank you to all the nurses that took care of me.
Sherry Tribett: The staff is fantastic thank you so much 💗💗💗💗
Annette Gross: My husband Jeff has been here since September 2, 2022 and has received great care, not just him but myself and my family. Would definitely recommend them.
Adam Kemmerer: I came to Kindred after undergoing a heart procedure in early August 2022. I have been in other facilities for rehabilitation for this particular heart issue over the past 18 months, and my experience at Kindred was drastically better in almost every conceivable way. My treatment consisted only of IV antibiotics and physical therapy to increase my cardiovascular endurance, but all of my nurses and CNA's were extremely attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable even though they were caring for other patients whose treatment was a higher level of priority, medically speaking. I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration throughout my stay, as every Kindred employee regardless of position consistently asked how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. My treatment during my stay wasn't unique as I observed other patients in the surrounding rooms, all of whom had more serious medical ailments than myself, being treated in the same manner that I had. Can't say enough good things about Kindred and it's employees.
Indy Muscle: After surgery on August 15 at Saint Francis hospital and a weeklong recovery I was moved to Kindred North Hospital solely for the care of my wound. I have been here for three weeks and have had the best of care. The recommendations that I received before coming were all outstanding for the wound care at this facility. It turns out that the recommendations were all on the money. The wound care specialist, Michelle and Heather, are outstanding. Fun, professional, encouraging, gentle, they make every effort to be available when needed. This is definitely a five star wound care facility.
Judy Cooper: Fantastic facility the staff here has helped me a great bit. I am really excited to be going home. Would definitely recommend.
Jim Berlier: Outstanding patient advocate. Great facility and staff.
timothey roberts: Very wonderful facility with great staff!!!
dave harden: My wife was admitted to Kindred. It has been the best experience we've ever had with any hospital. The nurses and doctors are amazing. I would highly recommend this hospital. The speech, pt and ot therapist are wonderful. So thankful we chose this place until we were discharged. The case manager which is an RN wearing a doctors white jacket. Said she would supply transportation to the next facility. She hired an ambulance service which my insurance does NOT cover. Now I'm stuck with a HUGE ambulance bill. Thank you KINDRED for hiring such lame administrative assistants.
Lorri VonDielingen: I was a patient here from June 30, 2022 to July 25, 2022, and was treated with respect from day one. Everyone was super nice to me. The PT & OT Dept would push me a little bit harder each day so I could get better. The Nurses, CNAs, and Drs. took great care of me and they would listen tto me when I had a concern.. I would recommend Kindred for your needs as wellto me
Rod Lambert: I had a fantastic time with Kendrick Hospital and I recommend Kendrick Hospital for your care and needs. They are excellent on wound care and patients with tracks and the food is good
Anthony Smith: A year ago today my mother was admitted to Kindred long-term care hospital from another hospital. I'm so thankful for Kindred accepting my mother to their hospital and giving my mom a chance to recover, instead of allowing her to go straight to a nursing home from another hospital. She was clearly not ready. The time at Kindred was needed for my mom to get better before going to a nursing home. My mother had a lot of trauma, but she was able to get better. My mom was able to come home for a short time and my family took care of her before she passed away. Kindred staff listened to my family, and we worked as a team for my mom to be able to have the best recovery she could have, and I'm so thankful for that. My mom was able to spend some time with us and talk with us everyday while we took care of her at home before she passed away. I just can not thank the staff and case worker enough for giving my mom the time she needed last year. Our family really appreciated it. Thank you!
Anna Helton: I had a wonderful experience with all the staff !!! They was wonderful!! Especially Anna she went above and beyond with surprising me with a visit from my granddaughters that made my day for sure !!!
Jason Wentz: I have many friends and colleagues in the medical profession, so I am reluctant to say anything negative about my fellow health care workers. However, my best friend was sent here from Eskenazi after being in a coma due to a serious car wreck. After nearly a month, she finally came out of the coma, but certain staff here made a point to tell her family that she would not get any better, that she was basically brain dead and that we would have to begin to let her go. By the grace of God, she has recovered, but since waking up and speaking and breathing on her own, she was still having trouble with the staff (especially night shift) not helping her. She called repeatedly for hours one night because she was cold and no one would bring her a blanket. She eventually attempted to reach one herself and she fell to the floor in doing so. Another incident occurred because she needed to use the bathroom and no one would come to assist. It certainly seems like they send people to Kindred to die, and that the staff are not intent on helping with the needs of the patients, perhaps because they are understaffed, or because they have steeled themselves having seen so much suffering and death. Either way, I recommend advocating for your loved ones to be sent somewhere else besides Kindred!
Charissa Matthews: Truly wonderful care, far exceeding our expectations! All of the Kindred team really cares for their patients and wants the best for them, doing all they can to make them comfortable and make their stay as well as it can be.
Donna Harris: Kindred in Northwest Indiana Saint Margaret’s what’s the worst facility in caretakers and administration I have ever experienced in my life they are directly responsible for my mothers death and they tried to cover it up at all possible stay away from kindred they euthanize people. I am more than happy that they shut it down God answered my prayers.

Ascension St. Vincent Hospital - Indianapolis: what do users think?
Robert Duerlinger: I thought the care at St. Vincent hospital was excellant. Very helpful nurses& Caring Doctors. And the food was awsome.
Daniel Richmond: Nursing staff is tremendous. The doctors were a mixed bag like most places. They struggled to admit us and we had to spend the night in the ER hallway, but once we were admitted it went well. The food was good, but they always forgot items on our trays literally every single meal for the week we were there.
Mark Patterson: My wife had a scheduled surgery on March 6th at the Carmel St V. The surgeon was great. No complaints. The rest of her hospital stay was a nightmare. Food was horrible. Only a couple of her nurses cared at all. The first Hopitalist was supposed to see her that night, we were told, but he never showed. On top of that he canceled all her meds! And with out explanation. The second day the second Hospitalist did show up but was very flippant and cavalier about her meds. The wife surgeon was beside himself with his concern for her. When she was finally able to go home the staff released her and left the IV still in her arm... I could go on but to what purpose. We will never go back to St V Carmel again. And we are considering changing our future hospital needs to Community Hospitals.
Sam Kerro: Was treated by nursing staff and all doctors with respect and concern…..except for 1 doctor who I felt didn’t have a great bedside manner and seemed not to care about what he was telling you.
john whitehead: The care there at St Vincent was very good from the food servers to housekeeping nurses I only had one nurse that was late constantly on getting my pain meds but overall my nurses were really good surgeons everyone was wonderful thank you
Chris Kriete: My daughter was born 7 weeks early. She had to go to St Vincent since she couldn't breath on her own. The NICU and NCC are AMAZING! The drs and nurses were wonderful. Im so thankful for this place!
Maureen Miller: I had amazing care after having major abdominal surgery thank you
Julia Zirkle: Everyone is so pleasant.
Alberta Weah: If zero was an option, I'd use it. The billing department for pediatrics, GI and hospital has NO clue how to bill insurance. My family is double insured (private) We still receive bills with insurance not being billed. I've called over and over still the same. Anthem is frustrated with you as well. St. Vincent aka Ascension
Jessica Anderson: I have to say about this hospital, great doctors and surgeons worked on my dad yesterday did a great job on my dad but there’s a little bit of a drawback: the waiting room where me and my family stayed for my dad’s surgery was fine but the lady that took my brother and mom back to see my dad was very rude to me and my husband and the operator was very rude to hang up on me was rude as well. It would be nice if the people there would be more considerate and kind. This hospital is luckily I didn’t give a one star because they need to be considerate of patients family’s as well.
Sean Whaley: Left me for hours in the ER with an empty fluid bag and no call light. After I called the hospital to tell them, I could hear the nurses outside of my room making fun of me. Had a great experience here earlier this year but now this place is just toxic trash. Stay away. There's other hospitals.
Lori Hartley: I don't have a problem with the hospital overall but when I have to call 4 times and no one answers the phone on the main line, is ridiculous. ICU staff was awesome, they did a good job of taking care of my husband
Melanie: Went to see my primary, Dr. Bleeke. Bleeke is by far the best doctor I have ever had and now they are closing the office he works at. I can’t begin to tell you how incredibly disappointed we are by this. We will be following him to his new practice and will no longer be working with Ascension. It’s disheartening that Ascension seems to care more about profits than their patients.
Bree Katz: I used to love this hospital, but after 2 very serious missed diagnoses (1 ending in a very unwanted hysterectomy after my only child) I wouldn't go there if I was on my deathbed and in their parking lot. My most recent nightmare was to the Emergency Department where I was met with an astonishing amount of incompetence. The department was absolutely overwhelmed and understaffed so the few good employees were visibly exhausted. I will say my nurse, Danielle, was a lovely human and truly cared about her work. The PA, Jeff, was the opposite. His bedside manor was terrible and though I was in a bay for 4 hours, the entire experience felt rushed and unprofessional. He finally came back saying I was fine and needed to drink more water. I was given 1 bag of saline and some ibuprofen during my stay. When I felt even worse 2 days later I scheduled an appointment with my PCP to get a refill for my inhaler and was diagnosed with walking pneumonia and a sinus infection. PLEASE do not take your loved ones to St. Vincent-they hide behind the façade of a loving and religious organization when they are anything but that.
Barry Gose: I had a very unpleasant experience- I cannot recommend.
Gluten Tactic: Spent 6 hours in the ER to still not be seen by a Doctor after being told multiple times that I was "next" on the list. I finally got fed up with waiting and left without treatment.
Crystal Russell: I will give credit to the few good nurses and doctors that work here. There has been some, definitely not all though. Most of them are too concerned with paperwork to answer a call light. Even when you go to them and ask for assistance in person, they tell you to wait. We have met more mediocre than good. The facility it's self is awful. Waiting areas look like they haven't been swept in a week. The bathrooms are so nasty, I feel like I need a shower after using one. They apparently have plumbing issues. You're lucky to find a bathroom that works right and doesn't smell like someone peed all over the floor. Second room we were put into felt like it was 80 degrees. No one knew why. My sick family member woke up saying they were having a heat stroke. My family member was to not use straws per doctor orders. Yet every time the nurse gave them a drink, there was a straw in it. Thankfully, we never left her side and was able to intervene. We were sent to a different room a third time. This one actually had a shower. The shower had no light and the water barely got warm. The floor was absolutely disgusting! There was dirt all over it, along with someone else's hair.I would never choose this hospital to care for myself or a family member. This contact number they give for you to call with care issues is complete BS! All they do is give you another number to call and that number never answers or calls back.
Theresa McMiller: Helpful and professional staff.
Sherrae Henderson: I absolutely love Peyton manning children's hospital. The nurses are always so nice and willing to do what they need to do. The nursing students are amazing for helping keep babies occupied while parents aren't able to be there they step in and help. They always make sure they have a diagnosis and that you are on the right track to getting better and going home.
Sara Stewart: I have always received great care at Ascension St. Vincent’s.
Storm Garrison: Great hospital, but when you call, they have no answers.

Franciscan Health Indianapolis: what do users think?
Lasi Jan: The nurse were not helpful. They’re working is too slow.
N/A: I have had some good and some bad experiences, but specifically wanted to make it known that Francy, an ER PA, went above and beyond for me and did not dismiss any of what I was experiencing and took me seriously and was a good listener. I am not used to that and I really appreciated how she handled my situation.
Alexis Campbell: I would put no stars if I could! I was in there with my daughter that had a 107 fever and I was in the waiting room for over 3 hours and I felt my daughters head and it was way hotter so I asked the cna behind the front desk if she could take her temperature and she told me “I have 100 more important things to worry about”
Vanessa Hernandez: Honestly this is the worst hospital to bring anyone that is injured. Have been here for over 2 1/2 hours, And they have yet to do anything. Honestly don't come here unless you have a minor headache.
Shannon Lee: If I could I would give zero stars. If you care about your health don’t go here because they sure don’t! A joke for a hospital. Rude doctors, rude nurses. 👎👎👎
Robert Roberson: After having multiple seizures since Sunday, I went to the ER under doctor orders. I woke up yesterday with my tongue and my mouth numb like I had been to the dentist. While I’m the ER I notified the staff about the numbness and the swelling I felt in the right side of my face. The doctor just swept it under the rug. The whole 5 hours I was there, the only test they ran was blood work. Gave me 2 doses of Valium and a dose of my seizure meds. Didn’t run any scans or do anything about the numbness and swelling I told them. After i got home it started getting worse to the point I was ready to go back, but didn’t. When I woke up this morning I called the neurologist and they got me in. Turns out I have Bell’s palsy. The doctor was upset because she said it mimics a stroke and the ER doctor did nothing. Thankfully, it wasn’t. So now we get to deal with this. My face is drooping, my eye won’t blink and I feel like I have an ice pick going into the side of my head.
Timeka Brown: Literally one of the worst hospitals ever. From the desk being very unwelcoming to the entire nursing staff. Horrible!
Fernando Rodriguez (guero): Worst place ever..
Shawn K: My mom sat in Er for 7 hours with COVID. The doctor ordered an IV called Paxlovid. Different nurses and the doctor came in on 1 hour intervals asking if she had received the IV yet? No was the answer every time. At the seventh hour, another nurse enters her room and tells her she’s being discharged because her original PCP put in an oral COVID medication at CVS that she hasn’t even picked up yet. The nurse told my mother she didn’t qualify for the IV now since what her original PCP had prescribed her something else. She sat there for 7 hours and nothing was done. She was to exhausted to worry about CVS at 1am and drank some water and went home. This ER is a joke! The staff never communicated to the doctor who ordered the IV and again, say there for 7 hours. The Patient Advocate and leadership need to investigate and change their SOP’s so this doesn’t happen to future patients. I thought Franciscan Healthcare ER was a good place for immediate care but I would seek another place if possible. This is the second time a family member has received poor care here.
Celeste H: THE WORST!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars
Daniel Mitchell: What a horrible place! You can’t blame disorganized, careless and disrespectful treatment of patients on short staffing or other issues. This place at its core has a culture issue when it comes to care of patients. Especially minorities.
Amanda Aldridge: I will never recommend any one come in this hospital! The nurses were not very helpful .I was in pain and crying due to my medical condition.Asked for help to couple nurses my own and couple others and totally ignored me.Stuck me in there waiting area didn't check on me or come back and help me.The saddest hospital!I'm glad I wasn't the only to complain they treated an elderly man next to me just as bad.Not a place I would
Dallas Cole: The hospital rooms are dirty. The was trash all over the floor. Very unprofessional nursing staff. They keep making excuses that they can't control what their own staff does. Lisa was yelling at my family and the other nurse was rude because they didn't agree with our own treatment decisions. I watched 3 police officers walking around without masks and 4 nurses sitting at the nurses station without masks, but then they hassled a guy in the waiting area about his mask and made him walk outside via one of those cops who then suddenly had a mask on.
teachU rite: They will keep you waiting for 8 hours in a recliner chair without care or consideration.. And charge you for services without ever seeing an actual doctor or even a nurse. My charges for the one visit with no real service was over 10K based on what you tell them you're experiencing and not according to the services actually rendered. Rude very rude "professionals". EXTREMELY POOR EXPERIENCE AND IT'S REALLY SAD.
Indiana Notary Public: Great Staff and Great Care.
Buddy: Emergency room Negligence has diagnosed my daughter wrong sent her home as sick and as she was when she got, now in the hospital with a breathing tube and her kidneys shutting down because of their incompetence.
Yolanda Hensley: my daughter and granddaughter went in to be seen, both are really sick running fevers, the front desk checked my granddaughter in but not my daughter, she again told them that she needed to be seen, they still didnt check her in. when they took them back to the room and looked at my granddaughter and still not my daughter so my daughter called me and i called the front desk to ask why they wouldnt check her in, they said she had to go back to front desk to check in (regardless that she may have covid and take a chance to pass it to the patients in the waiting room. )They then took her back to the room and the person that came in the room stood on the other side of the room while my daughter told her every symptom she is having,(sore throat, ear ache, body ache and temp )she then asked my daughter Do you want a covid test and she told her yes, the nurse gave her a covid test, but didnt touch her ears or took her temp, nor did she look at her throat. very poor service in this pandemic!
Hastpinder Singh: Even not one star they don’t care how much you have pain you suffer I sitting here from last almost 4 hours I’m coming here to see doctor coz they have fever and body pain when I ask to nurse please help me I have fever and pain they don’t care I’m from California here to visit my family and I’m sick they told me you can if you want now I’m leaving after wasting mi 3 hours going to se some of other doctors
Travis Grubb: I got lucky and arrived in front of a 4-5 o'clock rush. The staff, techs, nurses, and doctors were all wonderful, kind, and great at what they did. Such huge hearts and helpful hands. Had a great experience and am very appreciative of the care I received. Thank you!!
Christina Dietz: Worst experience ever!!! Husband arrived screaming in pain, could barely walk, couldn't get comfortable and was ready to vomit everywhere. Waited and waited for a room they didn't have to later find out they never have anything and aren't even accepting ambulances. Front desk staff was rude and more concerned about getting a signature than care. Saw nurses in the back laughing and dancing from the waiting area while my husband screams. Asked a nurse that I could see to have someone come look at him for her to say she would get a triage nurse and never came back! I was told people were ahead of him that had been waiting yet I didn't see anyone else doubled over in pain and screaming in the waiting room. So what is the standard to be seen? I then started yelling that it was unacceptable and was threatened with security. As we left, there were a ton of stares by doctors and medical staff entering the building while I tried to help my husband who could barely walk to the car. Went to Ascension St. Vincent down the road where we received immediate and proper care with a quick IV and pain meds so we could begin an assessment of what was going on. Doctor and front desk staff were amazing! Don't waste your time at St. Franciscan. You might just die waiting while nurses laugh and dance!
Anna Feliciano: So much was wrong. Rude people checking in at the ER front desk. Nurses were so crabby. They initially wanted to give me fentanyl for my pain to which I declined and asked for torodol instead. Who just goes straight to narcotics???? They then pushed me getting a CT scan even after I said I was hesitant because of the cost . They told me CT result was fine and sent me home. I also saw someone below had a similar experience. My nurse was loudly talking about me outside of the door as if I could not hear. I was nervous about the cost of a scan and took some time to decide and I hear her say “well that was a waste of everyone’s time.” Since I am wasting your time go do something other than nursing you clearly don’t care. Floor also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. A worker also initially came into my room and entered the wrong patient’s room!

Community Hospital North: what do users think?
Matt Means: Would never go to this hospital if my life depended on it. Staff are terrible in icu area. Palliative group needs fired and replaced. Not one person cares enough to go the extra mile. If you’re a donor it’s worse. Tried to switch hospitals. They denied it. Didn’t take the best of care of my sibling while she was in the last of her days.
Trevor Overturf (OverturfTruth): The care of our child in the NICU, has been bar none the best!Question: Does community condone its employees YELLING AT THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS, with their phone on speaker in the cafeteria?Seems all the culprits are dressed in dark blue scrubs, (not black scrubs) transportation is always considerate. This goes farther as on the phone they elbow past people waiting to order. These dark blue scrubs are spitting on the demeanor of the service oriented staff in the building.
Sherry Michael: Staffing in PCU are phenomenal with my non verbal, severe autistic son but no family rooms? no shower or consult ares?
Jeremy Collins: They know how to get around your insurance to leave you thousands of dollars in debt. Then when you apply for any sort of financial assistance, they do next to nothing to help you.Apparently as long as they get their money for delivering your baby (and charge a very high rate for that!), they don't care if you are unable to feed said baby afterwards. Baby doesn't eat, not their problem; they just care that they get paid for delivering that baby.Horrible hospital. Never intend to go there again and plan to tell others to do the same.
Lisa Martin: Security was incredibly insensitive and demonstrated absolutely no compassion as I was told that my mother's great grandchildren could not sit in the lobby while her granddaughters, who traveled from 3 different states on Sunday, came to visit her. She was admitted Friday with very little hope, so everyone drove overnight to be by her bedside. After a baby and 4 children spent most of Sunday afternoon in the lobby and we were told that was fine, they just couldn't go beyond the first floor, Monday morning was a very different story. I was told, not their father's that were sitting with me, that all the children had to leave, not because they were not behaving but because they don't allow children anywhere in the hospital. When they approached me, I explained that we were told yesterday it was fine and that all the children had stayed overnight in a hotel with their parents and were traveling home today and had no other place to go while their mothers spent time with their grandmother in ICU. I understand the guard was only the messenger, but he did not approach me and ask any questions about the circumstances. Why would anyone bring 4 children and a baby to a hospital waiting room if the parents had another option. We are happy that all is not dire at this time, but we did not know that when the four granddaughters and I traveled to get here as soon as possible. All families of hospitalized patients deserve empathy, respect, and kindness. Security needs to ask questions first, know their own policies (see the attached photo of the waiting room sign) and lastly receive some sensitivity training. My parents have received exceptional care for decades at Community North Hospital and I know this will not be our last visit here. I would give the care my mother has received a 5-star rating (the ICU staff Joyce, Kaitlyn, Ty, Mary and others are amazing care givers) but this incident because of the level of stress my father and I have been feeling, has tarnished my opinion of the hospital. I pray that security receives the appropriate sensitivity training to treat patients' family members with respect and kindness.
Neil Kale: Fanciest bathrooms I've ever stepped foot in
Dan Charles: Worst cafeteria grill staff I have encountered. No interest in help me, only wanted to talk to other staff about her shift
Ryan Dorfmeyer: My mom has been receiving treatment here for a week now and I am just blown away by the compassion and care she has received from her doctors and nurses all the way to the kitchen staff. This hospital is managed very well. Very clean and organized. Thank you so much for helping my family thru this tough time.
ray peck: We had a family emergency that resulted in us having to rush our teen age daughter to the Community North Emergency Room at about midnight on a Friday night for a perforated peptic ulcer, which can be life threatening if not handled immediately. We were extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled everything. Between midnight and 5am on a Friday Night/Saturday morning, our daughter had excellent care by a team of medical professionals that happened at lightning speed. Multiple phone calls were being made between doctors and surgeons (at 4:15 in the morning!!!), and our daughter ended up being sent by ambulance to another facility where she had emergency surgery at 8:30am, and she is now perfectly fine and heading home today. We were amazed at the professionalism, expertise and calm efficiency of the doctors and staff. They are a well oiled machine.
D H: In December of 2022 I began to have gas & chest pain and went to the ER 2 times. My PCP referred me to a Gastro in the network. The appointment was a month out. I was in so much pain I thought something might have been wrong. I asked if I had any options to get in earlier and was told if I could find someone she would send the referral. I found Dr. Anil Yakhmi at Fishers Digestive Care and she sent the referral. I kept the original referral To Eldred MacDonell because I read Dr. Yakhmi's reviews and they were bad. Dr. Yakhmi was the worst Dr. I've ever been to in my life. He rushed through my appointment and barely listened to anything I was saying. I noticed him rushing out of the office at the same time I was leaving like he was leaving and just rushed through my appointment. He has a Tesla, I saw him speed out of the parking lot. I wasn't comfortable with him and cancelled the Endoscopy that I had to ask him to do because he was so dismissive of my issue. I had the original appointment with Eldred Macdonell Jr booked and they called today to say he cancelled it because I already saw Dr. Yakhmi. They said this was Community North's policy. I was also told MacDonell wouldn't approve a transfer of care because there was nothing more he could do. I pleaded with 2 people at Dr. Macdonell's office and explained that Dr. Yakhmi's assessment wasn't accurate because he didn't listen. I was read what Dr. Yakhmi wrote in his notes and confirmed it was not accurate, yet my whole appointment being cancelled was based on the inaccurate notes. They told me if I wanted to go to someone other than Dr. Yakhmi I would have to go outside of the Community Health Network. I realized the office didn't want to treat me, because that's what I was told. I can't believe Dr. Yakhmi is allowed to practice in the network and I can't believe that in this situation I would be turned away as if I am not a patient experiencing health concerns unless I go back to a doctor that doesn't seem trustworthy. If you want to advocate for your health and be comfortable with the Doctors you see, I don't recommend this network. My father has had an ileostomy for 30 years because a doctor in this network was rushing and missed it. I normally try and post positive reviews but this was just so appalling I had to post. I wrote their Patient Experience team also.
Christine Smith: We couldn’t have had better care in Oncology while staying 5 days at a time for chemo! Thank you 3 rd floor 3200 wing !! Amazing !
Kayla Mccoy: Glad I’m not laying here dying worst emergency department in the city the staff are very rude 😤
Heather Bryan: Spent time in the Emergency Unit. Great, time in the PCU-nice at first, on the second evening some of the staff took the room next to me partied. Ridiculous! Hard to be recovering and not sleep. Will do what I can to stay away
Kate: I’m from NWI but I was down in Indy when I started experiencing extreme pain in abdomen and back and had urine that didn’t smell right and burning when I used the bathroom. They did not prescribe me anything for pain nor antibiotics. I made it home a few days later and was immediately diagnosed with a kidney infection. I asked the staff at this hospital to take my blood since they said they didn’t see anything in my urine. They refused. I could have died. Thanks.
Ben Reed: Crisis team puts you in a room for 14+hrs before even getting to you, could’ve stayed home in a room with same thoughts for a good for nothing care team
Evan Saylor: Worst hospital, do not take your child here!!! We sat in the ER for 3 hrs for 3 different X-rays when the X-ray nurse even states to me the parent why are they x-raying my child’s legs when he clearly had a shoulder or arm injury from his fall. After the second x-ray they “had to be sure” and take another to bill the insurance even more. It doesn’t take 3 tries for a x-ray picture. I was scared some thing went wrong and my son wasn’t moving his arm much. Within the waiting time he started to move his arm. This is senseless as my son has autism and my 1 year old daughter was with me in the ER as well. This hospital only wants your money not to help you or your children. Go to Riley’s children Hospital instead. There nurses and Drs do not know what they are doing or care to. Highly upset to sit in the ER for hours just for pictures. It was about an hour a picture btw. Waste of time and money! I included the name MD Jennifer Mariko Izumi Divine as she would be responsible for the inconsiderable wait. If you have the choice choose another Hospital.
S c: My Doctor tried to kill Me Dr Donato Ciaccia. Guy does not know difference between liver and spleen. Put me in coma for 4 months. This Hospital let me get bed scores lousy skin graft to fix bed scars. Then they ship me to Kendra north Hospital nurse keeps turning off my oxygen laughing watching me fight for air. You tell Hospital what happens they do NOTHING
Mark Petrison: First, I'm about as qualified to give overall hospital ratings as I am to perform open-heart surgery (ie, not at all); so don't take my ⭐ rating seriously. All I'll say here is that the staff at the Gallery main desk were polite and helpful when I stopped by on Christmas Day. Questions asked to operators on the telephone number were also answered quickly and efficiently. 👍🏻The remainder of my post is just a tiny photo-guide, that might help in knowing what to expect once inside the Gallery (eg, after coming in the Main Entrance.)
helena giannangelo: Very professional, caring staff and very efficient.Thank you for all you do.
Leslie Grable: The hospital itself is nice but the check in desk could use a makeover of kinder people. Absolutely no personality or hospitality what so ever. I'm not looking for a friend here but these people should be representing this hospital in a warm welcome. You have loved ones here in a compromised situation, a little kindness goes a long way.
NIna OLeary (Nikki): I had a 3am trip to the ED. The staff and doctor were wonderful. I was treated very well and in a timely manner.

Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital: what do users think?
medianie louis: Très bon soin
Cathy Cobb: Our grandson was a patient there for almost 2 months. He had a life threatening disease in his spine and couldn’t walk. Our hospital IU BALL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL did nothing but send him home with steroids. A week later he was rushed to Eskenazi and got diagnosed and they admitted him and started treatment immediately. He was treated with the upmost respect and the state of the art medical care. Also, the personnel there was very caring and professional. I love ezkanazi. Thank you for everything you did for our grandson. 🙏♥️Cathy Cobb
Rahmah Aledresi: Good hospital
Judy Buckner: Employees very helpful
Maria Chávez Rodriguez: Lo único que puedo opinar es que siempre me han atendido bien con mucha paciencia y empatía “Gracias” Cada quien opina cómo le fue en la feria )) Y a mi me a ido bien.
Zyno Adex: Waiting hours is so ridiculous, went to the emergency with my friend coz her baby was crying and won’t stop, we waited over an hour and left eventually coz the baby won’t stop crying and they won’t help.
Tina Desai Paripati: Went here for my mom’s treatment, which included initial tests, screenings, consultation with the specialist, surgery, follow ups and physical therapy. Everything was very professional & methodical. They were very patient and always answered all our questions. Their online ‘MyChart’ system is also efficient and makes things accessible, like booking appointments, billing, messaging directly to the doctor for a query, insurance coverage and consultation summary. At times there could be some waiting, but all in all ours was a positive experience!
Nee Nee: Do not take a travel assignment in the Cath lab or IR at Sidney and Lois Eskenazi, Indianapilis, IN. Staffing is critically low, youll take 10-15 days of call every month month. if you are a traveler you do not choose your call days and you will be placed on any day or weekend left over. You are micro managed, called into the directors office and berated for things you didnt do, gossip, intimidation, retaliation, the list goes on. They are getting desperate after running staff off, they lie and try to extend you without your consent and somehow want contract workers to give 30 days notice. Beware.Taken from an anonymous poster
Ryan Henry: Dysfunctional would be a generous description of this mess. Why bother making an appointment if they're never going to get to you on time? This dump is barely a step above veterinarian.
Brittany McDaniel: Besides the road construction around here, it's a fairly impressive hospital.
Keisy Rubi Solorzano: Took very good care of me
Wendy Steward: Love the care they give.
Suborna Nath: Stay away from this hospital. I saw one of their PCP for an annual physical exam. They sent me a $400 bill for it. Charged insane amounts for all the services. I wasn’t even sick. They just draw my blood and asked me a a bunch of questions.
morgan bryant: Hospital nice and clean very helpful
Patricia Roberts: I can't even give this hospital one star. I would not send anyone ever to this hospital. The only reason my mother was sent here was that the hospital in Greensburg Indiana did not notify even the POA that they were transferring her to there. Greensburg did not notify any of the family till after they did the transfer. Eskenazi gave my mother pain medicine that she had been taken off of by her new family doctor over 2 months before. They did not give her the correct dose of one of her other medicines. The doctor was told twice in one day of the prescription for her eye medicine. She was there 2 weeks and never received it, even after being asked almost daily about it to nurses. She was left in her bed after buzzing the button, when she had to go to the restroom. Waiting as long as 45 minutes after, when my brother was there. The nurses did not keep up and check on her when it was time for pain medicine, so she was there in lots of pain. She went home raw from not being wiped and cleaned up and medicine administered on her to help with the irritation and rawness of her bottom and privates. This was the worst experience ever. This would not even post unless I hit one star.
Rachel Dorn: They charge you over $2000 for an ambulance ride. Healthcare has needed reform for too long. Unconscionable. They don't pay their EMTs enough to justify that price, it's obscene greed.
Mike Walker: very nice doctors and nurses. medical care at the highest level.
Jayne Luckey: Here early and out early.
Greg Wooden: I go to Eskenazi regularly (every 4-6 weeks) to see a Retina Specialist in Opthamolgy. I've had 3 colonoscopies there plus an endoscopy as well as an outpatient surgery. I was in the ER and hospitalized there for a short time when I had COVID.Never once have I had a negative experience. I can't think of anything to complain about. I'll continue with Eskenazi and recommend this hospital to anyone.
Londa Woodd: Saved My Life When I was 17yrs old.. Now I'm 40yrs old.
Matt: This place is mediocre. When my wife was induced here in 2021, the labor and delivery unit was terrible. They were extremely rude and my poor wife was in labor for 4 days. Keep trying two different medications, off and on. After 4 days, my wife was begging for a cesarean. Thankfully, our nurse that day Kayla, and Resident Doctor Gidia, listened and got my wife in for a cesarean within an hour.As for myself. I've had pain in my back for about 2 years now. I've literally been begging for help. They never listen. Just assuming I'm faking or want painkillers. Well I finally got an MRI done a few weeks ago, got 5 buldging discs in my lower back and my nerve is caught up in one of them. It's painful to walk, move or anything. And as of yesterday, finally got scheduled for an orthopedic doctor....in April. So thanks Eskenazi for all of your caring...

IU Health Methodist Hospital: what do users think?
Red Bud: I was a patient there recently for 4 days 3 nights. I received absolutely wonderful care, especially from the floor nurses. I could not have asked for better treatment than I received.
Nai Monaih: ER is great, but DO NOT GO THERE FOR Maternity Care went to get blood work &’ they were acting like they never did it before poked me over 10 times while th need was still in my vein their excuse was ‘I can’t find a vein’ while a needle was in my vein. I have a big lump in my arm of blood that has not went down like they said it was when they seen it was clotting up they panicked &’ tired to cover it up but couldn’t . ALMOST PASSED OUT .. if you love your life ONLY go there for the ER
Christopher Ortiz: Don’t come.
leah michelle: this place is a complete joke!! some of these nurses just don’t care about how you feel, do better IU. crying in pain and won’t give nothing but basic tylenol.
Wendell Lawson: Breathing better
Villa “Dolly” Byam: I'm more than happy with the treatment my parents are getting here. Both here, different wings, and all the nurses and other staff have been very kind and efficient. And, when I'm walking from one area to another, different doctors and nurses and maintenance have helped me. I highly recommend this hospital.
Linda Greeno: 2/2/23 Susan the front desk is very rude! At first she said there is no patient that I was going to visit that I had to call the patient and she confirmed I was in a right place. Susan realized her mistake and wrote me a note, "You are Not allowed allowed visitors! Nurse said NO. Can I help you anymore!" She don't even apologized or the reason why she wasn't allowed the visitor. I wrote her back, "this patient is upsetting and need clarify why she was in the hospital and I'm her case manager. I don't know why you are angry. Be kind, thanks." Susan demanded to take my phone away from me which I wasn't feeling comfortable for anyone to touch my phone to let the patient know, no visitor! Susan replied back, "You have to leave!" And talk to the security guy about me that I have no idea what they were saying. I was busy using the wifi to calm the patient down but I felt uncomfortable and left. I was shocked and appalled of her behavior. I don't know if she had a bad day and I felt I was being attacked for no reason.
Vicky Bennett: My tests were done fast and I was happy with that.
Melody Cherrette: This hospital 🏥 saved my life. Thank you 😊 Dr. Scott.
Jamie Mae: This place is a disgrace!!!! Horrible horrible rude evil staff!!!!
K “HckdByUnicorn”: I have been a patient once in 2012 for 6 weeks again in 2014 and currently staying here. From the moment of arrival the staff have been absolutely amazing. They laugh with you, cry with you, and the support offered to family members is unmatched. Even tho a visit can be scary I know my heart couldn't be in better hands!!
B Wilson: There is a man that drives around a golf cart in the hospital and he will give you a ride if you need one and then he will come back and get you and take you as close to the parking garage as he can! They really ought to do this in all hospitals.
Scott Fisher: I have had a sister and a nephew both there for many days having serious issues - both still there. There are exceptions to this rule but overall nursing care provided has been horrible. No continuity of care. If you ask for something you either wait an extended period of time, take care of it with visiting family or they no show. There are too many details to post in a review. Now the entire hospital is out of wicking devices so patients have to lay in their urine until someone can get them cleaned up. I gave a one star rating just to make sure you know this is not a joke.
Consuelo Pereira: My day nurse, Brittany, is very kind and has a way about her that gives me confidence as a patient getting ready to move around then go home eventually. She makes me less anxious with her calm assuring presence.
Jason Wolfe: Oversize vehicle parking is horrendous. All the entitled sedans that have free covered parking take up the spots and the large vehicles are forced to park in the traffic lanes blocking entrances.
Eric Sama: Emergency is super slow. Got here around 3ish, it's 11:20 pm. Took my brother here. Won't be coming back.
Traci Koehler: I would give zero stars if I could. It was horrible.I told a dozen people that I had an allergy that is frequently used in medications. The only person who heard me and paid the slightest attention was my GI's nurse. I ended up having an asthma attack just after the procedure. When I was diagnosed with Colon Cancer, they had an MA call to see if I had been told my pathology results. She was surprised to find out that no one had called to tell me I had Cancer. This was after telling me how surprised the doctor was that the results came back with Cancer cells found. When the surgeon met with me, I left the appointment with more knowledge about his girlfriend (who is on his staff), their relationship, and their child than I did about the scheduling of my procedure. I am sure he's a wonderful, brilliant person. It would be nice if his relationship was NOT part of patient interactions.
Amy Newport: Was sent here as a transfer from a Terra Haute union hospital. And was made to sit in waiting room for 1 hour. Waiting for a room that I was told was waiting on me. IV port in hand. Blind leading the blind.
Rosalind Sherrod: They are rude and don't care hang up the phone on you 😡😡😡NEVER COME HERE
Rogielyn: Very Grateful to Dr, Oman Rahman,he is the best Doctor, at MSCC.Dr, Oman save my husband's life, he is very kind and always answers all my questions.Thank you so much all Staff MSCC all of your help and support to my husband. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
Jason Bryant: They saved my life went in with a really bad virus that was eating a certain body part they done a great job I give them 10 stars

Kindred Hospital Indianapolis North: what do users think?
W R: The staff and doctors took good care of my dad. They were available when we called or needed answers. Prompt and very helpful. Dana always checked on us and called to keep us in the loop about care.
Dan Lawson: They have been very polite and aim to please you. TV channels have a tendency to freeze up, which is important if you are well enough to watch. Most of the time they have a faster response to your call light than the other 2 hospitals my wife was in. They are eager to answer any questions and if they don't know the answer ,they will work to get them. Kindred is close to the major highways for those who have to travel any great distance, plus there is plenty of places to eat nearby. I wish they had a facility like this in Fort Wayne. Dan
Robert Holts: Kasha the nurse is good to me she's a goodhearted person always check to see if I need something and she helped me eat my food the staff has been really great to me therapy is nerve wracking but the motivation is good they make me get up to do what needs to done
janice lawson: They treat me well and helping me nurses here are kind and the CNAS are wonderful everyone does their jobs and they are very perfectional
Julie Landis: Highly recommend, excellent care. Great physical therapy program. Excellent respiratory staff.
Rickie Woods: Everything was explained throughly the physical therapy was great nurses and aids were great
Lashonta Hoskins: This hospital is one of the best hospitals in Indy. When came there I couldn’t use my arms. I had to have nurse to assist me. Within a few days of therapy I able to use them. The nursing staff was incredible and very encouraging. They made sure all my needs were met! When I left I. didn’t look like what I been through.
melissa castillo: Miss Dana, the patient advocate assigned to me, went above and beyond during every interaction we had with one another. She actively listened to everything I had to say. She was empathetic and compassionate about my needs. She escalated my complaints and followed policy and protocol to help remedy the grievances I had encountered during my stay at Kindred Hospital North. During one incident, in particular, when everything that could go wrong did, she stayed with me the entire time and didn’t leave until the issues were resolved. I was extremely grateful to have Dana as an advocate. She was respectful, professional, and always treated me with dignity, humility, and like a person and not just a room number or a call light. Although my stay at Kindred Hospital was not the best experience; by far, Dana was part of the positive experiences I did have at Kindred.
Nate Jones: Kindred hospital was a great experience for me.
Debbie Hornberger: I would give this facility a 10 star rating if I could. Everyone was so nice and so helpful.Thank you to the staff
Eric Moore: Very pleased with stay here far exceeds the competion.
Brian Emrich: This is a great place to be. My experience here has been great. The staff here has and is treating me with courtesy and respect. I recommend kindred hospital north to my family and friends if they need to be treated.
Ron Tapp: Good at communicating on updates on my daughter's care. Planned weekly updates to inform family of progress and goals.
John Langston: This is my second time here at this facility, and just like the first time things are going great. My nurses have been kind. Physical therapy is a slow progress but it is coming along with a awesome therapy team. The people here are nice and doing such a great job.
Pacia Roa: My husband was at Kindred North for 3 weeks. He was there for wound care and physical therapy. My husband had an outstanding team that took care of him. We would like thank Linda the Director for taking all of our concerns seriously and making sure things got done. Kaycee for always checking on him even when she wasn't assigned to him. She always made sure that he was okay. Dana, was wonderful to him. She always tried to make him laugh. Charmane, she was so patient with him. And took amazing care with him. The physical therapy ladies. They took their time to get to know him and really made him feel better. The wound care team Heather and Michelle. They were so funny and compassionate. Jeff for showing kindness. Also, the housekeeper Tiara. She always made sure his room was clean and looking nice. There were others too who did an amazing job with my husband and I appreciate all of them. Thank you for showing your compassion and kindness to my husband! We turned it around!
Amy Messang: A completely traumatizing experience for both me and my loved one. Witnessed way too much suffering and even a "caged" patient. The PA was way too quick to want to pull the plug on my loved one instead of offering any kind of hope or counseling.Luckily she has since recovered at home. The woman at the telemetry desk could not have been more unpleasant or rude. I was lied to on several occasions about getting to talk to the person in charge of the place. She finally showed up about a week after being there but could not have cared any less about my concerns. Also, the place is completely antiquated. Still hand writing administered drugs instead of a computer system. Great opportunity for overdose. Just thankful to be back home. A special thank you to the few who did go out of their way for us...Brandy, Autumn, Christina and I will say Dana made an effort but nothing was ever accomplished.
Jennifer Adhlakha: Great experience!!! Everyone was very nice and treated my dad with respect!
Darrrell Hatton: Understanding in the way being treated was on the floor and the staff helped to get up overall experience here has been good this is the second time here the nurses here are good nurses.
Melanie Hutchens: The staff was very nice and responsible they were always there when I needed them if I needed to come back I would pick Kindred
Jonni Gonso: My partner got an infection and subsequent complications post an orthopedic surgery. The recovery process has been a long journey. Kindred Hospital North was his 5th hospital. This is the cleanest hospital yet, including his room, bathrooms, hallways, etc. All staff—doctors, PA, nurses, techs, PTs, and maintenance—went above and beyond to make his stay positive. Everyone was friendly and willing to be helpful whether they were his assigned nurse or tech. Everyone involved listened and responded to my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this hospital!
Shannon Rasdall: Kindred hospital has been very kind and knowledgeable about what they have to do to get people where they need to be to recover back to where they were to get home to their family.

Ascension St. Vincent Seton Specialty Long-Term Acute Care Hospital: what do users think?
Chelsea Grant: I was admitted after being hit by a car June 28th of 2022, t & Shelly took very good care of me. Also pt did an amazing job also
Brad Walker: Patient not getting better.
K.O.: They sold my grandpa's kidneys before he died and tried to get us to unplug him so they could get them faster.Good food court though.
mamafloyd: Doctors and nurses were great…if anyone gets a case worker named Gayle Sturgis ask for another one immediately! Lies straight to your face and tells you to contact her “boss” who then doesn’t return/answer calls. My attorney advised me to go to the Indiana State Board of Health so that’s where I’m going next.
Leandra Sherwood: This hospital is wonderful along with its nurses but the lady that sits at the front desk is rude. Unless she knows you she will not help you at all. I watched her be rude to an old man who can barely even walk. It's ridiculous and they need to replace her!
stacy Cottrell: Delete this review.
Stacy Deckard: I recently had an Uncle in this facility and I was very disappointed. With unprecedented times due to COVID I felt like I was nothing more than an inconvenience. Every time I would try to arrange a Zoom call that wasn't within the "clergy" hours I was never accommodated without it being a hassle. Healthcare has really turned into a business instead of it being patient centered and I felt this in my dealings with St. Vincent-Seton especially. If this is the way they treat families I could only imagine how they treat their patients. They really need to understand that with COVID they are family and be willing to be more accommodating when it's a Zoom call outside of the hours that's convenient for them. If I had to choose a hospital for my loved one this facility would not be on my list.On a separate occasion another family member had found out he had not had a shower/bath since he had been there. When questioned about it the staff told her that he was receiving bed baths because they were unable to do anything outside of that because they didn't have the proper equipment. Personally, I feel as if this was the worse excuse they could of provided. I can't imagine a HOSPITAL doesn't have the proper equipment to accommodate their patients. If they are unable to accommodate a shower I can't imagine what other care isn't being provided.
Katherine Pearson: On 8/20/2020, my Dad was admitted to St. Vincent Seton Hospital. As long as the NP Brandon is there I have very good experiences. But the nursing staff and the charge nurses do not take accountability for responding to patients in a timely manner on the call light. My father frequently sits in his stool and call lights go unanswered for up to 45 minutes. I have had several conversations with the charge nurse, Stephanie, about this as there is no reason my father should sit in his stool for 45 minutes. She consistently denies that there is a problem with the call light, but there definitely is. A very large systemic problem. If you are considering taking your loved one here, I would not believe the 3:1 patient to nurse ratio that they tell you. It is not true. Also the patient care tech's are responsible for entire hallways and the nurses often rely on the patient care tech's to take patients vitals and clean them after a BM. Once Brandon, NP went on vacation, the NP taking his place has not tried to talk to me even once. They stopped checking his sugar daily even though he has regularly needed insulin on a daily basis for the past 10 weeks. I am not getting updated on med changes, physical and speech therapy goals, etc. I have asked for a care plan multiple times and have not received one. Nurses don't know what they should know and like to play the "ignorance" game... "This is my first day having him, I don't know." instead of investigating why changes were made. After speaking with the charge nurse, Stephanie, last evening 9/24/20, I am simply beyond angry. She suggested to my Dad that he should transfer to another facility just because she cannot get her nursing staff and patient care tech's to change and clean people when they need it. She consistently holds a position of "we are the best" and fails to address the systemic issues of the call lights not being answered in a timely manner. I have seen nurses sitting at their station reading Venus magazines, watching TV or movies on their phones, but yet they have no time to clean up a person's stool. It's simply unacceptable. Stephanie's response to this contains no countermeasures to improve the patient care experience. I am so angry that she had the audacity to tell my father he should look at transferring to another facility just because they can't clean up his stool in a timely manner. If I could give St. Vincent Seton a negative score I would.
kayla walker: I previously left a negative review. I want that to be disregarded. It did take a couple of days for my mom to get established but I just suggest being very patient. I was a little impatient and that was my bad. I now see my mom is getting great care. Thank you Seton. Especially the case manager and social worker who truly made me feel at ease. But to all the staff who I can tell are caring for my mom, thank you!
Gary McIntire: Dr reeseman spent 10 minutes a day for 4 days with my daughter 22 yrs.old , then told her she would never get of the vent, and she would spend the rest of her life in a nursing home. She is off the vent and at our home. A lot of great nurses but reeseman it a jerk & a quack .
Stephen Aynes: I was a patent at Seton for 5 months and I would rate them at 100%. The care I received was the best. They saved my life and for that I am truly thankful each and every day .The people whom work in therapy are all soon professional in their Field of work.Everyone including the cleaning ladies were do kind and they all helped me make it through. I want to thank each and every one of you, I love you all. I highly recommend you.You all work so hard and are so professional in what you do and for that I thank you . Sincere ly Stephen Aynes. Anderson,In
Julie Prouse: I want to thank everyone who took care of my mother Denise Higgins. You all are very amazing people. I just wished she didnt pass, but i know that the 4 days that she was in your care she was at the most amazing beautiful place and was surrounded by loving people who showed love to her. You all treated me and our family with love as if we were your family. Thanks again for everything you've done. The information we got the questions we had all was answered in the best way possible. I would recommend this place to anyone that needed the same care as my mom
R. K. McLaughlin: Very nice staff of nurses and techs. They deserve higher pay for their jobs!!!
Calico Jack: It's pretty good.
Larry Bullock: Most of the staff was friendly if you can find them. More than often when visiting my girlfriend I couldnt find anyone. Her light would be on for more than 5 minutes, and its usually not the nurse assign to her. Couple of nurses in particular were kind of rude to us when asking questions we're seemed to be ignored.
Hannah Jo Lee: The nurses are not that attentive to the patient and always has side conversations with co workers. The doctors do not have a set time when they arrive, it’s always “on their time” or “when they get to it”. Mannerisms are definitely not the greatest. They will not do anything kind of therapy on the weekends. So if the patient is progressing forward, there is a chance they’ll fall back due to no movement/ therapy for two days, sometimes three days. They do not live up to the name “critical rehab”. Decisions for the patients are never made quickly. No one, even the doctors, is urgent about decision making. If you’re looking for a facility that keeps a close watch on your loved ones, and has urgent care, this is not the place for you.
Judykay Macgreagor: Clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff and rooms.
Leon Riley: After 18 days in St Vincent ICU, I was at Seton 18 more days, then 113 days in rehab, plus returns to St Vincent a few days at a time. . Excellent care from all saved my life. I will be eternally grateful!
VJ Brooks: My sister has been a patient for the 2nd time since August has received excellent care! Nurses and staff are wonderful to her!!!
