Hana Tingle: When my boyfriend and I purchased our new home we knew we wanted blinds over curtains. I began searching for reputable companies and came across Indiana Blinds & Shutters. Seeing they were family owned was my first reason to source them for our home blinds, I try to support local and family owned whenever possible. Suzy was our sale rep and she was so kind and professional. Dave and Missy were the individuals who installed our blinds. Our blinds come in earlier than the original estimated time frame! We ordered white 2 inch faux wood blinds with the shade coconut as the trim. They are so beautiful and blend very well with our existing window sills and home overall. Dave and Missy were efficient, personable, kind and professional. They did an amazing job installing our blinds and ensuring the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend going through Indiana Blinds & Shutters if you can!

We didn't feel like were being upsold unnecessary options, but made sound decisions for our house and the specific rooms. There were many options to choose from and we were able to see the samples on site. Caly Byrnes: I will first start with the positive - we have loved the blinds themselves, and the technician that installed them was great.The negatives - TERRIBLE communication from the rep. We used Josh and I sent him many text messages, all with no response. I had to lead all of the communication with the office as well - I was forced to call them myself for any and all updates. This was a big purchase for us, and to have to be constantly initiating any kind of phone conversation or email for anything from updates on installation/backorder to even getting an invoice (not to mention to be straight up ignored by our rep) was incredibly frustrating. Overall they made us feel completely blown off and like our business wasn't important to them. It was so bad, that for that very reason, I wouldn't recommend them as a blinds vendor.

Dawn Nielsen: Called and asked about repairing a window shade in my business. FYI they are not mini blinds. I spent a good amount of money on them several years ago and cannot find record of who I used so I could call them. Gentleman was very gruff on the phone. Said " We don't do that!" I asked if he could refer someone and he said No. Basically seemed unimpressed I was calling. He asked me again after I had already told him what business I was with and his response was very curt "Not me. I didn't do that" I rarely ever give one stars but this one really set me off.
