Nicholas Hoagland: I was helped by Alison and America and they both did a fantastic job. My time in store took a lot longer than I would have liked because I transferred my old phone to my new phone. If you are trading in your old phone I suggest backing up everything online so you don't have to wait around the store for the transfer

This past Sunday June 5 my husband took my daughter’s iPhone into the store to have it activated, and a woman who initially helped told him that the phone probably had a software problem because he hadn’t purchased the iPhone from T-Mobile. I knew this was wrong. The T-Mobile store on 38th St. fixed the problem and apologized.

Elizabeth Iozzo: This was my first time at this store... I walked in and there was one customer being helped. From the looks of it there were at least 3 people working. One, understandably was on the phone. I was not greeted, nor was I given the simple nicety of "we will be right with you." Instead, I stood there until the only female employee there (I didn't get her name), playing with a Rubik's Cube, dismissively said, "we will be right with you," rolled her eyes, and looked away. Her rude demeanor and leisurely attitude made me feel as though my time was not of her concern, so I left. I just moved to the area and I am appalled that THIS is the accepted behavior towards customer service at my new local T-Mobile store.
Sabrina Boyett: A few months ago my phone turned off and did not turn back on. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Apple didn’t have any immediate availability and the 3 other T-Mobile locations I went to were zero help. I decided to try this location on a Saturday morning. The guys were EXTREMELY helpful. They were able to get my phone turned on by using my laptop. They were super patient and really nice. I wish I would have gone to this store before going to the others! The help was much appreciated.

Verizon was always very prompt with putting the screen protector on my new cell....this particular location didn't even mention that I even bought it for the cell to begin with. Yeah, sure, I'm well aware of my being capable of doing it myself, that's not the point. Point is, I definitely won't be buying anything else with them again. Then I ended up having to go back because they also failed to give me any receipts since I'd paid with cash.....smh....

Patrick O'Neill: I got Verizon’s 5G Home Wifi, but the hardware wasn't marked as delivered, and when I registered the account and setup the hardware it put the account in a broken state that their backend software didn't account for (setup before confirmed delivery). After talking with 3 cx reps for an hour, we ended up canceling service, as nobody could resolve the account issue.The customer support rep sent me to this Verizon corporate store to get a shipping label (they said the label could only be physically mailed or picked up in store). After waiting for ~20min, I was told that the store cannot return, ship, or even print out a label to ship my router. I am forced to wait for a label in the mail and give me new address that I am about to move to.

Jeanice Chastain: the employee that helped me at first seemed like he wasn't trying or cared enough to help me. but not let first vibes stop you, turned out to completely opposite. he tried everything to figure a solution for me. not on just one phone but all three I had with me. he was able to help me get two out of the three, and the third one wasn't compatible. he answered every question, I felt like he was sincere and experienced. so glad I stopped in there!!
Kathy Roache: After I was told on the phone that I could return a product to the Verizon store, I get there only to be told that I couldn't return the product in store. I had to receive an email with instructions on returning the product. Total waste of time.😕😕.

Finally, that AT&T Authorized Dealer at Target sent me to this AT&T Store on Mass Ave. Zach listened patiently and Avery personally dedicated his time to helping me iron everything out and get the phones and plan that worked perfectly for my family. What I particularly appreciated was his honesty and speaking plainly. It took an afternoon to get the situation resolved, but we laughed and became friends along the way. Two thumbs up.

Elise White: Stopped in the store today for help with an esim transfer after purchasing a new phone at the Southport location.Zach was the first to greet me and try to fix the problem. Once he realized the depth of the issue, he passed the torch to Avery, who ended up spending over an hour on the phone with higher-ups trying to sort out the issues that the Southport location indirectly created. Zach kept me company during this time and helped me pick out a screen protector and case for my new phone.Huge props to both these guys (especially Avery) for their patience and determination to help me, even though I didn’t originally purchase the phone from their store. The job isn’t easy (especially at a downtown location, I’d assume), and I’m grateful that Avery didn’t give up on my problem or write me off as an annoyance. Thank you for making sure I have a working phone :) I will forever come back to the Mass Ave location for any future purchases.
