Hillary Clark: When my boys found out that Nomad was opening another location in our home town of Columbus they were so excited. After meeting the owners and seeing their passion to help the youth and all that they and their skate team do at our local skate park, I couldn't help but appreciate them! They are some of the most loving caring people in our community. Columbus is so lucky to have them. We have been to skate parks in many towns and never have I experienced the love and care they have for children wanting to learn the sport. They took the time to show them how to improve and empowered them to keep pushing and trying in such a patient way.

Lucid Dreaming: On here it says they updated their business hours 2 weeks ago to 12-7. I was just there at 3:00 and it wasn't open. There was no sign on the door to say they're out for lunch or anything like that. I was very excited to go look around their new location because the pictures on here looked like they had a lot more stuff. I'd like to shop at nomad skate again now that they're closer to my house but it looks like I'll still be relying on zumiez for my skateboard needs.

Angelo Licata: This is shop is the prime example of why people say to shop local! Nick's shop was the first stop on my cross country skate trip and it set the bar really high for others. Such a welcoming environment with a quality selection of gear. I wasn't buying anything besides shop merch but there were some really good designs for that too (and of course the hilarious facebook review sticker). From how he spoke you could tell Nick loves his community and especially the plaza the shop is in. I would recommend over and over again, and next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be back!

He gave me plenty of options without being overwhelming and guided me toward a solid beginner setup. I also respected the fact that he explained the reasons for differences in gear pricing and told me that I'd be fine with a less expensive option. He stayed late to help me out, and he never seemed even the slightest bit annoyed/frustrated. He's super cool to chat with and has tons of knowledge. I highly recommend this shop!

I bought them to Sun Valley Sports to have them put on thinking I would pick them up in a few days. In 20 minutes Sam & the others had the New Toes & Heels put on. The boots (6 yrs+) look like New. He's now ready for this coming Ski Season 2021-22. I purchased a pair of Cat Trackers here so this won't happen again.

Chvcki: Wow. I don’t know how but I was accused of stealing by employees there. I tried a hat on and was walking towards a mirror and instantly I was yelled at by a worker at the register in front of everyone. I apologized and went up to pay and the manager gave me a lecture on why stealing is bad and how my appearance looked rough so he could tell I was a thief. I stayed calm the whole time but I felt very violated and would recommend anything me to never walk into this very poorly managed store.
