Indy Arms Company: what do users think?
Jo Momma: The game stop of gun stores the only thing good here is their classes
Jenny Vores: We went there to shoot our new gun that we got at the gun and knife show. We took our own ammo and that helped out on the cost a lot. So for 30 minutes, 2 people and ear protection cost was $30.00. The lady, Alice, that checked us out was very nice and helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would go back there if we are around that area again. I would recommend this place for target shooting.
L W: Prices are high, but the staff is very helpful.
Chris Johnson: First time visiting, purchased the Introduction to Handguns training corse online and came in about 20 minutes early. Greeted quickly, everyone seemed nice. Andre (spelling?) was our intructor and did an excellent job, kept us engaged and entertained throughout the 2 hour course. Would love to have Andre as an intructor again. I'll be coming back for more training.
Sammy Shupe: Took a private group lesson with Bryan today and it was perfect. I had only shot a handgun once before a few years ago in a handgun class, and was really nervous to do it again. But Bryan was so thorough with the safety lesson, technique, and instructions that I felt incredibly comfortable shooting today. He kept the lesson interesting and I feel more confident around a gun now. We will definitely come back to this range and probably take more lessons in the future!
Jacob Sears: Brian did a great job running our intro to handgun lesson. He was very knowledgeable and helped us feel confident on the range. We’ll definitely be coming back to Indy Arms Co. for our next class.
D.W. Everett: Very nice range and inexpensive as well. All the workers there are top notch and very knowledgable with all types of firearms. Nice job guys we enjoyed ourselves.
Barbara Ruggs: I had the pleasure of going to Indy Arms for the first time for training on how to use guns properly. Andre was my instructor and gave great details on how to handle and carry a weapon properly in class and then out in the range. I felt very comfortable going into the range with Andre because he was knowledgeable and left confident that I know how to properly use my pistol in the case of emergency!! One of the best instructors and will definitely come back and with my child!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND INDY ARMS!! And make sure you ask for Andre Rosa-Artis!!
De'Anna Andrew: I had such a great experience at Indy Arms Gun Range located off of Keystone Ave. It was my first time at the gun range and my gun safety and shooting instructor was phenomenal (Andre Rosa-Artis)! He was able to provide so much knowledge on guns, gun safety and actually shooting. Can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Andre, if you visit.
My Movers Inc Moving: Good atmosphere helpful staff
Dayton Keeylen: Have a great selection. But need to improve customer service when it comes to transfers if you not buying the gun from them the service is not the same they basically put you on hold and hold your transfer for up to 3 days or when they feel like they wanna give it to you. And when people spend they money they want they product. If I'm not on hold by the state and I go straight through there is no other reason to hold my product
Adess: I was an absolute beginner when I came in here today. The staff is really nice and Alice gave me a really helpful introduction to shooting a handgun. For any foreigners like me who would like to try a shooting range, I definitely recommend this place where you'll be warmly welcomed, helped, and assisted if needed. All that for a fair price.
Abel Gonzalez: Called about a product. They didn't have it in stock, the associate wouldn't/couldn't get me a price to order, then was called a jerk when asking to speak to a supervisor. Didn't speak to supervisor because supervisor said he'd rather not deal with the call.... Now I'm looking elsewhere to purchase.
John Cutler: This is my go to place in Indy for firearms and range time. Their prices are fair and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The range is well ventilated and is set up great, they offer rifle and pistols lanes, they offer great classes to educate to public and have fun shooting events as well. Go see Mark and the staff at Indy Arms Co!!
Jose Rosado: Great place!!! It’s bought my first gun here!!!I was on vacation and I saw a special offer on Facebook and I call them and paid everything on the phone and went a few days after to pickup! They were very friendly and helpful. A week later after that I went for the range my first time and I ask if someone could help me because I’ve never shoot a gun before so the lady who gives the class to introduction to the handgun went with me to tell me everything about the range, safety rules, how to hold the gun, how to stand, how to fill the mag, basically she just gave me a handgun class there on my first time and also they let me uses a electronic ear protection so I can hear her good!! I give this place 100 ⭐️I’ll be going every month there and I recommend this place to everyone!!!!
Abby Wilson: I purchased a gun but I didn’t not have a good experience. I got a very cold welcoming, and no genuine help from one of the employees. He told me they didn’t have the gun I was inquiring about. Funny how I ended up purchasing that gun. Women should not bring their business here.
Brice Garnett: Great environment, the staff and even the customers are nice. They always lead you in the right direction and will help every step of the way, no matter how difficult or indecisive you are. They’re definitely not a shop you go into thinking “this is shady”, they will deny you if you dont do things correctly, and i love that. It gives me peace of mind knowing theyre doing things properly. Great shop and great prices! Ill definitely be back to annoy them whenever i want a new addition.
M H: Since I’ve moved to Indy I have been pretty loyal to this range, and have purchased some firearms here, but the rifle range policy has made me consider going elsewhere to shoot. I’ve only used the rifle range twice, my second time I was informed that all rifle range ammunition had to be purchased from them. I understand the business wants to minimize damage to the backstop from steel core rounds but this can easily be mitigated by a simple magnet check, what many other ranges do. Having to pay 70 dollars to use the range for an hour (they charge around 45 bucks for 50 rds of m193) is making me strongly reconsider using this range for rifles.
kevin hart: First time going to an indoor range. Took my mom so she can learn to be comfortable with firearms. She shot once and wanted to leave the range. I finished my session and came out to find my mother speaking to an employee. I didnt catch her name, but she was talking to mom to calm her down and was offering 1 on 1 time and offering suggestions to ease her in more comfortably. Also, there was a member around moms age who was super sweet. We had a great experience (other than mom being scared). This will be my go to spot. Excellent customer service.
clifton Gaddis: We came here for the Range for the first time on Saturday the staff was very helpful and the overall experience was awesome this will be our Range of choice moving forward
LC Parr: ☹️ DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP!!! They have continued to charge my card monthly after several cancellation calls and emails. I enjoyed the facility but no longer live close enough to use the membership. -No one has called back or returned my cancellation email inquires to date. The facility is great, as is the staff, but their billing practices are shady and I’ll be reporting them to BBB.

Tactical Firearms Training, LLC: what do users think?
David Castle: Store apparently no longer there. The address it took me wasnt this store and the number is a law office 🤦‍♂️dont waste your time
M K: Hire a new website developer, please. I can't tell anything offered here.
Jay Fresco: Always enjoy my time at this range. Wish it was open to public throughout the week I love it so much. Hands down best range in town.
James Byrd: I received most of my firearm training in the military, and the Eagle Creek Pistol Range reminds of that training, in the best ways. Safety is paramount, and they have several staff that ensure when the range is cold, all weapons are safe, before shooters can go downrange to change their targets.I prefer shooting at outdoors ranges--indoor ones can be convenient, but a little distracting with the intensity of the noise.Whether you are a new shooter, or experienced, this range is the best one in the area. The shooter can chose several target distances; from 7 yards out to 35, or more. If you shoot occasionally, frequently, or every weekend, there are different packages to suit you.

Shoot Point Blank Indy North: what do users think?
RulesToTheGame: Im Ron...I just took the basic handgun class at Range USA North...Jake was a wonderful teacher...one of the best..really great guy...Thanks Jake....
Ryan Albright: Bought a Glock 43x here and it was broken when I took it apart. From what I’ve seen from other reviews it seems to be trend here.
Dominic Oshaughnessy: Very clean and modern. Most of the staff is friendly. I took the basic handgun class which was very informative. The instructor was great as well. I will sign up for more classes.
Jason Hatke: Decent selection of firearms, outrageous range pricing though.. $66 for 1 box of pistol ammo and the range time. Other ranges in the area only charge $30ish for the same thing.
Greg Czarnik: Staff was very helpful and friendly. No sales pressure, knowledgeable about handguns.
Evan Barrett: Safety class was amazing, took it before making a decision whether or not to own a firearm, and the instructor was very well-spoken and presented the information very clearly but efficiently.
Randall Franklin Jr: I love this place! Clean friendly and very helpful crew of people here. Both locations North and South are great places to shoot.
L W: Clean and very organized.
Evan Karn: Took basic handgun class with my wife. Good class, good selection of rentals. Jake did a good job of leading the class.
Dean Kruse: The salesman helped me find the right ammo for the bird hunt I am going on but he refused to sell it to me unless I gave him an email address or phone number. He started acting like I was some kind of suspicious person because I try not to give away my information for companies to sell to advertisers. It was a very strange interaction and I'm not sure i will be coming back any time soon.
Mick Murray: I received private training yesterday from Jake H. It really helped my handgun shooting accuracy. I had poor grip, trigger finger placement, and stance. In an hour, I went from my usual lower left misses to 100% in the center circle of the target. It was worth the visit. Indy North is a well run facility. The staff are very vigilant about folks that do not follow range rules and correct them. The store is well stocked.
Brian Boone: Ammunition is overpriced for what you can find online. Range is well ventilated. Staff will take care of the average shooter.
AJ Hitzeman: Good on weekdays.
Mike: Rude female manager, awkward and long wait for customer service. You have a line, use it. Don't allow customers to line jump. Clean your rental guns, get your act together. I'll go to the Avon location for now but even then, the Carmel location left a terrible impression on me. Take 15 minutes a day and clean one gun in that case. They clearly haven't been cleaned for a while.
Jeff Cole: Shoot Pomt Blank was a fine place to shoot. However, customers are now required to pay a new "range fee".It seems woke rebranding costs are being passed along to the consumer. Not cool, Range USA.
David Smith: The staff is AMAZING! The store is AMAZING! The selection is AMAZING! The range is AMAZING!
mark Im: Pretty good store/range still. (it used to be better)-The range is still very nice and most staff has been nice and helpful.-Except there is one Rude and Unfriendly employee named David that seems to get upset and angry when I asked him questions about a gun or something else. He starts raising his voice as if I offended him by asking a question.-Its pretty weird and I wont be buying anything more at this store because he always seems to be there when I visit.-Oh well, glad there are other stores around.-Also bought a brand new rifle here and the safety didnt work on it. Had to immediately send it to the manufacturer to get repaired. That doesn't exactly give confidence in my purchase.
Glenn Anderson II: Great facilitator!!!
Aiesha Williams: Jake was awesome very educational. I can’t wait to take more classes.
Eric McLain: A couple of years ago I would have given 5 stars, but things have gone down hill. Their prices on guns and ammo aren't great. Their range time prices used to be okay, but have gotten ridiculous. They have enacted some ridiculous rules for the range as well. You have to be 21 to possess a handgun on the range even though in IN you can buy a handgun private sale at 18 and get a conceal carry permit at 18. Don't you love it when businesses go above and beyond the law to infringe on your rights? What, is this Walmart? Also, the "no rapid fire" rule is enforced in a way that 2 shots within 2 seconds constitutes rapid fire... They also don't allow bird shot or buck shot on the range. How dumb is this...Also they charge $75 for FFL transfers… this should cost $25 maximum. Range USA used to care about customers, but now they value short term profit over customers (and therefore long term profit)
Scuba S: Ok experience. Not sure why you can’t used buckshot or birdshot. Only range I know of with these restrictions, even for all lead and no steel. Plenty of bays but their check in process is slow since they scan every id. If you go on the weekend be prepared to wait in line. Employees lack basic customer service skills with greeting customers and almost treat you like an inconvenience. Talk to your customers and be personable, sales 101.

Shannkyle 2016: Best place we have went so far and they are friendly we had no wait at all. Will keep our membership paid for sure
Jeff Brunk: Excellent basics course. Both class work and range work were very informative.
Ashton Shoopman: concealed carry class was realy good recomended for all
Joshua Ballard: Awesome place to shoot. Good prices and friendly staff!
John Jones: Great place to shopFiring range I sideMember ship is 40 to 60. A monthIf ur a member free shooting range, 10 bucks for each person u bringCheck out there web siteRifle and pistol handling classes
Patrick Powers: Kind of out of the way, but nice spot
Nate Todd: Update: Their response to my one star rating was to go to their website/help. If you click contact us. It just refreshes the same page. This place is a joke. Indy Arms on Keystone is worth the 30 min drive if you live on the southside.Original post: Worst experience at a range in my life. Been an avid shooter for 22 years and literally walked out and drove 18 miles to a different range. They are unorganized and not efficient at all. Waited in the non member line for 20 minutes to get a lane. While non members were going to the member express line and obtaining a lane after just arriving. If I could rate zero stars it would be so.
Teresa Witt: The class was a good balance of instruction and practice on the range. The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave each person the attention they needed to feel comfortable and confident.
Scott Davidson: Came in from out of town and tried Range USA for the first time. They have a great selection of rental firearms and the staff was helpful and friendly. Left with a smile and a membership ! Highly recommend 🙂
Earl Embry: I ordered a firearm from an online store and had it shipped to Range USA for the transfer without reading the reviews first. After reading the reviews I started wondering if I had made a mistake. Upon entering the range I noticed the location was clean, and seemed to be well stocked. I stood there for a few minutes without being acknowledged and thought again that some of the reviews I had read were actually correct. An associate, I think his name was Warren then turned around and greeted me and asked if he could help me. Apparently he was working on another transfer but stopped what he was doing to assist me. Transfer fee is $75+tax, while engaged in small talk about the facility Warren asked if I was a first responder or veteran. I stated I was a veteran and he suggested I do the elite membership for $59.99+tax, which was discounted because I am a veteran and doing so would waive the transfer fee saving me a few dollars which I appreciated. Warren did a great job in my opinion assisting me. Once I use the range I'll update.Update - 3-26-23 Took advantage of my elite membership and reserved a range online for today. Got to rent a Taylor X95, fun rifle to shot alao shot my own firearms. Contrary to some of the negative reviews I've read. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and the range safety officer was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.
Linda Keal: Took good care of my needs.
mrsschoch1: I came into this class nervous and fearful of my weapon. Rob did a wonderful job letting me know that it’s ok to feel that way and gave me the knowledge to help feel better about handling my gun. I would like to take more classes in the future from him.
Nate Schmidt: Rules keep changing every time we come in week to week. Not conducive to be able to actually teach and educate the new shooter.
kaitlyn michelle: My boyfriend and his friend went here today to shoot and see what gun they might want to purchase in the near future. This was their first time at a gun range and they sure will not be coming there again. The guy at the rental counter kept “testing” them when they would ask any questions. Everyone there was so rude and not welcoming at all.
Alex Brown: $80.00 to use their FFL. I wish I had known before I had my gun sent here.
Wayne Nicholson: Other than the price, I'm very pleased. And I guess it is a for-profit organization so I get that but for you to sell me Target ammo which is surplus junk for more than I can buy quality personal protection ammo..... Come on this is price gouging. And it was even worse during the plandemic.
David Carter: Great instructor. Basic Gun class was very helpful and good. I learned a lot and felt more comfortable with the safety and control of my Gun.
Brenda Lopez Rodriguez: Loved the indoor range, went with my son he was teaching me to shoot my gun
Boston Parr: Very informative and knowledgeable regarding their products, clean and will maintained firing range!! Had a blast!! Would most definitely recommend.
Robert Pitzer: One of my better experiences at Range USA. Went shooting with a friend and tried out about a dozen rentals. Great. But the best part of the experience was when we were looking at guns after. Sam helped us a majority of the time and he was awesome! He didn't just show us what we wanted to see, but even pulled out guns because... guns!.... just had a BLAST with him working with us. He helped it be fun and we didn't feel rushed.Absolutely amazing time there. Thanks to Sam.... so great a time, I may even become a member!!!
RLG: Great job on basic training class, Dave taught me a lot about aiming, posture, firing a firearm in class and the firing range. I still need practice but I feel like he led me in the right direction. Update: took the concealed carry class and it was very informative. Taught me more about the concealed carry laws in Indiana and surrounding states, and local parks and lakes.

Shoot Point Blank Avon: what do users think?
Rashirra: Lady Sure Shot - Kisha does an amazing job for leading this class. Safe space for questions/discussions that might otherwise be awkward to ask/have and lots of good information. Plan to continue going as I have learned something from all classes and look forward to going even though I have to get up early on a Saturday...worth it!All staff I've spoken to have been friendly and very helpful.Suggestion - Maybe consider holding a class for the men like you do for the ladies.
Laura Willis: My friend and I went for a class with Kisha M for our first experience. She made us feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable of all the guns. By the time we left, we were very comfortable shooting. She is an excellent trainer. I definitely would recommend her to anyone.
Gamalon Dracar: I unknowingly purchased a substandard holster that they explicitly sell and endorsed for my firearm, the stitching came out in less than 6 months through normal use making it unsafe for regular use (NO excessive use or abuse in any way, shape, or form whatsoever), and they basically told me to go eff myself, that they wouldn't do anything for me, not even a replacement holster. Recommendation: SHOP ELSEWHERE!! There are plenty of quality shops everywhere that would appreciate the business and show it in turn.
Hamza Maiga: Mike the instructor is very professional
Todd Sparks: My wife and son, came with me for a private lesson. Our instructor was Kisha, she was phenomenal, my wife is terrifed of guns and she put her at ease. She is very knowledgeable, and was very helpful when we got to the range as well.
Charlotte Swickard: Jake is an awesome instructor. He makes understanding how to safely and correctly fire a gun easy to comprehend.
C M: Great Customer Service and great selection of firearms!
Doodle Bob: Staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every employee I’ve had a conversation with at this place was fun to talk to. Pro tip: get a membership. You won’t regret it.
Farhan Mousa (Mr.Mousa): great collection of firearms to choose from, great staff [dont want to name any so i dont leave anyone out] friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, range always clean and has a range officer, membership is very affordable and worth every penny , great location all in all.
william pursel: Cold and sterile atmosphere. High priced on new and used firearms.
Little Bit: Kisha you were amazing! Walking in the place was terrifying, however your coaching and teaching and explaining the process and comfortability just made it so much easier so leaving was a sense of peace as if I was in a regular store. I learned today that i'm cross eye dominant. My eye doctor hasn't told me that. Your Vivacious personality made me excited about learning to shoot a handgun. This free session makes me want to come back and learn more. Thank you so much!
Mike: I recently got back into shooting after a not so fun experience regarding my safety in bad area. I've been to both locations in Avon and Carmel. I recently got my sister into shooting and the staff at both locations were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. From my experience both locations are usually busy but the staff handles the crowds well. I feel safe in the shooting range and after learning about their memberships I'm tempted to partake. I just wish I knew more about these "special Events" haha. My sister just got her S&W EZ .380 tonight. She feels happy with her purchase and so do I. Thanks guys.
offshits: I went with my Mom last saturday and I had the most fun I’ve ever had. My teacher Kisha explained the details of every gun I fired at the range and she also explained Gun safety easily to me. I will be back soon 100%
LaKisha Warner-Reese: I have never shot a gun in my life EVER. However, thanks to Kisha and her detailed instructions on how to properly hold and shoot, made me feel like I wasn't a first timer....and she offers free courses...can't get any better than that!! I will definitely be returning soon...thanks to Kisha and the rest of the friendly staff!!
Anika Harris: My son and I went last week and had a WONDERFUL time!! Our instructor/coach Kisha was amazing, she took her time explaining the details of each firearm we used, she was very safety conscious, thorough and very hands-on with us. My son and I will definitely be back this weekend to get our memberships!!
Steve Delaney: Good experience
Brittany Watkins: Signed up for a private lesson with my mom here and really enjoyed the experience. Jake was our instructor and he was very knowledgeable and really helped us to feel comfortable and safe in what we were doing. We’re super beginners and left feeling pretty confident. Definitely will be back. Thanks Jake!
Tony Hacker: Me and my nephew went to the range both of us went in at the same time two different stalls next to each other we began to shoot 45 minutes later I was told my time was up my nephew still had 16 minutes. I went to the desk asked why me and my nephews time was different the guy just looked at me and shrugged my money will go where I'm not getting cheated on time.
Angela Esser: Mike, our instructor, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and patient with those of us with little to no handgun experience or knowledge.
Steve Kemp (Syn): Great staff, good for all your gun needs
Angel Gonzalez: I signed up for a gun safety class and got Michale L as the instructor and he was really patient and helpful really broke the details downDefinitely going back

Brian Socolofsky: Mike was a fun and informative instructor. We had a great time and will be back
Sherry Gray: TopShot is a great place to learn proper gun safety and use. It's a great place to improve your skills, too.
Katelyn Tarr: I love this place! Not only did I learn a ton, but I also had a lot of fun! If you're looking for a cool date night spot, team-building activity, or a birthday party venue, definitely check out Top Shot!
Rodney Sickels: Really a great experience, not only was it fun but the owner also made sure everyone practiced shooter safety and made sure everyone was shooting correctly. Tons of fun and a great learning experience.
Elizabeth Maora Sickels: What an incredible place, the instructors are so knowledgeable and fun. I take my teenage grandsons, they just love it! They really enjoyed the new Zombie program. I highly recommend Top Shot for their passion and love of safety and fun with firearms.
Mark L: A unique, safe training experience for those wanting to increase their knowledge and proficiency in firearms.
Vince Bradbury: This place is amazing. Mike, the owner made sure to get my group taken care of. He made the process simple and easy. We had a large group come in and they all had a blast. We learned a lot from the instructors as well. We will definitely be back to continue their courses and learn more while improving our shooting skills. I highly recommend Top Shot for anyone looking to improve on their shooting skills or just to have a guy's day out or even a date night with your wife or girlfriend. Thank you again to Mike and all the instructors at Top Shot!!
Brandon Kollar: Amazing experience. Worth every second. Can't wait to go back.
Paul and Katie Fisher: Had a great time with the shooting simulations and highly recommend to anyone interested in a fun time of training!
Janna M: Had my husband's birthday party here and everyone had a blast! Mike was great to walk us through the instructions and answer all of our questions throughout the evening. Several of our group enjoy going to regular gun ranges, but still really enjoyed this place and plan to return. They had so much fun competing and getting better that Mike was nice enough to extend our appointment time so they could practice more. Definitely a hit for this party and we were able to bring in food to also celebrate the big day. I would highly recommend this experience for people who are experienced shooters or first timers. There was a large variety of activities to try individually or as a group with a comfortable environment when not shooting.
Mike Reed: Great experience, lots of information gained. Plan to go back at least twice a month, if not more. With the amount of trigger pulls, I saved hundreds of dollars vs live fire. I would highly recommend.
Robert James: Awesome place! Took my 13 year old here and we had a blast! We also learned a ton. Top Shot is the perfect place to have a date night, birthday party or just an afternoon with your son. Can’t wait to go back!!!
Evan Stark: Fantastic training with WAY more situational, practical, scenario training than I was expecting.
patrick henry: The instruction was superb. My wife and I celebrated our 9th anniversary, and we simply had a ball. Kudos to Mr. Mike for making it fun, educational, and enjoyable. You learn so much for such a low price. Highly recommended and we're going back!
Kimaya P.: We had a good time
mike frantz: We had a great time! Mike and Anthony were top notch, very knowledgeable and made our evening at top shot very enjoyable! Will definitely be back!
Brett Evans: Clean, comfortable, great staff, awesome experience.
Matt Huston: Awesome place and excellent to bring the family. I brought my kids which range from 4 to 10 and had a blast.
Brennan Evans: Did this for a family activity with cousins, grandparents, and siblings. Ages ranged from 4 years old to late 70's. Everyone had fun and the staff were really great at catering to different shooting levels and made it a ton of fun for all of us! We will definitely be coming again!!
Kelly Gelarden: This was a totally great experience today! Two friends joined me for a 90 minute session of fun skills challenges and practical, real-life simulation training. I highly recommend this experience for everyone at any skill level, or perhaps church security teams , new shooter orientation or to simply hone your skills for concealed carry. The trigger time is very valuable and the skills/disciplines are transferable to live-fire experience. It is so much more cost-effective than live-fire with ammo prices being rather high these days. Mike and Mike provided a fantastic afternoon of challenge, education and fun. My only regret is I didn't book our session for 2 hours! I'll fix that next time, however!
Michelle Dreiman: Our 12 yr old son had fun trying out the simulator today. Everyone was great! Highly recommend!
