Ross Earles: The staff at Rent-A-Bit went above and beyond their normal operations by assisting me with converting files from an SD card off of the camera that was rented for an event, into a useable format that was able to be downloaded and used with my machine. After several attempts by staff (Dwight) and some assistance from Angie and Brent in the whole process, they got it done for us during their busy schedules!To wrap it up, the Rent-A-Bit staff is very courteous and welcoming, as well as very professional in their communication and handling of customer accounts. This was by far some of the best customer service I’ve experienced with a company! Nancy G Paul - Cheryls Legacy Liver Voice: Outstanding Customer Service that went way beyond the normal scope of great personal service. I held an event downtown Indianapolis, IN on the Sailors and Soldiers Monument and needed sound equipment, a podium, a banner stand and lots of help. I am not a professional event organizer or Speaker, so planning and executing an event of this magnitude was not something that was second nature to me. I asked for references and Dwight Moss was kind enough to supply me with more than one which I did follow up on and got the information that I needed in choosing which company to rent from. The day of the event Dwight personally helped with one of his capable employees and they both went way beyond. Not only did they supply my banner stand they hung the banner for me. If ever I need to rent equipment for a public event or anything again, Rent-A-Bit and Dwight Moss will be my first call!

Brittany F: Markey's was a nightmare. Contract stated AV should be finalized by September 19th for an October 7th meeting... I got the final documents on the 7th. I had to email Brian every few days asking for updates. Music wasn't set up for our event for our first event, and we were unable to reach anyone on the emergency line so the first 15 minutes of the event was awkward with no music. On the 8th, for our general session, I went down at 7am to get ready for the event at 8am and it wasn't set up correctly. AV should have been routed to the first row, it wasn't. There was no way to access sound and there were no microphones. All of it was fixed about 10 minutes before started which left us without a practice run. Again, no one answered the emergency line for AV issues.I will NEVER use Markey's again and I would highly highly highly suggest you look elsewhere if they are the AV of choice for your location.

We worked with Zac at the Bloomington Indiana Office. He was amazing to work with and very professional. Zac explained the process and got us all the paperwork, processed it, and met us at the office to pick up the equipment in under an hour. Couldn’t of been better.The equipment was in great condition and easy to use. Plus the cost was surprisingly low. Zac explained how to use it and worked with us on the return.They work with both businesses and individuals. Very pleased and will definitely look to working with them again.

Joji Francis: I have contracted Matt for a 16X8 ft stage in Delaware township Community center and also used their PA speakers and subwoofers. We also rented their DJ lights. Matt gave us the best price and the best service we could ever imagine. As we were under time pressure to set the stage and sound within an hour, Matt & his team mate came 15 minutes before the contracted time such that they can start set up exactly on time. After setting up, they even stayed back to ensure that our performers are happy with the sound. He also taped the cables so well that they were not even noticeable. They also came at late night and allowed to continue with some more songs even after our contract time is over and dismantled everything so fast so that we can exit the venue on time.The entire engagement from the very beginning was so smooth, efficient and professional. We will not look for another vendor for stage, sound and light needs. 5 starts for Realevents!

Tonya Thompson-Howard: Rented a canopy, table and chairs from Real Event Enterprises for my daughter's backyard wedding. The setup and tear down crew were respectful and quick. They did all of the set up and tear down and we did not have to lift a finger. The weather on the day of delivery called for rain and they assured my that the canopy could withstand rough weather and they were right. We had a terrible storm with golf ball sized hail and the canopy did not move and kept everything dry. By Saturday the sun was shining for the wedding but the canopy kept all 50 of our guest comfortable. Would highly recommend this company.

Jason Gasaway: This place is sweet. They fabricate anything. They made is a couple fire pits that were custom as well as a sign for the lake cottage and for camping! They will do it all. They had to change with COVID to keep the doors open and I would say they blew the top off it. Go and see what they can do for you!

Stephen Carmona: When shooting in smaller markets you never know what you are going to get with grip and lighting gear. On a recent 4 city project I had the pleasure of finding Hammer. Alyssa their booking agent is a gem. She was helpful, clear and thorough. She helped me line up a local crew including Tom Pielemeier, an outstanding local gaffer.The gear provided by Hammer was what you would expect to find from a top LA Grip/Lighting shop. It was in new condition, and well maintained. At the end of the job the invoice was clear and represented what was used. There were no surprise charges. I would be happy to have the opportunity to work with Hammer again in the future.
