Erika: My daughter & I had an AMAZING Stay-cation!!!! From the moment we got there, service and attention to detail are their specialty! Customer service was AMAZING! It started off with Ms Kuhn at the front desk! She is so sweet and took some extra goodies to our room and wrote us a personal card. Thanking us for choosing to stay at the JW Marriott. I wanted to hug her! I was so happy and very thankful for her outstanding customer service and her attention to detail!! High Velocity restaurant, executive lounge, room service, everything!!!! JW took really good care of us! We felt like VIPs! We will definitely be back!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, JW MARRIOTT! You all ROCK!!!!!!!!
Hardeep Singh: Love this place. The restaurant has good food too.
Carlos Guerrero: Was there on a four day business trip. We had quite the schedule and everything in the background rans so smooth, you'd forget all the hard work the staff is involved with. Breakfast, lunch, breaks and dinner went off without a problem. The food was great, warm and everyone had plenty to pick from. Small friendly conversations with the staff shows they care about their work. The hotel is within walking distance from everything; bars, restaurants and Lucas Oil football field which is pretty cool and the Indianapolis Pacers basketball stadium. We got pizza and we're able to eat in the lobby while enjoying drinks from the bar. Went to the Slippery Noodle and walked back to the hotel with no problem and enjoyed some local sites also. Enjoy your stay.
Jennifer Schleicher: Clean & good service. Good restaurants in hotel. Stayed on the top floor for a great night time view. Good restaurant on site.Food & drinks: Restaurant bar on site.

Jennifer Mejia: Expensive stay but service was excellent and hotel was VERY clean. No odd smells in the hallway and nothing was in need of repair. It’s connected to everything and actually is so nice that it makes to convention center and mall look very run down.

billy beranek: Truly an amazing experience. Had the MFA National Festival conference here with over 3000 students and even more staff housed in the connecting hotels and other. They did a fantastic job feeding all of us, hosting Galas and Socials, and accommodating everyone. Hospitality here was truly amazing and they made the guests feel appreciated. Everything is neat and orderly, room was beautiful, everything clean. amazing work
Chasity Fralix: Rooms: Rooms were very clean and had plenty of space.Nearby activities: Located in walking distance of sporting stadiums, plenty of eating choices, and the mall.Walkability: Most everything is in walking distance.
P Brown: Room was extremely cold. Could not get heat to go over 68 degrees. Front desk asked did I call? At 3 am with my kids bundled up sleep and I'm up freezing to death??!!! Just take my word and only reimbursed parking? Really??Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More

Tom Hulbert: bought new skis, boots, poles. Sam was very helpful, nice and professional. I just started skiing a few years ago and i'm tired of renting. go in ask for Sam. he didnt sell me anything i didnt need. he didn't oversell me into thousands of dollars of stuff. i got a very professional fitting. he really really knows his stuff. CeCe Bram: I ordered Toe & Heels for my husband's Tecnica Ski Boots (from the UK as they weren't available here). I bought them to Sun Valley Sports to have them put on thinking I would pick them up in a few days. In 20 minutes Sam & the others had the New Toes & Heels put on. The boots (6 yrs+) look like New. He's now ready for this coming Ski Season 2021-22. I purchased a pair of Cat Trackers here so this won't happen again.
Derek Troyer: Good selection and service

The Alexander: what do users think?
erica Dillard: The hotel was very nice and let me mention the staff was great from start to finish. My husband and I were only in the city for 3 days but with the service we were provided we will definitely be back for a nice weekend getaway soon. The staff at the Market Table along will make you want to revisit the Alexander in Indianapolis. If you looking for a nice hotel downtown Indy look no more, this is it! The rooms are a little small but next time we will do an upgrade to something a bit larger. Photo ops are all around so take advantage of it. It is a must and I can't wait to return 3Nearby activities: Kilroys and Gainbridge Arena
Blake Poston: This property is stunning. The art alone is amazing. I love this hotel.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
april darst: The rooms are the classy. With every situation they took care of us treatment of royalty. Very clean rooms, great 5 star room service . Staff trip over themselves to help you. Manger was super friendly plan to come back next time we are in the area.Rooms: Clean and relaxing!Food & drinks: Food service was fast and fancy!
Jonathan Bryant: Rooms were nice but beds were a little stiff. Hotel has nice areas like the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Staff were good just not always helpful. Location is really nice and close to downtown.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Ambassador Dr. Angela J Nealy, PhD: I was there assisting Dr. Alicia E. Mckoy with her keynote. I recorded the keynote, took photos and just listened to an awesome program.Alexander has such an eclectic array of one dimensional to three dimensional art. The service and servers were outstanding.I highly recommend this facility. I shall definitely return.Ambassador Dr. Angela J. Nealy, B.S., M.S., Ph.D.
Cherry: This is a very unique hotel that I would recommend to anyone who likes art and out of the ordinary. You can see many everyday items (some obsolete) turned into art. Be sure to check out the Bird Man and the Madame CJ Walker display. Get a close look or you will overlook important details (like the cleaning person missed the red sauce on the white light switchplate in my room). The birds made from old albums are also a must-see, unless you are an album collector. The rooms are pretty and spacious. I slept well on my king-size firm mattress, but it seems that the hotel needs to spend more on them, particularly insulating for sound. One can hear conversations from the room next to them. If that doesn't bother you, then you will probably have no complaints after staying here. The showers are lovely and there were plenty of towels for one person. The pub is poppin' but I didn't try the food. People just seem to be enjoying themselves and there were many folks in there on a Friday night. The hotel also has a cozy patio for outdoor dining or snuggling. I don't think there was enough space for dancing.I would stay again, but l'd bring disinfecting wipes. One word of caution: You will be charged if you remove the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or body wash from your room. This is written on a pricing sheet beside your bed, but you might miss it if you are enchanted with all the breathtaking sites.Thankfully, I read the sign.Go have a great time. This is a stay I will remember fondly for a long time!
NATASCHA FLOYD: This place is amazing! Not just the beauty and ambience of the hotel but the staff is incredibly hospitable and professional, too! We stayed here for my birthday and booked 2 rooms via an internet booking agency but there was an issue showing only 1 room when we arrived. The staff at the Alexander hotel were quick to remedy the situation and I mean QUICK! They booked a 2nd room a the same rate without hesitation. Then there was an issue later with the booking site. They still charged for the 2nd room. Tried to rectify the situation with them but got no where so called the Alexander directly and they took care of the problem right away! Erin and Brady are phenomenal, give them a raise! This was our 2nd stay at The Alexander and we love it every time. We will be back! And we will be booking directly next time! Thanks again, guys! =)
deondra Billingsley: We had an ghastly experience at The Alexander. I was initially thrilled to spend Valentines day weekend within the hotel due to my previous experience. We arrived early (about 20 minutes) for check in but the room wasn't available which wasn't a big deal. We started to notice that everyone after our arrival was able to check in expeditiously without hesitation to get them to their room which was odd. After 40 minutes of waiting I requested status and was advised "they're still working on it". After 20 more minutes of waiting, I asked for another update and was met with again "they're still working on it". I then explained we had dinner reservations that we were late to and asked for a different room. They placed us in a different outside of the suite I reserved. Fast forward to now being charged for an extra day and no one within management being able to figure out why. I now have to go through the headache of working with my bank to ensure this is rectified. Please look into other options in downtown Indianapolis. They're some other hotels that will take the extra mile to ensure that you and your loved one will have an exceptional time while meeting your needs.
Janel Cole: Great place to stay. Beautiful atmosphere and amazing room. Had an amazing stay at the Alexander!! ♡Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

The Westin Indianapolis: what do users think?
Akira88: Great hotel for business. Professional staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Underground parking. Valet service.Cons: A/C in the room is very noisy. Breakfast at the restaurant was bad. Oats had a weird taste and the pancakes were undercooked. There are many breakfast options walking distance though.
Calvin Beisner: Small, cramped room, fancy shower with too little pressure to rinse hair well, cheap thin single-ply toilet paper I'd expect in a lousy gas station restroom, no microwave. Nowhere near as nice as a typical Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, or similar, but about twice the price.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Gabrielle Ferguson: Very clean on the insides, it was great being attached to her convention center! Was able to walk thru the center all the way to Lucas oil stadium without being outside!Rooms: Very CleanNearby activities: Right downtown and easy walking to Lucas Oil Stadium and many restaurants and bars.
Deep Jariwala: Prime location in downtown Indianapolis.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jason Lye Ph.D: Very very noisy. I hardly slept the first two nights because of guest room doors slamming shut so hard that they made a very loud boom in my room. The walls in my room seemed to shake each time someone on the corridor used their door. In addition, the shower dribbled intermittently, and I was woken up one night by the plumbing gurgling inexplicably. Downstairs there was also some construction (which I'm sure couldn't be helped,) so all in all, a sub-optimal stay.
Marcin: I really enjoyed the new modern style. Not sure when it was remodeled, but the hotel looks great. Just surprised the bathroom had no ventilation at all. Was it just ours? Location is perfect too.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value …More
Joe: Loved it
Melissa Illies: The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful and area is phenomenal. However for the price you pay per night, you would think they could upgrade the hotel doors to close softly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. We barely slept all night because of listening to all the doors closing. I won’t ever stay here again because of this.
Joe L: So if you want sleep don't book here. Doors slamming all night are flat out outrageous. The absolute worst hotel I've ever been at that seriously needs door assist asap. Will NEVER stay here again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Patricia Raynor: Very comfortable and quiet hotel. 4 stars because our room wasn’t the cleanest. Great customer service and great location. The food was decent. We enjoyed our stay overall.
Bernd Green: A bit crouded at breakfast.....restaurant a bit too small for that size hotel. Otherwise a good place to stay.Rooms: Rooms are perfectNearby activities: Most activities and food places in walking distance.
Caleb Fouss: This hotel is very nice considering the location! As always, the signature Westin smell is so inviting. It seems like they had more than enough people to accommodate all the guests during one of the biggest conventions of the year.Great location to downtown attractions and hospitals. The staff and service was above and beyond! I’m an avid Marriot Bonvoy member so I’ve seen many “nice” hotels. The restaurant had great food, super great that you can order up to your room. The rooms were nice and the amenities were great! The rates were pretty high considering the rooms are significantly smaller than the Marriot next store. Plus the room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve expected at a Westin (hair on bed, hair in the shower, toilet paper on the floor).Unlike most, these hallways are not very wide and the walls/doors are super thin!! 50% noise level.
Sue Ream: This is a beautiful upscale property in the heart of downtown Indy, just across from the Convention Center, close to Lucas Oil Stadium, Indians baseball and much more. As we are titanium level with Marriott, we were blessed with an upgrade to a SWEET suite. Check out the video I posted. Gorgeous room with great views. Sadly, we were woken up by HAMMERDRILLS early on a Saturday morning. When we checked out and told them this issue, the guy just shook his head in acknowledgment. Wow. Not great customer service.I ate at the bar and had a Mag strawberry cocktail thanks to bartender Carson, followed by a yummy pork chop and Pinot Grigio. Carson made all of us at the bar feel comfortable and taken care of, and soon we started talking with each other the way that strangers at a bar do. I met some really interesting people. The staff overall were friendly and eager to make our time there a great experience. The only suggestion for improvement I have is the little Market. I am am early riser and came to grab a 6:30 coffee and bagel by the fireplace. The coffee was ok, but the bagel not so much. Sadly it was the kind you grab from the grocery store and then was microwaved instead of toasted as I had asked. This made it tough after it cooled a bit. You might want to bring your own soda as a 20 oz Diet Dr Pepper is $5 bucks at the market (really? I could buy a six pack at the store for that! Walt Disney World is cheaper) But overall this is a wonderful proper that I highly recommend. Def would come back.

Omni Severin Hotel: what do users think?
geremi140: Only reason I didn't all high scores was regarding the restaurant.Breakfast was fine, food very good, no problem. However dinner would have to be ordered in bar, and the bar only had a bar tender , one waitress, one bus boy. The bar was loud not a place to have dinner and small as well ,so we went other restaurants in the area. there was a convention in town think Omni would have open the breakfast area for the three days.
Ed GREEN: This is a wonderful and friendly hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Micu Bob Preh: Well the Omni is definitely A cut above in a historic building. The staff is second to none for courtesy, knowledge and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and everything was in order. It was extremely close to the convention center with a three or five minute walk. The police presence in the area was amazing.Rooms: I was most impressed with the shower. The bathrooms were very nice, the shower had amazing pressure, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was incredible. The rooms were very clean and the linens fresh. And also the toiletries in shower was very nice.Nearby activities: Convention center, fine dining, and shopping is within only a few minutes walking out the door of the hotel. You have the historic crown hotel across the street which is a historic area. Lucas oil stadium and the indoor fieldhouse is all within quick walking distance.Safety: The metropolitan Police were everywhere. Pretty much a zero tolerance policy for damaging or safety issues. I do maintain my own safety as well as my sig other. There was no problem with the hotel security.Walkability: You can walk out of one side or the other of the hotel and be near a restaurant or a club in minutes. There was four fine dining places within 3 minutes of the hotel. Lower level eating facilities which were awesome and fast seating within 3 to 5 minutes of walking. And the blues club around the corner is the oldest bar in Indiana with the best music.
Lenae Lesiow: Our anniversary staycation at the Omni Severin Hotel was wonderful. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Upon our arrival, they immediately upgraded us to a suite, which was such a nice surprise. They also constantly communicate with you via text to make sure you're enjoying your stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are certain aspects that show the age of the hotel, but they didn't negatively impact our experience whatsoever. For those mentioning noise, that's to be expected being in the heart of a city, but the hotel itself was very quiet.A lot of reviews mentioned additional costs like Wi-Fi and parking (you're downtown, so free parking will always be limited), which are true. But as long as you anticipate/plan for what extras you'll want to pay for, it's seamless to sort out.We really enjoyed our stay, and most of that was thanks to the exceptional hospitality from customer service!Walkability: The hotel is located within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, and is only a few blocks south of the city center. It was a $6 Uber to Mass Ave, or there are plenty of scooters around.
Yvonne Ballard: We are so happy to spend our 28 year anniversary here, we had an amazing time!! The hospitality and customer service was great all around, they were very accommodating our entire stay! Our room was great and so was the breakfast and dinner! We will be coming back soon!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
Dano Sweetz: This place needs a serious update. It has an historic vibe but its outdated lobby, dated televisions (not smart tvs, terrible menu/interface) in the rooms, wallpaper in bathrooms, which in our first room that was offered was cut up by what looked like a knife in random places was pealing off the wall. They charge a fee for basic wifi is absurd these days. They also charge $53 a night for valley parking! Its more expensive than my rental itself! Also the beds are shot, they droop in the middle, either need to be rotated or replaced. I will not be staying there again. Oh AND, I wish that hotels would stop using feather pillows. A lot of people are allergic to them and they get flat easily.
Kathy Jahn: Loved the hotel and the location. Their service was amazing.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic …More
Ron Loving: Bathroom was very small. Service in restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced in a full service restaurant. Valet was very expensive and very slow getting and dropping off car.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Daniel Ripper: Just what you expected
Lori Arnold: It was a busy weekend with a wedding and a cheer competition. Room a bit small. Couldn't figure out parking so had to use valet parking. Bathroom a bit small. Two closets which was a plus. Very clean. Recieved 2 free drink tickets. Does not offer continental breakfast. Nothing in room about restaurants nearby or places that deliver.Food & drinks: Severin bar was busy and offered 2 free drink tickets. Moscato was delicious. Very friendly bartenders.
Gail p: Great location. Convenient location next to a mall. Very close proximity to arenas. Small pool, but nice. Would like to have some vending or other ways to get snacks after hours.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites: what do users think?
Do Young Kim: I only recommend the location.I am very disappointed with the rest of the service.I asked when I checked in, but no explanation was given about breakfast or self-parking, and I was only given a room key. I had to go to the breakfast room the next day to complain to the staff and get it.I should have figured out the self parking lot and how to use it myself. They said they would send a self-parking receipt by email even after check-out, but they didn't send. And later, they also charged for unused amenities (water). There is nothing to eat for breakfast. There is a big difference in service from Hilton in Chicago and other areas.
Jon wegiel: Very friendly and willing to help with questions or concerns. Very quiet even with families with kids. Highly recommend this hotel!Walkability: In the middle of almost everything.
Joe sisco: totally awesome, only one little complaint the pool was way crowded each day all day.Food & drinks: get the french chicken seared in maple with bacon potatoes, ahh man the best.

Tyler Spano: Rooms are spacious but kind of dated, the room is sort of dusty too. No free coffee for guests besides gross in-room from a dirty coffee maker which is pretty disappointing. The little store on the first floor doesn't stock pads/ tampons which is honestly ridiculous and insulting. Overall not a great hotel, staff was fine, but the place itself is not very welcoming and lacks amenities that are standard at plenty of other hotels. Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown: what do users think?
Lisa B: Stopped here with a friend for it’s walking location to many local spots & family proximity. I can not express how surprised we were when we arrived & the front desk informed us that there’s a Manager’s Cocktail hour & breakfast is served daily. There are coupons given out for the cocktail hour which consisted of everything from juice, soda, wine, beer & other libations. Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet consisting of hot & cold items & if you’d like to wait for the kitchen to open then the chef will make omelets, eggs any style, one morning was pancakes & the next morning were waffles, etc. the room was generous in size with a comfortable sitting room, the bathroom was okay (could use a little sprucing) and the bedroom was perfectly appointed & the bed very comfy. Lots of pillows & towels were easily accessible. The only thing I noticed was the a/c made a lot of noise but with that being said, our second night there (Saturday) the hallway was a bit noisy (next to elevator) and it drowned out a good amount of the Saturday night going ons.
Denise Bombagetti: Breakfast and exening reception was of very poor. A big let down from years ago.

Sidonia Martin: Check-in/ check out was fast. We stayed in a suite so we got added bonus bag of snacks and 2 free alcoholic drinks at the reception area. They even had free pop and snacks for the kids. Pool wasn't as big as the pics I saw, but decent seated couches around area to sit. Rooms were nice with separate living area with extra TV and kitchenette. Could have been cleaned a little better ( couch had stain). Beds were comfy. Parking garage was cheapest for being downtown ( $28 for all night vs $35-45), but elevator was dirty and smelly. Breakfast buffet was nice with omelet bar. Would go again as it's close to Circle Center Mall and other Indy attractions.

Staff attempted to fix it every day but by the 3rd day of it not running longer than a few minutes we decided that perhaps the hotel was trying to send us a message.Unlike the song Hotel California where you can check in but never leave, here you can leave but you can't check in.The garage is under repair so lots of noise and dust although they do have signs saying Pardon my Dust, taped to the portable handicap ramp. That assumes you can climb the up ramp as practice of climbing up to the 4th floor because the escalator is broken.Considering Hilton is charging premium prices while deleting services ( no room cleaning service until the 5th day) perhaps they were hoping the guests would fix the escalators. On 3 consecutive mornings when I visited the breakfast area (7.35 AM) there was no one cooking the much touted breakfast meals so it was soggy and cold scrambled eggs. The first day there were no forks and guest were using spoons which works with scrambled eggs so maybe this was intentional. I requested a fork but the staff person didn’t speak English and brought me a napkin.Like many Hilton properties, this location is overpriced and understaffed. For twenty-five years I would look for a Hilton property when I travelled. Now I try to avoid them and no doubt this will be my last year as a Diamond member. There are many better options and lots that offer both value and service.
fredrick williams: I stayed here a few weeks ago. I'm giving my stay here one star due to I seriously believe that Service is very important. I was evicted from my room due to a hotel mistake. Instead of waiting for me to return from work and clear up their mistakes, the hotel decided to evict me then question me once I returned. After some back and forth the mistakes were corrected. My compensation for this embarrassment isn't close to me making whole. I feel this location needs better organization and communication.
Dee: The rooms have been updated and they were clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock and wouldn’t close. They did send maintenance up and he tried but nothing he could do. The staff at check in did not include what the tickets were for or any information. Could tell she loved her job. The hotel is connected to couple restaurants and a mall that can be accessed without going outside.

Rusted Moon Outfitters: what do users think?
Scott caldwell: They carry a wide variety of items and the staff is very knowledgeable.
Amy Webb: Rusted Moon Outfitters has always been my go to place for anything outdoors! And the vibe is pretty awesome too. Jay is my favorite!
kenneth halcomb: I've been coming here for a couple of years. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that's always ready to help.
Shelvia Williams: The shop is great, products available and brands are great, and most of the people are great. Points off for a rude staff member dealing with shoes. They didn't have what we needed so we (quietly) talked about our other potential options on where to go to find what we needed and because the staff member was hovering, he blurted "CAN YOU NOTTT....CAN YOU JUST NOTTTTTT!?", with some major attitude. We were mortified and humiliated. We even apologized, which I regret. Unfortunately what once was a favorite shop we patroned is now a place we will avoid. No reason to get loud and humiliate us when we were quiet and having a conversation that didn't involve you. Not to mention we obviously came to your shop first, so if you don't have what we need and can't or won't order, then buzz off and let us kindly go elsewhere.
Derek Dix (Darkfox102): I've made quite a few trips to Rusted Moon over the past few weeks while preparing for an upcoming backpacking trip. Tonya has been an absolutely amazing person in giving general advice and also product recommendations to help me get everything I needed There's a pretty good selection of items and prices aren't bad. I will definitely be coming back for all my future hiking and backpacking needs
Spencer Penrose: Great place and friendly people
J D: Very friendly and helpful staff really sets them apart.
Sam Wigman: Locked myself out of my truck in the parking lot. The lady gave me a headlamp to work on my door by for free. The gentleman Jax came back after work with his lockout kit and got me in my truck, also for free. Very kind people. Had the only clothes I could find for my dad's particular sense of dress during my last minute Christmas shopping.
T Shep: Great outfitter. Prices are on par with REI. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking can be hard to find.
Jesse Kharbanda: I had a great experience working with Jax and with Steve; they were both courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible. In a time when U.S. customer service is facing so much challenge (due to the stresses of staff shortages and the changes in the tone of some customers), it's heart-warming to engage with people like Jax and Steve who, with a very pleasant approach, are really committed to making sure that customers find exactly what they are looking for.
spencer lipscomb: Amazing place to visit got a lot of cool items and different things but most of all we go there for the knives
Dave Dufeau: friendly and helpful staff and top notch inventory
Ben Hudelson: My wife and I started shopping at Rusted Moon last year. The customer service is hands down the best I’ve experienced among any retailer of any type. Each time we’ve visited the Rusted Moon team has gone above and beyond to make sure we’re getting the right gear. They even helped me install crossbars and a shell behind the store at no additional charge! I can’t praise them enough. No one asked me to write this review - I’m just happy to share that I’m a loyal customer and encourage others to drop in to gear up for their next outdoor adventure.
John Gilmore Songs (John Gilmore Music): I love this place. I have consistently gotten the best advice on products/best customer service imaginable. For years now. I’ve never encountered a staff member who wasn’t knowledgeable, helpful and friendly
Cydney Ogan: The best option in town! Super knowledgeable and helpful! Great customer service, I always appreciate that they don’t try to convince you to buy higher end products just to make the extra $. If you’re a beginner they’ll help you find great beginner level products!
Elise: This place is the best! Jackson was super friendly and helped me save major $$$!
Aviva Carla Mintz Tavel: Buy local!
Jack Kelly: I have been going to Rusted Moon for years. There is always someone there to help. Everyone I've talked to loves the outdoors, believes in the gear they stock, and is friendly and personable!I now go out of my way to come here whenever I need something. What the store lacks in size they make up for in quality and choosing the right products to stock. I have always left satisfied with my purchase and will never stop recommending Rusted Moon to anyone in need of gear!I've gotten my patagonia jackets, hiking boots, hiking gear, kayaking gear, and chacos from here on top of so much more and accessories. This place is sweet. They are now exactly what I look for in any outdoors shop anywhere!
Pete Moore: Was planning for a trip to Europe and wanted something to keep me dry in case weather was bad. Had one idea in mind when I showed up, but the experts at RMO helped me make a better shopping list, while keeping my budget in mind. I walked out with two long-haul pieces (well-made, thoughtfully engineered) that allowed me to make the most of my travels. Now I'm hunting for reasons to go back to the store. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
Linda Withrow: I L❤️VE Rusted Moon Outfitters! I just bought a new pair of hiking boots and it was a great experience. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and the whole experience was so chill and comfortable compared to REI where it's hard to get anyone to pay attention to you. SO REFRESHING! This is the way stores ought to be staffed and managed. Thanks Rusted Moon! 🌙
Josiah Barker: Went here on a whim because I wanted to find a place that I could shop without any pressure for knives. Needless to say, it was exactly that! Jax was unbelievably kind and helpful. Super patient guy as well. Definitely knows his knives. They are not on commission and care more about helping the customer in the long run than anything else. If I do end up going with the Microtech knife, it will be purchased from here.
