Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown on the Canal: what do users think?
Charles Roelle: Shay and Anthony made every night beautiful.Super friendly and helpful staff and the cleaning ladies are amazing in helping with anything you need.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More
Mr Beasley: Will need renovation soon, but still nice. The one thing that bugged me was the sharp bolts sticking up out of the concrete at the exit from the parking lot. I reported them twice but no action was taken. They could easily damage or pop a tire on a car or one of those scooter rentals. The canal view is amazing and the people were very nice. Cole at the front desk for example was friendly and helpful with tourist questions. The breakfast was good although they did run out of creamer for the coffee and the lady told me there was none and there was no milk either even though they still had the cereal out. I suspect she just didn't want to get it for me as they were 10 minutes from the end of breakfast. Oh well, at least I got to keep my tip money! LOL. 10 minutes on a scooter! You can exit directly into the canal walk from the basement, either ned and there's more than one elevator down from the lobby level. You can rent the swan boats just about a quarter mile south of the hotel. To the left as you exit from the hotel. There's a deli on the canal about a tenth of a mile north and another 200 yards north is a nice park, playground, and chairs all over at the USS Indianapolis memorial. Well worth the walk.A great hotel in a great location. Highly recommend as lifetime titanium member.

David Senkus: Great facility and staff. Elevator is pretty slow but that would be the only downside. If a slow elevator is the biggest concern, they are doing pretty darn good! Five minute walk to the USS Indianapolis Memorial.
Sherry: Oh my goodness! The manager Anthony! What a wonderful manager and such a welcoming presence to this hotel! Marriott - please put this man way up on the pay scale and authority. He is a perfect representative and made my stay very nice!
Nick: Very friendly and professional service. Had a wonderful conversation with the front desk staff about the show we were going to see. Room was very nice for what we paid.
Steve Foust: Could hear noise from other rooms and outside very loudly all night long. When a/c and or heat ran it was very loud in the room. Staff very nice. Pool was small but niceRooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Stephen Halleck (SHalleck): PSA: I did NOT stay here. I asked about parking and was told it was $120 a day regardless of time spent. DO NOT PARK HERE. For what it's worth, the people I spoke with were polite.
Yogilatin Caldwell: I love this hotel and have done lots of business there. The only thing is the decor could receive a face-lift inside the 1 bedrooms in the kitchen and bathroomsFood & drinks: They do not offer food but only breakfast.
Amber Toomer: Excellent hospitality and staff at this location. The young lady who checked us in was inviting and personable. The breakfast was a bit lacking, but that was the only downside to our stay. The pool was just big enough for our kids to play, the rooms were spacious and clean. They did a great job updating the property from when we stayed a few years back. Having the option to walk on the canal was great, and the access outside made it easier. We would stay here again!
Latasha Rhem: Kids running through the hallway all night . The walls are thin . I will never stay here again .

Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Keystone: what do users think?
Ms. Maiyoshi B-Johnson: Me and my grandbabies absolutely loved our weekend getaway with these guys at the Residence Inn Keystone! From my check in with Lydia to the maintenance guy Taj who helped me in the hallway and the pool room, the ladies at breakfast. It was great and we will definitely be back.Thank you so much for such a great stay.Rooms: My grandbabies called it their 2nd house. They really enjoyed it.Nearby activities: We walked to the nearby park and loved the view of the water.Safety: I felt really safe in the area.Walkability: Near by park and restaurants
Jim Jones: Cleanest and friendliest Residence Inn I've ever stayed at. Spacious rooms with new appliances, comfy couch and large flat screen. The gym is massive for a hotel, pool is large too. Beautiful lake to walk around and get some fresh air. John Thomas: Nice, clean and relaxing stay
Denise Rayman: We stayed here for a couple of nights while our home was being renovated. It was fine and the suite with bedroom was pretty family friendly! I really appreciated the kitchen for washing baby bottles but it was extremely poorly stocked, like only 3 glasses to drink from and a couple of mismatched plates. I don’t expect to be able to host a dinner party but I think a full set of dishes for 4 is to be expected. The free breakfast was very nice though and the beds were comfortable, so we were satisfied.
Ryan Blackman: Great rooms wonderful staff!!!Rooms: Super nice rooms. Very clean!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
Angel Hicks (Angel Hicks): This is a perfect place for a staycation
CK EL: This hotel is fairly new, and very nicely put together. It’s pet friendly and my wife and dog and I stayed there. Bed was super comfortable and the room was clean but our bathroom had a TON of stray hairs. Straight hairs from someone’s head, all in the towels, the washcloths and all over the floor. Stuff like that grosses us out. Other than that, it was a great experience. The staff was kind and accommodating. They did have a free breakfast but i didn’t partake as the food looked very picked over when I got there. Definitely would stay again.

Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Airport: what do users think?
Charlotte Moore: Not that close to airport....Rooms great, service fineBreakfast was great!!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Dillard Knight: Very sketchy area, beside a trailer parks. Multiple people appeared to be selling drugs, drinking, and smoking weed in parking lot. Trash all in the bushes and hallways. Elevator broken. Pool is gross. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at front desk to check in. Multiple people living in hotel and smells like cigarettes and weed inside hotel too. Police on site during the night if that tells you anything. Rooms are not bad, but everything else was sketch. Stay somewhere else. Courtyard Plainfield is same price and 9 minutes away. Way better.
Latrice B: We stayed in a two bedroom suite here. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom! There is also a full kitchen and living room area. Our room was clean and staff was very friendly. There is an indoor pool, fitness room, and free breakfast. Outside you will find a basketball court and an area with a fire pit and chairs. Great hotel. I gave it four stars only because there is a little wear and tear in the unit ( cracked light fixture covers, old water stains on the ceiling in a few areas, etc. However this didn't take away from our experience much. I would definitely stay here again!
J. Darrell Allgood: Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. If you have to charge your phones and laptops good luck. Decor is from the 80's. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Brenda Sparks: Clean.
Old Dad: Staff was very rude. Room was out of date and not taken care of, cracks in chrome finishes, bathroom door damaged, shower bar falling down, no usb outlets to charge phones. If you have options, stay somewhere else.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Ronald Foster: Super friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a great stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Suzanne Eggert: Best hotel staff I've ever seen! They really got to know us while we stayed and made fresh cookies multiple times and home-cooked dinners on special occasions. They are all so friendly and personable and go above and beyond for their customers. This hotel has a family feel and it's all due to the staff. The rooms are also great! Each room has a full kitchen and livingroom/office area and the hotel has a basketball court, firepit, pool, and gym.
Gerardo Dinglasan: Rooms are showing their age.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Akiela Atkinson: I loved the place but I swear they played me on the job I was lost and confused so they let me go after to days how rude is that
Gregory Harris: Hotel is very tired and in need of renovations. Was missing a microwave, iron, and hand soap from my room. The only positive thing about the property was that the breakfast was above average for the chain.
david whimore: Staff is very courteous
Darren Keck: Decent place to stayRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Gregg Larson: My current go to place in Indianapolis. Nice rooms and breakfast. Have stayed on multiple occasions.
Charlie Farr: I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past few years for a business client. First the pluses from my most recent stay: all three of the staff associates that I interacted with were pleasant. The young woman that checked me in, the young man at the end of his overnight shift, the breakfast area attendant were all friendly and polite. The hotel did have an early (5 AM) breakfast on a Saturday morning; I don't know if that's their regular starting time but our staff usually has to depart at 6AM so it was a very welcome relief. Next the 'it is what it is' : if you stay there and are a light sleeper, make sure you don't get any of the odd number 100's rooms in the main building. The reason is that there's an outdoor common area between the indoor pool and the rooms. If there's a party or otherwise social gathering there, you'll hear it in your room for as long as it's going on. If you're tired and you have to get up early for a flight, this can be an issue. Finally the bad: that I could tell, there's no (public) ice machine in the main building. There are signs by the elevator for the 2nd & 3rd floor that say 'ice machine located on 1st floor' but when you go to where the ice machine I guess was located at one time, there's an empty space where they park the luggage carts. Also when I was there recentl, the Business Center was closed. It's not an issue if you're checking in online for a flight but if you need to print something out, it's an issue. I seem to remember that it was not functioning last year and they sent me to the hotel across the parking lot that their company also owned to print some documents. Contrast this to a few years ago when the internet didn't work in my room and at one point they had three people over to work on it. So whether it's a result of the pandemic or just a general drop-off in business, from staying here multiple times over the past few years I see a slide in the quality at this location. . . .
sharie dukes: Had problems with the door ,st the living room tv,but room was clean and spacious, service was A1 sorry I didn't get her name , she was the best !! See you next timeRooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Northwest: what do users think?
Sharon Grose: We checked in super late ( 1am ) and still had a great experience. We were exhausted.. had little children with us, our small dogs, and we were still greeted with a smile. The amazing lady who checked us in even offered our children milk so they could have warm milk to go to bed.Everything was great. I recommend coming here if you love warm welcomes and some good sleep. We will definitely be back.
John Merrell: Really nice roomie place, super soft and Spacious bed, kitchen, bathroom and shower is nice too.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Anita Thomas: My grands enjoyed there 2 days at the pool.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Andrew Nyland: Employees are friendly. However, the hotel is untidy and in disrepair. Do not use the pool, water was murkey and the desk worker was unconcerned when i mentioned that a light fixture was broken with exposed wire in the pool.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Justin Taggart: Rooms: I was willing to look past the disgusting clump of long hair in the toilet. But when there is more on floor and I have to pick it up (using towels), I’m not looking past that. Marriott continues to disappoint.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
kristina spencer: Absolutely great place to stay. Very clean and curtious staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Shantillia Clark: The facility is nice and well kept. Most of the staff are very pleasant. The free breakfast is decent, but......I contacted the front desk in reference to them cleaning my room and bringing clean towels. The individual that answered the phone stated they would let housekeeping know as if it would be done. When we returned our room wasn't cleaned and we didn't have any clean towels. When I called the front desk I was informed that the room isn't cleaned unless your stay is longer than 7 days. SEVEN DAYS!!!! 1.) That is too long for housekeeping at any reputable hotel. 2.) The individual that answered the phone should have made me aware of this and it should have been communicated at check in. I did have some clean towels brought to me by the front desk. At breakfast on the day before checking out I found out that I could have sat my trash outside the door and they would have picked it up but they don't have the staff to clean the rooms every day. I didn't need it cleaned everyday but the day I requested. First time I have stayed at a Marriott as a reward member or Timeshare owner and was told my room couldn't be clean unless I was there 7 days or more. Apparently this has been going on since last March due to staff shortages. Stayed at a Marriott Downtown Indy. Didn't have this problem.
Sally Shapiro: They are very friendly and personable at the front desk. Rooms are clean. They need better luggage carts!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Eric Biehl: Rooms and location are perfect for me. Wish their breakfast was better.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Emily Bartelstone: The check-in process started with the receptionist calling my service dog a “pet” and trying to charge me a $125 fee plus another nightly fee. Everyone knows service dogs aren’t “pets.” The room looked relatively clean but there were some noticeable stains on the walls and furniture. There was also a rip on the ottoman. 99% sure the air ducts haven’t been cleaned in forever because I got super sick the first night and am still dealing with bronchitis 3 days later. Now I’m being charged a random $40 fee and nobody will answer the phone so I can ask what it’s for. The last Marriott I stayed in was great…this one not so much.
Damon Thompson: Customer service is TRASH!!!!! Called in to speak with the front desk agent only to be rudely hung up on. I called back and my calls were ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to homeless people.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Jeremy Johnson: Hotel hallways could use some updating. Room are good. Staff is not very engaging.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Panda Lenee': Honestly this is one of the nicer business-y hotels I've been into.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ilia Kosarev: The main issue was that in hotel description is 1 rollaway bed permitted in room. And this hotel doesn’t have it at all. I called the support and they didn’t help me. The hotel is dirty in general and roach was on the floor. Very disappointed. Not expected this from Marriott.
Braeden O’Hern: Terrible hotel the entire hotel smelled like weed and the rooms are disgusting. Itchy sheets, uncomfortable bed, dirty room, and a terrible elevator.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
bob: I have no complaints. Was a good place to stay for out-of-state training.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Greg Hahn: Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Great access to I65 and I465. They do offer free hot breakfast. Nothing phenomenal, but decent for being included. There is a grocery store less than a block away, which is useful since you have a small kitchen in the rooms. Also within walking distance of several restaurants. The fitness center has the same treadmills and ellipticals as my local gym. A small selection of free weights are also included. It does have an indoor pool that looks nice, but I didn't use it. Really nice outdoor half court basketball too. On site paid laundry is also offered.

Melinda York: We stayed here on a last minute trip. The Residence Inn we stayed at last time in Indy was booked up. This one is definitely showing it's age and is due for a refresh. The staff member checking us in was kind and helpful. The hotel had a bit of an unfresh smell in the hallways. Our room was okay, but showed a lot of wear and tear. The TV's are small and not smart TV's. The coverlet on the bed was clean, but had holes in it right on the top in the middle! I was shocked that it was being used. The room was a little bit grubby looking overall. The fridge had dents all over it, the cabinets looked worn and scratched, stained chairs, just general heavy wear and tear everywhere. There was a fireplace in our room, which was cool, but it didn't work. The closet door was missing one of the sliding doors. The pool area was decent, my kids had fun playing there. I could see where there used to be a hot tub, but it was filled in, what a bummer. The room we had faced the highway and it was super noisy. I could barely sleep even with earplugs. The big trucks are so loud. I definitely recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the highway. The location of the hotel is within a short driving distance to several restaurants and stores.Breakfast was okay, it wasn't as quality or plentiful as many Residence Inns I've stayed in, but was acceptable. They had oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and other items. All in all, this Residence Inn was not up to what I think of as Residence Inn standards. I would recommend checking out one of the several other ones in the area. It is amazing to me that this hotel room was over $200 a night, I would expect something much nicer for that kind of money.
Zachary Killion: Spent $7 on a water. Saw the same water in an airport for $3 and some change. Bring your own water.Hotel was ok.
mickie murphy: Staff courteous and helpful but the facility is in need of updating and the bed needs replacing. You can see the bow in the mattress. It was not exactly a comfortable bed.
Brett Albin: Hotel was very dirty . Holes in the carpet and stains on the couch. So dirty that we decided not to sleep there and drove two hours home. Very dissapointed in Marriott. Sell this property!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Charlie Scott: Would expect more in such an up and coming area. Significantly missed the mark on cleanliness, service and amenities. To describe in basic terms...aged and gross.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Missy Haas: There's nothing either terrible or particularly amazing. It's just a generic hotel. Plenty of parking. Rooms are larger than most hotels. Staff is pleasant. Everything worked and seemed clean. Nice to have the little kitchenette, even though we didn't need it. No complaints.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Linda Kraiko: Had to move from my first room due to roaches in the kitchen area. Front desk staff didn't believe me, so I had her come to the room they had given me. She screamed when she saw them. I would have changed hotels except for the fact that my company had already paid for the room. Left as soon as a could the following morning! Don't stay here for any reason.Rooms: Awful. Roaches, Felt the bed springs all night! Toilet kept running on and off all night.

Andrew Tokar: Clean rooms, service for towels was a little slow. A single room has enough space for three with the pull out couch bed. Love the shower, very fancy. The pool is a nice touch. Sarai Hernandez: This was my first time at this hotel coming from 3 hours away and I was treated great by the staff. Room was clean and I just felt comfortable being away from home. Had a restful sleep and the ladies who work in the food area by the entrance are very kind and even took the time to explain menu choices to us. I appreciated the bilingual staff and their professionalism. Highly recommend to stay here and will be definitely staying here again whenever I’m back in Indy.Rooms: Comfy and clean.Walkability: Close to downtown. Very walkable.

ADSN TV: Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis provided a wonderful experience during this year's NFL combine. The room was very clean and spacious. There were lots of lighting options in the room. There were also plenty of outlets for charging via power cord or USB. Loved the swivel TV mount to allow viewing from anywhere in the room. The movable desk was please because it allowed you to sit more comfortably while working or eating. The fridge and microwave were put to good use on the lengthier work days of the trip. The hotel had a full bar and dining, which made things very convenient on heavier work days. The bar tender was fast, friendly, and had some really great inventive drinks. There are large TVs to watch your favorite game or program. They have an I door pool and fitness center. The hotel was conveniently located near all of the venues we worked during the event. It is just two blocks from a full service grocery store to stock up on essential items for long stays. And there are several eateries within walking distance from the hotel. Some of the city's most iconic restaurants and attractions are only a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the hotel ...or a short Uber ride away. (Less than $10 dollars)Good rates were available. But the most amazing aspect of the hotel was its employees. The service was top-notch. The staff knew the city well and gave good selections, directions, and suggestions on where to go for food and fun as well as work venues. They really make you feel at home. The business center is located right in the main lobby area. They also have a gated parking lot if you are driving. We would definitely stay here again!Rooms: The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the swivel TV mount to allow viewing from anywhere in the room. Everyone was so nice.
Brandy Day: The room was pretty clean. We didn't have any hot water was told they should be there to turn the gas on in the next two hours. Woke up the next day to no hot water again.

Benjamin Martinez: For a hotel room or a motel room and especially for downtown's and for the money I spent for 2 days I think it should had been better I'm in a wheelchair and we got a room for wheelchair accbilty and the bathroom the shower was small it was not easy to get or out oh I feel like I should had at least got a free night especially the heater it really wasn't keeping the room heated for me the lobby and outside was nice but room give it 2 stars I wish they would had gave me a extra night but I know they won't would i go back and stay if its free ya
Crystal Takacs: Very pleasant stay and would recommend and stay here again. We received amazing customer service from every employee that we encountered. We were in town for a very large cheer competition and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate an early check in and late check out that was needed. They are very knowledgeable about the area as well. We were on the first floor and even with a large cheer competition and cheer teams staying there our room was quiet and we had no noise disturbances. The only negative were the hours of the Bistro. They are limited and not open for lunch and close early. And they did not have a shaker to make the expresso martini that is advertised on their menu.If you are looking for some place clean, quiet, great customer service, and walking distance to convention center, mall, several restaurants, look no further!
Luke Postell: Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean.

Karen K: Rooms: I didn't like the fact of no movie rentals. No WFi 👎
Sydney Newsome: I didnt stay here but I was sent here from Residence Inn for the Bistro. (It is closed on Sundays and Mondays, btw). Devin at the front desk was super helpful in finding a place to eat for dinner and helping me with directions on how to get there. He even provided a delivery list for local restaurants since i hesitant in leaving and coming back. (I am from a small town of 700 people, so this traffic is too much for me.) If I ever had to come back to Indy, id book at this hotel just based on Devins helpfulness.

Melinda Miley: Booked a room and received confirmation that everything was good to go. Two days before our reservation the hotel cancels our room. The hotel did not provide a reason, but they did send me an email saying that I would receive a full refund. Two weeks go by and I still did not receive the refund. I sent an email and received no response. I called the property and FINALLY got through to an operator. The woman who answered the phone tried to tell me that I was the one who canceled and therefore I could not be refunded - which was not true. It wasn't until I told her I had an email from the property stating I would receive a full refund that she finally agreed to issue the refund. She was extremly rude, argumentative, and acted as if the ordeal was my fault (all I wanted was my money back). So not only did the hotel cancel my reservation 24 hours before I was due to arrive, but I had to fight to get my refund. Bottom line: This was a horrible experience and I would advise others to not bother with this hotel. We stayed at the Staybridge Suits outside Indianapolis instead and it absolutely wonderful - much better than this poorly organized and managed hotel.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown: what do users think?
Eydin Hansen: Great place! Clean, but small rooms.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Monica Del Castillo: Writing in real time. Asked for a double room with 2 queen beds for 4 people. We got 2 full sized beds passing for queens. We checked in around 10PM and tried to sleep. The beds were too small. None of us could sleep. My spouse has back pain and was not able to get comfortable. After 8 plus hours of driving this was just the worst.Went down to the front desk a few minutes ago (it's 1:45AM) and let them know of our dilemma. When we told him these were not queen beds and not big enough for 2 normal sized adults he had no response. Literally nothing. Not, "I'm so sorry, lets see what we can do" or "these are teacup queens they're all the rage now!"But the staff is nice enough, this is not their fault. We just had to pay for another room with a king bed and left our (older) kids in the original room so each of them could have their own bed as they were uncomfortable too..From reading some of these reviews they are well aware that their beds are smaller than they claim. We stay here a lot but have not brought our girls until today. So usually we get a king bed. We travel quite a bit and this is one of our favorite stops along the way to our destination.I just don't know if we will be returning to this location even if it's just the 2 of us. Customer service was horrendous. Just paid for 2 rooms when we should have only needed one.I don't want a generic reply to this, saying they will "look into it and rectify the situation". Unless the hotel gets actual queen sized beds, which they are not going to do because the double rooms are too small, nothing is going to be rectified.I would like some money returned to me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I came here to rest not to be wide awake at 2am upset.Morning update: Because we did not sleep well until we got our new room we slept in, missed breakfast and are getting on the road much later than we were supposed to, eating into our driving time and itinerary. This is how one frustrating thing can ripple into many others. But I will stop now as I refuse to let this ruin my and my family's day 💛 onward and upward!Noteworthy details: Beds are smaller than they claim. Do not get double beds unless only one person is sleeping in it.
Gafar Olanrewaju: My Experience staying here was so horrible, great location but bad service, building looks so old, lack renovation, very poor services, valet drivers we looking like they would rob you, they speak to you shabbily and unprofessional... Getting to the room, everything looks ancient , bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I was disappointed with this place or I would say my expectations were total high but this place don't deserve to be in the Downtown area.. Next day, checking out, I got to find out my car was never parked but was left out side the hotel the whole night after I paid $40 for valet parking, then I was told they couldn't find my car keys, they called the manager, when the manager came they spoke to their drivers and after they did, they walked right pass us without saying nothing or addressing the issue with us.... Then the receptionist said the keys have been sitting right in front of her after wasting an hour of our time... This place is totally trash and they do not deserve the location they are at because they are bad in business.
Adam Simon: The staff were amazing! Everything else, blah. They kept the rooms and common areas clean, but there were a lot of things about the place that didn't work right. Like the showers. And a little piece of toilet paper would clog the commode. The two stars is for the management, but 5 stars is for the staff. They were so professional.Rooms: Really old, and uncomfortable beds.Walkability: You're right downtown, so there's plenty to do.Noteworthy details: The buttons on some elevators didn't work.
Mark Ames: Basic and clean hotel. This hotel is connected to the Marriott, Courtyard Hotel and the convention center via the parking lot. We were able to stay on budget at the Fairfield, socialize in the lobby of the Marriott and visit the convention center, all via the skywalks and parking garage so you really didn't have to go outside in the winter weather. One thing; many rooms have either no view or terrible views of mechanical equipment or walls. Gotta stay at the Marriott if you want to look out the window at beautiful downtown Indianapolis
Alejandra Garza: Belen was amazing at the front desk, she was very professional, helpful, and gave great recommendations for touring Indianapolis. The room was clean, breakfast was great. Staff kept cafeteria cleaned and fully stocked with breakfast options.Rooms: Very cleanSafety: No concerns regarding our safety.Walkability: Walking distance to Eiteljorg museum, Lucas stadium much more!
Jean Sink: My friend and I stayed in June 2022 for the TGC Women's Conference at the Indy Convention Center. This hotel was extremely convenient: easy to park (and cheaper rate since we stayed), connected to the convention center by elevators and walkways, breakfast in the mornings (continental, standard variety). The room was clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and happy to answer questions. We will plan to stay again for future conferences!
Charlotte Cervantes: We have stayed here many times, and we are always greeted with smiles. All the hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay perfect.Walkability: Connected to the convention center
Bernadette Williams: Overall, i did not stay long enough to make a general review, but it was ok. Except i did not like the idea of going to another hotel for dinner. Yes, i understand it's under the same hotel brand. I am a Marriott Bum. But sleeping in one hotel and eating in another takes time away from what i want to do. All in all, my stay was good, and i will be back in a week or so.
Chennal Powell: The roomsare no updatedas all and are VERY narrow. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel was closedpermanently- it would have been move to know this priorbut overall i wouldnotrecommend staying at this property.Motworth the money!
Alisa Neff: Nearby activities: Museums across the street. Zoo not far. Some restaurants very close.Food & drinks: Good breakfast foods.
Olu S: Angelica was very nice and provided necessary details about the hotel.Room was neat and my needs were attended to.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis East: what do users think?
Scott Watson: The service at the Fairfield is great! I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member and they always do their best to upgrade me when I'm there. The rooms could use an update but they are clean and well appointed.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

TruthHasSpoken: First, the positive: very nice staff and comfortable beds. Why Fairfield and Springhill have more comfortable beds than Marriott brand is beyond understanding. Second, the not so good: the property is in need of an overhaul. That the ceiling of the Port-Cochere (drive up / drive through portico) collapsed after a rainstorm shows the lack of attention at this property (and with it money pinching). I am confident that the problem was ignored previously as a water leak just didn't happen all at once and would have shown stains prior to the collapse. My room itself exhibited in numerous issues that needed attention, updating, and/or correcting. Time to to replace the early 90's decor (or is it 80s?). Not sure. Also would like to see Fairfield upgrade the coffee at least one level. It's only so so (Hilton Garden Inns is much, much better).
Leslie Fleuranges: Less than happy at this hotel. I’m loyal to the Marriott/ Westin brand but this place was ugly. We had to stay in the handicap room because they were out of rooms with two beds.Talk about SPARSE!! The lights were almost nonexistent. It was worse than lighting in a child’s room. The shower area has not been updated. Almost no where to charge your phone. It was by far the most depressing room I have ever stayed in.Someone please go fix up this handicap room. Those guests deserve MUCH BETTER!! @Marriott @Bonvoy

Matthew Mason: Big thank you to Emily!I am mid trip to the east coast and haggard from the drive. Was really looking forward to the King Spa room with the jacuzzi tub. I stayed in this room last trip and it was great! She was able to assist me in obtaining the reservation last minute and it is going to MAKE my trip. So rewarding to relax after a hard week of driving.Customer service makes the difference in hospitality! You guys have a great one there! I hope she's recognized for her quality service. Thanks Emily!
Zane Pace: This was a nice hotel and the room was good. But my room had a flickering light in the bathroom that could give someone epilepsy. Also the tub did not have a flat bottom but was curved so you couldn’t stand in the middle but on either side. Also asked for some amenities and was told that they were completely out and to ask the hotel across the parking lot.
David Davis: Nice friendly staff the room was very nice and big so the rating some comes from the little bitty TV 19in mabe 22in couldn't even see it I stayed at the econo lodge and it had a 55in TV and the difference in cost between the I was disappointed I did expect more to be rated a 3.5 star hotel I did not experience 3.5 stars and then to charge me 5 dollars for parking this is way out east indianapolis not downtown I had no choice but to park there as the neighborhood is so bad they built a 10 or 12 red brick wall all around there hotel I'm 43 and I have only ever had to pay to park in a downtown setting of towns and city's so the price for room advertised is not the priceWalkability: You are not walking anywhere the is the worse part of Indy if it's not its very close I grew up here so yes I would recommend not going outside of the red brick wall without being I. Your car with doors locks and all valuables hidden out of site
Pat Robinson: Very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay there the next time I'm in IndyRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
sam chiang: Rooms come with breakfast. Can use pool in the bigger Marriott nearby. The AC was very loud when it comes on and woke me up multiple times. Because of that noise I would not return. Else good.
