Hands-on Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as restore their physical and emotional well-being. I will place my hands on and off the body around the chakras to balance and move energy. At my studio, you will lay down on a massage table while a sound meditation is playing. As I perform the reiki all you need to do is close your eyes and relax. After we will discuss what came up during the session and how you can maintain your healing moving forward.
