Jared Taylor: Worst experience ever. Waited around an hour only to be told that I had to go to a different building to get a truck rental. They didnt have anything available. Manager lied and told me he informed me that a truck i did not need was available when i was only told to wait while he finishes up. Seems like a very inefficient operation. I will not be renting from enterprise anymore. I use to be a loyal customer with 20+ rentals but this experience has definitely changed mey perception of the company.

Maybe taking the company drivers trucks to the dealer instead of this shop will make things better. I wonder how long until I go through another box for my log and have to wait a week for a repair. There's clearly a short somewhere that also shorts of the radio...Maybe if you play static all day in the shop the person that supposedly fixed the issue and fully understand what is like to drive all day with nothing but the sound of the engine and the wind is like.

Karen E Laine: Rented from the 3414 Shadeland, Indianapolis, location on June 6. Five people made reservations for 9 am. The lovely employee took care of each person in turn, working quickly, amiably and efficiently. I wasn't in a rush, so waited to be last and thus saw how he handled the people anxious to get on their way. Everyone's vehicle was clean and ready for them on site and everyone was treated with friendly courtesy. Being last, the employee and I had a little more time for chatting and joking. The truck I rented was clean and had no mechanical or aesthetic issues. Booking online was simple.

Ryan Taylor: I want to start off by saying I rent a commercial truck from enterprise at least a few days every year for various reasons. I never have any issues picking up from one location and delivering to another. I was driving through Indianapolis and my pick up truck broke down while I had a trailer full of motorcycles in tow. I went to this location to rent a truck. I drove it home to FL and returned it to the location I usually patronize. The employee in FL called this store in IN and was told “i would be getting additional charges” and that someone would call me to tell me the amount and the charges. Nobody called, i had to call them after 2 days. I was directed to Seth who would not explain the charges or send me a receipt. He just told me I would be sent to their collections department if I didn’t pay. I didn’t want to pay for something without knowing what I was paying for or have a receipt. I called their collections department a few days later, got a receipt and Tyler went over the charges with me. I paid him, and asked if I could speak with Seths manager. Seth called within 2 minutes of hanging up with Tyler and told me “my story is one sided” and flat out lied to me about our previous conversation. Even under the current circumstances in our country this Seth guy had ZERO compassion, understanding, or even enough sense to have a normal conversation without accusing his customer of wrong doing. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN! Additionally I will look elsewhere for my rental needs before I ever go to Enterprise again. Years of being a loyal customer and this is how they treat a customer during a national crisis.

I was prepared to move on and remove the original review as I thought they amended the problem with me.It was only a week before all the claims that werent there for 6 months suddenly hit my inbox. These claims are ridiculous too. I'll admit, we did some damage to a front bumper, but that's it. The invoice we received for the minimal damage is obviously no a fair business practice either....if I could upload a picture I would.WARNING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE CROOKS.I have 30 box trucks on the road and am in 4 states and have dealt with 50+ branches of Enterprise, Budget, Penske, etc.They put on a really nice face when you start doing business with them. They sell you on customer service and how they will make sure the maintenance is done on their time and basically a ton of other promises they have never made good on.They locked me into a 6 month contract that I have to hire an attorney to prove they have breached. My insurance is threatening to drop me because of how many truck swap outs I have had to do because their trucks are terrible and dont last for more then 2 weeks without breaking g down.When they do break down, and you try and call roadside, roadside tells you this specific office has a block on their services and that everything has to be approved before they can dispatch. So, when my team experienced a break down after hours in sub zero temperatures, or when my team got stuck on a crowded street with the lift gate down blocking traffic, we received NO support from anyone as it was "after hours".When I tried to be proactive about the maintenance as my business was starting to suffer I ended up having to shuttle their vehicles to their preferred mechanic shop, wait on it to be serviced, and hope it doesnt take all day. These are all things I paid for that were built into the contract.This doesnt include the countless times I have coordinated plans with the office only to have them drop the ball and not communicate that something didnt get done or something didnt happen.Then they try and get you on damages and if you dont audit them you will see random charges. I got charged $400 after a tire blew out. They told me they had an inspection that said the tires had enough tread to show it had to be my fault - but when I picked this unit up I saw that it wasnt inspected becuase the guys who turned it in didnt even clean out the cab, neither did enterprise. They just gave it right to me and apologized. They build their contract with the intention to have you pay for their vehicles when normal wear and tear occurs. That's BSI have lost over 5K in revenue from dealing with these people and that hurts when your a small business owner. They are scheming, relentless, and untrustworthy people to do business with and I cant stress this warning enough. JUST STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS INWASTED TIME AND EFFORT.The one thing I will say they have right is they have a local maintenance guy named Jimmy that I dont even understand how a guy that put together would work for a place like that. Sammy's Speed Shop: Came to this location 2 days in a row to get DEF. They seem to always be out or the pump doesn't work. I called the service desk, after leaving, and they said they do have DEF. Attendant only does half the job I guess. 2 weeks later I came back to Holt Road Ryder and No DEF again. Tried again on 7/13 after calling to confirm they had DEF. Got there and was told the DEF pump isn't working. Called multiple times to speak with Erica Penn, no one seems to be able to locate her.

Steve Denkers: I reserved a 26' moving truck on-line on Thursday for Saturday. I received an electronic "Reservation Confirmation" with the details, including the address and hours of operation and vehicle description. On Friday I called the number on my reservation to see if I might pick the truck up Friday night instead of Saturday morning. I was told that they were not even open on Saturday and I had to pick up the truck at a different facility 10 miles further away. Were they ever going to let me know that? What if I hadn't called? And since I have to pay mileage, what about the e tra miles?Late Friday the new location called me to tell me they did not have a 26' truck and I would have to settle for a 16' truck. Half the room, twice the mileage and twice the time since it would take 2 trips. What good is their "Reservation Confirmation"?!!!!

We literally had to be out of our apartment the next day and it was 5 in the evening when were trying to pick the truck up smh. Would never recommend.

Scott: #1 the truck was junk with 135K miles and no ramp on the back. #2 You think you're going to save money here but you won't!They quoted me $55 when I came in, I knew I'd drive more miles than they quoted, but expected to pay around $80-90. But then they charged me $198 when I dropped it off, on top of a $150 hold from my account they already took out! So I'm currently out $348 on something that I expected to be around $80.I refilled the truck before returning it and they still charged me a $30 refill fee plus the cost of 7 more gallons. Even though the gas gauge was at full when I dropped it off.They did refund me $40 when I called to find out what was going on, but now I have to wait several days to get $190+ of my money back and it still ended up costing me twice as much as I expected!Go somewhere with better trucks even if it seems like you think you'll pay more. Because they will overcharge you.

This particular location I have used on 2 separate occasions for 2 different moves. Their service is always fast and friendly and they really explain everything to you so that there won't be any unexpected charges. This facility was good and quickly repaired my vehicle.There really are other good penske facilities in America.Unfortunately many of Penske repair facilities will not communicate anything with the driver.Repair or replace items there is nothing wrong with, and then simply lie about it...or go hide like a cockroach, hoping that their shoddy mechanical repairs will blow over without causing themselves any harm.

Especially the service provided by Amit at my pickup location, 8520 N Georgetown Rd, Indianapolis. Every time I engaged with this location, either in person or a confirmation phone call, the customer service was engaging, pleasant, and helpful.The day of pickup, all 3 associates behind the counter were pleasant and helpful. They held conversation, with engaging energy, and it was evident that they enjoyed working each other. While I do not know what their long term career goals are, the qualities they demonstrated at that time are highly valuable, and I would consider hiring them in my own business or recommending them.Amit was especially helpful and kind, as I worked with him directly. He addressed all of my concerns, answered my questions, and even went above and beyond my expectations. I am immensely impressed and thankful with his care, and the service Penske provided. It was this experience alone that removed much of the anxiety and stress that comes along with moving across several states.

I was very lucky that they happen to have what I needed. However on top of that and the manager/owner was amazingly helpful, and his service was great.

Jeremy Nicley: I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with this shop.Took my Yukon here to have a flywheel replaced and the guys installed it and put wrong starter on and didn't get it aligned right .. Haven't had transportation the last 3 weeks towed it to another shop flywheel is ate up again..I do not recommend this company.They took the starter i had on there off kept the extra refund money and also charged me more when I went to pick truck up.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.IF THEY WOULD OFFER SOME KIND OF REFUND I WILL DELETE THIS BAD REVIEW.
