David C Jones: Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy is definitely 6 out of 5 Stars! Amie, Craig, Maggie, and Kayla are definitely Rock Stars. 2 negative experiences with an CNA; make it difficult to give the facility 5/5. I report this CNA to the administration. I will definitely return to the facility for my Left Knee Replacement Surgery.
chonita chowning: They don't take care for the people they mistreat an deny the people of service therapy an anything that will make them better they don't feed the people change them are wash them up I have reported them an I'm going to report them everyday into something or someone go out there they need to be shut done they deny my husband of all the service that he need because they felt he was a liability to them the people out there deny him for getting up for 5 days an they told him they were understaffed an that they didn't have time to help him get in the wheelchair or enough staff to do his therapy an the star is only there because I couldn't post without it I give them no stars
Lori Hartley: The rehab there is the best, therapy department are awesome however there's a doctor there on the day my husband was being discharged who totally misdiagnost my husband's condition greatly, said he had a yeast infection and over a week later he is in the hospital getting surgery, shame on you😡
mary lou pliley: My husband recently spent a little over 2 weeks at this facility. He was there after an averted stroke. We cannot begin to express how grateful we are for the care that he received. The management of his medical issues and therapies (physical, occupational, and speech) was phenomenal. All of our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Everyone on the staff, from the receptionists to the nurses, doctors, therapists, and food service workers, was professional, caring, and kind. We want to give a special shout out to our case manager, Cynthia, Dr.Z, who stopped in daily to check on him, and Rebecca, our occupational therapist who went above and beyond to see that all our needs were met. Thank you to everyone we encountered for the kindness and patience.

Marsha Dragoo: My experience over all was good. Day nurses were very sweet on the ball. Smiles all around. Night nursenot so much. Had to wait way too long after ringing got nurse to go to bathroom and when she came irn didnt speak a word. I had to say i need to go to bathroom since i wasn't allowed to go alone. Most of night nurses great. Some of The food was not very good.

I said there was a Kathy there’s no Kathy! Shout out to Nancy and Kim, Debbie and Sonya what a wonderful wonderful group of women. Kim, and Nancy have stood on their heads and turned over backwards to make me comfortable. I am very homesick and scared of the unknown. These women hung the moon.

Daniel Abel: I spent about 2 1/2weeks here the end of August after recovering from 7weeks in a coma. 100% of the people were absolutely spectacular. I cant remember everyone's name, but a special shoutot to my therapists Craig and Sarah. There are too many RNs and CNAs to thank. It's a wonderful facility. But it was the people that made less than ideal situation a pleasant experience. They definitely set me up for success.
Mary Siefert: Indianapolis Rehab Hospital is a great place to have a loved one. They are very professional, caring and communication is amazing. Cindi is an amazing caseworker. She is available to support through the admission, stay and discharge. She is so knowledgeable and a huge advocate for the patient/family. Jesse and Laura were an amazing therapy team. They push the patients to get stronger and be independent. The nurses, doctors, and CNAs were not your average caregivers. They went above and beyond every interaction they had with their clients and families. I would highly recommend this hospital. They make you feel like family from the time you walk through the doors and send you out with a celebratory exit.

John Vogas: I was transferred from a major cervical surgery from St-Vincent , Indianapolis, directly to your facility for a 7 day stay. The treatment I received was outstanding and very personalized. Rhonda Spurgeon: I have been in and out of alcohol treatment centers most of my adult life. This is by far the best! The therapists really care about the clients and techs are there to lend an ear. The facility is homey and small enough for them to focus on each client individually and in group. I highly recommend them, they saved my life!!
Cory Kennedy: Walking into Addiction Rehab Center I was broken. I hit a point in my life that I couldn’t handle anymore pain. I expressed my issues and explained my situation to their support team and within 1 hour I’m waking into their doors with staff members helping me through every step. I expected high volume client facility with a hotel feel. I was wrong. I was met with few clients and a full staff. Through out my stay I was set with a personalized plan for my future life while working with a therapist multiple times a week. Along with daily interactive classes. I was met with a nursing staff through my stay which gave me positive information about other resources to maintain a positive life. From owner to client support techs they take each clients needs personal and run the facility like a 5 Diamond facility. I can’t express how blessed my life has been since walking out of their doors.
Tony Cardwell: This place is a joke. Most of the 5 star reviews are previous or current staff. They charged me over $5000 a week for drug screenings none of which was covered by my insurance after being told otherwise. Being covered versus billed to your insurance is 2 completely different things. Be sure to check your coverage even in a desperate state. This is why the current owners where chased out of southern Florida. Please do your research!!!!

Eric Mulkey: Every other rehab facility should take after this one. You will easily and quickly find your place here. Extremely knowledgeable and caring staff. This place is not your ordinary rehab center. They focus on core issues, do not judge, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and meaningful as possible. Its a home away from home. the 24 hour tech support are all great individuals and look after your needs. I spent a month here and would have stayed 2 more if I was able to. The therapists and case worker are as genuine, and compassionate as they come, and will help assist to get you back on your feet again. Its impossible not to establish a profound love and appreciation for these people. Very clean and comfortable to say the least. A true blessing that I found this place!! 5 stars all the way.

dax Malone: No Loyalty. Getting rich off of sick people! It's such a sham. Oh, we'll make you better. We'll charge your insurance $2600 a day for basically no treatment. Places like this are why private insurance premiums are outrageous!
Daniel Frye: ARC has changed my life. Before I was there I felt hopeless over my additions. I never believed that I can overcome my inner demons that have been haunting me my whole life. The work that they do with their clients is truly unique and it absolutely works. I can't tell you enough how great the staff treated their clients. Most of the staff has battled with their own additions and can relate to the issues the clients are going through. They make the house feel like a family environment and I still to this day have maintained relationships with all the great people I have met at ARC. I walked out their doors feeling like I can take on the world and to this day, I haven't touched a drink or a drug. I owe ARC my life.

Nik Wild: I called to help a loved one seek inpatient rehab, she’s been an addict for over 30 years and just had extensive brain surgery, she came out of surgery and wrote on a paper “REHAB” underlined multiple times. I called and the intake person answered as if I was an annoyance, she was rude, short and as uninviting as it gets. I told her my loved one can’t speak right now “Insert surgery details”so I was calling to expedite and attempt to secure a bed immediately; aiming to make a smooth transfer from the hospital to rehab. The sigh this girl gave turned my stomach. I think it goes without saying we will look elsewhere. Excellent job. And if she reads this, you might need to find a new line of work, this definitely isn’t your calling.

Julie Crawley: My son went to the Indy Hickory center. We didnt think hed ever make it so he finally chose treatment. Going in at 143 lbs, all kinds of health issues. He came home 28 days later weighing 165, looked amazingly healthy and has been head strong ever since. They saved my sons life and I'll forever be grateful for giving me back my son, clean and sober.
Bryan Barber: For the most part this is a good treatment center. Only downside is when you leave they have a bad habit of not giving you your certificate of completion not the only one this has happened too. Apparently not sending it out in the mail like I was told by staff as well when they called me. Medicines was not sent to pharmacy Correctly and could not get a hold of nursing the several times I tried to call and left messages to have this issue fixed still have not had a call back and it's been over a week. They did call and fix the problem I was having it really is a good place. It would be my first pick if I ever need help again hopefully I do not

Taylor Brown: My experience at Evolve changed my life for the better. I have learned so much about addiction and that I can’t just be abstinent from a drug or alcohol, i had and have to learn about addiction and how to form a community and connection. Connection is the opposite of addiction and evolve helped me so much as to understanding the “why” of behind why I did the things I did and how to have patience and see progress because without patience there is no progress or success. Evolve was the start to my recovery journey, I realize I will have to find a network/foundation to keep me up and help me through my recovery journey and it will be a lifelong journey. I love Evolve and all the people in it. It has changed my life in so many ways, and I’ve gained so much knowledge to keep me gain more knowledge. I felt safe and secure in the PHP program. And I cherish everything and am so grateful for the help and support.
Amanda Sweeney: I evolved at Evolve. I walked into Evolve with the last option death I had done three other institution and I have been to jail I was looking death in the face. After checking myself into Evolve I no longer feel this way. I am looking forward to the next step in my life of sobriety. Kristen Bauer: Speaking from a family member of an inpatient, the level of education and opportunities that were provided for us to learn about addiction, relapse, MAT, and so much more was priceless. We took advantage of all the opportunities (informational zoom meetings, family meetings, continuing education on what to do after our loved one came home, ect.) so we were educated and prepared to help support our family member and each other. It was all so helpful and made us feel connected and a part of her recovery. We even had personalized weekly family sessions with the Clinical Coordinator - Family Engagement specialist, LaTonya. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to guide us, educate us, answer our questions, and support us; addiction is a family disease. The continued support after her 30 days inpatient has also been wonderful. The alumni group continues to be a significant contributor to her maintained sobriety and they are welcoming to all. We feel so blessed that we were recommended to RCA Indy for our loved one and the support that RCA provided not only to her with tools, but also spent time pouring into the family members so we could support our loved one and each other through the process and steps of her recovery.

Daniel Brewer: I did a 30 day program there from Feb 2023 into March 2023. This was a very life changing experience for me in a positive way. I am continuing with outpatient treatment currently.The RSS team (these are the people that help manage the floor you will be staying on) was all great. They all understood the feelings and issues that addicts are experiencing and were nothing but extremely helpful and understand. Shout-outs to Big Sam, Little Sam, Both Mikes, Sara, Kerensa, Debbie, Rachel, Brandi, Shelby, Justin, Erica and any others I may have forgotten to list!The nursing team was great. They also were very helpful and helped manage not only medications needed for withdrawls and mental health issues (like Anxiety and Depression), but also other physical ailments. Shout outs to Steven, RobAnne, Gladys, and Noel. Special shout out to Chad for doing my intake and helping me feel comfortable and reassuring me that I was "in the right place".The Therapy/Class Instruction team was also top notch. Big Sam, Chris, my therapist Erica, and all of the others were passionate, caring, and very involved with patients as they were needed. I have nothing but respect for these people.I had special dietary needs due to having had weight loss surgery last year and these needs were met with no undue difficulty. The cafeteria staff were also great with communicating the content of upcoming meals to me so I could plan if I needed to order something alternative.The combination of all of these groups of people and their caring went a long way to shaping the cohort of patients and their caring and support of one another. The staff enabling the group of guys I was with to become comfortable and to work together was critical in my early sobriety.RCA provided an environment where I was comfortable and able to work hard at my recovery. If you put the effort in the work you are assigned, you will begin to get results.Thank you RCA. Keep up the good work!
Morgan Skiles: RCA Indy was such a life changing experience for me. The staff, the structure and the alumni program really helped me get my life back on track. After 30 days of inpatient, I honestly didn't want to leave! All the staff-led groups and programs were so beneficial to my recovery. It was a safe environment where I learned that sobriety is possible, and can even be fun! I now get to be a part of one of the best alumni programs I've ever seen at a recovery center. The alumni connect with each other, plan fun activities, and celebrate each others' recovery together. Through RCA, I not only found support, but fellowship and discipline as well- at the time I needed it most. Sam S. and Ben D, the alumni coordinators, have built such a strong foundation for the alumni program that even when you leave, you are able to maintain the irreplaceable connections you made as an inpatient, and it reminds us that this new life that we create at RCA is one that is worth living.

He’s amazing. All of the staff seemed to actually care unlike other places I’ve been. Also, so many of the people who work there understand the difficulty because they’ve been in the same position as the patients. So they get it, and empathize a lot more. It helps learning from them because they’ve done it and it’s not some textbook being taught to us. It’s real life people who’ve gone through recover and helping us along the way.
