Brandon Stone: I am the owner of Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and Trinity Security, Inc. Many of the negative reviews reflected through Google are false and fictitious. With the exception of a couple of unhappy employees who were fired for just cause, not one of the individuals leaving a negative comment has had anything to do with any of my companies. I believe my competitors are posting spam comments to lower my overall business rating. This is a common practice throughout search engines and social media. I have filed a complaint with Google regarding these comments, yet they still remain. Too often the ratings of good companies are skewed by false comments. Don't rely on these comments to determine whether or not you wish to conduct business with that company. My security company guarantees your satisfaction and if you are not satisfied, you will not be charged. I doubt my local competitors offer this same guarantee! Thank you for your time.
Adam Blackburn: Business owners, don't waste your time. I operate 16 commercial properties in Indianapolis and wanted security but apparently Trinity doesn't want or need additional business. Called at 10AM to get some information and the guy who answered the phone sounded like he was still sleeping. I asked for information and he told me to call back at 11AM. I asked why he couldn't give me any info and he says the guy doesn't come in until later and just hung up.
Brent Edmondson: This is probably the worst job ever. Erin does not belong in the position she is in. She makes decisions based on rumors and gossip. She doesn't trust any of her employees. She doesn't want to let go of control. And she will rip you off any chance she gets to save a buck. I would highly discourage anyone from highering this place for security as well as anyone to work at this place. There are lots of security jobs out there that are better to their people and their employees. Please, places like this should not be in business. Look for other options.

Jiggums Gaming: Don’t Do It! I worked for these people for 8 months and it isn’t worth the pay. Beware if you have young kids, management will act like they are more important than your personal life. Dispatchers leave when they are not supposed to and don’t pass messages to whom ever you tell them to send them to. Oh and can’t forget the boss is always scared to talk to you if you have a problem pertaining your employment. There is no communication at all and if it is; it’s nothing but he say she say. The company is a joke.They will over work you week after week and won’t bat an eye when you ask them to change it. They don’t care about you. If you apply be careful they will put a sign on bonus when you get hired but you will never see it.

Bennie Diggins: I started working for Trinity Executive Services Inc in 2012 to 2017 and recently returned Aug 2019 to now. My years of experience with the company has been great and has got even better over time. If you are a hard worker and you want to work then you will not have any issues with this company and its as simple as that. We live in a world where many people want things handed to them without putting in the work and the world does not work like that. If you want to work and make money then you will enjoy working for this company. There is alot you can learn if your just willing to work for it.

They also make sure every employee feels comfortable with their training and is ready for any situation that may come their way. And all of the supervisors are just a phone call away i have never worked for a security company that cares so much about communication. Way to go team!

Ibrahim Abdullahii: My wife went down here for an orientation and had the worst experience. They would not accommodate her held religious beliefs and would not allow her to set some time five minutes at most to go pray and then return to work. As well as not letting her wear her religious headscarf in the way that it's supposed to be worn. They wanted her to wear it in the way that they wanted so that the company logo is visible. What kind of ridiculous thing is this. Please stay away from this company if you have held religious beliefs or principles.

They offered me a job on the spot and then i waited almost a month for my background check to come back for them to tell me I can’t go forward with the hiring process because I had a misdemeanor on my record for a traffic ticket and when I called because I know a few people that work with them with felonies and they told me they don’t hire people with felonies or misdemeanors.
Elijah Nelson: Great job and excellent service! UPDATED!!!!!!I Worked a job for 4 months straight, never was late, always early and I didn't like that I was only getting 24 hours a week! I tried Amazon and hated it! I quit the first day! The boss at Amazon told them I threw a walkie-talkie out my car window and drove off! That was clearly a lie and I told them to please review the cameras you will see me bring it in and drop it off at the front desk! This is what I said to Sue from the HR team. They put me as "unrehireable". I explained to her , how I gave my all at my last job, and I wanted more hours, just because I go to Amazon ( which has a high turn over rate) and don't like it. Doesn't mean I shouldn't be hired ever again! She basically explained how it's not good for the company to hire me again. 1 bad job that lied on me, even though I did extremely well at my other! Well I wouldn't recommend going here at all!!!

So they can ignore us.... yeah, basically.We cancelled and went to connect with ADT.So much better communication skills.

Also why does this company pay someone to go through 3 days of training before receiving their background check? That is clearly a bad business practice because it's a waste of time and money.

My husband also works for G4S and has to stand 14 hours without a sitting because its "unprofessional" to sit down treated like dirt at your site......Made to work over time that is not scheduled....just thrown at you !!! Cannot take days off because its so short staffed that you will be written up, even if you give notice.,they wrote me up and called every 2 hours to see if I would come in ! I called in because I had a fever and I had the flu .I came in the next day even though I had the flu. G4S jerks you around trying to find you a site. Lied to me about my hours and PAY!! Direct deposit took over 3 months to set up,due to the G4S office losing my paper work, they lost my military documents (the originals). I have been working her almost a year now and not one of my pay check have been right., when you call to ask where the rest of your money is the office staff is incredibly rude !! These past 4 weeks I have not been paid at ALL !!!! So I have to call the office in Cincinnati Ohio, ( where I was hired) I hate calling because they are always super SUPER RUDE. they act like its your fault that you didn't get paid ! The staff always says Ill call you back and slams the phone down and never calls back, when I call back they act like I am an inconvenience . I have been nothing but loyal to G4S but I could never say the same thing about them. If I could give negative stars I would ! Please respect your workers and please pay them... Some of us have families and bills, never ever been late on a car payment until I started working here....Somethings got to give G4S !!!

I worked in security (supervisor) for many years and was a private investigator until retiring. If this were my employee she would be immediately terminated. By the way, I did take pictures.

Aaron Ramsey: Great company to hire hands down. Terrible place to work for. The admin do not care about nothing but money. Speaking of money, if you work for them you work for free. They do not take your time or employment seriously at all. They will lose your time sheet, let you go without pay untill they are ready to deal with it. Then blame you and make you quit, and only pay you $8 for the hours they seem fit. Not the 42hours plus you did work. Just the hours they need to make sure you get screwed even more.
