JackRabbit - Broad Ripple: what do users think?
Warren Beal: Excellent and knowledgeable customer service, took the time to assist me even well after their closing time. I thought the price was fair and I even had a coupon I didn’t know about on my account. There’s a good selection, and of all the shoes I wanted to try on were in stock and available in my size.
Samantha Leffel: I had a wonderful experience here! Was greeted immediately upon entering, store was clean, well-lit and the selection of shoes is great! Bonus feature - neat electronic gadgetry! They have this nifty thing you stand on that takes precise measurements of your feet (report can be emailed to you), I was shocked to find out that I've been wearing the wrong size for my running/walking shoes... For years! Associate was gregarious, cheerful, knowledgeable, and so awesome to work with - she was able to tell when we'd found the right shoes just by the way I walked in them! The color of Asics I wanted wasn't in stock in store, but that was totally OK because they were able to ship them to me - promised delivery was within 3-5 days and they showed up in 24 hours! There's also a kind of loyalty program, of which I intend to make use. The location is very convenient - in Broad Ripple, across Compton St from the old BRHS. Plenty of parking and if you'd like, you can have lunch a couple doors down or visit The Magic Bus. 😊 As I said, this was a great experience for me, I highly recommend you pay them a visit before you get your fitness regimen going, your spring/summer walk on, or your 5k run!
CE A: Courteous staff. I was able to get my feet scanned to recommend the proper shoe and the results emailed to me afterwards. All for FREE! I learned that I was running in a pair of shoes over a half size too large. I have been running in my fitted shoes for some time now and they feel much more responsive. Great location. Will be back!
Peter Elliott: Great service!
C R: Helpful staff
Me Shook: A bit expensive, but hood shoes and great service.
Cristal King: This is one of my go to places. The staff was helpful.I ordered some Hoka'sThe came quick. I love their sales. I walked out w/ 4 pair for around $300.00
Pat Maier: This store is fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable associates combined with high tech and a good selection - can’t lose. Had a great experience with my wife mapping her foot, trying multiple shoes and inserts, and getting the perfect fits. No reason to go anywhere else to get outfitted for shoes - and. And it’s not just for runners - if you spend any time on your feet - give them some love and come here
Nolan Hostetler: My favorite running store in the Indy area. I have been running long distance for a little over 2 years now. The store manager Larry listened to my experience/concerns as a runner, provided me helpful tips and presented me with best footwear options to suit to me. I needed to wait a week for my next pay check to buy the shoes I wanted. Larry was willing to set them aside on hold for while was waiting to produce a form of payment. Excellent customer service and essential knowledge to serve the Indy running community!
Austin Foreman: Went in to grab some new shoes for an upcoming mini marathon. Larry (Manager) took time to measure my feet, picked out 6-7 pairs of shoes for me to try on and walk around in, and had extensive knowledge on every single pair I was trying on. Came back in the next day and grabbed the Adios Pro 2.0s from Xavier who was also extremely helpful. Truly the most hands-on, excellent service I have received in the shoe industry and will certainly be back!
VE x LO: Horrible environment
Alexis McGuigan: Employees don't wear masks, don't offer help, and email the receipt when you specifically asked for them not to as its a Christmas gift with a shared email. Like I said not to and she still did? Half their store is taken up for storage now as well. I'll stick to REI or athletic annex.
Drew Bishop: Absolutely the best customer service around. Is a great place for all your running needs. From shoes to hydration, they will help you out to give you the advantage you want in your runs. I will forever be a customer here!
Greg Swallow: These guys saved my hide! Crashed in on a long ride on a 95 degree day, suffering from an electrolyte imbalance, and they fixed me right up. Sold me some Nuuns and showed me to their water cooler and then I felt like a million bucks! Without them I’d have never made it home. Thanks!Despite several name changes and my transition from marathoner to ex-marathoner this runners shop is still tops. Recommend!
Robert Mercuri: All of my experiences have been outstanding! In particular the manager, John, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The best place for runners of all spectrums, from beginners to accomplished ultra- marathoners!
Mandy R: Madelyn was very knowledgeable on both of the shoes I was interested in and had personal experience using each model/brand which I found extremely helpful when making a decision/purchase.
Jason Anderson: they've got a wide variety. i wanted to try on some things I'd researched online & they had them. will definitely be going back.
Erin W. (Erin webber): Best place to get properly fitted in running, walking or jogging shoes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on their evaluations. Trustworthy and affordable shoes and products. The evaluation is free and literally takes as little as 10 minutes.
Rob Krahulik: Good store!
Dennis Benge: Super service on a busy Saturday morning. I’m an old hard to fit guy. John listened carefully to my footwear issues, measured my feet and arches, and quickly found the right shoes. I walked out with 2 pairs and an insert in less than a 1/2 an hour. He provided great service while juggling multiple customers.
KC Knebel: Was able to get what I needed. Staff was great!

Athletic Annex: what do users think?
joyce Barker: I do love them but my left is starting to bother me
David Crook: I recently was sized with the computer based volumetric machine as well as the salesman’s expert opinion. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of shoes based on sizing and they arrived within a week. The shoes are perfect and I could not have had a better overall experience!
Ambassador Dr. Angela J Nealy, PhD: They did not have sprint spikes. This is the second time they incorrectly notated my name on the receipt.I made a purchase anyway.Respectfully submitted,Dr. Angela J. NealyNotDr. Angela NealyTrinity NGO UNAmbassador-at-LargeDr. Angela J. Nealy, B.S., M.S., Ph.D.
Hardeep Singh: This place it a good place to get anything if you a runner.
Bradley Waters: I wanted to share my experience with Athletic Annex over the past year. My fiance and i live in St. Louis, MO. We visit family in Indiana on a regular basis and last year around March we were in town for a family visit. After that visit we were staying in Indianapolis for a concert. I had forgotten to bring a pair of comfortable shoes for the concert and also need a new pair of trainers. We found Athletic Annex not too far from us and decided to give it a shot. The service there was impeccable. The attention that you get from their representatives is unlike anything I've experienced at a shoe store. I forget her name, but the woman who took care of my purchase that day was incredible and spent so much time with me to find the right shoe and fit.Fast forward to this March, we were coming back through and i needed to replace my trainers and also get a pair of good quality running shoes for a Half Marathon training. This time the place was packed and i did not get as much attention as the last time (understandably). I was advised because of my foot shape that i should be getting my shoes in an extra wide, and go down a full size from my normal sizes. The shoes felt fine in store and i didn't notice any discomfort so i bought both pairs. Brought them home and my first couple days in the runners i noticed they would hurt my feet a little. I tried on the trainers and felt immediate pain. Both shoes were too tight. I contacted their customer service via email and explained the problem and that i thought i'd need a size adjustment. I expressed my worry on how long it could potentially take to receive the replacements as we do not live close by, and i didn't want to fall too behind on my training. They were so quick in finding the new sizes and had them at my door within 2 days!! The new shoes were perfect and show no discomfort. I was able to get a return label in the box with the replacement shoes and sent the old ones back.I cannot stress how important this attention to customer satisfaction is! We do not even live in the same state as this store and will be repeat customers for the foreseeable future because of this. If you live near one of their stores and are in the market for new shoes, i would highly recommend them.
Rob Pinder: Great running shoe and apparel store. Staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of shoes. If they don’t have what you want, they can get it fairly quickly.
Charles Lehr: Excellent Facility, Service and Product.
Steve gillman: I have difficult feet to fit for a pair of running shoes as my left foot is a 10.5 regular width and my right is a 9.5 with a wide width. Athletic Annex helped fit me with a pair of Brooks Ghost shoes and ordered two different pair. The Brooks program charges you less than half for the second pair as long as your feet are at least one full size different in length. Great personal customer service. The shoes arrived in less than a week.
steve oconnor: I always enjoy shopping for running gear and shoes at the Annex. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable, attentive & helpful but never high pressure. They could have a little more running apparel at times but everything they do stock is top shelf.
sandra Kirkwood: I recently bought a new pair of Brooks. The sales associate was very patient and helpful in my decision. He actually had to transfer the shoes from their sister store. I was called within a day or so to pick up my purchase. I received a discount as well with my loyal patronage points.
Miss Eddie: I went to the Athletic Annex for the first time today, and I was very impressed with the service, albeit I spent a lot of money, so it's a given that we'd receive good service, but that's not always the case. But today it was! Very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.I believe that everyone would like this place and the help they will receive, but do be aware that the prices are high! I only went there because my podiatrist recommended it, and my feet really did feel better after getting the right shoes... so, a win-win situation all around, and I am happy!!Sorry, but I was too busy to take pictures of the building, but I did get pictures of what I purchased...Brooks 11 8 D Wide tennis shoes and OOlala Luxe Rose Sparkle Sandles, with a really good arch support!
Ethan Zimmerman: We went to the Athletic Annex on Friday to get some new pairs of shoes and they were awesome to work with! There was an associate who worked with us from beginning to purchase. They were able to analyze our gait and provide awesome recommendations on shoes and the type of workouts/ runs we were doing. Overall the customer service here is par to none and I look forward to going back in the spring to get some new running shoes!
Lora Ledbetter: Top notch customer service. Ensured I was happy and went above and beyond for me. Shout out to I believe her name was Jessica.
Haley Walker: Has the BEST experience here! They took an hour to help me find the right pair of shoes for me. I had been experiencing shin splints for weeks and they really took the time to listen to assist in finding the best shoes for me. He had me try over 10 pairs of shoes! I have never had a business take that much time to personalize the experience for me. I spend a lot of time in tennis shoes- so they needed to be right! The 3D foot scan and video footage of running on the treadmill - really makes this shoe store stand above ALL others!
Tim Gruenhagen: Knowledgable and friendly staff that was able to scan my feet and make a few recommendations based on my foot shape. Went in thinking I wanted hokas but their advice led me to a better option!
Lani Ropkey: I won’t buy my walking shoes anyplace else! Athletic Annex is the best!
Hayden Mills: Nice friendly staff always helpful and ready to help.
Malia McGovern: Great store with knowledgeable people in the industry. Always a great experience.
Elizabeth Chaudhri: People were knowledgeable
Ida Herring: The sales man was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice about size and compatibility of shoes that work for me
Roger Edwards: Order of Brooks Dyad 11 sneakers was quick as was delivery. Had full choice of colors. Price included shipping.

Runners Forum: what do users think?
Tyler Gordon: Had a great experience buying my first pair of dedicated running shoes. Angela’s customer service and overall vibe was of the highest quality.
Mark Lambert: So patient getting me in the right running shoes. Had a great experience. Would recommend for any runner.
Kelli A.: I took my daughter here to find running shoes for her track season. We were very pleased with the options and thorough assessment. My daughter loves the Asics and we'll be back for spikes in the future.
Beth noel: Stopped by yesterday to look at walking shoes bc my feet hurt. I was a little nervous bc I am not a runner but needed good shoes bc my feet hurt. The staff was AMAZING! They spent time making sure I got the right shoe, inserts to help my feet and socks (that I LOVE). Tried my shoes out today and I was so happy, my feet didn’t hurt so I was able to do my normal 2 miles outside w my dog and 1.5 more on the treadmill. I recommend if you walk or run, they will be patient and get you the shoes that works best for you!
Oscar Reyes: This is my go to place to get sneakers that are made for me. Sneaker manufacturers create sneakers for different type of feet and if you're not aware of this you pick sneakers based on how they look. The team here, first takes the time to see how you walk and then finds your correct size and width. During the discovery phase they determine your arch type to find the correct sneaker type for you. They then come out with a selection of sneakers for you to try on. My advice is to find the shoe that fits best even if you don't like the color the most important thing is to find a sneaker that feels best, after that you can find different colors that are available for that shoe. This place isn't usually busy so you get quality time with the team here and they are runners too so they can answer any questions and know many different knots. I love this place and I wanted to write this for others to give this place a try.
Brent Saucerman: I needed a pair of running shoes, and had not run in several years. I have knee problems. The gentleman who helped me took the time to assess my gait and consider my weight and knee problems, and select 3 pairs that he recommended. He watched as I jogged in all three. I selected a pair of Hokas, and they are working well, and have enabled me to start running again. Fantastic selection and customer service. I'm planning to start trail running since road running bores me, and hope to get in soon to try on and purchase some new trail runners. Thanks for the help!
Jacqueline Smith: Cute little store, the guy working was super helpful and helped me find the correct size and a perfect color for me
Jennifer Strege: Impressed and blessed today at Runners Forum. My sophomore's new spikes were causing her feet to hurt for days after each race. Today, I took her out of school during study hall and headed to Runners Forum where we purchased the spikes to see if they could help or recommend something that would help. We arrived around 10:30 only to find the store didn't open until 11. However, the woman behind the counter let us in early. She then checked how the spikes fit on my daughter's feet and diagnosed the problem. In addition, she traded out her current spikes with a new pair and said I only had to pay the difference. When we checked out I actually received $5.00 back. Grateful! Thank you, Runners Forum!
Rebecca Eldridge: The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel like there wasn't anyone else in the store while she was helping me.
Kelly Coffey: We had great service from a very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
Terry Spaulding: Just purchased yet another pair of running shoes from RunnersForum. I always get the help I need to get the right shoes and inserts. Today, Jill was especially helpful in helping resolve a fit issue I was having. RunnersForum keeps me running! See you out there!
Scott King: This place was highly recommended by multiple people I work with. I was really looking forward to getting multiple pairs of shoes. When I got there I couldn't get any staff to acknowledge me, watched them almost trip over themselves to help people who came in after me, I left. Won't go back, recommend you don't either.
Doug Elkin: very friendly staff who are willing to help and take the time needed to find you the right shoes for your feet
barbara harvey: Took lots of time helping me find something close
Joseph Hodge: Knowledge staff and great selection of running and other shoes. I was allowed to order my size and color so I am very pleased.
Michele Taylor: Very pleased with the service at Avon Runners Forum. Jill provided an excellent fitting including looking at gait while trying 3 different shoe styles. My son was very pleased with the fit and style of his new shoes!
Lee Ann Cottrell: My family has shopped here for years and we always get great service. Our last two visits were for my fast-growing 11 year old who is an overpronater. On both occasions, Cameron helped us and took great care of my son. He took the time to have him try on multiple pairs of shoes that would offer him the stability he needs. Love the personal service not to mention their incredible return policy. We'll gladly continue to support this small business!
Ellyn C: Jill was helpful in finding the perfect shoe for me. She was patient through all the shoes and sizes I tried on. I highly recommend this store to find a show that works for you!! Very knowledgeable staff.
Kyle Schilling: Extremely nice, professional people. They really know their stuff!!
Mark Fairchild: Wonderfully attentive staff that took the time to do a detailed fitting and find the best possible product. Will definitely plan to visit again.
Mike Skaggs: The Sales Associate was really helpful and found the perfect shoes for my needs.

Runners Forum-Broad Ripple: what do users think?
Brian Read: Walked in to buy a pair of shoes but no one even acknowledged us so just walked out.
Lindsey “Linji” Mark: Shopping at Runners Forum is like having a best friend who specializes in fitting your shoes based on your needs and preferences. My last five pairs of running shoes have been lack luster and overall it's been much more expensive to switch them out than it would have been to just shop local with their experienced staff.I've been very happy with the fit and comfort of my new Saucony running shoes. It makes me want to hit the streets, wanting to put miles on these shoes is priceless.
Danielle Esmits: Soooo manyyy shoooeeessss!! 👟 Quite the colorful, enticing storefront too. Get steppin … Support local businesses!
Jessica Simpson: I stopped in to buy my first pair of trail running shoes. They didn't have any in my size in stock but they ordered them from their Carmel store. A couple days later the shoes came in and I was able to try a couple different brands! Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful!
Mark Galovic: I was looking into new "athletic type" shoes and my son reminded me of Runners Forum. I went to the Broad Ripple location and Blake took great care of me...very patient and knowledgeable. I tried on 3 different shoe brands, and went with "on"(seems like the best way to "say" the name without a specialized keyboard). The store had a great, varied selection of shoes and related products, and I know I made the correct choice, both in shoe and store!
Adam Westfall: The customer service was outstanding. My partners knee has been bothering him while running. We bought Brooks running shoes which has helped so much and the combination of good stretching has reduced his knee pain and now can run 3 miles with his knee feel like it giving way around .8 miles. Thank you!
Katherine Starkey: Great customer service
Michelle Williams: Great service and selection
Karisa Cole: Received very helpful, friendly, and COVID-safe service. I would recommend this shop to anyone, from established runner to just starting out!
Tracy Snider: Great staff and a place that supports the local running community!
raz ATL: Really disappointing experience there. Pretty limited selection of shoes & other stuff. Can’t remember the last time someone was so condescending and tried to mansplain at me. Hard pushback when I returned (new in box) shoes the following day.
Andrew Magsam: The staff was extremely helpful in getting me a new pair of running shoes. I got the 361 and love them!
Tom Ellefson: Best Running store in Indy!! Best staff!!!
Annina Rupe: Makes me sad after reading other reviews; the people definitely weren't friendly and I got the impression they didn't want me there. I'm hoping I just was there on an off day because I'm looking for a great local running store to support!
Lesley Stoeffler: Jesse is the best!
Kristen Rake: great customer service! good selection!
April Nelson: Wonderful place. The sales people are very knowlegable and helpful.
Jody Bruce: Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure my son and I had the correct shoes.
Anita Chaplin: Very knowledgeable staff
Andrew Ade: Very knowledgeable staff.
Jenna Spurrier: This really is the best store for runners in Indy. I'm guessing in all of Indiana too. Extremely knowledgeable staff.

JackRabbit: what do users think?
april cobb: Went in for the first time today.Ben was so patient, great listener, and helpful. Never felt rushed or pushed on anything.A great experience!I learned about my feet too. And I'm 59 yrs old. And I have been buying the wrong size among other things.Wore my new Brooks and inserts out the door. Looking forward to work tomorrow etc and hoping they ease my OA pain.
Ryan: Customer service was really nice as one of the workers there helped me find exactly what I needed. If you are in need of some new shoes, I would definitely recommend going here!
Alissa Monday: great customer service!!! The two ladies were so sweet!
Tiffany Bowman: Jaden was beyond helpful. He took everything I said about how and where I run to heart to make sure I was running 😉 out of there with the best shoe for me. After multiple try on and talking about just my running goal I have for myself, I feel confident the shoes we decided on will be perfect. Thank you so much for all the help!
Chase Malcom: I’ve had major issues with my ankles and knees since high school, so running is probably not the best activity, but I nevertheless try. About a month ago I hurt my ankle so bad that the next few days I was limping. I went into Jackrabbit because I had a feeling at least part of the pain was due to my shoes, and it appears I was correct. There was one staff member while I was there, and even with multiple people coming in, he helped me get the right shoe for me, and I walked out feeling like I had make a good purchase. There are so many weird technicalities about Running Shoes so it was awesome to have someone who knows their stuff helping me out. I also have never had luck with insoles, but he also worked to find one that actually was helpful for me. Turns out I have high arches! If you’re a runner with knee/ankle pain, go into Jackrabbit and just see what they can do for you.Tl;dr thanks to this store, I can run pain free again
Gavin Rockwell: Nice😎
Eric Guptill: They may be great if you want running shoes, not so helpful if you want a work shoe, but the salesperson wouldn't answer my questions directly about the style and brand I wanted information on. Just kept steering me to a different style
Robin Crane: NEVER shop at jackrabbit ONLINE !! They will NOT let you return any purchased items. It CLAIMS there is a return slip online you fill out to send the item back. No said slip exists, I have looked everywhere. Also I have tried calling multiple times for long periods of time, with NO answer to my calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
C Reyes: Not very helpful or welcoming staff when we walked in. My wife struggles to find shoes in her size and they just flat out said we don't have that for the ones she was interested in. No let me check stock or other stores. She is desperate for a new set of shoes but we won't spend our money here.
Kylie Patterson: I'm so glhapoy that I went to this store instead of buying running shoes online! They have you do a quick running test so that they can recommend what shoes you need. The sales guy was super helpful and knowledgeable! I will be returning in the future!
Wendy Strohman-Allison: Chain store. Clean. Staff was busy, but acknowledged new customers coming in. However, if you're a big and tall shopper you're snubbed. Or the item is never in stock as a wide. The website might need updating, as it stated an item was in store but as always the Standard line, "It might be online but we don't carry that size in store."
Jonathan Z (Illuminated): Jackrabbit has a lot of shoes, I personally like that they carry Oofos shoes. They are the best footwear if you have any type of foot pain. Oofos has shoes, clogs and sandals but the clogs are the most comfortable. Try them out and lose the foot pain!
Brandie Woods: Very informative and very patient
Ryan Baker: Very nice, knowledgeable associate.
Brooke T.: Helpful and friendly staff, great place to shop for any runner!
Dee Karns: Great place for serious runners
Barb Sawyers: Very helpful in assisting me to pick the right shoe for my foot.
Brian McIntire: Staff is always courteous and helpful
Bill Lewis (Spoon): Very helpful
Mark Williams: Normally don’t share a review but had such good service that I felt obligated. I returned the original shoes I bought and was quickly fitted for a new pair. I felt like they took note of what I requested and picked the right shoe and insole.
Zackery Estes: Very helpful I'm green to running and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome!

Runners Forum Zionsville: what do users think?
Adam Bernard: Nice people and good selection of shoes
Addison Bradford: The staff make this place! They are not only knowledgeable about all things shoes, but they are extraordinarily friendly and make you feel seen and valued. My wife and I will definitely be buying more shoes here!
Dan Gallagher: Sara was a great help, getting my daughter into the right shoe to run. Very detail oriented and product knowledgeable.
Denny Denison: Very helpful personally. Very friendly. Too bad Smitty retired. They have a 10 Star rating from me. Follow up on every sale.
Kunal_Kool: Super Awesome. Highly Knowledgeable
Holly Bellamy: I was very impressed with the customer service I received at Runner's Forum. I originally bought an expensive pair of Balas and just wasn't satisfied with the feel. I wanted to find a place that was full service that would really make sure I got the best shoe for my foot. Mike went above and beyond fitting me with the right size (I ended up in a full size bigger than I originally told him) and he was very responsive when I told him about what I did or didn't like about the shoes we were trying. I would recommend allowing plenty of time to visit as Mike gave his full attention to each customer he was with. However, if you are willing to be patient, it is worth the wait for the very personal service you will recieve!
Jennifer Nuest: Mike spent quality time with us to fit us for shoes. He was so helpful and very educational while also making the experience fun! Will definitely be coming back when ready for a new pair of Hokas!
Richard Klabunde: Visited the store for the 1st time and bought 2 pairs of shoes. Excellent, friendly service.
George Dante: Smitty is a sage of all things running. So glad I met him. Give these people your money.
Corey Franklin: Walked in to get gift card and was in and out quickly. Very nice staff, found it he was co-owner. Good selection of running clothes and running shoes.
Dr Jerry Whalen: They recommended the right shoe for me.
James Wampler: Sadly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stood for 10 minutes at the front of the store, and was never even greeted. Obviously I didn't buy anything and I did go somewhere else.
Brent Barta: Good help from staff. Smaller store . Limited apparel.
Shawn Plew: I always receive the best care at Runners Forum. Great selection for all types of runners. I have flat feet and they have always helped me find the best possible fit in my budget. Oh, and they will price match for the same shoe/color which means no need for me to shop online and cross my fingers that they'll fit. I highly recommend Runners Forum.
Sarah P: Nice store with helpful staff!
Traci A: Go to runners forum in Carmel!
M M: Love that the take the time to find the perfect shoe for your needs.
Street Barnett: Went to this store for my first shoe fitting because I have issues finding the right training/running shoes for myself and decided to get help. The Staff were great and found a pair of shoes that fit and feel great! LeeAnn was the staff member that helped me try on multiple shoes and watched my gate to find the shoes right for me. Highly recommend Runners Forum.
Dane “DL” Love: Run away
Ben Wolfe: Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Cristal Garrison: Excellent service and knowledgeable staff!

The Runners Forum-Greenwood: what do users think?
Todd Hawkins: Awesome place great service and very helpful
C. Sullivan: I have arched feet and it's hard for me to find shoes that don't destroy my feet when I run. Seamus is terrific to talk to and I always appreciate someone who is a master at their craft!
Jonathan Stowring: Extremely Knowledgeable, very Patient and thoroughly Professional. Cam took the time to give me a foot evaluation reset that led to a better understanding of what I truly needed. I had forgotten the immense difference between going to The Runners Forum versus shopping at the larger sporting goods stores. I will recommend them to everyone.
Rachel k: Very nice and helpful employee, good selection
Jason Viegas: Love this place. Bought 3 shoes from here before. Always go in and do your foot measurement as well as the mood plate uses your body heat from your feet to see how your feet are shaped(flat feet, high arch, over or under pronated) mapping the best shoe for you.
Valerie Jones: Very nice people work here!!
Cameron Smock: Very helpful. Got me sorted out into a very comfortable pair of running shoes
Sapphira Pranger: Cameron was really nice over the phone and more than happy to answer all my questions and explain how the process of finding the right shoe or insole works at this store. Unfortunately, when I arrived the next day, he was not there. The man who helped me was okay, but he was rushed and didn’t seem to want to take the time to give me all the information I asked about in regards to what Cameron and I talked about. In fact I had to ask him about the things they offered. He made it seem irrelevant and unnecessary and directed me to an area without actually trying to fulfill the needs I expressed. Yet, he appeared to be really into another customer, who walked in 5 minutes or so after me, and gave them all his undivided attention as he explained things to them and offered more assistance. Finally, I left with somewhat of what I was looking for. On my second visit, to return what the first guy told me was the perfect fit, but actually was not. Cameron was there, smiling and ready to assist me. He gave me all the details we discussed on the phone a couple weeks before. Guided me to the area and went over all the differences in inserts with me. Explained thoroughly what the gait analysis was and what services he could offer. I felt like I was in a whole new store. Very grateful for you Cameron! You really seem to love what you do. Thank You, I will be back to see you!
Mark: Friendly staff, very helpful, nice selection of high end running shoes.Have now purchased 3 pairs of running shoes from them and still happy and satisfied with my experiences.
Russell Byrd: We have found a new store for our running shoes. Great manager, helpful, friendly. The store is clean and well laid out. Highly recommend to anyone that is just starting out in running or walking.
Natoya Capshaw: Very helpful and knew a lot about all of the spikes we tried. One on one sales help made it a good experience!
Kristin Gaither: Just had the best purchasing experience here! I haven’t had a gate analysis or been fitted for shoes since 2014. I was way past due. Tom helped me pick shoes, put them on, found the correct arch supports, and found me socks to match. He was patient and really listened to me when it came to my shoe needs. He was also very knowledgeable about each shoe and had definitely picked the shoe he feels will work best with my foot mechanics. Thank you so much for your help!!
Gina Gonzalez: Very friendly and helpful! I had a great shopping experience there after a terrible one 20 minutes prior at another store. Kevin was amazing and got me set up with the perfect shoe!
Levi Riggenbach: Very knowledgeable staff, super helpful.
Mindy Jaramillo: I went in today to buy some gels for my runs and the gentlemen who was working was super helpful. I can't wait to try all the different kinds.
Tony Allender: They did a gate assessment on there track. Then an arch assessment on this board that uses the heat from your feet to leave a thermo print of your foot. They were quick and helpful and kind. Very good experience I will be recommending this place to others.
Kelly G.: After my coworker refered me here, I stopped in, wow very nice and professional staff. They watched me walk and determined the right shoe I needed. My new shoes feel like walking on air. Never felt any better. Great store
Jeff Sanford: The owner watched my walk and run. He helped my find the perfect shoes that fit me. Thanks
Marla Tolle: Top notch customer service. Great shoe selection. I won't buy my shoes anywhere else!
melony burdine: Great place

JackRabbit - Fishers: what do users think?
Kelly Dye: Laura helped me so much when the shoes I had bought and the insoles my doctor wanted me to wear made my foot pain so severe I could barely walk. I’d recommend Fleet Feet to everyone!
S. Wallace: The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The person I worked with was very patient as my family tried on a variety of shoes and insoles. We are very happy with our purchases and experience.
Maddie: The guy was very helpful and informative. He gave great recommendations for my specific needs. I feel bad because I am very picky about style and colors. I ended up buying the style he suggested just in a different color on their website. I'll definitely go back to this store for insoles once the shoes come in tho!
Dan Gillison: After visiting the Fleet Feet store in Fishers I must say I was very impressed with Laura who assisted me and the foot scan they use to determine the proper shoe for your feet.Laura took her time & showed me several different shoe & orthotic options that would work best for my foot problem. I can’t thank her enough & would highly recommend her & Fleet Feet if you are experiencing foot pain as I have for years.
Janet Knutson: Outstanding customer service, shoes & insoles. It’s the only place I shop now for athletic shoes.
Doug Ferree: Good store
Jessica Cockrum: Great store for running and walking gear. Knowledgeable staff can get you fitted for the right type of shoe to fit your bed!
Sherrie Davis: They do Gait Analysis here. Super friendly and great service. Great selection of shoes!
Heather McCann: My go to for shoes and insoles now. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Just wish everything wasn't SO expensive.
Wendy Strohman-Allison: The search for shoes. Ugh! Several stores and FINALLY received service. Clean store. The associate on duty, answered the couple questions and was friendly.
Sarah Williams: I was goimg to go to a chain sports store...so glad I did not. Excellent customer!!
Bob Carnahan: Local running store with really knowledgeable and helpful staff who take their time to get you into the best running gear for your level of performance. I could probably get cheaper running shoes online, but I wouldn't get the same level of customer service and local running support.
Keaton Newman: At first it was almost a bad experience, they accidentally sold my shoes. But Kelsey was awesome, she said sorry and didn't make any excuses. She helped me order them online and ensured me about the return policy. I love JackRabbit in Carmel and Fishers, great local running shop.
Tori Ball: Just had the best experience there- Lane (I think was his name) was very informative, I didn’t feel pressured to pick any certain shoe for any certain amount. He brought me out his recommendations and let me decide. I’m so happy with the shoes I chose and the service :) thank you!!!
ray Byrd: Great place to get running shoes, and equipment.
Fuff: Selection of shoes for my wide feet. That’s what a guy like me needs. They were quick and knowledgeable.
Josh L: Very impressed with the knowledge of the associates and the time and service that they invest into customers. New to running they did a great jo of helping explain the sport and community here in Fishers. The thing that seemed odd is that there are no price tags.
Peter Beyel: Amazing customer service. I don't really know much of anything about running shoes. The young man working there explained my options well and was very patient. Will definitely be back.
Michael Durham: Nice place. But like most shoe stores, they rarely have sizes for me and my big size 13 wide feet. However great service the lady did all she could for me. She offered to order some shoes but I declined, opting to search other stores. I would have returned if I had not found good shoes at another store.
Aaron McDermott: Staff was super helpful with helping me try different styles and fits. They have a large selection but they helped narrow it down so I wasn't overwhelmed.A big plus for me was that they have a treadmill so you can try the fit of the shoes while running.
Jonathan Rogers: Under a new name, Jack Rabbit, still open, pretty much same a blue mile shoes.

frank martinez: Visiting family in Indiana and went up to Fishers to visit Sun King Brewery and stopped in Athletic Annex to look for some new running shoes. Luke and Tea were very helpful, showing me an array of shoes to fit my needs. I ended up with my usual Brooks Ghost running shoes, but they have a huge selection at a range of prices, in addition to a large apparel section.
Mike Litkenhous: Incredible staff. They listen to your needs and make solid suggestions. My wife loves their Oofoos. Great suggestions of athletic shoes. If you are running you have to stop here.
Noah Dale: Excellent experience! Individualized service and I’m confident in my decision. Thanks Athletic Annex!
Greg Eiler: Expect a customized shopping experience instead of looking through boxes yourself. A lot of prices aren’t openly posted. Rep in the store was knowledgeable and brought out products for me.

Traci Millikan: Luke was very patient and thorough. I definitely feel like I’m left with the correct shoe for my needs. Very positive experience. I will be back!

There is a great selection of shoes and socks and other running accessories. I will be a repeat customer! Thank you!

These two guys worked diligently with me on several occasions until I found the right fit. They never made me feel like a problem person. The store was clean and always busy. I would recommend anyone to this store for their professional attitude and warm welcome.
Charlie Hammon: Very knowledgeable staff. I went into the store after dealing with very frustrating shin pain. I was given specific options of shoes based on a gait analysis on their treadmill and have been pain free ever since.
Isaac Smith: The Athletic Annex team in Fishers is extremely knowledgeable about the different shoes and products to help you on your running journey. The customer service is amazing and COVID friendly. I ordered my shoes over the phone and had them shipped to me within a week!

The Runners Forum-Carmel: what do users think?
Nancy S: Shout out to Adam for excellent and patient customer service in finding the right fit! Thank you so much!
Gregory Clark: I have purchased so many things here and had one size not fit for my daughter as a Christmas present. The staff was absolutely disrespectful to my wife when she went back to get something else. Do Not Buy here.
James Gregory: I've been here in the past and found them helpful. Today, however, I stood in here for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged, but then, as another customer walked in, they were immediately acknowledged and someone started to help them. There were three employees working today. Not one bothered to say to me "I'll be with you soon" at any point during the 15 minutes I was in the store, even though they made eye contact a few times. My advice is to go elsewhere.
Roopesh Kumar: We had the worst customer service here! We wanted to check out different colors in the size we were looking for, they were simply unwilling to show us more than 2 colors! We were open to pick one at a different location, they were not ready to tell us it wasn’t available either!Very disappointing!!!! Never had this experience at any store before!
Nathan Miller: Really wanted to like the store but I felt like they were extremely misleading in their return policy. Unlike most stores, the return window is only 14 days to actually get a refund. While it is stated on the bottom of the receipt - it is not stated anywhere else in the store nor by the people who ring you up or sell you the shoes. Would have been nice to know BEFORE the transaction occurred Because I definitely would not have bought my shoes from there. Attempted to return a pair of shoes I never wore on day 17 as I was out of town for most of the 14 days, and was told all they can do is give me a store credit. No offense but the last thing I wanna do after this experience is by another thing from The Runners Forum. Pretty unfortunate because otherwise their service was top notch.
Robert Bloss: I have been out of running for a while and honestly didn't know what I was looking for to begin going to the gym and work toward a short run again. I also have had minor foot problems. I worked with Travis and he did an excellent job asking questions, being personable, and making sure I walked away with the correct shoes. Great experience.
sharon mercado: Amazing customer service! High quality shoe. So happy with my purchase.
Allison Stephenson: I went in expecting to exchange a new pair of running shoes for the same brand, same size, just different style due to the fit of the current shoe/style not working out. The individual who helped me wanted to just increase the size to solve the problem. I’ve never had to go up in size in all my years of buying running shoes. I told them I preferred sticking to my size but that I wanted a different style that may fit better. They proceeded to argue with me. So when they brought the shoe out, they put it on my foot and I knew instantly they grabbed the next size up because it looked and felt bigger. When they had me walk/run I asked what size they grabbed (since they turned the box around so I couldn’t see). They completely disregarded what the customer asked/wanted and then made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking to try on the size I had requested to begin with. Ultimately, I bought the size up just to stop the arguing back and forth and to get out of there. I will be taking that shoe back when this individual is not there and getting the size that fits me best. I have never had such horrible customer service there, so it’s a shame to say but I will no longer be shopping there nor will I be recommending it to any more friends.
Lauren Pfifer: They are very knowledgeable and take their time explaining everything to you.
Dierdra Roller: I have found everything I need here, from marathon to triathlon training here! Everyone is very helpful and there are plenty of options to choose from.
Michael Saiia: Their return policy is subjective. If you walk out with a pair of shoes and try to return them within 14 days with only the SLIGHTEST, surface blemish on the sole of the shoe, you will be forced to exchange the shoe. The young woman who sold me the shoe assured me I could return it if I wore them at work, which is carpeted, as I explained to her. Today I tried to return them and due to the almost undetectable and tiny smear in one tiny little area on the sole, the manager said I had to exchange the shoe. Buyer Beware: If you buy shoes from RF, you will be forced to exchange the shoe vs getting your money back unless it is literally never worn. I will not be back, as I stated this afternoon.
Hannah Carrico: I went to get new running shoes because my old ones were worn and overdue to replace, and I was extremely pleased with the service at The Runners Forum in Carmel. I found out that I needed a half size larger shoe and could benefit from extra arch support. I appreciated all of the help and time spent making sure I got the best shoe for my needs. Highly recommend!
Paige Peebles: Had a great experience at runners forum carmel location. I worked with Grace, she was so cute and friendly and I will definitely be back for my next pair! The shoes rock too, of course.
rabia talha aziz: The staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting us in finding shoes that worked for us! They were very accommodating, especially when they worked with us to help us exchange a shoe and get it in a different size. Thank you so much to Aaron, Kristin, and the manager at the Runner’s Forum Carmel! Absolutely thrilled with the customer service we received from a very helpful staff! We would highly recommend this location for exemplary and outstanding service.
Steven Proctor: First time at this shop and will definitely be back. Very helpful in finding the right fit.
Jeff Snethen: Great service. Cody spent the perfect time & made sure we got the correct shoes for us.
Matthew Smith: Always the most friendly and knowledgeable staff for all my running gear needs! I tell any friends its the place to go for not just shoes but all running gear!
Tim Whitteridge: I came here after about a year or year and a half of "Runners knee" issues. The awesome guys here watched me jog and outfitted me with some new shoes and insoles that helped me run SO much more naturally. Today I just did a 10k with absolutely zero knee pain! I haven't done that distance without pain in ages, thanks guys!
Jeff Wood: The best running shoe store in town because of the knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. We purchase all our athletic shoes here and have always had a great experience.
Charles Honaker: Great staff that helped me find the exact shoe I wanted. Matched Amazon price.
Jacob Brehmer: Got fitted for some running shoes and also got some insoles. I eventually returned the insoles but the shoes were great and the staff was so helpful. I will be returning for all my triathlon needs in the future.
