Sara Norman: Very busy store!! Well stocked for the most part with a few exceptions. The perfume I was looking for was out of stock and no one available to help me. We had placed an order on line the night before we visited the store front and was disappointed that some items were out of stock only to find them at that store when we arrived. Very confusing system to check out. Had to stand in two different lines because of the "on line order" during their busy Saturday afternoon when the store was packed. It became very hard to just look through the store to search for items, finally just gave up and checked out. Will return another time! Store employees very nice and they tried to be helpful, there just was not enough of them for the amount of traffic in the store. Store is extremely clean and well taken care of. Very important for a cosmetic store.

Nadia Calderon: Horrible! I was trying to grab a perfume that was at the top shelf, I’m 5’2 so I try to ask for help. And I felt like I was being ignored, when I finally got assistance the guy acted like I was such a bothered. He roll his eyes and sighed and said “you could have just grab it” with such a rude tone. He then proceeded to help a white women next to me and acted completely different. I wanted to buy more stuff but made me feel like I didn’t belong there.

Sarah: Everyone was eager and ready to help. We got a lot of great tips and answers to our questions. Overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Products are organized well, and staff are quite knowledgeable in what they sell.
Christan Gaskins: Every single time I come into the greenwood mall location the employees are so rude its hurtful, I've heard them talking about customers and they treat everyone like they're stealing, if u ask a question but don't take their recommendations they literally do an about face and leave u standing. Im not sure who's worse the asian lady that works the face care section who looks like shes wearing every serum, moisturizer and cream ever made, her face is so oily it baffles me or the tall guy that belittles anyone he feels knows less about makeup than him. Corporate needs to send secret shoppers in there asap, I would rather use drugstore products then give my hard earned money to a company that has the worst customer service known to man

I've grabbed what I've needed and left as quickly as possible. Strong perfume smells give me headaches . 😩 maybe see if you guys can do something about that?

Kcdmgirl: Decided to delete my old review after a recent visit. I came on a day that wasn't so busy and the lady who greeted me at the door was very nice, and was able to point me in the direction of what I was wanting. The products and the displays were all very well organized, and clean.In fact, the whole store seemed much cleaner than before, I'm guessing perhaps Sephora might have revised their store policy or their cleaning procedures, but one of the reasons I avoided this location before was due to the amount of makeup smeared or wiped from the testers onto the displays. I didn't see anything of the sort on my latest visit, they were considerably well stocked too.Overall I definately think this place has changed for the better and will return in future.

Courtney Jones: While they don’t have the complete product lines of the brands ( you’ll have to go to ulta or a free standing Sephora ) they do have a decent selection, it’s a hit or miss with it being in stock .Also Sephora will never be open before the actual khols store so they should really fix the misleading opening hours

Sophie Andre: I’ve been shopping at Sephora for about 10 years and I’ve never had any problems until today. I went in to return a foundation that I had (stupidly) bought online without trying. Not only was the staff unwelcoming, but I was told that I’d only receive 5 dollars back. I had paid over 45 dollars for the foundation and I’d also planned on exchanging it for one that matched my skin tone. The staff never once offered to help me find anything or even greeted me. There were approximately 4-5 employees in the store at the time and only 2 other customers; when you consider the fact that the store is only a little bigger than a large walk-in closet, it seems pretty ridiculous that I couldn’t get anyone to help me. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location. I actually have to go out of my way to shop at Sephora and I’ve been considering switching to Ulta due to the fact that they’re closer and offer a wider selection of products. I plan on going into a different location to return the foundation, but I’m no longer sure if I want to exchange it because of today’s experience.
