I only know it was Jim because that is the name he wrote on the quote; he never introduced himself to us. When my wife greeted him at the front door, he walked in without saying a word. When she said hello a second time, he responded stiffly with, "You need a quote on a shower door?" We took him up to the bathroom, where he seemed annoyed to answer basic questions, took his measurements, and went outside to write up his quote. When he returned, he handed my wife the quote and offered no explanation. We told him thank you, and he left without a word. We threw the quote away without even considering the price. Jim gets 1 star only because he arrived on time. That's the only positive thing I can say about this very strange experience.

I was yelled at on the phone by their office staff because I could not get home earlier than what my appointment was scheduled for. My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm (let me first state that it took a month to get scheduled due to numerous voicemails and phone calls not being returned). A lady in the office called and told me that I needed to be home sooner because the guys finished another job early (I received the call at 10:30 am, so barely any notice)... I explained my appointment was between 1-2 pm. She started yelling at me on the phone and said over and over again that they’re a “construction company and there’s no guarantee on appointment times.” I asked three times what her name was, but she continued to raise her voice and refused to tell me. She told me I had until noon to get to my house or they’d leave... I explained to her that it took me a month to get it scheduled. She said “it’s your fault because you’ve made it difficult to schedule.” I repeated myself and said I prefer Mondays, but any afternoon would work so I had quite a bit of availability. She simply said ok then started raising her voice again about telling me I needed to either get home or the installers were leaving. I called the office back several more times... was told her name was Abigail- who knows if that’s true. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who said he was an estimator for the company and said the owner, Bill, would call me regarding my terrible experience. I received a call from another lady, believe it was Linda, from their office. She apologized about my experience and said Bill would call me. I’ve never heard from anyone.It was a terrible experience and I highly recommend using a different company. I know I’ve learned my lesson and I certainly will. It was a headache and I was treated poorly for absolutely no reason.Save yourself from what I experienced... and take your hard earned money to a company that will appreciate you as a customer.

Jay HR LLC: Doctor Shower Door delivered a Framed shower door, when our customer ordered a "Frameless". Customer Service Manager Denise refused to correct, we paid for the door in full before installation was completed and could not receive a credit for their wrong delivery. What to do next? Go to Contractor Board and file a complaint because Doctor Shower is refusing to cure this situation with our customer. Customer now has a half installed shower, due to wrong product delivery.

Contacted the company and ended up in a dispute on whether the shower was shipped in a crate since I did not receive a crate nor did the bill of laiding call out a crate, instead stated cartons. AH furnico refused to file a claim with the shipping company even though they acknowledged they removed the crate in transit, instead said if I wanted to work the process they would sign the paperwork because they were too busy to work it.Additionally, the Company suggested I attempt to sell the shower personally, or asked if they could sell it and have me meet someone to drop it off. Overall, very unprofessional handling a shipping error and now I am stuck with a broke shower.UPDATE: Upon request, the Company offered a refund as mentioned below, but only after I purchased a crate and shipped it back. At that time I contacted the shipping company and initiated a claim on AH furnico's behalf because the company flat out told me they do not have the time to work with the shipping company. I forwarded the claim form to AH furnico who signed it and instructed me to claim the amount I paid, not only shipping. Overall the customer service has been horrible, with AH furnico never reaching out to me with updates, only me calling for weeks on end and having to act on their behalf. I have a broken shower in my garage for months and have requested partial refund or any resolution but only met with roadblocks. Sadly I believe the product is well built, but a shipping complication that damaged the unit led to the company REFUSING to take any ownership in the entire process, instead only saying it would be unfair for them to have to pay for shipping, a crate, or even partial refund.Would avoid at all cost, product might be good but appears any follow up customer service is non existent. I should have read the company reviews prior to purchasing.

Mike Jelsone: Placed an order for a toilet flapper on Monday.Was supposed to be shipped on Tuesday afternoon. Called on Wednesday to confirm,was told they didn't ship on Wednesday because they were to busy on Tuesday. Said they would ship on Wednesday expected to receive by Friday or Saturday. That never happened. Paid $35 which is a rediculus price for aA plastic flapper that lasted less than 2 yrs. Next time I will buy a toilet from a reputable company. Been without out the use of the toilet for over a week now. Luckily we have a second toilet to share with the rest of the family! Get in line in the morning !!!

Joe Boscaglia: Do not buy this product! The unit looks nice but the parts are junk. Fan barely blows, radio does not work. Recommended plumbing is a joke! Instructions were are non existent and videos contradict written instructions. Of note looks like employees are putting reviews on site to make the scores higher. Customer service was good until we needed missing parts and were told we had to pay to overnight them otherwise it would be a week to get them. Very disappointed!

Andrea Thomas: Pro: It is a nice looking shower. It sprays water and hopefully only where it is supposed to. Customer service was great. Con: Save yourself money, time and nerves. Do not buy this. It is the biggest pain in the neck to put together and install. I think I may have no friends left at this point. We are not inexperienced diyselfers. We remodeled a whole house including a bathroom, installed a kitchen and all plumbing and appliances. We have framed. Done drywall. lLaid about 2500 sq.ft of hardwood floor, and built a whole addition to the house. Nothing was as frustrating as this shower. Missing parts, terrible instructions, the actual nightmare of the assembly, adjusting the plumbing to work for this, the unbelievable number of trips to home depot for the plumbing and it simply feels flimsy. I also believe the drain is wildly inadequate. After all this drama I just took my first shower and I had about 1 min 30 seconds of showering time before the pan filled close enough up to the location where the walls and the pan meet to make me panic. This drain has never had clogging issues before. I am unbelievably annoyed over this product I cannot even express my frustration. The time and money I wasted is nothing in comparison to the fact that I finished the flooring and the tiling around this shower and I now cannot do what I should have done in the first place without spending more money and time: trash it and do it right with a traditional tiled wall and shower pan. The cool look is not worth the aggravation. By the way, I am European and I have seen these systems executed well.

After 2 days I emailed about the status and Ben stated he was backed up with orders and would ship it the next day. 7 days later and two emails, one of them being ignored, he finally got back to me and stated he didn't have the product. He then said he would refund me same day, which hasn't happened. I had to file a claim with PayPal. Stay away from this company!Edit after Owner reply: Everything that the owner has replied with is 100% a lie. First email he told me he had the product and then a couple days later said he was shipping product. He never mentioned relocation of warehouse until 10 days later, after multiple emails back and forth. I eventually got refund the next day, only after i filed a claim.

Jerome Simmons: I ordered the se-2020. They did not send the shower base or the lid. Waited 7 more business days for it to arrive. Once it did arrive theres no flex pipe for the drain. Plumbing was already done to there exact specs online for a flex pipe. I call to complain and they say just hard line it in. Like it's that simple. I would not recommend this company.

Whiskey_Bent_Indy: Wildly expensive. I just had a quote for a roughly 3.5 ft x 3.5 ft tiled shower needing redone. Take one more second and read the dimensions. I was quoted $18,980 for this small part of my bathroom. For that kind of money you’d be a long way into redoing a whole bathroom. Jaw dropped. Fortunately, a neighbor behind us just chimed in their very similar shower was just redone for less than half of that. Glad to see some aren’t trying to gouge simply because there is a demand for their services.

debbi carroll: I signed a contract with Indy Removations in August to have my bathroom remodeled. I later found out I was going to have company for Christmas. I called Indy Reno. and asked if it could be done before Christmas. The general I spoke to said they would try to figure out something. Jarod Lipson: We called them to replace all the tile in our shower because there was a leak, causing the floors in the house to buckle. After months of waiting (and not being able to use our shower), they eventually replaced all the tile. As soon as we started using the shower again, the floors went right back to buckling. They sent someone out a week or two after we called and told them, and that person blamed the water heater that we had put in 6 months before they came (with no issues in between) and left. They have basically been dodging us for over a month since. Meanwhile, we’re still not able to use the shower we paid to have fixed and still have warped floors because we believed the issue had been fixed. They’ll try and make it seem like they’ll fix any issues that arise, but I guarantee they will not or will wait months to do so. Use another company.

RiBrown74: Our glass block enclosed shower seemed to be leaking around the base, and we decided to have Indy Renovation take it out and have a new frameless glass shower installed. Turned out there was a lot of leaking under the shower pan, and so there was wood rot and other issues to correct. The work crew showed me the damage, talked through how they would correct it before the new shower would be put in. Once the flooring, drain and new shower pan were installed, they recommended we have have a separate glass professional put in the frameless glass, since there were more cuts than they felt comfortable doing. I appreciated this advice, and Indy Restoration subtracted the estimate for the shower enclosure from their bill. I appreciated their honesty and hard work. We are extremely pleased with the final product, 4 months after installation.

Lee Stinehelfer: Started off good, but went down hill quicklyContracted two bathrooms for full remodels. They started on time and installer Brad was awesome. He was very thorough and did a great job.Unfortunately the glass for the entire master bathroom was not in after more than 2 months for them to custom order everything. To this day now almost 4 weeks we still do not have the new glass surround for our now unusable master bathroom.Problem #2. Second bathroom that was also supposed to be completed weeks ago is also still. It completed. Again, the glass is not in and we do not have a completed second bathroom shower.After numerous calls to Linda the main contact at the office still no solution. Now she doesn’t even take my calls or returns calls. Interesting because when it was payment time she was very efficient and was very easy to reach. Chris the project manager also is unreachable and will not return phone calls.This is totally unprofessional and as much as we are paying should have been completed weeks ago. As it was explained to me that the glass comes from a 3rd party so they can’t dictate timing. If I knew that I would have ordered weeks ago direct and not pay for over inflated pricing.Still waiting in a call, email, anything at this point so we can have a functioning bathroom! Markueen Jacobbavy: I had my bathrooms remodeled back on October 18th 2021. They have not came back to fix the issue which is the small piece that is a different color than the rest of the shower handle. I’ve called multiple times. Mind you since October and I speak to Linda but she never gets back at me. Today I called they said she went to lunch and when she came back she was going to give me a call. She didn’t so I called and they told me she was no longer in the office. She had went home. Hopefully after this review they can give me a call. There were a few things that bothered me like the holes in the ceiling that happened when they were putting the panels. Lori Hutcheson: Poor service all around ..... for walk in shower. Wrong shower walls after shower already torn out, told 8 weeks for the correct ones. He argued with me acting like they didn't make the mistake when they did??what company does that? I chose something else they had in stock to avoid delay and feeling pressure. When I said I don't like them and asked for original ones, he tried to talk me out of it anyway he could. AND saying "you're gonna get me fired". guilt trip tactic. They lie, are fake, flakey and don't get order or work right. No accountability, deceiving, worst conniving production manager customer service. The guy that did work accidentally tore my lanolin floor and concrete up. The company did not offer to fix it and said nothing about it until i asked about it. He poured some concrete and said well i guess we can lay part of shower wall down to cover it? It's uneven concrete and terrible. They never offered to make it right by laying new floor! They did second rate patch job....I shouldn't have agreed but just wanted my shower job done. I would never recommend or use again. I regret using them for an 8K job!!! worst ever. will tell you one thing and then find out later that he lied and only cared about finishing crapy job and signing the paperwork so they could leave. Tells me he will put shower doors in no charge after all the mess but DIDN'T. He said he would check warehouse and call, he didn't. He said if I bought them , they would finish the job and do it for free for all the trouble I had, they didn't. I Told customer service lady, Linda, and she acted like he said no such thing and they do nothing for free. Of course then i look and feel like the stupid one for falling for his lies. Stupid me signed the paperwork.... one shelf too high up and cannot sit on shower chair for head hitting it when clearing told the installer to put high enough I can sit and not hit head... SO I had to buy shower doors separately and pay someone else to put them in. I had asked 2x to add to the order but since order was already done, they didn't want to mess with it?? too much trouble i guess? Never seen anything like it, I am offering to pay more and give them my business but they don't want it. They just want it done and the 8k... Tried to message owner Jim on linkdin and no response.
