Michael Johnson: I needed a new car audio system installed due to the original factory one causing some annoying/uncomfortable buzzing sound. Audio Electronics is located within 10 minutes of my home, but I mainly considered them due to high online review ratings, and I had a great experience with them about 30 years ago.They were open to negotiate price after I saw online prices of the unit they recommended. They were transparent about how soon they would likely be able to do the work (and the stated date was the day the work began). They called me after work started to ask important questions and alert me to possible additional issues. Once the new radio was installed, one of their employees was working to set up several of the new settings so I wouldn't have to do it. This employee also stayed with me in the car past their normal 6:00 pm closing time to walk through tests/questions I had. There was a part they didn't need to use, so they didn't charge me/took that amount off the final invoice.They guys there discussed their lifetime labor warranty and the parts warranty, and they made sure to let me know to contact them with questions/concerns after I left.They were all very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I felt really happy! I"m still learning the new radio features. I'd highly recommend them!!

Devon Brown: I took my truck to have radio put in they gave me back my truck. Not operating the same, just lied took $2200 and I have bad service etc. My stop and start worked when I came in now it doesn't. When the tech hooked it all back up he should have told me it didn't work anymore. Seemed also they priced gouge. Ordered a factory shroud for 2 knobs only to order another shroud to put 2 knobs on. This doesn't look like $2200 from a 12.9 inch screen on the right to a 6.9 inch screen and I still didn't achieve what I came in for.. they want to take my truck again for a whole day not offer me a rental car. So I will take the loss and have my truck fixed.. They took out a Tesla style radio.Sadly this was the terrible time with them. Then brought it back for 3 hours only for nothing to be achieved. Know your product being in business for 50 years. I want do business again. You all took $2200 point blank

I purchased speakers 5 days before, and the speakers were not fitting as the employee advised….but only in-store credit offered. Employee said their “no-return” policy is on the bottom of the receipt, WHICH COULD ONLY BE SEEN AFTER THE PURCHASE—AND NEVER INFORMED OF BEFORE THE PURCHASE!! If word of mouth is a good way through customer service to promote a business…theses guys are definitely sending the WRONG MESSAGE!! I do not want to do business here, but now I’m on the hook for something I DO NOT NEED! Look elsewhere if there is any doubt about what you need!

Tremors USA: Very disappointed...I called and setup a time to go in and make arraignments to get a new system installed in a corvette. Bose system had already been replaced with a basic system and all I wanted was a new head unit, amp, and 4 speakers. The guy there gave me attitude like I was bothering him, then said that their systems "start" at $2,500. (Never ever looked at the car.) They obviously don't know what they're doing, or didn't want to be bothered. I would have thought they'd be interested in a customer, considering we were the only ones there. Looks like another car audio place is going to be gone by the end of the year. Don't waste your time!

Steve Weber: I recently purchased an expensive audio preamplifier from Audio Solutions. I live in another state and contacted the store via email. Both Victor and Scott were very helpful in negotiating a fair deal and in setting up a smooth transactiion. The unit was well packed and promptly shipped to my residential address. Unfortunately, rough handling by the carrier resulted in damage to the internal electronics. Audio Solutions stepped up and arranged for the preamp to be repaired by the manufacturer at the factory. Victor was particularly diligent in guiding the unit through the repair process and keeping me informed about it’s progress. I now have the preamp back home in perfect operating conditions. Audio Solutions stood by their deal all the way.

They just updated our theater and small den with audio and video and added 5 cameras on the extrerior to watch from my iPhone .. One that pan’s and zooms when I touch the screen ! If I have any issues I have the owners cell and he picks up whenever I call .. even a time or 2 after 10pm to help me with basic user error ... I’m happy with my Martin Logan speakers and they sold me a great big 250 watt amp from McIntosh .. `

Stephen Darden: Audio Solutions let me lay away a McIntosh MC2205 power amplifier.When I went to pay off and pick up the unit, I saw am MC7200 at their salon. The were asking 1800 (if I am not mistaken) and sold it to me for 1650. Happened to be Black Friday. The tech certified the MC7200 before releasing to me.Now I enjoy both the MC2205 and MC7200.Do go into their store when in Indianapolis; they have a massive selection of excellent components.Very pleasant experience. Will shop again.Oh: McIntosh (new or used) maybe quite expensive. However, you get your money's worth down to every last penny.

I purchased/ had a new 2 way remote starter installed today.They called me before lunch to inform me that my truck was ready. Technician and staff were courteous and professional. Showed me how-to use. And now I'm next level!!. Very happy with services. Can't wait to have them put in upgraded sound system next.And lastly, they are upfront, didn't try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. 100% recommended. Monique Gooding: Avoid at all costs, at first I thought the place was going to be OK spoke with Tory, I ordered some speakers and a sub - never could get a call back even when I was told I'd get one. Then my calls were being avoided. Extremely unprofessional, not sure what their problem is - this is not how you do business! Guess I should of stuck with my original gut feeling.

Freewill Robinhood: I had an upgraded inverter and audio system installed in my 2020 Ford Transit van in late Feb '21 by an unqualified 1 person Indy mobil audio installation business. It never worked right and after his multiple revisits to try to fix his poor job and taking my money, he ghosted me and refuses to fix his mess-up. Qualified electronics businesses have been over-booked since the covid lockdown has eased up some and it's been pure hell trying to get the mobil installer's cancer removed from my van. After several visits Tillman's Van & Truck was able to undo and fix the precious installer-created problem with the inverter and nearly with the audio. Tillman's recommended I take the van to Audio Source. The Tillman tech said that Audio Source was a genius with audio electronics and gave me an example of an audio-fix job Audio Source had done for them. At Audio Source, Brian knew what the van probably needed when setting up my appointment. I brought the van in and Tory must have sprinkled some sort of magic dust on the entire system .... he increased wire size and understood how the 2020 Ford electronics worked... they charged me for 1 hour labor and materials. My jaw is still on the ground. The inverter/audio plays to a very sweet harmony now. Thanks guys!!!I

Scott Joniec: I called the Greenwood location 4 times attempting to get work with them for a solution for my car. I told them I was willing to pay up to $1,000 for what I wanted. The last time I called they told me the problem was they didn’t have any stock in and would call me back when they did. I have an eero wifi system and you can use a 5th generation echo dot as a wifi extender. The salesperson came over to assist me and promptly told me that this was not possible. He was condescending and was sure he new more about this then me. I started to show him the info online but he quickly discounted that. I didn't want to argue with someone who thought he had all the answers and was not open to learning anything new. It's sad that he wasn't open to learning anything new. I just got the wrong salesperson who wasn't as smart as he thought he was.

Joni Heredia: I went in needing (I thought) ethernet cables. I was greeted and after looking around for awhile and finding the cables I needed, I asked for help from another employee. He answered ALL of my questions as I explained my situation with my child's new gaming computer in the basement with the modem upstairs, he explained my options, and I am very happy with the solution I found and the product I purchased. We were also helped to find a precharged mobile battery to use on the go. Great service at this BestBuy!

rj lee: Went in to purchase a new fridge for our basement. Went in at opening and waited in appliances for 20 minutes. Finally went to the front and the guy said he would call someone. After 15 more minutes of waiting we went to the front where three managers it looked like were discussing something. We asked for an appliance person so we could buy the fridge, and after telling them what happened they all looked at each other and said there’s no one in appliances in? So we said forget it and left and they just said sorry and kept talking. We went to Home Depot instead and they have a better warranty and staff always eager to help. We only go there for large home appliances so it’s unfortunate we won’t be back again.

Woody: I recently had some audio work done by another individual which was completely botched. So, I brought my vehicle into Stereo Advantage for help. Not only did Ryan take the time to stop what was he sling and give me a hand tuning my amp and sub, he helped me get the radio situated as well. He was very thorough and made sure he didn't damage the vehicle or break any clips. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me anything, just 1 guy being a stand up, decent human being to another who was clearly frustrated over dropping 700 bucks on an audio system that wasn't setup correctly. Dan K: I took my van in to have my van's alarm/remote start system repaired, it had suddenly stopped working. I left the van thinking that I might have to have the system replaced but a few hours later I got a call to come and pick up the van. I expected a hefty bill but the owner said the system had got set to "valet mode" and there would be NO CHARGE. This is an honest operation, they could have fed me a line of BS and I would have believed it and paid, but instead they were honest. In today's world this is indeed rare. For good service and HONEST people come here. Remember good service and quality products will be remembered long after the price is forgot.

Rob D: Let me start by saying I hate being negative I would love nothing more than to give this business 5 stars but alas I must be honest. I came in to have my car stereo repaired, simple wiring but ended up buying a brand new stereo and paid double the cost to have it installed. I dropped. Vehicle off and was surprised to get a call a couple hours later saying it was finished. I liked this but also worried me a bit. I picked up car after work and they were closed. My navigation system and back up camera, which was working fine before was unresponsive when I started vehicle. This controls a big portion of my car heat, Navi, camera Etc. I called immediately and left a message. I received no response and ended up calling back and the owner was not concerned in the least and said I could bring it by and they could help me with the Bluetooth calling(that was also not working) but as far as my navigation screen there was nothing he could do. Needless to say I was really disturbed by this. I took off work early just to have it looked at and the tech (who was nice but clueless) said I would have to make another appointment to drop it off and he doubted it would fix anything. I just want a working vehicle that is all. I offered to pay to get it fixed right and that the owner seemed disinterested in helping me. Now I am out close to 600$ which is a lot to me. And I cant even turn my a/c on or off. Uggh I guess I will save my money and take it somewhere else that can get the job done I advise anyone who reads this to do the same.

Russell Castleman: Been a few weeks since I went in for my tint.No appointment and they still got me in and out within a few hours. The tint looks great!! Highly recommend. They offer 99$ service but it comes to 120 in the end.Will definitely be back to see what stereo/audio setup they offer.

Bre C.: Upon two different occasions my husband tried to patronize this local business. Each time, we were disappointed. The first time was when we showed up for an appointment to have a radio installed in our truck only to be told that the tech didn't show up. We had received no advanced call nor were we offered another appointment. Months later, we purchased a new vehicle and we decided to give them another try. Why? We were disappointed yet again. The gentlemen came out to inspect the vehicle to see if the work could be done. We picked out one of their the radios and confirmed a time & date for installation. We called the day before to reconfirm. We was told everything was on schedule. We were to have the truck there by 9am and it would be done by 11am the same day. We arrived at 9 and we were told that he couldn't start until later because he had another car from the following night that wasn't completed and that it wouldn't be ready until later that afternoon. He couldn't give us a time. He then said he was going on vacation for a week and a half and to call to reschedule if we couldn't wait. Well we couldn't so we gave our business to the town of Pendleton.
