David Shields: The trade in experience here is pretty decent but I don't usually buy equipment here. A lot of the prices are close enough to regular retail prices or online shopping prices... you may as well just buy new for a little more and enjoy using equipment that someone else hasn't sweated all over.

A frequent customer at Vs barbershop (I highly recommend by the way) I walked in and was not greeted, I was stared at and looked up and down. I wanted by a new elliptical, and bench and weights for my son. I seen Everything I was looking for. No one spoke to me at all. Each Caucasian male and female that walked in received a warm greeting, a smile and was asked how they could be helped! Needles to say I kept my AMEX in my hoodie pocket( yes hoodie) I was in gym clothes....does that really matter? I will purchase elsewhere. Hopefully the owner has cameras and can review and train his staff that all customers are valued no matter their skin color. I and my wife are certainly going to share our experience with our very large number of valued clients who always ask us and our staff for recommendations. If you are African American I would encourage you to shop elsewhere. God Bless and I hope this review helps someone else to not experience the treatment or behavior that we’ll never did nor certainly doesn’t belong to day! VERY DISAPPOINTED and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Braden Mundell: Terrible. Went in to look at some different shafts for my driver. I won the driver and it had too light of a shaft. They had hundreds of shafts but apparently only one fit my brand new Ping g425 driver and it was cheap. I wanted to try some others but he said no. They had no customer service and clearly did not want to make money. Waste of Time- Go to PGA superstore, they hooked me up in 10 minutes.
Jon Bell: Huge thank you to Brad. Was in the market for a different set of irons after 25 plus years and he knew that I may not even make a purchase. He still spent over an hour with me having me hit different manufacturers, head/shaft combos. Never any pressure to buy, just good advice all the way around. I did buy a set because of his advice.

Drake Hoover: If you are thinking of calling this store for help, don't. They do not answer the phone in the mornings ever, so if calling please note to yourself that maybe after the staff wakes up and plays a virtual 9 holes on their simulator and have some coffee and chat with each other is a better time to call, then when the store opens at 9am, so Google says. What a waste of 2 hours trying to get ahold of someone because of a booking issue online for a club fitting. If you are out of town considering driving to the area for this store, DO NOT do it. PGA superstore answered my first call, and are light years ahead of Golf Galaxy in terms of responsiveness and customer service.
Glen Miller: When you order clubs and they tell you they typically ship in 4-6 weeks but Mizuno ships in 4 weeks don’t count on it. After 6 weeks they haven’t even started and would be at least 1 and half weeks. But they have my money.
Craig Spears: Good deals. Staff always asks if you need help.
Nathan Harris: It's nearly impossible to find shoes to fit my kid's giant feet, but this location had several options on his size. The store was clean, well organized, well stocked and everyone was friendly.
Michael Weir: I go for golf lessons. Chris Drake is awesome. I'm 5 lessons in and play a whole lot better. So glad I choose him for an instructor.
Tim Toepp: Large selection of golf clubs and apparel. They have pods based on manufacturer so you can see what they have available. They also have men's, women's and kids separated out.
Jeremy Miller: This is a great golf store that has about anything golf related you're looking for. Whether it be clothing, equipment or accessories, they carry all the big brands that you expect and love. The associates are all friendly and helpful and can answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this store!

Talked through some of my swing issues, listened to my budget and concerns, and had me fit for irons and out the door without any issues. Chatted with the manager also who was a good guy. George Baker: My son got a great deal on a new set of irons that saved him $100 over the "big name" golf retailers. The real plus factor was the genuine personal interest shown by the owner, really nice guy, easy to deal with, and truly knowledgeable about the product. Yes, it's kind of "out of the way" and the "eyeball selection" is limited, however everything the Big Guys have in their massive showrooms, Bunker Run can acquire. Truthfully, I'll try every way possible to support small business . . . and these folks are worth supporting!

John Colvin: I went in the pro shop @ Bunker Run, after being over at DSG for more than an hour without any clear direction, and man what a relief it was to talk to someone who actually knows golf/clubs etc. I was in the market for a Driver/3w/irons & putter so I could get back into playing golf again. Trent set me up with a Callaway driver and gave me a bucket of balls and told me to swing away. Once warmed up, he adjusted the club settings for me, gave me a couple pointers for my terrible slice, and away the ball went. (in a straight line I also want to add) I also picked up a used set of Ping irons for a very fair price that I'm very happy with. Overall experience was VERY good, I will always go back there and talk to Trent for anything I need golf related. So if you are reading this, and live on the south side.....just go see TRENT!!carry on!

J JD: The golf and putt putt are fine but stay away from the tool bags that run the so called “pro shop”. They are as worthless as it comes regarding customer service or golf lessons. Save some money & headaches and go to Dick’s. If you need real golf assistance Or lessons then stick with getting tips from people that can at least break 80 and don’t look like they live under a bridge. Good luck

art_canvas_brushing: Worst customer service there were two sales people at the store and we went there for road bicycle , the cycles which we liked were not tagged and one of the sales person was not known of the prices and attributes and the other one was really rude and dint want to entertain … we came back .. we felt insulted..

Right after paying, I realized I had one more than I needed (yes, I should have been paying attention). I mentioned what happened to one of the cashiers, and the other cashier's response was "Well there are 7 there." Kinda rude. Guess I won't be back.Updated Review (5 Stars): After I posted my review above, the owner responded to apologize and to clarify what had happened. We communicated via email and he assured me that the situation was an anomaly, with which I agree. He did offer me a $20 merchandise credit, which I appreciate. However, I would have revised my review to 5 stars on the strength of his honesty and eagerness alone. He promised to review his store's return policy with his employees and apologized profusely for what had occurred. Again, that was much appreciated and the sign of a truly engaged business owner. I'll continue to visit this store for my used sporting equipment needs.
