Gary Hobbs: Needed a washer and dryer so I decided to try this place. The prices were pretty good with all things considered.The first set I purchased were used and I knew that going into it. Once I got them home they didn’t work properly. I reached out to the store and they had me bring them back. Once I brought them back, they swapped them out with a set that has worked perfectly. Sometimes used appliances are a mixed bag, they just are. But in that business it’s all about how companies handle issues when they arise. A+ from me! I’d definitely recommend HG Appliances if you’re in need of an appliance.
jonathan hernandez: Great place, Great people, and great quality appliances. No pushy sales people, affordable prices and fast delivery. Let's be honest, these are used products and I expected ok products when I bought them, but the washer and dryer have been in my home for over 3 years and running strong so I would say quality is beyond great. This is the reason I came back 3 years later(I bought the washer and dryer at their previous location) and the new(used) fridge has not disappointed!☆☆☆☆☆☆ (6 stars)

Gladys Johnson: Very Poor Service Do Not shop here I PURCHASED a Queen Size bed paid in full with delivery a full size bed was delivered to my home spent over an hour trying to explain to them their mistake they askes me to text them my information; I did that then they continued to play on my phone sending texts that had nothing to do with my purchase. I repeatedly asked for them to stop texting me but they continued to text me pictures of washer machines and dryers as if this was a game or funny in any capacity ; also sent me.a text repeating my information to me then tried to text me false information saying I paid for the set a different price I sent them a picture of my receipt then they argued that the set that was delivered to my home was a Queen . Definitely not a Queen SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME & MONEY DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Amelia Pitcock: This furniture store is amazing!! I wish we went here to buy our living room furniture before we went to Ashley and paid a lot of money. Super cheap and affordable prices! We couldn't believe it. They also offer financing, too. We were looking for a dresser, nothing to fancy, and stumbled upon this beautiful, all cherry wood dresser for only $80!!!!! There's a couple of flaws on the top, but nothing too concerning. The owner is very nice. I will refer all of my friends here!

We found exactly that -- along with amazing customer service -- at JPB Furnishings. A high quality Lane couch, a nice mattress set and a bedframe were ours for a song and they got delivery set up just two days after we placed our order. I highly -- and I mean highly -- recommended this place.

Mark Daniel III: Absolutely amazing place! First, they have furniture in stock. You can just buy it and walk it out. If you've shopped for furniture recently, you should know how impressive that is. Second, the family that works there is unbelievable. They worked with us way past closing time, chatted and joked and made us feel at home. Then they loaded my truck and stayed open for another 40 minutes so I could come back for the second load because they thought it might damage the furniture if I took both pieces at once.I will always start my shopping here in the future.

If you wait a half hour odds are it will be gone - whatever it is. And please, don't try to talk down the prices. It is a charity after all. nancy smith: I have supported the store in the Fishers area and planned to bring a number of items for them to sell. However, based on the negative experience I encountered the last two times at the facility, I plan on giving my items and money to another worthy organization. I planned on spending $650 today with pick up tomorrow morning as we have a truck scheduled to pick up as soon as they are open. Of course, that wasn't acceptable. It makes no sense to me. If we don't pick it up. The organization has the money and the furniture!This was my second purchase this week but will be my last at this site.I think the manager has changed. Perhaps someone needs to remind him this is a charity organization. Being nice to people who are buying and giving to them should be treated with respect.
Samantha Leffel: I started my great experience with these folks by sending a message via their website and received both a follow up via email and a call! Everyone was super nice and I was able to schedule an appointment for my donation to be picked up in about 2 weeks. Make sure you ask about items they don't need (because they have too much, like my headboards, railings and a desk); it was suggested that I reach out to the Fishers and Avon locations to check if they have needs. The team members who came to my home were super friendly and very efficient - with a donation of 10+ items, they were in and out in about 40 mins! I really appreciate that this location is cool with moving donations out for you, as opposed to the Boone County location which will not move anything for you. Overall, I had such a positive experience with these folks here (Downtown) that I'm going to be making another pickup appointment for my S/O before he moves in with me!

Kathryn: I visited about a month ago and bought a couch. I’m really happy with it and two of the sales associates I spoke with, including one who was new, were wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, etc. However one (I assume was a manager) was rude and short with me. I asked about the process for buying furniture in case it didn’t fit in my vehicle. She was just condescending while explaining the process. I understand she probably gets a thousand stupid questions a day but a little politeness could have gone a long way.

JustFollow Kenya (Mswhatleysworld): They have a great mixture of new and used furniture and appliances. The price is always better here. You can get the brand name, the same model much cheaper here. I have compared their prices to similar stores. They also sall used, toys, DVDs, dishes etc. The customer service is good too. That is not always the case with family owned places. However, I have not encountered bad service yet. I have been there many times.

My thirty day is up so how convenient that my set started to give me problems, secondly I brought a stove from you in the past. I gave an honest review, places like yours is hit and miss and I got the miss result with this set. You sound more upset than I do and you are not out any money. I just know I have to purchase another set sooner than later. My goal wasn't to keep these for a long time, I at least wanted to get through a year.

C M: I have spent over 1,000 in this store in a matter of 3 or 4 days I liked that I didn’t have to wait along time for my furniture items BUT MY BIGGEST Problem Was That they were over 30 min late they also do not help in getting items into the home , and when I called to tell them that I had an issue with getting my items in the home correctly the lady who I’m guessing is the owner started to give me Explanations on how they weren’t late and then the driver called My phone basically to say the same like I don’t have cameras and then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t be doing any more drop offs to my home because I told them I had a problem. For these reason I wouldn’t recommend this place only because helping me was the last thing they wanted they would rather make excuses for their actions and I’m very disappointed. Will not be ordering again all they had to do was express their apologies instead they were rude and unprofessional
I N: Its not what it used to be. I'm starting to notice its more junk high priced furniture table & chairs and unfriendly women especially the younger female. There is nice young male that works there some of the time and he's a awesome guy.

Sherri Moore: Bought washer and dryer from them with WARRANTY. Dryer smells like it’s burning and Washer has been having problems they are stalling to send a service worker out. I called a week and a half ago. Now my washer is sitting with dirty water in it since Saturday . The lady that answers the phone is snotty. I almost grabbed my purse and went in to the store to see her personally. She eventually put “Ally” on the phone. “Ally” sounds like she will get to the problem but by the time they come out I will probably need a new washer. You guys who gave them 5 stars, I’m convinced you know them personally or you are “Them”. Good luck on your purchases/Warranty. I would not recommend. Customer Service goes a long way. Only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t give them no stars.UPDATE: as I was typing this, the service people called. I’ll update later
Cynthia Massey: I've visited this store twice now and both times I found exactly what I was looking for, and, for a reasonable price. I will be back!!! There's so many things to choose from, new and used. Either way, you won't be disappointed. The staff are very friendly and offer to help with loading your items if necessary. I love this place ❤️
