Crystal Leffew: I go to Sonic in Avon today I order a footlong meal I got the all American no relish add cheese. This is what I got and it has a ton of relish on it. I called to talk to someone, the guy answers the phone hello... I sit there for a second, he says hello again so then I am like is this Sonic's, he says yes well I proceed to tell him what was going on and I couldn't go back up there. He was pretty much ignored me while I was on in the phone like I wasn't there. Finally I had to just say I'll call back and just talk to the manager tomorrow and he pretty much hung up. P..S. that lady who took my order has it right. She did amazing..

Brianna Johnson: Very rude and unprofessional . I came on 2/20 and I drove up to the speakers you park at press the button nobody came to the speaker. I arrived at sonic at 2:09 pm . Sat at the speaker for a good 15 mins nobody came . I then got in drive thru and waited an additional 25 mins before even getting my order taken. I kept getting rushed with the man taking my order saying “anything else” not even letting me finish. Once I get to the window to get my food it is now 2:45 pm . I ask the lady at the window how long it will be she replies with an attitude “I don’t know I’m not the cook” I said ok is there a manager I can speak with she says “he’s busy right now but maybe in a little” like what? How unprofessional . I used to work in management and when somebody ask to speak to a supervisor you allow them to speak to a supervisor . Also to have to wait 40 mins plus just to receive your food is really ridiculous to me . I didn’t get a we apologize for your wait for anything . I understand jobs are short staffed right now but u communicate with your customers you don’t just be rude and snotty to them. I always have great customer service and I’m really understanding but I’ll never understand why today I was treated so poorly . I would never come back to this location and they need new management to run it .

Winter Willauer: Honestly not a big fan. This was my first time at Sonic. The food didn't taste all that great and it took a while for the food to come out. We asked for no ice in our drinks and they filled our cups 3/4 of the way up.The workers were really nice and when they had forgotten something that we ordered they went back and got it right away. We didn't catch our drinks with lots of ice until we were back on the road. But I'm sure they would have fixed that if we realized we had ice in our cups.

Today it took 35 minutes and pulling up to the window after being ignored at a stall AND the speaker box. Trent Brink: Always have had a good experience here. They get orders correct, Unlike the Taco Bell next door. I can’t stand that Taco Bell, I rather drive all the way to Plainfield or Mooresville for a different location. This Sonic is great though. Wait times aren’t too long, the service is good, staff is friendly, food comes our looking and tasting great. My personal favorite drink is the lemonade slush with real strawberry’s.
