Ashley W: Their commercial is so creepy and constant that I would never even consider using this company. I'm not sure who they are trying to slam with "unlike some people", but if I did know, they would be my first phone call when I needed a home loan.
Tony Snowden: I don't know how you can afford to run such a terrible commercial so frequent. You come off very untrustworthy on top of saturating the commercial.
Tracy Strelak: The Home Loan Experts made the process of refinancing my home simple and relatively stress free. They always answered all my questions quickly and clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your home loan needs.

Jerry: Talk to a expert, unloaded all my documents with no response. Been over a week. Called wells Fargo was approved within 3 hours of uploading my docs with an great low rate. They are all over the radio but customer service has some work to do.
Brian Sills: Ryan and his team did our refinance in March 2020 and we were very satisfied. Application on-line was super easy and quick. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. What stood out the most is how quickly they responded and kept the process moving.
James Sweney: Second time I called this company.... disappointed both times. First time company pulled my credit with a "hard" hit, even after I specifically asked them not to and they agreed. Second call today to check back and see if rates were better, I got a guy who was a super fast talker, not professional at all and said the only way he could help me was to go through the complete application process. When I mentioned not all companies require that, he said "Well, they'll throw all kinds of numbers at you, blah blah blah". Seems to me this outfit just wants to get you hooked in. If they were super legit and confident in their product, they would be transparent and professional and make you feel confident. Instead they come across as a scam (which I don't think they are).
Dave B: Advertisements say they are lending when others are not...it’s not true. Was told due to the current virus and all the crazy things going on that additional restrictions have been in place that weren’t there before. Could very well be a fine company but my experience wasn’t the greatest.

Mike Burton: Over 3 months after their “5” minute approval and was denied. On pins and needles for THREE MONTHS! do yourself a favor and go to a real lender, not one that runs his mouth on the radio. All it is is running his mouth. He doesn’t care about you.
SPECIAL DISPATCH DRIVER: They remove negative reviews. Approved me for about 60% of what my bank did and counted rental income as a expense all while making promises they never kept. Seemed like it was their first mortgage ever. Have no idea how they're in business
Matthew Barnes: Disappointed. One month after the application and all the paperwork, they notified me that they can't do the loan. Wasted so much time and effort.

I initially called with several questions in regards to starting the home buying process and after informing Ryan that I am a truck driver with a percent pay, pay scale he became disinterested and hung on me. Robert Shaw: I contacted Chad Arnold on Oct 3 2019 and he said I should email all my documents to him at his email address.On Oct 4th I sent all the information he needed and he said he would lock me in on Monday Oct 7 2019.On October 8th he got back to me and said he had a family emergency but would get back with me ASAP.On Oct 11 I contacted him again and he did not respond.Today is Oct 19th and I have heard nothing from our buddy Chad.I contacted his home company and asked if they could find a responsible person to do my home loan.Today is 10/23/2019 I received an email from Ms Johnson a supervisor, saying she was sorry about my experience, and then she said since I was not satisfied she would cancel my application, but did not ask if I wanted to proceed, I would like for this company to remove the hit on my credit report. I went to a different company and the credit report shows their inquiry.

Mr. John Dearth was very accurate based on the info I gave him. He is extremely patient and got me the best deal.
