Anna Jones: Doctors and nurses are all very friendly and answer and listen to any questions and concerns I have. I’m usually able to make a same day appointment in the event of something urgent needing to be seen. Being told the prices up front for everything and knowing what i’m paying for is also really nice. Definitely recommend!

Either because of them not disclosing reasons for tests and charges or just not really caring about my fur baby.We had been to Binford Pet Wellness Clinic a long time ago but had been other places in recent years. Our dog suddenly started showing some concerning symptoms, so we booked here again.She and I were both a ball of nerves going in. Everyone was so kind and so patient from beginning to end. They were very busy, but they continued to check in on us and give updates, so we weren't wondering what was going on. They explained every step and updated charges with every change. Which were pretty reasonable given today's costs.Dr. Miranda was very informative and even consulted a second doctor to be sure she was giving me all of the info. Our nurse, Alicia, was so sweet and patient with my poor, nervous baby. I felt so supported by them through the whole process! I would definitely recommend them for all of your furbaby needs!

The doctor's diagnosis was SPOT ON. I had called THAT SAME DAY and hours later a was there...I EVEN GOT THERE ABOUT 30 MINUTES EARLY AND WAS SEEN RIGHT THEN. It's my first Dog and I've only had him since February so I was worried, but it all got better with a day! They were even able to give me an estimated date for his birthday!

I cancelled the service after three years, during which I went to two vet visits and one surgery (which we paid 4 figures for on top of the subscription fees).I called to cancel the subscription, and they seemed pleasant enough, but then didn’t cancel the service, instead left me a voicemail wanting me to listen to a sales pitch from the manager.After I called a second time and insisted they cancel it, then then sent me an email stating that I still owed them over 300 dollars. Apparently over $3000 in monthly fees since June of 2020 weren’t enough to cover the two vet visits my two dogs each received in that time.So when they say the subscription covers all basic services that is a complete lie. I wish I could give negative stars. Beware, read the fine print very carefully, because they are as slimy and dishonest as a politician selling used cars.Complete and utter scam.

Matthew Knotts: I’ve taken my Belgian Mal there for a few years, mainly because of a reserve military veterinarian. While she is knowledgeable, the rest of my experiences on various occasions were similar to the last. I had an appointment for Friday at 9:15am. I show up at 9:15am and don’t get into a room until 9:45am. Tech came in with an attitude, so I left, and the receptionist had an attitude when I said why.Be cautious with these veterinarians that are owned by larger corporate entities. I’m sure it’s no fault of the staff before the acquisition), but being number driven rather than customer-driven in this profession isn’t what I look for in pet care.

Kristin Stockton: I love them!! The vet techs all my know my cat by name and are so friendly! The vet Caleb really cares and gives good advice and options without being pushy.
Sam Jackson: Absolutely love this place. I’ve been taking my American Bully here for over a year now and have had nothing but great experiences. My dog Emmett absolutely loves going to see them, especially his favorite tech, Alex! Everyone who works there goes above and beyond for not only help our fur babies, but they help owners too! I’ve never been pushed to buy or pressured into expensive testing, foods, medicines, etc. They try every option before taking extreme measures, and they communicate/explain things in ways non-veterinary people will understand. Their “Pet Prime” program is also incredibly helpful, you pay a monthly fee and get unlimited exams, all vaccinations and preventatives, annual testing, & other discounts. I truly don’t have anything but good things to say about this place!

We’ve not visited other locations, but anytime another one of our furry foster kittens find it’s forever home, Pet Wellness Clinic is our number one recommendation.Anyone familiar with fostering knows it’s time consuming and money draining. Pet Wellness clinic understands that as pet owners, our pets are our lives, but we also have our own lives. Scheduling is always easy and in cases of emergency they have always been able to accommodate.They have also always given me options for care, clearly outlining services in an estimate before care and have never shamed me for choosing the care that is best for both our kittens and our wallet. If I don’t understand what a test or care plan is for they are happy to explain why it is recommended, why it is beneficial to my pet, and if I chose to not include that option in my care plan what alternative I can take.If you’re like me and pour through reviews when trying to find the “best” XYZ, you’ll be able to clearly see why Pet Wellness Clinic really is a place that prioritizes your pets.Will continue to recommend for all our fosters for years to come.Customer for life, Maria Sickle

Even tho our appointment was taking longer than usual, they still took their time and made sure to not stress her out as much as they could. Marz G.: Be aware that this is a bait and switch establishment that prioritizes profit over the well being of animals. My dog needed an influenza booster - I stopped by and called and two people told me that as long as I had records of the first shot, I could schedule an appointment and exam fee would be waived. I took time of work and came in only to be told that they need to charge me $70 for a full exam (which my dog just had a month ago) to get the booster. They also didn’t care that the 3 week period from first shot to the booster expires tomorrow. Their explanation was that they saw my ex’s dog record from 3 years ago and therefore they had to charge full exam fee. Please go to a real Vet that actually cares about dogs and not just there to cash in.

Regina Martinez: I have DEFINITELY recommended pet wellness to so many people. I live in an apartment complex and often see people with new puppies looking for recommendations. You guys are seriously the best I've ever been to. Wait times are basically non-existent. Team works so well with making you and your animal feel comfortable and heard while addressing all issues. If you are upfront about financial strain, they will do their very best to make sure your animal is taken care of while keeping your finances in mind. A referral program would be awesome too if it can be done!

Tracey Markham: The care from the clinic is excellent. I just lost my dog about three weeks ago. His name was meatball we had him for 12 years. I contacted the clinic to know that my dog had passed away I was on the premium plan for payment $39 a month I think it would’ve been more reasonable for them to offer a reduced rate until next March when my plan is paid off. I think it’s very cruel to the pet owners who have lost their loved one and To have to see a constant reminder every month of money coming out of your account!! When your pet no longer is living. That’s something that they need to revisit I don’t think that it’s fair to a family or owner that’s so attached to their pet, they have to go through the agony of making a payment,💔💔😡 playing on owners sympathy$$$

The staff was amazing and got her in asap & i had never even been there before! They were so kind and helpful. Needless to say, we are switching vets to be full time patients here!

I have had two of my cats cared for by Pet Wellness Clinic in the Broad Ripple location and every experience has been pleasant.My cats have been seen by both Dr. Graves and Dr. Duckett. Both were thorough in their exams and kept a calming kind demeanor during visits, which means the world when you're already in an anxious state worrying about your pet.I have never felt pressured to add on unneeded services and have always been presented with multiple options of care plans for my pet. My questions are heard and answered, and procedures are explained before preformed.We will be patients of Pet Wellness Clinic for life.

Hannah Wu: They always can get you in if your animal is sick and needs quick attention. Best vets that describe what is wrong with them, how to care for your pet, and really friendly and helpful. Free beverages like coke, sprite, dr. Pepper, water. Seems really clean since fairly new location. Next to Kroger so convenient if you need to grab something real quick, or you have a second person with you. The appointments seem so efficient, which I appreciate. I think they have a cold laser therapy if your dog gets an injury. I have a dachshund, so he needed treatment, but that was before they got the machine at this location. I I like this location, not too busy or overwhelming. Real easy and I’m and out.

Convenient location and personable staff. Since I was a brand new client my exam/consult fees were waived which was great! Received text day after my cats exam to see how she was doing too. The vets who saw me were so caring with my dog and made the whole visit easy and quelled all my fears of the various diseases. They provided me with the options for treatment as well as the pros and cons of the different choices in a way that made it easy to move forward. Karen Clayton-Wells: Please note that my experience and rating are solely based on the interaction over the phone. I have not visited this establishment.The one star rating is based on the friendliness and service over the phone. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and seemed to not be bothered when the situation with my pet was being explained. She cut you off when trying to speak. After she let me know there was no availability for at least a week out, I asked if she had a recommendation for another vet. She huffed no and asked if that was all. I asked if there was a nurse or doctor on staff I could speak with to see what they suggested in the meantime to make them comfortable before I could get a visit scheduled and before I could finish she was rushing me to ask if I was making an appointment or not.Had this woman been a little more warm and welcoming, we might have chosen this establishment as our new home vet. I know the saying goes don't judge a book by its cover, but if she was like this over the phone, it just makes you wonder how your pet and you'll be treated in person.

Erin Smock: I want to share this experience as a teaching tool so that it doesn’t happen to someone else. My cat had just been found dead under our couch. I had called ahead and gave all information via phone to drop her off in a box for cremation. I arrived, the vet tech comes out, asks for my information again, I explained i had just called.. her response was “nobody passed it on” I continue to give the information, i then follow her into the building, hand them my cat in a box who was just pulled from under the couch, eyes open, in rigor mortis, who i have been looking for all day.. the price ended up being alot more than quoted on the phone for her cremation.. i mentioned it, was told “oh no it is definitely $98 not $35”.. i get a call a bit later and realize i took her to the wrong vet because apparently there are now 3 in that same vicinity.. my point is think for your pet parents.. that young vet tech should have thought for one second “maybe this poor lady is at the wrong office” Please do better.

I made an appointment on January 24th 2023 for Brutha Luv was a wellness check and Sophia was in for a nails clipped. They were seen by Dr. Jaun Pagan I had no idea who they were going to see. I wanted to write this to let you know and also Dr.Pagan that I would like to start making my appointment to see Dr. Pagan for all my babies. He took the time to tell me and my daughter step by step about the medication and the food to feed them and why cause Brutha Luv has allergies so bad and it is with every season and like I said he done a wonderful job in telling us what is good to feed and how to do the medication and how to wash out there dry food container after each fill. Celina - OneMouseketeer: I contacted them to ask some questions concerning international pet travel specifically and they were great at getting my answers. When they were unsure about a specific health certificate they suggested to bring them in long beforehand so they can be looked over.
Tyler Hagan: We have been wellness plan members for many years. It was great at first, but now it’s not worth the money. When your pet gets sick and needs to be seen, they never have appointments. Appointments are only available 2+ months out and by that point, if your pet is ill, they’re either dead, deaf, blind, etc. They also can’t keep up with the comprehensive care, either. Save your money and avoid this place.

She told me that I could go to the website and download a coupon for the first exam for free. That def takes a lot of stress because I highly doubt I could afford the exam plus meds... Havent had the appt yet but so far the lady I spoke to was amazing...

I've wanted to cancel my subscription with them ever since I found out banfield has horrible service. When called customer service about billing i spoke to Kristen and she was AMAZING!!! She cut straight to the chase about how i can cancel my subscription she explained everythingin depth, didnt try to keep me longer by harrassing me to stay with banfield. It's so much more I could brag about with her. If there were more people like you that worked for banfield I'm sure they would have a better reputation. THANK YOU 5 STAR FOR KRISTEN!!!

Deanna McFarland: Sadly, I will not be returning to Banfield in Greenwood, IN. Too many issues to list, but here are a few. Poor quality of animal care instructions with prescription medication for my cat Ear Infection. I actually had to take my cat in twice for this within one month period. I feel if I was given adequate instructions the first time (or any instructions) on care and how to CORRECTLY administering the medication, there would not had been a second appointment needed. Poor quality of record keeping. They lost my cat's previous shot records. Then misreading current vaccinations by wanting to give my cat a booster shot which he did not need. Another, is having my cat sit for almost 3.5 hours in their facility for a preventive care procedure that should had only taken 10 mins. at most. I was told it would be approx. 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. I finally, after 3 hours, showed up at their facility. I was told "oh he's ready". I said you failed to give me a call. I was ignored!!The final straw, I always purchase 6 months of Revolution and needed to do so before December 2021. They would not allow me to do so until my cat had his Roundworm preventive care which is due 12/6/21. And, they didn't have an appointment available until 12/29/21. If it was such a big deal to have the Roundworm prevention care prior to purchasing 6 months of Revolution, why was it taking a little over one month for an appointment (I called at the end of November 2021). They offered to sell me one month of Revolution. This made me think they are in it for the cash and not care of the animal. So with all that was said and more, I have lost faith and trust in this facility and will be searching for a new vet.
