The Alexander: what do users think?
erica Dillard: The hotel was very nice and let me mention the staff was great from start to finish. My husband and I were only in the city for 3 days but with the service we were provided we will definitely be back for a nice weekend getaway soon. The staff at the Market Table along will make you want to revisit the Alexander in Indianapolis. If you looking for a nice hotel downtown Indy look no more, this is it! The rooms are a little small but next time we will do an upgrade to something a bit larger. Photo ops are all around so take advantage of it. It is a must and I can't wait to return 3Nearby activities: Kilroys and Gainbridge Arena

april darst: The rooms are the classy. With every situation they took care of us treatment of royalty. Very clean rooms, great 5 star room service . Staff trip over themselves to help you. Manger was super friendly plan to come back next time we are in the area.Rooms: Clean and relaxing!Food & drinks: Food service was fast and fancy!
Jonathan Bryant: Rooms were nice but beds were a little stiff. Hotel has nice areas like the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Staff were good just not always helpful. Location is really nice and close to downtown.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Katherine Kramer: I had a very nice two day stay here. With the exception of a lack of hot water one morning the rest of the stay was fine. Parking and the restaurants here were a bit expensive.
Mike: Located not far from Pacers basketball stadium. Good service, very clean rooms and amazing breakfastRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Ambassador Dr. Angela J Nealy, PhD: I was there assisting Dr. Alicia E. Mckoy with her keynote. I recorded the keynote, took photos and just listened to an awesome program.Alexander has such an eclectic array of one dimensional to three dimensional art. The service and servers were outstanding.I highly recommend this facility. I shall definitely return.Ambassador Dr. Angela J. Nealy, B.S., M.S., Ph.D.
Cherry: This is a very unique hotel that I would recommend to anyone who likes art and out of the ordinary. You can see many everyday items (some obsolete) turned into art. Be sure to check out the Bird Man and the Madame CJ Walker display. Get a close look or you will overlook important details (like the cleaning person missed the red sauce on the white light switchplate in my room). The birds made from old albums are also a must-see, unless you are an album collector. The rooms are pretty and spacious. I slept well on my king-size firm mattress, but it seems that the hotel needs to spend more on them, particularly insulating for sound. One can hear conversations from the room next to them. If that doesn't bother you, then you will probably have no complaints after staying here. The showers are lovely and there were plenty of towels for one person. The pub is poppin' but I didn't try the food. People just seem to be enjoying themselves and there were many folks in there on a Friday night. The hotel also has a cozy patio for outdoor dining or snuggling. I don't think there was enough space for dancing.I would stay again, but l'd bring disinfecting wipes. One word of caution: You will be charged if you remove the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or body wash from your room. This is written on a pricing sheet beside your bed, but you might miss it if you are enchanted with all the breathtaking sites.Thankfully, I read the sign.Go have a great time. This is a stay I will remember fondly for a long time!
NATASCHA FLOYD: This place is amazing! Not just the beauty and ambience of the hotel but the staff is incredibly hospitable and professional, too! We stayed here for my birthday and booked 2 rooms via an internet booking agency but there was an issue showing only 1 room when we arrived. The staff at the Alexander hotel were quick to remedy the situation and I mean QUICK! They booked a 2nd room a the same rate without hesitation. Then there was an issue later with the booking site. They still charged for the 2nd room. Tried to rectify the situation with them but got no where so called the Alexander directly and they took care of the problem right away! Erin and Brady are phenomenal, give them a raise! This was our 2nd stay at The Alexander and we love it every time. We will be back! And we will be booking directly next time! Thanks again, guys! =)
deondra Billingsley: We had an ghastly experience at The Alexander. I was initially thrilled to spend Valentines day weekend within the hotel due to my previous experience. We arrived early (about 20 minutes) for check in but the room wasn't available which wasn't a big deal. We started to notice that everyone after our arrival was able to check in expeditiously without hesitation to get them to their room which was odd. After 40 minutes of waiting I requested status and was advised "they're still working on it". After 20 more minutes of waiting, I asked for another update and was met with again "they're still working on it". I then explained we had dinner reservations that we were late to and asked for a different room. They placed us in a different outside of the suite I reserved. Fast forward to now being charged for an extra day and no one within management being able to figure out why. I now have to go through the headache of working with my bank to ensure this is rectified. Please look into other options in downtown Indianapolis. They're some other hotels that will take the extra mile to ensure that you and your loved one will have an exceptional time while meeting your needs.

debjani singha: I was here for a convention. It is a unique hotel. Try to book the room in the train.
Denise Pallarito: The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis did its best to retain the train history that built the city. It is on the National Historic Registry. The rooms are efficient. We stayed in 352, which is an internal room with no view of the outside. We had a view of the wall (which was fine with us). The atmosphere was a friendly one. Throughout the property are statues depicting what activity would have been like.We will definitely stay here again.Nearby activities: There is a tunnel to get to the convention center.Walkability: Very walkable to the sites of Indianapolis.

nigar sultana: I recently had an unfortunate experience at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown. The front desk receptionist, who appeared to be of Indian descent, demonstrated a discriminatory attitude and maintained an unwelcoming demeanor throughout my stay. I faced several issues during my time at the hotel, which left me extremely dissatisfied.Firstly, I had booked a pool view room a month prior to my arrival, but the hotel failed to provide me with the room I had reserved. Additionally, my coat went missing from my room, and the hotel staff accused me of losing it instead of taking responsibility for the disappearance. The amenities in the hotel room were also severely lacking, with no microwave and no room service available. Furthermore, the wait times for assistance were incredibly long, causing significant inconvenience during my stay. To make matters worse, I almost missed an important conference due to the misleading directions provided by the front desk.Overall, my experience at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown was highly disappointing, with instances of racism, unprofessional behavior, and inadequate service.

The Maxwell Apartments in Indianapolis: what do users think?
TaylorTheTuner: Cancelled our booking without warning or explanation
Shelby Pund: Nice apartment. However I’ve had over $500 worth of packages stolen from the mailroom and the leasing agency just clings to the fact that if the shipping company doesn’t place packages into the parcel lockers it’s not their fault and won’t pursue the thief.
Mackenzie Pogue: This place was a nightmare to live at and certainly not worth the price.
Tammy Roper: Moved into the Maxwell in April of 2022. I waited to give a review for a few months so that I could give a more thorough review of the Maxwell apartments. I have to say that I really do love it here. The management team was so responsive and kind throughout the entire moving in process. The apartments are really beautiful and spacious. We've had no issues with noise level and everyone is super friendly. The maintenance team is also quick to respond when ever there is an issue. Love the Maxwell and would recommend to anyone looking for a great downtown Indy apartment!
Avery Pagell: Lived there for 2 years. Had to deal with countless fire alarms going off at any time of the day whether its 3am or 7pm for about 30 mins a time. Paid 100$ a month for a garage spot only to have my things stolen out of my vehicle and broken windows and the apartment does nothing about. I highly advise against this apartment.
Kyle Summitt: We toured the apartment with Jordan. He was excellent. Every question we had was answered. He let us take our time, and gave a great customer experience. Anyone is sales or customer service can learn a thing from this guy!!!
Leah J.: My experience renting at The Maxwell was easily the worst I've ever had. During my time living at this property, my packages were stolen multiple times (and when I brought this up to the staff my concerns were dismissed as outliers), my car was broken into in the parking garage (once again, no real response on the part of the property except for a "Sorry this happened to you!"), and repairs that were promised would be made to the bathroom in my unit by the time I moved in (rust around the showers, sloppy caulking, etc) were never made. The loitering in and around the property is absolutely unbelievable (I can't tell you the number of times I was walking to my car in the garage and was practically intercepted by a strange man), so if you're a single woman, I would advise you carry pepper spray at any and all times of day. The hot water is inconsistent at best, and though the maintenance team was swift and courteous when attempting to repair it, it's been brought to my attention that this is a habitual issue for the property. For the cost of living here, these issues were absolutely unacceptable. But the worst experience of all, easily, was upon move out. I had movers take most of my boxes and furniture out of my apartment two days before my scheduled move out, and when I came back the next day to pick up my remaining belongings, they had been thrown into trash bags and random boxes with no regard for the contents (sauces from my refrigerator tossed into garbage bags with sensitive banking paperwork, etc). Someone contracted by the property to paint the unit had entered my apartment without consent, during covid, touched all of my things, and even destroyed a priceless documentation that I'll never be able to get back. It was the most incredible violation of privacy I have ever experienced.I would wholeheartedly recommend AGAINST renting at the property if you value your peace of mind. The only positive things I can say about my experience here was that they didn't put up a fight when it came to compensating me for my damaged property and ending my lease.Side note: The courtyard fountain looks lovely in the summer, but trust me, after 24/7 water running that you can hear clearly through your walls, you'll want nothing more than to never look at another fountain again.
Bethany Wilson: If you enjoy having hot water, don’t rent here. Our hot water has been out 3 times since living here, with the last instance resulting in 4 days without hot water. Also plenty of leaks, broken elevators, car break-ins, random 2 hour fire alarms and plenty of other issues.Incredibly poor building management and no care for their residents.Worst apartment experience ever. You can absolutely find somewhere better to live that cares about residents and knows how to take care of apartment community so it isn’t falling apart every week.
Jordan Lambuth: Lots of water issues. Either the hot water goes out for days at time. The fire suppression system is leaking and the fire alarm is going off in the middle of the night. Rate increases, cost of parking doubled. We're now being charged for utilities. No guest parking. Not very well insulated, drafty windows.
Anthony Elias: 2 times in 2 yrs we've been left without hot water for 3+ days. Also, the pipes bursts in the winter twice in the last two yrs (see a pattern?) so buy renters insurance. Also, dont waste $1k a month here.
Nick Booker: A nice place to live
Shashank Suresh: There are many things wrong with this apartment building. The water main pipeline has had problems three times in the last two years. Two of those times it actually burst and flooded and destroyed and entire floor of the building, displacing all of the tenants on that floor. The pipe repairs themselves took quite a long time and the entire building did not have running water and had to all use the bathroom and shower on the first floor during this time. I feel like paying almost $1500 in rent entitles a person to water in their own apartment. The fire alarm is also faulty and goes off for no reason several times a year. Sometimes it happens in the middle of the night. Too bad if you work a job during the day that requires you to shower and have restful sleep at home - you won't get that by living here.Overall, I do not recommend living here. Avoid it if you can. The apartments themselves are nice but the high cost of living here plus the inconveniences that come up more frequently than they should make it not worthwhile.
Shawn Harper-Hall: Very nice downtown apartments, right on Ohio and East St.Large parking area.
T. Michael Fischer: Great space but poor quality and customer service. It is obvious that the Glick employees are more suited for lower income property management.
Amanda Vela: I have absolutely loved living at the Maxwell! It has been the perfect apartment for me. I've toured almost all the new apartments in Downtown Indy and the Maxwell is, by far, the nicest. The interiors are beautifully decorated with dark wood floors, granite countertops, beautiful hardware, high ceilings and clean carpets. It was always quiet and a nice young professional crowd. It may sound like a small detail, but it's SO nice to have a glass shower door instead of a curtain (unheard of in apartments!) and a pantry in the kitchen (also very rare). I also had a walk in laundry room that I could use for storage and have a drying rack (in the past I've had to air dry my clothes on top of the washer/dryer - no fun!). The heated garage is so nice in the winter... I can't even begin to tell you what an advantage that is.Besides all that, the staff and maintenance team are very kind, friendly and helpful. They always responded to my calls and needs in a timely manner and did so with kindness and understanding. And perhaps the best part? The location. The Maxwell is just blocks from Mass Ave and blocks from the heart of the city - Monument Circle. You are literally close to everything - but not too close that it's noisy.5 stars!!
Kris Leksas: While first impressions of the maxwell apartments are good, don't be fooled. The overall layout of the apartment complex is nice and quality of the units are good but then it goes all down hill.Like others have mentioned, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that is happening in all of your neighbors apartments. Speaking of noise, the courtyard is like an amphitheater. Any noise is magnified by 10 so don't bother opening your windows(there's zero airflow anyway). They technically have a gym but I wouldn't call it that. It's more like a 15x15 sq foot storage room with a couple treadmills and free weights thrown in it. It gets claustrophobic with more than two people in it and smells like a high school gym.Lastly, don't expect to have guests spend the night. Being a Chicago transplant, I often had guests on the weekends. Unfortunately, there is no where to park. There's a large lot to the side of the building that is not owned by the complex. One of my guests parked there and in the morning, was approached by the maxwell management. They said they could give you the company's number that owned the lot and you can buy a spot for $50/month or that you will be towed. She then proceeded to copy his license plate number to presumably turn it in.Overall, the lack of amenities, poor noise insulation, and unfriendly staff make maxwell apartments an extremely poor place to live.

Downtown Indy Guest Homes: what do users think?
Lisa B: Stopped here with a friend for it’s walking location to many local spots & family proximity. I can not express how surprised we were when we arrived & the front desk informed us that there’s a Manager’s Cocktail hour & breakfast is served daily. There are coupons given out for the cocktail hour which consisted of everything from juice, soda, wine, beer & other libations. Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet consisting of hot & cold items & if you’d like to wait for the kitchen to open then the chef will make omelets, eggs any style, one morning was pancakes & the next morning were waffles, etc. the room was generous in size with a comfortable sitting room, the bathroom was okay (could use a little sprucing) and the bedroom was perfectly appointed & the bed very comfy. Lots of pillows & towels were easily accessible. The only thing I noticed was the a/c made a lot of noise but with that being said, our second night there (Saturday) the hallway was a bit noisy (next to elevator) and it drowned out a good amount of the Saturday night going ons.
Denise Bombagetti: Breakfast and exening reception was of very poor. A big let down from years ago.

Sidonia Martin: Check-in/ check out was fast. We stayed in a suite so we got added bonus bag of snacks and 2 free alcoholic drinks at the reception area. They even had free pop and snacks for the kids. Pool wasn't as big as the pics I saw, but decent seated couches around area to sit. Rooms were nice with separate living area with extra TV and kitchenette. Could have been cleaned a little better ( couch had stain). Beds were comfy. Parking garage was cheapest for being downtown ( $28 for all night vs $35-45), but elevator was dirty and smelly. Breakfast buffet was nice with omelet bar. Would go again as it's close to Circle Center Mall and other Indy attractions.
Kasey Attwood: Shout out to Dwayne - great customer service alwaysSafety: Safe and secure downtown areaWalkability: Great location for adult beverages and restaurantsNoteworthy details: Great social hour to relax after work.

Stephanie Mason: Would not recommend. The escalators did not work. You can hear every little sound. When you call the for something you never get it. That paint was peeling from the ceiling in the shower. There was no trash cans in the room, stains on the furniture. You are paying for the name not a quality stay.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Harold Todd: The up escalator was constantly not working and the lobby level is on the 4th floor. A long climb with luggage or for anyone who has a heart condition. Staff attempted to fix it every day but by the 3rd day of it not running longer than a few minutes we decided that perhaps the hotel was trying to send us a message.Unlike the song Hotel California where you can check in but never leave, here you can leave but you can't check in.The garage is under repair so lots of noise and dust although they do have signs saying Pardon my Dust, taped to the portable handicap ramp. That assumes you can climb the up ramp as practice of climbing up to the 4th floor because the escalator is broken.Considering Hilton is charging premium prices while deleting services ( no room cleaning service until the 5th day) perhaps they were hoping the guests would fix the escalators. On 3 consecutive mornings when I visited the breakfast area (7.35 AM) there was no one cooking the much touted breakfast meals so it was soggy and cold scrambled eggs. The first day there were no forks and guest were using spoons which works with scrambled eggs so maybe this was intentional. I requested a fork but the staff person didn’t speak English and brought me a napkin.Like many Hilton properties, this location is overpriced and understaffed. For twenty-five years I would look for a Hilton property when I travelled. Now I try to avoid them and no doubt this will be my last year as a Diamond member. There are many better options and lots that offer both value and service.
fredrick williams: I stayed here a few weeks ago. I'm giving my stay here one star due to I seriously believe that Service is very important. I was evicted from my room due to a hotel mistake. Instead of waiting for me to return from work and clear up their mistakes, the hotel decided to evict me then question me once I returned. After some back and forth the mistakes were corrected. My compensation for this embarrassment isn't close to me making whole. I feel this location needs better organization and communication.
Dee: The rooms have been updated and they were clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock and wouldn’t close. They did send maintenance up and he tried but nothing he could do. The staff at check in did not include what the tickets were for or any information. Could tell she loved her job. The hotel is connected to couple restaurants and a mall that can be accessed without going outside.

Joscelyn Mathis: I understand that sometimes people HAVE to move to this type of housing situation. For the price per week they really need to do better.
Nicole Amador: Ralyn she is amazing very friendly good customer service this place is a great place to stay just to get on your feet or meet your goals or until you get stable it comes with everything you need a TV a bed a refrigerator and stove & a microwave it may not be like the Holiday Inn but you get what you pay for I read some of the reviews that people think it’s ghetto or dangerous it’s only dangerous if you put yourself in dangerous situation but if you stay to yourself you don’t have to worry I haven’t had any problems here with the people & it’s a blessing too have a roof over your head instead of Being in the streets thanks to everyone here

Johnny Murray: The Staff at office wasnt friendly She acted like she didnt like the job or hated her job every min of the day.
Livvy Owen: This place is pretty scary looking. There's a little road covered with trees that you have to take, to get there. That's just a disaster waiting to happen. They need to cut those trees before someone is robbed at gun point by someone hiding behind them. There's plenty of other hotels for around this price, that are in a much safer area. I do not suggest this place.Rooms: Don't leave your room if you stay here!Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants, but again not in a safe area!Safety: In the hood! Not safe! Expect to see crime and/or be a victim of it here!Walkability: Definitely walkable, but don't suggest it. The location is not safe at all.Food & drinks: Plenty of fast food and restaurants around, but most food delivery places will not deliver to this area after dark. A lot of drivers have been robbed and a few have even been killed! Don't expect uber or lyft to provide rides here either. Definitely not safe.Noteworthy details: Check out Indianapolis crime on 21st and Post Road. This place is not safe. You can find another motel/hotel in a safer area for cheaper than this place. This area has been unsafe for over 15 years. Lots of murders and robberies occur almost weekly, possibly daily!

Hector Moreno: 110 cancellation fee for not being able to check in 👎🏼
Dinah Orso: Call to make a reservation for my Work guys needed to know what the extra technology fee was since the TV is an amenity in the room. I wanted to know why so I could explain to my boss, the general manager refused to allow me to make a reservation because he said I had an attitude I’m loud because I’m from the south all I had was a question got hung up on three times because I needed him to send me a credit card authorization form before I made the reservation. General manager refuse to allow me to let the guys stay there. This is bad business the way he talk to me was so rude and disrespectful. I don’t know how he still has a job. I worked in hotels I would’ve never spoken to anybody the way he spoke to me even after I’ve been called out of my name.
Anja Willis: I’ll just say less. This place is awful don’t come here unless you have to. Management will put guests out for any old reason. He does what he wants and will let you know about it. They also have roaches. It’s dangerous to be here people shoot up in the parking lot and leave the needles behind for kids to find.
BaileyRae Bailey: Your facility manager Dometrius is AWESOME!! He has no problem doing whatever it takes to ensure that everything is clean and working properly. Dometrius also goes out on a limb to make sure that all residents are safe and following all the rules. I haven't seen a young person with work ethics like this in a long time. The new staff are also great additionsto your company... Quality over Quantity. Kudos to you Intown Suites!

Helped me out when I had trouble checking in after a +30 hour travel.Rooms: Great layout. Especially good to have small kitchen with all you need for your stay.
Josh Knoechel: We called and booked a room, confirmed the pool was open and working. Drove across the city during rush hour. Get here and the pool is closed. They say there's nothing they can do for us. But don't worry, they said they won't charge us a cancellation fee. How generous.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More

Lisa May: Had an absolutely lovely stay here when I had to travel to Indiana for work. First off, the ladies who work evening shift at the front desk are delightful. They were so sweet and happy to be there. My room was simple, clean, and comfortable. My shower (which is a big hot spot for me in hotels) was super clean with good water pressure. The hotel was quiet at night. They are festive and had decorations up for Valentines. The staff also encourages you to participate in social hour, which includes free food. So fun! Had a lovely stay.
Ramón Guixa: Great rooms and service

Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing: what do users think?
Tati Raz: Good hotel for the price!!! Beautiful lobby but there is no breakfast included , the bar and the restaurant were not popular and situated right up front which seems uncomfortable. No fee wifi or parking. valley is like 25 a night. The are is nice with all the stores and restaurants around. The best part was the front desk! Super nice and helpful!
Tia-Lynn Hatcher-Gary: Everything was great. Didn't care for $15 per night parking in the garage but what can we do about that. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was lovely! Everything was clean. The only thing I would change is having some control of the AC. It got a little stuffy in the room but overall...Thanks for a great stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, High-tech …More
Connor Shaw: Only went in the lobby and it was very nice so I really can't rate much better then a 4 starFood & drinks: The eggs were cold but everything else was pretty good
Leonard Lorentz: Really disappointed with my recent stay at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing. The staff was not very accommodating and seemed annoyed with our needs. We were first assigned a room with no towels. We asked for some only to get called later on asking if we still really needed them. The room itself was musty and could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. Maybe even a new carpet. At night there was a loud party going on until 5 am. I didn't know exactly what room, so I was unable to get the staff to help. I will never return to this property.
collene hayes: Would not recommend. Older rooms being renovated. Mold in room by window. Ac vent super loud. When moved to newly renovated room there was no TV remote, no toilet paper holder, loud fridge, no streaming service online, room phone not hooked up. Management does try to correct issues. Comfortable beds and hot water is the best they have to offer. Staff is also pleasant and accommodating.
John Maxwell: Furniture is extremely old. They are remodeling now but wow the rooms thst have not been remodeled are bad. I'm surprised Sheraton allows there name to be on this hotel. I had a drink and something to eat at the bar. Service was extreeeeeeemly slow and the food was bad.Rooms: Dingy and old. Some under renovation. Not mine.Food & drinks: Drinks fine good bad.
Taufeeque Ali: Nice place to stay in this area. Hotel was amazing. One of the best and only 4 star hotel in this area surrounded by outlet malls, eatery, and tourist spots. Will definitely stay here again.
Sarah “Sarah” Phillips: Our bed was a crime scene under the sheet. Great staff. Left a gift bag behind and called immediately but it was nowhere to be found:( Bartender Michael was great!!!Food & drinks: Cheesecake factory
Gaby Ferreira: The hotel is outdated but they are working on renovating. My complaint is some nights they give you free cookies and waters and are great. Other nights nothing...Mandy IU never know wheat to expect. I don't like the inconsistency.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Paul Heimann: Shower didn't work right. Most of the water didn't redirect so the pressure was very low. One of the lights in our room was out. The coffee maker also didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but I expected more than that. The bar was poor. The bar tender was unknowledgeable and way too stingy for the over priced drinks. The parking was also awkward. At checkout, we Indicated that we would like someone at the hotel to follow up with us about our stay, which was more than two week ago, and we never heard from them.I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Claudia Weitz: Our original room that we were given had not been cleaned properly. Surfaces were sticky with visible cup rings. Bathtub was dirty and peeling. Bed was disheveled. Carpet was ripped. We were given a new room, however it was not what we originally booked. No apology from staff and no discount given. Will not return or recommendRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Joel Hector: Great service and very relaxing
Jacob Tidwell: This location is located in north Indianapolis with easy access to local streets and the interstate highways. It’s attached to a shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It’s clear this is a more affluent area.I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, but my room wasn’t ready. The lobby was comfortable and it was easy for me to work for a few hours. The staff clearly saw me there working, but never once approached me if/when my room was available. The room was spacious and appropriately furnished. The beds weren’t amazing, but they did the job. There’s some remodeling or construction occurring, so be prepared for a little noise during the day and false fire alarms.Overall, it’s a Marriott property, but clearly not concerned about overall service to guests or Bonvoy members with status.
Coty Waldron: Rooms: Brown s*** in our shower and they would have left a stain after you washed it off and we think there is yak on the pictures the pool in the sauna was awesome though no hot tea ran out of coffee downstairsRooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Omni Severin Hotel: what do users think?
geremi140: Only reason I didn't all high scores was regarding the restaurant.Breakfast was fine, food very good, no problem. However dinner would have to be ordered in bar, and the bar only had a bar tender , one waitress, one bus boy. The bar was loud not a place to have dinner and small as well ,so we went other restaurants in the area. there was a convention in town think Omni would have open the breakfast area for the three days.
Ed GREEN: This is a wonderful and friendly hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Micu Bob Preh: Well the Omni is definitely A cut above in a historic building. The staff is second to none for courtesy, knowledge and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and everything was in order. It was extremely close to the convention center with a three or five minute walk. The police presence in the area was amazing.Rooms: I was most impressed with the shower. The bathrooms were very nice, the shower had amazing pressure, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was incredible. The rooms were very clean and the linens fresh. And also the toiletries in shower was very nice.Nearby activities: Convention center, fine dining, and shopping is within only a few minutes walking out the door of the hotel. You have the historic crown hotel across the street which is a historic area. Lucas oil stadium and the indoor fieldhouse is all within quick walking distance.Safety: The metropolitan Police were everywhere. Pretty much a zero tolerance policy for damaging or safety issues. I do maintain my own safety as well as my sig other. There was no problem with the hotel security.Walkability: You can walk out of one side or the other of the hotel and be near a restaurant or a club in minutes. There was four fine dining places within 3 minutes of the hotel. Lower level eating facilities which were awesome and fast seating within 3 to 5 minutes of walking. And the blues club around the corner is the oldest bar in Indiana with the best music.
Lenae Lesiow: Our anniversary staycation at the Omni Severin Hotel was wonderful. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Upon our arrival, they immediately upgraded us to a suite, which was such a nice surprise. They also constantly communicate with you via text to make sure you're enjoying your stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are certain aspects that show the age of the hotel, but they didn't negatively impact our experience whatsoever. For those mentioning noise, that's to be expected being in the heart of a city, but the hotel itself was very quiet.A lot of reviews mentioned additional costs like Wi-Fi and parking (you're downtown, so free parking will always be limited), which are true. But as long as you anticipate/plan for what extras you'll want to pay for, it's seamless to sort out.We really enjoyed our stay, and most of that was thanks to the exceptional hospitality from customer service!Walkability: The hotel is located within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, and is only a few blocks south of the city center. It was a $6 Uber to Mass Ave, or there are plenty of scooters around.
Yvonne Ballard: We are so happy to spend our 28 year anniversary here, we had an amazing time!! The hospitality and customer service was great all around, they were very accommodating our entire stay! Our room was great and so was the breakfast and dinner! We will be coming back soon!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
Dano Sweetz: This place needs a serious update. It has an historic vibe but its outdated lobby, dated televisions (not smart tvs, terrible menu/interface) in the rooms, wallpaper in bathrooms, which in our first room that was offered was cut up by what looked like a knife in random places was pealing off the wall. They charge a fee for basic wifi is absurd these days. They also charge $53 a night for valley parking! Its more expensive than my rental itself! Also the beds are shot, they droop in the middle, either need to be rotated or replaced. I will not be staying there again. Oh AND, I wish that hotels would stop using feather pillows. A lot of people are allergic to them and they get flat easily.
Kathy Jahn: Loved the hotel and the location. Their service was amazing.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic …More
Ron Loving: Bathroom was very small. Service in restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced in a full service restaurant. Valet was very expensive and very slow getting and dropping off car.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Daniel Ripper: Just what you expected
Lori Arnold: It was a busy weekend with a wedding and a cheer competition. Room a bit small. Couldn't figure out parking so had to use valet parking. Bathroom a bit small. Two closets which was a plus. Very clean. Recieved 2 free drink tickets. Does not offer continental breakfast. Nothing in room about restaurants nearby or places that deliver.Food & drinks: Severin bar was busy and offered 2 free drink tickets. Moscato was delicious. Very friendly bartenders.
Gail p: Great location. Convenient location next to a mall. Very close proximity to arenas. Small pool, but nice. Would like to have some vending or other ways to get snacks after hours.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Fishers, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Robin Wathen: I was told when checking in that they overbooked the hotel and they made no attempts to relocate me or make it right. I’m a loyal ihg member… but this experience will make me start staying with ANY other hotel except an Ihg.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Zach Ehrat: Nice collection of stains on various fabrics around the room, standard collection of hair in the sink and shower. Housekeeping is clearly asleep at the wheel here, as punishment I'd suggest giving the staff coupons for a free night in the rooms they 'clean'.Also, my receipt says "I have received the goods and/or services in the amount shown heron." They were likely trying to say 'herein', as in 'the contents of a document', but they instead referenced a large wading bird that eats fish. Maybe a heron coughed up a partially digested carp in my room, thus causing the stains.Regardless of what species were involved, the lacking abilities at the Indy-Fishers Staybridge are varied, and what is life without variety?
T Jones: Omg this place was horrible and over priced. I stayed 3 days and housekeeping took my blanket and never brought another one and didn’t change my sheets just made up the bed. Then I’ve never stayed at a hotel that let people sit in front of the hotel and drink alcohol and talk loudly. #notagain
Joyce Byrd: Awesome, our stay was wonderful. We had a great spring break. Thank you all for your services. The rooms were clean and spacious. I'll return back again. The only issue was the one elevator.Rooms: AwesomeNearby activities: Great, there are so many stores within this location.Safety: Yes, we felt safeFood & drinks: Awesome breakfast each morningNoteworthy details: The location is awesome
Greg Madden: Overall a great experience. Pool goes to 5 feet deep which my kids and I loved. The only 2 negatives were that there were no towels in the pool area, which i guess we should have checked first, and also breakfast doesn't start until 730 which just seemed a little odd. Usually places are opening at 6 or 630, but the food was good.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
David “D-Ray” Davis: Super nice hotel. Pool wasn't open though and the whole hotel has an odd smell. Place was decent though otherwise. Could maybe use a modern remodel but overall a good hotel .Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Bryant Iocco: Latasha on night shift is AWESOME! Best experience I have ever had checking into a hotel! She was friendly, helpful and full of energy, even at 1 am! The rooms are great as well. Feels like I am staying in an apartment. Beds are clean and comfortable! I highly suggest staying at this hotel, and I HIGHLY suggest talking to Latasha while you are here.
Krista Mills: Travel nurses beware! One week stay and 3 cold showers. Toilet doesn’t flush. Lights/light bulbs constantly flicker. Don’t waste your money.
Doug Kloeppel: What a dump!!!!! We had to stay here because it was a “Play and Stay” soccer tournament. Out dated, dirty, they blatantly jack up the price because they could ($200 a night dump), AC not working (had it set to 65 to cool down and never got below like 74), pool shut down, and the staff is rude. I can’t comment on the free breakfast since we took one look and left.No one in their right mind, that was not forced, would pay $200/night for this dump.
Lauren Jansen: Rooms were dirty. Warped doors. Chipping paint. Didn't want to sit on the furniture, Pool closed. Only one washer in service and we have an entire team staying here for a tournament. It goes on and on. Will not stay here again.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Gina Wisler: Desk chair was broken, rooms were clean and breakfast was very good!
Ted Zapalski: Stayed here all the time for business trips. Left a piece of gym equipment in my room, came back hours later. Front desk says nothing found. Come back 2 weeks later it's hanging up in there gym!! Really! Can't afford gym equipment...I will never step foot In this place ever again....Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Cocoa Lavida: I work for IHG and decided to use my points to go ahead and experience a nicely put together hotel to relax away from home for a while. Ultimately the front desk staff was very accommodating and respectful and the hotel was very nicely put together. But for it to be that nice it was not as clean as it should have been. When we got there we had to change rooms 3 times. The first rooms covers and pillows had dirt stains on them. The second room had a very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The third room was fine to settle in but there was a nice little dead bug in the window that seemed to have separated itself into little ashy pieces lol, and the counter top wasn't cleaned properly. The young man at the desk, I don't know his name I wish I could have caught it because he was really nice about everything and even came up to let us see the last room and brought up the keys. He had long hair and glasses but I wanted to let it be known that he was awesome. I also had an issue with being itchy being itchy and leaving itchy. Breakfast was nice but the sausage was a bit undercooked. And this comment here has nothing to do with the hotel, but I would say if you're a darker skin individual, there are some guests that might not like that. But other than that, the hotel could have been a bit more up to par with the cleanliness considering they allow pets. I did enjoy my time and appreciate the experience.
Lee Horn: Where to start... This hotel felt like a family started and maintained a really nice hotel and then their kid talked them into letting them run it.The pool was out of service and other than the large gathering room there was not much in the way of services. The heater wouldn't kick off in our room and we finally got it fixed when the temperature was 82.The bathroom has a pocket door that wouldn't move and one of the two lights in the bathroom was out. The overhead light in the kitchen flickered when turn off and did so all night. There was no Ice machine and we could only get ice during breakfast from the kitchen. Breakfast was average for the price range. For a two room suite I was not impressed overall.

The Whit Apartments: what do users think?
Jocelyn Howes: Love living here and the new management team has done a lot to improve overall services. The only real wish I have would be to upgrade the stoves w/auto clean function and better pre-heat alert system.
Malik Talaat: Very nice apartment in a great location downtown, would recommend to anyone brand new to Indy. Amenities are great (common areas, gym, pool) and building is very well kept and clean.Only grievance would be it is expensive and ($1200-$1500 per month rent) and the $25/month valet trash fee cannot be waived.
Nick Houk: I love living here. The units, amenities and location are all great. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else living in downtown Indy.
Edward Cai: The Whit is quite different from anything I have lived and experienced. It’s a well located for anyone work downtown or just enjoy the city life. Interior apartments have nice appliances and looks sleek and modern. There is plenty of cabinet spaces and certain apartments have amazing views. There isn’t much down side besides the noise, but you are living on top of bar. It’s only really Friday and Saturday so that’s expected. Staff are always friendly and smiling. This is the only apartment that feels like it’s always fully staffed. The Whit is very on top of updating residents on elevators being down and downtown events. Some downtown events beware, makes it impossible to navigate the roads, but again welcome to downtown living. With that all being said, if you want a great experience and nice location to live, come to the Whit!
Alexa Johnson: The average reviews doesn’t tell the whole story. From my view it’s been amazing, maintenance has been quick and usually same day if you put in a request in the morning. They do a good job on fixing the issues described. the staffing feels full and I feel like they are always cleaning and organizing. The amenities are great and top for any luxury apartments. There are some things to keep in mind, it’s on top of 16Bit so living on top of it you may hear noise, but it’s excepted and on busy nights like Friday and Saturday, there has always been an employee walking around or stationed at the front to watch and make sure people who live here can only enter. For someone who lived in a few apartments this has been by far the best experience.
Nicholas McDonald: Great gym and pool. Perfect location. Helpful staff and maintenance team. Best place to live in downtown Indy
Nick Perry: I am a new resident at The Whit! The communication from the property managers was exceptional, making our move so much easier. Couldnt reccomend this place more it is an amazing community!
Elise Milligan: I love living at the whit! Management and staff are so willing to help and easy to communicate with. Apartments are very nice and in the best location!
Bailey Fleming: All I can say, is THANK YOU a million times! I moved into the Whit in 2022 and I have had nothing but the best experience. I have a high stress job, and I have left some very frustrated voicemails to the leasing office regarding the valet trash/small issues. They have done nothing but go above and beyond by not only addressing my concerns but also always following up afterwards to make sure things have been better. For example, Martez and Anna in the leasing office have been nothing but genuine and helpful since the day I moved in. No matter how frustrated I am, they are so kind towards me. The maintenance team here is also beyond amazing. They have been extremely prompt with any and all requests-even down to needing new lightbulbs. Services here are individualized, for example, maintenance will always bring my dog all the treats despite her having quite the attitude! I could not be happier with my experience so far at the Whit.
Sheila Kennedy: My husband and I moved to The Whit when we downsized from a three-story house in the Old Northside almost two years ago, and recently renewed our lease. We love it here--the location is superb--multiple bars and restaurants, grocery, hardware store, etc. all within a short walk. The amenities are great (gym, pool, party room, etc. etc.)and both the management and maintenance staffs have been unfailingly helpful and responsive. The apartment has tons of storage, and is roomy and surprisingly quiet. We are probably here for the duration!
Jacob Barrett: I've had a great time living at the Whit the past half year. The amenities are great, spacious floor plans, friendly residents and staff, and tons of dogs. All my requests have been answered in a timely manner and I haven't really had any issues so far.
Ashley Caveda: I moved into The Whit about 8 months ago, and so far the experience has been really good, especially compared to where I used to live. In my old apartment, I literally couldn't breathe due to mold, so I had to upgrade. The Whit's location can't be beat, with many great restaurants, stores, and movie theaters in walking distance. In general, the maintenance staff has been fairly responsive when I've had issues. There are also several nice community spaces that residents can use, like the courtyard, or even a small conference room I was able to use for a work meeting recently. The main negative is that it is fairly expensive, but I found it to be less expensive, and with larger apartments, than most other downtown luxury apartments. I plan to renew my lease this year.
Maria Jose Suarez: Love it but overpriced
Brendon Vanzile: Great apartments
PLAY DE BRINCAR: Casa Em Japão [País], Tóquio[Cidade]
Makenna Fitzgerald: I am begging the Whit’s custodial staff to please follow a standard set of quiet hours when it comes to taking out the trash from trash room. It is incredibly loud for the apartments that face into the alley to have to list to dumpsters being rolled out and the crashing of trash at 1AM sometimes as late as 3AM. I can’t understand for the life of me why they think it’s okay to be this loud so late at night and I’ve been woken up multiple times, so many times that I’m not resigning my lease.I don't live at the Whit, but I do unfortunately live in the apartment complex that shares the ally way. It's THAT LOUD. I can't image how loud it is for those that actually do live at Whit.
Cara Meunier: The Whit has the best, most helpful and kind team of leasing agents, best location, and amazing amenities. I’ve resided downtown in various buildings over many years, and this has definitely been my best living experience. :)
Michael Ray: Great environment to live downtown, friendly neighbors. A block away from Mass Ave so food options are abundant!
J Y: Really nice and really expensive apartments downtown! :)
Christian Jackson: So many nice amenities and in the center of downtown. No need to drive when you work in the city. Staff is very kind and quick on service.
Thomas Kasl: Terrible experience. Awful management, horrible living conditions with street noise and dog waste in hallways.
