They have excellent service, and they have always been extremely helpful and friendly, with knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Good stock, both used and new. Also excellent and reliable delivery service. Furniture Mart will continue to be our "go to" place for furniture needs. I would highly recommend this business.

Since then we have purchased furniture from RDS 3 times and each time we have received great service and even better prices! Thank you!
Chris Davis: My wife and I went in a few weeks ago as I needed a new office desk for my home office. We chatted with the salesman and I found a desk on the floor I liked, and was ready to buy right then, but he couldn't sell me a desk in the moment... so he took my information and said he'd email me. He emailed me once for additional information which I immediately replied, and never heard back after weeks. I'm sorry, but it is not my responsibility as the customer to follow up with the business on a sale, we went elsewhere. We ultimately found another office furniture store (Kentwood in Fishers... HIGHLY recommend) where I could actually BUY a desk without hassle. I can't say I'd recommend RDS...

We both used those memory foam seat cushions, and I had a lumbar one - while they worked well enough, it didn't take the place of a "good" chair. We started doing some research on chairs and we narrowed our search down to the Herman Miller Aeron or Steelcase Leap; both had fantastic reviews and fanbases, but all the articles and forums we read said we should try both out for ourselves if we could.We live in Kokomo, so we googled places on the north side of Indy that carried both of these; as well, we talked to colleagues we'd worked within the Indy area over the years, and the majority pointed us toward RDS. Brian Quick: After a month of working at home my back was killing me, so I started looking at online vendors for Steelcase and Herman Miller chairs. I ended up ordering from a popular online site with "ok" ratings. After waiting for three weeks with no message from the online retailer, I started looking into local options. I found the web site for RDS Office Furniture and sent an email to Steve asking for prices and options. Steve replied within minutes and I was able to order and pay for my chair electronically and then pick it up in less than an hour. The price from RDS was comparable to what I saw other places online and my refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chair is basically in perfect condition. Very happy with this purchase and glad that I discovered this business.
